Can You Beat the IMPOSSIBLE Final Wave in Dome Keeper?

hey everybody welcome back to dome Keeper in the last video I got asked the question to see if we could beat the game without having to use the final Relic so that's what I'm gonna try and do I'm taking the repellent upgrade so that I can delay waves and I'm also taking the modifier that makes waves twice as strong but makes days twice as long so hopefully with both of these upgrades I can delay the waves as much as possible and stack up a ton of upgrades so that I can win the final fight but anyways if you liked the video like the video enjoy the rest of the video carry away I do like how every single like world it's like basically the same but it's different uh like color schemes kind of cool oh squares oh it's only two though I need four come on Morgan I appreciate it yeah thank you okay get this I guess we can see what the uh the upgrades for the repellent are I also need to read what to do it like if I do it now [Music] let's see upgrades repellent install a tank that reduces a monster playing liquid activate to spray it outside the Dome delaying the next wave of attack oh it just delays it okay increase the delay of the next wave further increases the missiles monster even more and lasts for longer spray and numbing Miss during battle I don't think I do that you can overcharge it interesting okay yeah sure we'll go so what if I can't do it now all right if we can find The Relic early and get an early drillbert that's what we're hoping for you see dig this way nothing there to be found can I use the repellent at any time or once the wave is started I use it and they just like kind of wait or it has to be before okay man we haven't found any I haven't found any squares only enough to level up two things okay there's some squares okay here's a lot of squares can I carry everything no I cannot but I can come back for those use it before the wave okay so is it just charging up it's already time for the wave oh no oh no relax relax I'm coming I'm coming please stop all right upgrades movement speed both of those so if I use this oh it seems like it's still charging so I guess you can't use it initially all right we'll grab all these um yeah if we find drilbert we'll uh we'll upgrade them all the way I don't think I have enough for anything and there's still triangles there don't really need them just yet though probably drill upgrade ooh more squares fantastic why'd the color change it just changes with the maps like the resources and stuff change too you need pyramid for overcharging repellent okay yeah increases the production yeah because right now it's it's still charging up so it takes a long time all right so our drill is level two now does increasing difficulty decrease resources I have no clue what the difficulty does I assume it's just like how many monsters and maybe their health I don't think it's I don't think it does anything with the mining it might make the final Relic harder to find could be wrong the repellent is ready so I will use it heavier waves that's that's what I was thinking just more all right so let's use actually the repellent is ready oh hold up let me oh there's no circles okay I've used it oh I see it down there okay so repel it on Long waves seems great because it's percentage based so it's saving me so much extra time oh I can't carry all that where is The Relic or uh the gray area oh here it is uh drilbert maybe we'll see square is iron triangles Cobalt bubble thing is water uh yes and every single every single one because the color changes so let's upgrade laser and movement speed I think if we don't get Drilbur I say we try and upgrade our laser all the way all right let's get the Relic actually we'll grab this will dig all the way yeah we just want to dig out some before we oh there's so many resources down here all right we'll get the Relic first if you get Gilbert are you able to upgrade him yes if we get drilbert we'll try and upgrade them but only if we get drilbert here because drilbert late is kind of bad well dang um we'll do condenser yeah we'll go water build foreign get all these how's it going Dev yeah so we want so we want water to overpower the repellent right and then we just want to constantly use the repellent as much as we can let's see um use water to overcharge your tank to reduce the next load of repellent faster overcharging tank will also prolong any repellent battle bill you use no overcharging also increases the wave or the delay time to next wave seems huge um we'll get that so we just need one water and I guess also we uh want to upgrade the pyramid it's upgrading the pyramid worth it though [Music] thank you so much uh gentlemen Kaiju thank you thank you thank you yeah the new uh the new set's gonna be great I'm excited for it let's see so we upgrade yeah so this keeps your primary Gadget permanently overcharged without using up water wait so we save up for that right permanent permanent overchard so we never have to do it again and then we don't have to worry about water so then we don't worry about any of these yeah so we don't if we get this we don't care about any of these so we'll save up for this hmm [Music] this man hates the triangles at the top of his map yeah I'll get him when I need them because they're only used for repairing so I think I've I'm okay all right I got my carry weight let's see I don't want to dig too far because the wave's about to come all right well we'll get this one trying and I guess