Started reading CTMU expecting internet-schizo word salad.

Holy-o-fuck if this is not one of the most brilliant pieces of philosophy I've ever read. Goes a little overboard with his own vernacular at times, but that is a consequence of having a lot of ground to cover. Has a bit of baggage, but it's quite self-consistent.

tl;dr

all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.

Except with Judeo-christian undertones instead of new-age hippie psychedelic undertones.

We need experiments on collective will, there's only like 1 I think.

Some of his ideas are Kabbalistic. From Wikipedia:

Asked about creationism, Langan has said:

"I believe in the theory of evolution, but I believe as well in the allegorical truth of creation theory. In other words, I believe that evolution, including the principle of natural selection, is one of the tools used by God to create mankind. Mankind is then a participant in the creation of the universe itself, so that we have a closed loop. I believe that there is a level on which science and religious metaphor are mutually compatible."[
