like you saw alice cooper i was like no no i saw the movie alice that i anyway you were great he's like oh i thought you were telling me you saw alice cooper [Music] as opposed to the movie that we just saw the story that we told and you know it's a true story but at the same time who knows the real truth you know and every every person who's involved in this story has their own version of the truth their own point of your own story so you know what do we know um we're going to put you in on the hot seat as they say there's no time on this but so i want you to really think about it but not meeting johnny depp and i was like wearing some like sweatpants or something and i shook his hand and i was like i really love your necklaces i was like i don't know why i said that you get paid anyway if um if there is a uh you don't johnny go see it see if michael keaton is in the uh and then he was like so cool and rolling cigarettes and stuff and and i was like wow i'm a total nerdy mom and i'm like and uh and then he was like oh i was like wow you can roll a cigarette like that who is your celebrity crush oh lord johnny depp all day she didn't even think about that you didn't even think you just blurted it out all day every day and i will take him with dreads i'll take him in a dirty beanie i'll take him with those glass i will take him any way i can get him it's not geeky it's true love it's true well now he's never gonna marry me because now that he knows that i've done that i'm like a little weird stalker person so hold on a second he i know he lives in paris would you fly all the way to paris um absolutely i'm very sure yeah no if i can be accused of anything at all i'm not yeah i'm not the most outgoing and boisterous of people i'm pretty sure [Applause] [Laughter] you know i think i i can appreciate boy bands but like my like favorite thing is like like a johnny dab you know he's a dad though so i was on set his family was there so you're kind of going like no you're like a dad he's like a little daddy his kids are there it breaks the entire illusion of a sexy male you know what i mean yeah it's just inappropriate yeah it's very inappropriate look with johnny before huh so why do you why do you think that he has i mean both grown-ups and kids love him so much what is it about him you think that makes well for one i think he's a major talent to his awesomely good looking three he's um it's not like most people we know it's funny because i remember having uh that celebrity crush conversation with my boyfriend two weeks prior and being like johnny depp and then i got the job and was like i mean i'm just kidding so yeah it was pretty it was exciting yeah really he's a true true artist and to be able to have i mean the material was tough but to do it with somebody like him was you know perfect well i mean he's he's in all different kinds of movies so he connects with you know he's in films that are for a younger audience and an older audience and he you know does it so incredibly well and you really don't know i mean i certainly don't know um you know who he is as a person um and so you get lost in his character so easily you still don't know who he is as a person no i've only met him once yeah [Applause] i met him once in the recording studio and you know was just i mean i couldn't wait to get out of there it's being around someone that famous is actually super intense even though he's perfectly lovely and totally normal um but i like was immediately looking for the egg trying to be able to work with someone who is so wildly gifted and has zero there's no cap to his capabilities when it comes to you know working when it comes to his his craft because every single woman on set is like you're kissing johnny depp today you're kissing johnny depp today and you're trying to be cool and everyone's staring at you um i don't know you know it was a pretty it was pretty surreal working with him was kind of inspiring thing that i've ever done and the atmosphere on set was pretty dark but he was just like the unicorn he is a unicorn what's it like to work i didn't have i didn't have any scenes with him but rob marshall the director was like and i want you to meet johnny in the recording studio and um and like you know when somebody's so famous that it's it's like they have this force field around them and so i felt so i was yeah actually repelled by him do you like your ass wow i like it accept it okay all right [Applause] and uh how long did it take you to get at ease the fact that this is johnny depp and i don't think i've ever gone i know it's just amazing you just want a genius to be yeah first celebrity crush i think i was a working with obsessed with johnny depp we uh kissed a few times i felt like we really hit it off uh we had a few laughs together you know it really seemed like we had some chemistry and then the next thing i know i hear you're engaged can i get no call or not even a text it's just it was rude is what i found myself you were right you you found him so famous that you were repelled by him i i genuinely started the conversation like hi did you just get in cool and then by the end of it it was like i was like cool yeah so um yeah so did you so you were moving away from him you didn't sleep on the plane wow cool so here's yeah now what about you and johnny depp doing something together because you two have been friends for a long time haven't you that is a very low budget venture my dry cleaning budget is most film budgets at this point i think it would be fun i think it'd be great you gotta find the right thing there's nobody i uh admire more than mr depp favorite actor of the decade to mr jonathan death [Music] you
