of uh hot water over the weekend because they introduced a um dress code i'm gonna read it to you josh put it here all bot number one all body parts must be completely covered all cleavage breasts thighs and buttocks must be completely covered the only thing naked here is turkey legs and chicken wings number two no swimwear of any kind is allowed this is the heart of third ward not the beach worry about that type of attire yeah because of what they're called and what the appearance of the place is but when you see turkey hut and you see two people drawn as cartoons on the sign beside it you might not be thinking well let me put on my finest leisure wear my loungewear uh it just doesn't um ring to me like okay this dress code is really particular for this place so let me pull myself but i understand having i understand for your establishment having some boundaries and standards it's just simple it just seems so excessive well i see some i'm looking at the instagram i i see and i see some of our patreon is from houston and she was or somebody was saying i can see if it was a man or woman that the issue is they have a club lounge type of vibe again i haven't been there uh they have a club lounge type of type of vibe and now they want to be suddenly upscale um this is my thought josh i'm gonna send you this picture this link okay and i want you to put this up in here okay uh not now but in the actual episode i was like i will wear a three-piece suit hard bottoms i'll take a photo a monocle a top hat you understand me i will wear an overcoat i will i will arrive by horse it's huge it is a them some thick turkey but i'm gonna stick beside y'all by the way my kids don't ever flex much but we was down in a pretty expensive hotel for the weekend cousins flew in and we had went to dinner um because we you know just get to see our people like that and my my uh my sons are going to text me they're asking for room service it had to be done all them kids i'm talking about they was just wow he said it had cheeseburger salmon ice cream salmon so oh loki my kids bless god i am so grateful they are pretty well behaved and they don't become like as bougie as i am but it's slowly happening oh it's gonna happen i knew it when when they ordered uh a surf and turf at a breakfast buffet and they didn't have surf and turf he was like but i know you came out i know you can make it i saw some shrimp over in the cold bar if you could just put that in the pan mm-hmm saute a little bit i see a little bit of garlic and butter you can just throw that in let me tell you what we've been doing lately me and melissa get you know our room usually a suite of something like that when we're on vacation when we're in hotels working josh and andrew can tell you nice hotel but ain't the best hotel in the city um there's some pretty nice ones so joe has never complained isaiah he is me a younger version of me no they got a robe on in that hope they got a robe in there he comes in putting it on that's why he likes um the rich is his favorite line of hotels so when we get to the hotel for melissa's birthday this weekend we get to our room because the the bellman had brought the luggage up and then the boys take theirs to their room and joe's like wow this is nice what's our room 15 feet [Laughter] oh wow i said oh did you you ain't got no money though yeah walk yourself down to that two doubles and look outside the window you know the courtyard into the courtyard marriott well no joe on the last day uh you all weren't down yet and so when we got down there they were down there waiting i was like we're your parents they were like we don't know i said they're not at the other restaurant and they were like no i said well do y'all want to eat they are here joe was like i want to eat here in this restaurant i said i haven't eaten here either let's do it he was ready and then melissa came down there and she was like we would have to wait joe i was like i tried joe i tried i wanted the bougie breakfast too i wanted to see what they were doing in the kitchen i had enough uh burritos yeah but listen i i i back to the turkey leg hut this is on my list of wish maria taylor all the success in the world she covers football she covers basketball if you need to give her more things to do because you're feeling pressure about your crappy long time record on eating drinking and being married they didn't know what to do and we tipped well listen we then people looked at the tip the waiters came back to listen i know we ask for a lot but when your work is just stepped out and apparently this old white man probably 80 years old he goes huh another one and mel goes excuse me and his wife who's like 65 is like i think she heard you and he was like so like somebody you didn't tell me this yeah i know you weren't there you know what i wasn't there either this is before i got to this uh thing yes and you know mel pregged out but she ready for i want the smoke so apparently the white woman left within 30 seconds you got dang right she should have check please the blacks hurt us he he's racist he and let me tell y'all what if you've never been to la orange county is mega country when you are florida that's our florida when you all left on whatever that day was sunday oh of the me and marcus stayed to drink another mimosa there was a dude who came his uh cause it was fourth of july he had it said uh guns something and trump with the big american flag on it that's right it's the fourth and he didn't even like he's definitely of european descent but he looks are like armenian or something and i want to be like they don't like you either just fyi you just passing by you just passing by right now because we're here i don't think he he supports
