Canada and the Welsh Revival | Tim Sheets

hello canada greetings in the name of king jesus blessings to you jim jacinta amy and all the saints uh there that are watching it's like i can see where you usually sit uh and i wish i could be with you live that would be my preference but we'll just trust the technology to work there were times when the apostle paul couldn't get certain places so he wrote a letter we're doing better than that we we can at least be seen and it is so good to be with you and i believe the lord has uh put something on my heart for you we are busy here getting ready for the reset conference next week and all of you in canada please watch starts thursday night seven o'clock goes all day friday and friday night saturday morning please be a part of it i know that many of you are watching or or do watch but i believe this will be important and historic for a nation and so want canada to be included i've also been hearing about uh all that you're doing there great reports on on your efforts in london and saint thomas and i want to commend you for that it's so important that we help hurting people and i know that you're feeding and and helping people all around that uh that area and you're making a difference and god's to bless you for that no it's hard work but it's a a labor of love in fact uh more importantly let's hear what jesus has to say matthew 25 34. tells us this the king says come you who are blessed of my father inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the from the foundation of the world for i was hungry and you fed me i was thirsty and you gave me drink i was a stranger and you invited me into your home i was naked and you gave me clothing i was sick and you cared for me i was in prison and you visited me then these righteous ones will reply lord when did we ever see you hungry and feed you or thirsty and give you something to drink or a stranger and show you hospitality and the king will say i tell you the truth when you did it for one of the least of these my brothers and sisters you were doing it to me i know that you have been busy ministering please understand you're ministering to the lord you're fulfilling something that is so dear to his heart and again i declare the blessings of god over all of your work feeding clothing people bless you so much again i am delighted to be here and speak into canada i heard the lord say monday morning this past week september 28th 2020 i heard the lord speak a word for canada i'd gone to bed the night before praying for canada knowing that that i was going to be doing a broadcast like this for you and simply saying lord give me something from your heart for them when i opened my eyes that that morning monday morning i heard the lord say and this is an unusual word so just listen maybe with those spiritual ears but i heard the lord say the latter rain is the former rain and now the former and the latter rain will synergize together in fresh winds of heaven for holy spirit is pouring out a new pentecost on canada and the revival in its dna will now accelerate forward kovid will not stop it government will not stop it cultural evil will not stop it i have ordained its purpose and will overwhelm antichrist agendas by my greater glory yes says the lord the former revival in wales will now resurrect and live in the provinces of canada i have heard your cries and have seen the humble heart of my righteous remnant i have heard the intercessory appeals portals are now opening for glory and great anointing to pour forth portals are opening for my angel armies to move through and enforce the prayers and the decrees of my ecclesia canada will surely see revival and bold reformation for i am mantling and bringing forth from obscurity my apostles and my prophets prophets of great boldness will now rise throughout canada to proclaim my word they will proclaim my word without compromise apostles will now rise from obscurity and move with aggressive authority throughout canada for i have trained them in the secret places i have groomed them for this moment they will proclaim my word they will proclaim my power to deliver they will proclaim and stand as champions for my calls and they will follow the leadership of holy spirit and i am calling now my hidden remnant throughout canada to rise and take their place voicing their agreement with what i have purposed voicing the promise of my prophetic words my prophetic visions and my prophetic dreams voicing a bold faith that shifts canada's government and resists nominal christianity i will pour out a prevailing grace upon my remnant in canada and the shout of overcomers will rise from my kingdom expansion throughout all your provinces liberal strongholds will now become ecclesia strongholds demonic strongholds will become kingdom strongholds for i am sending supernatural breakthrough and my angels of breakthrough are advancing through open portals of glory to break you free listen to the sound the lord says of confinement breaking hear the sound of truth prevailing over lying spirits hear the sound of chains of limitations breaking and falling to the ground hear the sound of mighty winds blowing through houses of worship for it is the sound of freedom it is the sound of liberty and it is the sound of revival for canada will surely now begin to water the roots of the welsh revival that is in her dna and it will now flourish you will this you will sing the songs of the redeemed you will sing for joy the songs of holy love you will you will praise and worship the lord and your praise will become known as the antidote for hope deferred you will sing lifting holy hands proclaiming the awesome lovingkindness of the lord and you will join together under open heavens open portals of glory singing his vast love has broken us free his kindness has led us to repentance our children will sing the songs of freedom our hands and hearts will rejoice our hearts will be filled with hope with peace and with laughter again revival sound is echoing through the land be encouraged holy spirit has plans for canada plans that have been born in heaven and in the council the council of heaven god is raising up prophets that will proclaim what he says throughout your land prophets that he has hid in protected you may not know who they are you may even be saying who who could it be god knows them and he is causing them to now rise rise and lead rise and prophesy he's raising up apostles that will activate sound doctrine and he is bringing some from obscurity that you you don't even know their name but he does and he has been grooming them for your times now this is the second time holy spirit has talked to me about the welsh revival and canada he's emphasizing it to raise hope yes but also to activate a new era of greater glory not just in canada not just that affects canada but that will also help affect the united states and the world holy spirit's drawn me to the welsh revival for years now i've read about it i've i've studied it and i i want to talk briefly about it right now and then lead to something else but i remember five six years ago something like that i was coming up to canada to speak for you and uh carol was with me and we got there just shortly before we were going to be picked up and brought to an old hockey arena where you were doing a conference and i only had a few minutes to change clothes and and while carol was getting ready i it