Can you drive across GTA 5 if Twitch Chat controls YOUR MODS?

hey this is doug doug where we solve problems that no one has today we're going to learn how to drive across gta 5 but my twitch chat is in control of my mods the whole time essentially i'm giving them access to these literal god powers and they have to try to stop me from successfully driving across the city now the core idea works like this in gta 5 i use mods the way that i use these mods is by pulling up a mod menu and then you go through the mod menu and pick different options right so if i press f4 boom that opens up my first mod menu i can go to the vehicle section and then i can spawn let's say an airbus there's lots of options in here you can change the time you can change the weather you can change things about the world next up i wrote some python code which will allow my twitch chat to move through these mod menus and select from the hundreds of possible options just by typing commands into the chat okay let's give this a shot you guys are now live you can control gta 5 mod menus go cool all right kicking into menu three i see what did you just do why am i standing up in the car whoa whoa whoa whoa what is this i can't get in the car again there we go there we go okay so there this isn't gonna go well you guys all right this is looking really good and uh real quick before we start the challenge i want to shout out dark viper a you for inspiring this idea with chaos mod his videos are extremely hilarious my setup is pretty different though because instead of one mod effect happening every 30 seconds here everyone in twitch chat can control every possible mod option all the time so i'm essentially giving twitch chat more power in exchange for this being a complete [ __ ] mess i think we are probably good right we're ready to start the challenge just like in my past challenges my goal is to drive a car from the town of chumash down here all the way down the freeway and then successfully drive off the end of the ferris wheel docks if i can drive into the water without twitch chat killing me i win first i need you to spawn me a vehicle as soon as you spawned me a vehicle i'll jump into it i'll get going again i need a car i mean i guess i can go steal a car [Music] okay i need a car not a plane not a plane okay i'll just grab this card this is fine once again i could jesus i can switch vehicles what is this no no get out of there what is that okay i can switch vehicles um i just can't die that's the only restriction who turned somebody turned off turning but it's still driving is he he's dancing you guys made him dance i'm not touching the not touching the keyboard at all can i just get out so please don't do the animations because i can't [ __ ] try who are these people okay here we go oh you got me a car okay okay here we go here we go we're ready go a lot of planes on the road okay now we're good we're actually on the freeway we're making some good progress this is the first time that i think we have a legitimate chance of completing this one oh my god can you guys spawn me a car thank you that actually worked thanks i appreciate it oh okay a lot of cars lots of cars all right i've got i've got one i've got the car you're good now who is this guy why does he keep appearing all right sure get in come on road trip it looks like in one menu you're changing the time of day in another menu you're spawning vehicles and playing again and you're starting and stopping playing oh you're changing the money for playing again oh [Music] bit of a speed bump sorry i didn't realize there's construction work happening right now still more yeah a lot of construction happening you can get fined if you drive recklessly through a construction zone like this oh my god there's so much construction happening on the road today lots of construction is happening today that's fine though it's important to repair the freeways otherwise they get dangerous okay you booted me out of the car can you please get some construction vehicles i can go back for those i guess but if you could just spawn anyone okay this one this one this one i'll take this one uh the car isn't working what who is this guy who is this why do you keep bringing this person here oh all right this is going pretty good but the biggest problem actually seems to be animations because twitch chat keeps forcing my character to do animations like dancing but that kicks me out of any car that i'm driving so as long as twitch chat avoids the animations part of the menus then i can actually drive the car and we should be good here we go give me uh give me a vehicle i would like to start in a vehicle that you guys get me okay sure ambulance come on chad oh you spawned you got it no no hold on hold on let me get in the vehicles jesus christ before you spawn a new one oh my god okay that's a real chad move right there god classic chad you guys remember back in spring break when chad jumped up on the truck it started chugging beers i can't move because you [ __ ] changed the animation to some dance this is going good [Music] maybe i just need a stronger vehicle give that give me that one you are on supercars oh batmobile yes yes yes yes yes yes this one's so fast this is like straight up mario kart now look at this i can just jump over any cars you guys spawn it doesn't even stop me now if you spawn something oh the issue here is that i can still get knocked out of i could still get knocked out of the batmobile oh like that and now i'm in a t-pose wow there's a lot of cars you guys i'm gonna get this one because or i'm doing [ __ ] yoga ah god it's just this is not the time for it it's more important things okay let me restart okay who is this who is this i can't move somebody needs okay we're doing yoga somebody needs to change the [ __ ] animation yoga can be very calming even when there's a lot of stress in your life a few minutes of yoga every day can bring a lot of peace all right so there are four different mod menus that twitch chat is controlling and choosing from each of the four menus is full of different features but menu four specifically has a bunch of these custom animations that twitch chat is constantly picking and they literally stop me from moving my character like airplanes i can handle but yoga is too much so i uninstalled that specific fourth mod menu and i found a new menu for that does not have animation options still has everything else now twitch chat still has godlike powers just with slightly less access to yoga it's gonna work much better here we go you still have menus one two three and four exact same options as before i need