we have time now to get this one and does this um part of the Dome surface mainly damaged by 15. yeah we'll do that all right now we're ready uh not too bad and then now we just need squares and water because we want to have our this thing permanently overcharged so squares and circle how's it going Nicholas yeah so go left squares and circles squares fantastic there's so many there we go this is multiplayer uh no it is not foreign [Music] I feel like the delay will be really really overpowered if I can delay like a full day but I am using a lot of resources getting there which I guess is one part all right we're going left as far as we can grab the circle hmm I feel like Laser's easier to use I feel like the the sword feels so strong but yeah aiming with the sword is kind of tough all right so now we get this so you are constantly overcharged and now we want to upgrade delay because this is overcharging tank will also prolong no we get these two and these three so you're overcharged now and then we go back to the left we grab what we can I guess we'll go this way and we grab all of these what is this hello you just found a one-way teleporter press y to place the I press again to teleport back to it oh so it's a one-time use okay so I will not use that until very much later on when I'm further down better first path is to upgrade the repellent uh yeah probably let's open up this um yeah so we'll use the repellent and now we need to find water go this way is this the second level yeah it is so I haven't found the uh Relic for the second level yet um go up this way make sure the Relic isn't over here surprised there were no resources at all so we'll just go straight down it's not one time use just takes time to grow back okay so I can drop it there and then I can go back after the round and then keep digging that seems pretty good all right take all these back probably need to upgrade my laser so I don't die foreign yes yeah gets you to 12. yeah you do a lot of damage now I didn't kill you there you go I thought I had all right yeah so now I just go back okay yeah that's great and then it takes a long time to recharge it looks like the delay still doesn't feel like it's that much I guess I haven't upgraded it a ton because I haven't found any water all right let's get out of here go up circle on bottom left oh okay so it's not that slow let's see I'll get more movement speed [Music] and then we'll go this way I need to find The Relic for this area which I guess I'm not at the end yet and I feel like the relics typically not too far to the edges oh that's what I wanted and then we got a tree okay well we are at the Blue Area now so I'll try and clear out everything and then we'll go to the right um Place teleporter and then we want to plant the tree right over here yep and then go right here um plant the tree teleport back and then dig down this way and hopefully the Relic will be on this level if not we have to backtrack and then we have to upgrade our um yeah we have to upgrade our drill soon I don't think I use my repellent here I think I just wait Relic no where could you be maybe on the left side I guess you have to be here yeah there you are and then we'll grab the water and take it all back and then we can upgrade our repellent hopefully all right if it's drilbert I guess we'll take drilbert even though drovert sucks it's not children um I'll take the probe let's see upgrades I'll do that I need more squares I'll do that 'll shoot you these guys are gonna do a lot yeah that wasn't that great all right use the repellent um hit X to emit a probe impulse okay yeah I need a stronger drill like immediately oh okay so a lot of resources over here can you repair the glass yeah you can repair the Dome [Music] drop the teleporter and then we'll come back Pro books nuts yeah that was nice I like that probe and teleporter you have two probe charges yeah it's a top lifter um okay teleport back grab these I think we have enough to get the stronger drill now or is it the 20 I think it's the twelve dollar one one user is One Direction it's one use and then it recharges and I don't know the charges on the probe okay yeah get the 12 drill mm-hmm yeah and that was all on the repellent yeah repellent with long days is uh uh fantastic all right now let's go this way and then we'll use the pro here we go wait that's so many take it all back okay triangles hmm yeah so how does the probe uh does it recharge or is that it down there let's see six and three we need one Circle or we can do this probes oh and then it just instantly recharges wait a second that seems so strong all right let's take these back and we just need a couple more circles I think oh I should have placed my teleporter that was dumb of me I didn't know it was already recharged all right foreign and then let's go down and then we'll use this didn't get anything there's a little bit over there let's use it now all right we'll go down and get all these oh wait can I make it back and use the repellent in time if I can use the repellent two times in a day because it seems like it's charged go come on come on come on oh it didn't work okay well um I'll repair is there any way to make the recharge rate any better because then we might be able to do it in the day or actually if we make the repellent last longer or it doesn't charge while it's being used oh you're still recharging oh may I thank you now you're ready use the repellent start of the round and then I wonder if my if the probe