was around 6 15 or so and only had a few minutes and i said holy spirit please tell me something for canada and i heard these words instantly come the revival in canada will be like the welsh revival led by evan roberts i wrote it down put it in my bible and about that time they were there to pick us up and they took us to the back of the old hockey arena and we came in the back way when i came in the back it was behind the platform i walked out there's the platform there's a pulpit and a chair was right beside the pulpit and i didn't think a lot about it it was a little unusual but there's a chair right by the pulpit and jacenta uh who was of course hosting it and had invited me she said do you see this chair and i said well yes and she said that is a chair from the welsh revival and evan roberts i couldn't believe it because just a few minutes prior holy spirit had said the revival in canada will be like the welsh revival led by evan roberts and i pulled the piece of paper out of my bible and just handed it to her to show look what holy spirit is saying it was amazing and now holy spirit is saying again this week remember the welsh revival pick up the mantle of the welsh revival canada it is in your dna evan roberts was a young man who worked in the coal mines uh we would call him a millennial today he was a young mid-20s guy he was also a blacksmith but he would spend hours reading his bible and praying often we are told that he did it all night long he also led the youth service for his church and he also taught sunday school at the age of 26 after praying and seeking the lord for days he felt led to go to a mission conference led by evangelist seth joshua and at the end that evangelist seth joshua he began to pray a prayer that would eventually change things for the people of god there he began to pray these words lord bend us it was a part of his prayer which was a term in those days referencing holiness lord bend bend us to to follow you make make our hearts pliable lord make make our our heart soft flexible uh soft heart towards you lord bend us bend us and into who we need to be bend our lives and and use me for your glory bend us oh lord shape us and as he begin to say bend us many in the congregation began to pick up on the prayer and they started praying it as well evan roberts writes of that moment in his biography after many had prayed i felt some living energy or force entering into my bosom it took my breath my legs trembled this living energy increased and increased one after the other after the other and as people prayed it nearly burst me he says i cried out been me ben me god oh god oh god bend me what came to mind was the bending on the day of judgment and i was filled with sympathy for people who will have to bend on judgment day and i wept afterwards the salvation of souls weighed heavily upon me now i felt on fire for going through the whole of wales to tell people about the savior and of course that young man did exactly that conservative estimates are that over 150 000 people gave their hearts to jesus christ in one year's time the bars closed crime was practically non-existence the police said they had very little to do besides manage the crowds that were going to a revival meeting or to church the people were so joyful and they sang they sang so much that the revival sometimes became known as the singing revival and i feel that is going to be a part of the revival there in canada thousands of coal miners gave their hearts to jesus christ and most of them were hardcore sinners we are even told that the mules had to be retrained because the mules were used to uh being steered or guided by cuss words but the the miners born again miners cleaned up their language and they were using good language and the mules didn't know what to do they had to retrain them but those miners loved to sing and they would sing for hours down in those coal mines while they worked the coal mines had numerous air shafts went deep into the earth of course so that they could have fresh air and the people would sometimes bring chairs to sit around outside of the mine shafts that were coming up uh and coming up to the ground and they would put chairs up and they would listen to the miners uh sing and the songs reverberating would come up from underground as the miners would would put on an underground concert and of course no one can sing quite like the welsh can sing there there's a a lilt or accent in their voice that kind of it just gets into your emotions it's hard to imagine this happening but the countryside literally echoed with praise and worship that went up and down and out of out of air shafts as far as you can see and all of wale was changed by this revival it spread to other nations and now holy spirit is emphasizing it again he's adding it to our times the number one song of the welsh revival was sung hundreds and hundreds of times no one knows how many came to jesus as a result of this song but we do know that it was thousands of people who came forward to give their life to god it was sung so often that it became known as the love song of revival i have a video of that and some old footage that i want you to look at and our team has put it together for you and i want you to listen to to this song and watch the video and read the words that are going to come up on the screen and as you listen to this and i think we can do it i know this is different but we're we're gonna try it but as you listen to it would you ask for god to bend you that god would bend your heart and soften it for revival and ask god to bend you to his purpose for your life to ask him to bend your heart towards his revival for canada you're going to hear the song first in the welsh language but there will be words and scenes on the screen listen to it and then it will come up uh in in english but let's be and sanctified me thou thyself has set me free and then these words in thy truth thou dost direct me by thy spirit through thy word and thy grace my need is meeting as i trust in thee my lord of thy fullness thou art pouring thy great love and power on me without measure full and boundless drawing out my heart to thee father god we ask that you pour out your presence pour out your anointing on canada and that the roots of revival that the welsh stewarded now god would begin to spread by holy spirit wind across every province of canada give revival to that land lord we pray god that the power of your holy spirit would begin to anoint the prophets the apostles the churches in such a way that thousands again are drawn drawn to you we would declare that lord and we pray that while there not may not be air shafts coming from from the ground by which people gather around to worship we know lord there are portal shafts from heaven that are opening and may the songs of the redeemed be sung all over canada may the song of lovingkindness draw people to repentance may young people's hearts flame like evan roberts for their nation and we declare that canada will be aflame with the gospel of jesus christ we declare the workers will also have the song of the lord that is put in their hearts in such a way that even in everyday life the joy of the lord would be their strength and we pray that a singing revival the songs of praise and worship would rise to such a degree that praise would become the antidote for hope deferred throughout every province let revival begin to spread
