Colorful Beach Houses 🌈🌞🌊 | The Sims 4 - Speed Build (NO CC)

[Music] I'm so sorry hello and welcome back to a new video on my channel my name is Sarah and today I'm back with another Sims 4 Speed Build and today's bowl is going to be a really fun and colorful build again I'm really into more fun and colors full stuff lately I don't know why and um yeah I thought I would just uh do another one of those builds and since it's also getting really hot and we're already in summer um I decided it would be a great idea to build like a beachy summer inspired um build and this time I'm going to build some colorful beach houses so there are three in total and there are on this very beautiful water lot in um salani this is the name of the world I think and it's a 30 by 30 lot so it's not that real super big and there are also um rather small but therefore like a single or um yeah like a couple or something like that obviously there are three of them so you can totally live there with the whole family if you want to um each house has um a separate bedroom on the second floor as well as a little kitchen and dining area and a little sitting living room area and a little bathroom so there's everything that you need in the small houses and I'm starting off with the first one which is going to be um mainly yellow on the outside with some pastel accents I think it looks just really pretty and was also so much fun to build I love builds where I can just go crazy with the different colors it's just so much fun and I feel like I like to have more like neutral and plain boats that are not too crazy colorful I really like that especially like I feel like they're a lot more realistic but once in a while I think it's so much fun to do like a really colorful build um which you usually would not see in real life that often but I've looked online on pictures of colorful beach houses and there were so many really pretty ones and that really inspired me to build this um lot and yeah it was so much fun I love to just go real crazy with all the different um colors and I'm gonna go for like a lot of pastel colors like with this one I went for like yellow and um like a lavender color as well and there will also be like a lot of green orange and all that kind of stuff the second house is mainly orange and the last one is I think mainly blue if I remember right but you will probably um already have seen it on the thumbnail it has also a little patio area in the front so each house has something different there to like sit or relax or yeah just enjoy the beautiful sunny weather and I really like those water lots a lot in The Sims 4 where the lot is basically in the sea and you can just build your house right above the sea I think that's really cool and really fun um you cannot build pools or basements on the slots but I don't mind that because we have like pretty much the whole sea um to swim in and to relax on was like floaties or boats and all that fun stuff so I don't really mind that um I also went um yeah had a lot of fun with the outside decoration I tried to incorporate a lot of like beachy or like sea themed um decoration items like those really cool string lights from the base game and all that fun stuff um I feel like we have like so many great items to use on like a beachy color for tropical Lord I think there's so much into in the game at the at that point like the game is almost 10 years old now or like nine years I think and we have so much fun stuff um I didn't really do anything with the new um kids that came out recently I didn't really feel like any inspiration to build with like the book Nook kid or anything so of course I might use those items in the future but I don't think I'm gonna make like a specific bolt just for that um but also really inspired me lately is Animal Crossing I don't know why but I really got into those colorful Island themes and Animal Crossing and I thought it would be so much fun to do like really fun and colorful stuff in The Sims 4 as well I don't know I think it's just so much fun to do and um yeah that's like my main inspiration here and there's also patio on the back of all the houses as well so you can like chill there at the sea you can go swimming you can lay in the sun there's so much to do um and to enjoy the beautiful weather um you can use that for like a vacation home or if you want to live there permanently I get it that would be really fun and um I'm personally not the biggest fan of the heat to be honest so it's it got really warm the last days and it was really I don't know I think it's a little bit exhausting when it's really hot outside but um yeah I think uh your sim can still enjoy like this beautiful weather and the Sun and Solani I mean it's probably um hot in Solani like pretty much all year round so um yeah for some people it's really nice to lay in the sand the sun all day I personally don't like it but um I mean it's also like still a game so here you can see me build the second house it's like a very bright and vibrant color and not like too pastel ish so I decided it would look really cool with like this really fun orange color there and like some different colored accent as well and as I said before the last house is going to be like a bluish color and yeah I hope you like this build I'm gonna put it in my gallery my ID is Sarah Amina you can also get all information in the