finds uh the relics that'd be kind of nice okay I'm gonna wait for my uh my teleporter something down here okay let's grab all these drop the teleporter and then we'll come back nothing good could you explain the relics uh the relics are just like small upgrades that you get and you can like choose them tree seed sucks free seed is so bad all right recharge here then we teleport back go ahead and get these and then bring these back I guess we don't need to be that far down we can just start digging at the levels we're at and that was all on the repellent time okay what are we at um we'll go carry weight and then we need to uh probably get laser speed and drill power I would say okay let's go this way and then once we're over here do this oh a lot up here nice okay take these back oh wait I have the extra carry weight I can take everything probably yeah I'm still pretty fat and there was a circle down here nice and now we can upgrade our repellent even more I think and if we go all into repellent we'll never have to fight hmm okay so we get this because it'll last for 0.4 and then we just need four circles it'll be half a day interesting there's my char m [Music] and then we go to the right side wait the probes actually nuts because I don't have to like strip mine as much yeah so let's just get in here and then I can scan the whole area and they're all over there oh there's so many all right let's drop a little bit I do have very high carry weight though the only thing is I don't know if it's Fine's relics does anyone know if the probe finds relics or if it's just uh resources let's see go up get the probe teleport back [Music] um Pro can only scan iron if found the triangles for me oh [Music] all right I gotta head back oh I gotta head back real fast okay yeah I did not find that all right I gotta drop a little bit we gotta go oh no please don't please no uh we're not too far behind okay let's see upgrade this did we get to 10. we do get to 10. okay and then repair all right our laser is very strong now oh my goodness okay or we wait for the repellent I think we've tried to use at the beginning of the round there we go so we have like two days worth almost and with the uh whatever it is the long days it's like three days four days worth all right I had a lot of resources down here though all right carry all these and then can we carry you as well we'll drop oh no I don't want to drop you [Music] let's just go up turning Corners is kind of hard with all these resources they'll be like swing it around hopefully everything makes it yeah we'll drop the teleporter because it just recharged and then we'll take the Relic mate hopefully stun laser we'll grab drill bird if we get him but uh probably not gonna be really great the tree still has not done anything actually we can't get Joe but I don't think because we have no space for him yeah we got the stun laser hmm we need eight and four so we need two more we can also do this [Music] okay we need more water of course let's see where are the resources that's all I didn't grab okay we'll go this way so this is triangle or water and then we'll go left since it does suck that it doesn't find relics though because then I'll have to backtrack probably but I guess it would be too Opie if it was relics as well all right now we can do it oh I will I guess I would have found them anyway I do want to see if this is a water up here it is nice so we have enough water now maybe it has a relic find upgrade maybe you're right wait how much can I carry what carry away upgrade is so underrated it like doubles when you get the third upgrade I think I can squeeze in one yeah because we're not even moving that slow and then yeah we'll see what the uh we'll see if we can find relics with the upgraded probe all right to the probe marks it for longer so it's a fast short range Pro with many charges no increases the range of the probe loses the charge no okay no so it cannot find relics which I think is fine you are upgraded fully because those I don't care about and now I work on just getting a stronger laser more movement speed I think I think that's what I do [Music] and let's see if we can go this way actually no because we've already searched for these resources let's go left and then we'll search over here there we go oh that's a lot I guess yeah I guess probe's fine because like I don't really care about normal relics I just care about the final Relic which is on the final um area I take all these back use that for fun nothing hmm upgrade the stun laser yeah I need water for that though and I'm kind of running low on water I've used all my water all right throw this in here I think we want the I think we try and get the final laser the dissolve projectiles because I have no clue what that does so let's try and get to 30 before the uh before the fight oh I didn't get my uh dang I didn't get my probe I should have done that I guess we just have to find resources one thing is the probe has completely ruined my um my entire like strategy of strip mining it's all over the place now all right we gotta be fast we gotta Drop The Relic yeah we're pretty quick [Music] oh that sucks I guess what is oh what are these those look a little different make a little popping noises sounds like picking up stuff in Minecraft all right we'll go down we'll grab the Relic and then we'll come back and use the uh was it over here yeah um and then man the repellent like doubles our day at this point is you get dissolved with the split