everybody this is Seth with talk of the town Restaurant Group really want to say thank you doll just support over the last couple days we've sold hundreds of cases of fillets and hundreds of cases of this Rodney strong Reserve Cabernet and it's delicious I want to say thank you if you got some this wine you really made out it's delicious I also want to share with you a way to cook these fillets at home you don't need a grill you don't need any special equipment all you need are a few ingredients it's got to start with these beautiful a town center cut filet mignon same one served at Charlie's and all the talk of the town restaurants some Himalayan salt and the salt that you like just a big piece of meat also make sure the steak is dry so you can pat it with a paper towel I already did a lot of salt keep it going I like a little pepper on it as well and that's pretty much it salt and pepper - cheese pick up a few of the extra pieces and this steak is ready to go and we're going to take it to the pan really can see I have an ordinary frying pan on a electric stovetop and really all you need is some olive oil I put about a half a teaspoon just a little bit to season the pan you want to make sure the pan is hot I have it set to medium high all right so it's getting pretty hot as soon as it's to temp you're going to take two filet you're gonna place it in the middle and you're going to put the lid on you want to prevent grease flatter and you're gonna come back to this stink after it's hot in five minutes okay we're 5 minutes we're back we're just going to take the lid off take a look at the steak it looks beautiful we're gonna flip it you can see it's got that nice crust that nice my art and we're gonna close it again and we're gonna do it for another five minutes five minutes on one side five minutes on the other side cm5 hey welcome back as you can see we're five minutes on both sides it's looking good real easy the next thing taking off the heat and let it rest the next thing to do is you're going to get one tablespoon of butter salted butter you're gonna add it to your pan so it's important to have the butter when you add the butter off the heat you don't want to break down the butter fats the butter solids so right now we're at another five minute holding pattern we've done five minutes on one side five minutes on the other side we've added our butter off the heat and in five minutes we'll be ready to enjoy this wonderful center-cut filet mignon okay now our filet is cooked fifteen minutes we're going to lay it in the center of the plate we're gonna pour this beautiful butter and as you mixture that we've created delicious and we are ready to enjoy a Charlie's center-cut perfectly cooked medium-rare filet mignon absolutely delicious and goes perfect with the ball taraji strong Cabernet Reserve Cabernet thank you all