you to start okay uh this is worse than yoga again i just have to drive down the freeway and make it to the end of the ferris wheel docks dude i cannot even see what's happening at least i do have a vehicle now so that's good if you guys could just like remove the cops and like spawn body guards that would be really helpful whatever else you're doing is not that helpful so i would really appreciate maybe toning it down a bit i guess you haven't did you turn on slow motion guys wait what where are we what is going on okay yeah no this is this is how i remember gta 5 oh we're jesus oh we did it okay great great great great job all right now let's just get to chumash please and let's beat this oh okay i can't move uh oh okay okay okay yeah that's okay yeah this is this is nice i'm holding backwards on my keyboard i'm holding s and this is happening anyways thanks for coming my ted talk he has risen why is it so bright i can't i can't see anything why is there a boat here who put this here [Music] oh there's so many planes the power of jesus there are a lot of planes wow this is so cool this is like that valkyrie scene in um thor ragnarok using their new godlike powers twitch chat summoned jesus and began the rapture but the world of gta 5 was not ready for jesus like the game literally crashed so i made the hard decision here to just remove menu four from my computer altogether and only have three mod menus and to be clear twitch chat still has all of the same god-like powers in these remaining three menus they just have less access to yoga and jesus now things will finally be normal here we go [Music] go get me a car i want a fast one i want a durable car okay we're this guy now oh okay [Music] did we just die where we were standing we just collapsed he gave me a [ __ ] heart attack all right take two three two one what are you doing i can't move the mouse [Music] remember what i said the game wouldn't crash all right take two here we go does anybody know how to stop this and when i say this i mean every part of what's happening okay okay here we go here we go here we go we're in it we're in it we're in it all right let's do this thing let's do this thing all right this is going good this is going good we're in a car we're making progress i don't want to jinx it but nothing crazy so far here we go oh this is going swimmingly just keep it like this just keep it like this don't do anything crazy chat oh my god we're making so much progress no oh god damn it we're on why we were doing so good twitch chat punished my hubris by teleporting me to a mountain this is much worse than yoga all right i admit it twitch chat is too powerful they've learned how to navigate these mod menus so effectively that i can barely get onto the freeway before they turn me into a crow or something so that's when i developed a new strategy before i started my next run i used the mod menus myself and i navigated them deep into an obscure part of the menus that control player movement nothing in this section of these menus will really harm me and so now twitch chat will have to waste precious seconds navigating back to the destructive parts of the menus you'll have to spam back three times to escape my plot will this new strategy buy me enough time to beat this challenge or will it just infuriate the vengeful twitch chat gods let's find out i need a car i need a car i need a car i can get that van i guess getting this one that van was was awful okay here we go are you guys okay it's been awfully it's been awfully mellow i feel like i appreciate it look if we want to have just a nice easy drive to the ferris wheel i'm certainly cool with that oh i'll take that i'll take that yes i absolutely will take that all of a sudden twitch chat spawned me a pink apc tank which is much stronger than normal cars i don't know if this is a critical mistake from them or if twitch chat is becoming a benevolent god but either way this is my best shot oh my god that's beautiful thank you thank you thank you all right we're in it oh it's so fast it's like a [ __ ] tank i've absolutely got this now [Applause] and now i'm going all the way to the end assuming that you stop making [ __ ] planes in front of me jesus all right all right we're good we're good why is it so dark again are you changing the time in a different oh it's christmas again okay merry christmas yours okay giving me a lot of a lot of these now i only need one we're back on the road i'm good i have enough i don't think it's bold of me to say it's happening right now okay here's the turnoff here's the turn off we're almost there you've changed the time so many times in this one run but it's daytime i'm ready to go to the ferris wheel my vehicle's still good i have like 30 more seconds just give me 30 more seconds just let me get to the [ __ ] end there's so many cars okay okay oh my god they're spawning like under me i don't care how many vehicles you spawn this thing is a tank you gave me a literal tank wait am i on fire no no no no okay i gotta get out i gotta get out it's gonna blow up all right i'm bailing on this it got me most of the way there i just need a new vehicle now i need a new vehicle not i guess i'll take it i swear to god this is such a bad idea i know you're tempting me by giving me this motorcycle it's absolutely gonna [ __ ] kill me but it's so fast and then i can navigate oh my god i'm swerving to dodge the motorcycles that you're spawning jesus christ who's standing if i get off the docks alive i win oh my god there's so many that's it that's the end no okay fine whatever i'll switch i'll switch if you guys insist okay getting in the cop car go go go go go go go almost at the end it's this is literally it stop spawning motorcycles okay as long as i don't piss off anybody because they have rocket launchers because you guys gave them rocket launchers at some point i should be good [ __ ] no no why is there a blip here that's just it this is it this is it this is the ending just don't no no no no no don't get a rocket launcher please i'm so close let me through oh my god stop spot i'll do it on foot if i have to [Music] stop stop it i can't move i'll go in front that's fine i'll go get this thing responding [Music] okay perfect perfect oh and now it spawns off the edge beautiful and now i turn and while i'm turning damn it oh my god i'm through i'm through this is it this is it this is it right here right here yes oh you tried to spawn like 50 vehicles at the end and i shot right over them like a ramp cat oh and it was [ __ ] beautiful and in only three and a half hours i had successfully driven down a freeway before