laser upgrade oh yeah I think we just fully upgrade the laser now while we look for the final one and we might get elevator here none of this seems good I think I just take Cobalt lift seems bad because I have so much carry weight we use that get this here oh I got an achievement for the max amount of repellent that's pretty cool yeah let's look for I guess we need to go down go left see if there's anything in this area down [Music] triangles I did not want triangles but that's okay I do want circles to upgrade the stun laser actually I should probably get drill first right because this is so slow to uh okay let's go that way or I just go full laser and my slow drilling will be okay yeah we'll go dissolve I mean we got a lot of squares here oh my goodness I guess it's because it's the final area our final level all right well let's drop teleporter and then we'll come back for him um what's the build uh repellent build yeah our days are so long now is we have like a Repel that doubles the day and we have the game mode where it's the days are double the length so or just mining really all right you can't go full laser with split laser oh no yeah I can't I can't even go split laser I have to go just dissolve but I can go swivel head laser with a dissolve so maybe I go swivel head get these uh uh the achievement beat the final boss wave without triggering the Relic bomb so there is okay so you can win from the massive final wave that tree hasn't grown yet that's kind of ridiculous okay did we get enough for Swivel please we did all right charge up here now we head down the tree has not produced a single iron don't understand tree so I think trees based on days which is why it's so bad here because our days are so long okay so there's nothing so I just go down I guess we'll do it way down here okay two things could be Iron down there though [Music] um please please give me my water okay yeah oh wait well there's the uh the vein so I guess we're close to the final Relic it's gonna take so long to a mine out though I guess we just start working on it we work on it now and then we have our massive laser with the swivel that we can maybe win with without having to use the final Relic I think that's what we hope for because we can probably find this in two days yeah and if you have a lot of cobalt to keep preparing to brute force it I'm assuming it's going to point straight to the right there's no other thing for me to try oh wow what is all of this and this what is that I don't know what that is is that a drilbert did I just find a drilbert it's an egg what does the egg do hmm egg egg interesting a dragon egg I can get a dragon I mean there's no way it's gonna hatch in time right it probably takes forever Dragon D's oh thank you thank you next time you ask for help Gavin [Music] uh it's getting you a hatching check oh oh okay let's open up here I mean I guess I'll just take it back to the ship give it to the peglin chef oh okay I'll do that too all right let's go let's go back drop a teleporter and we'll take it back to the ship and see what happened it looks kind of like drilbert like curled up it's just sitting here it's it's rooted okay all right can I upgrade anything I can just repair a lot okay I have ten triangles I think I can probably survive like the uh and I have the stun laser what are those things foreign I mean the max lasers kind of nuts [Applause] I don't know how the swivel works though how does the swivel work did I not oh laser auto aims six degrees uh okay that's what it is all right well now we go back and then we just try and find [Music] okay so we go this one's up here I don't know where this one would be I also have the repellent I can use if I don't find it in time where are you find the relics please is this could this be it um no it's water see it says it's straight up like typically it doesn't lie or typically it's pretty accurate but this is definitely too far I would say [Music] maybe it's to the right oh no here it is so it is this way probably yep up into the left up and to the left again there we go now you're activated and then you have one more this direction which can't be oh it's this direction even more oh it's this one because this one isn't lit up okay and then all of these are flowing and there's one more directly up maybe this direction yep maybe more to the right again yeah and then to the right again maybe not oh it is [Music] all right let's see if we can uh let's see if we can win this round without having to use it we have the max laser and we have the swivel okay let's get more uh triangles and see if it uh our drill is not strong all right we have like 12 triangles maybe we can live maybe maybe maybe we can live [Music] and then we don't even need the extra repellent the repellent's really good though I feel like the repellent's super nice oh wow we got one iron from the tree that's gonna change the whole game oh wow look at the friend it's a little bird okay upgrades yeah he's just it's just a bird just sitting on the grind all right can we win it I mean [Laughter] I mean we're doing good we're killing stuff off the screen go back to these kill these kill these all right let's kill all the uh small guys I would say kill you and we have the disintegrator kill all of these guys disintegrate this please I don't know okay so now upgrades repair repair back to battle kill all of these couple of you wait did we just win that was so easy maybe the new uh the new big laser is pretty good [Music]
