Bunk House Travel Trailer Great For FULLTIME LIVING.

and what Matt welcome back to another video today I'm super excited we're taking a look at a true four seasons travel trailer that gives you bunk beds and baths and a half this is the 2020 Highland Ridge open range model 328 BHS we are going to take a look at the outside features first then the inside features then I'm going to give you three things I love about this travel trailer and three things I dislike about it we're starting in three two one [Music] [Applause] hey everyone again welcome back to another video my name is Matt from Matt's RB reviews towables the road so a channel that gives you that true unbiased review about everything when it comes to our B's and again today I'm super excited we're taking a look at a beast of a travel trailer for 2020 Highland Ridge open range now this is Kyla marriages top-of-the-line travel trailer it's the open range they make the open range light in the open range ultra light and then a regular open rage it's called an open range st which is conventional thick and tin those are all beneath these and this is the granddaddy macdaddy one of it all now before we begin I want to say hi to aunt Raya how are you you're familiar with these aren't you oh yeah it's a great quality travel trailer home one of my favorites great let's get started 3:28 VHS but the actual tip to tip length is 37 feet 11 inches don't let it deceive you even though this is a travel trailer you do need a big big truck to tow it the dry weight on this travel trailer is 10,000 that mean yeah how bad go I knew it was ten thousand one hundred and something ten thousand one hundred thirteen pounds and the cargo carrying capacity is is one thousand two hundred and twenty pounds also something to note it's not necessarily the weight of this travel trailer it's a ton weight as well the tongue weights one thousand two hundred and eighty pounds and that's how it stands that's not counting when you put batteries or propane on top so especially if you have a half-ton towable truck not all half tons can tow this i think only like the ford ecoboost can so please be careful but regardless whatever you get make sure you get the equalizer weight distribution bars equalizers the absolute best not a paid endorsement they are truly the best they won weight distribution bars for eight years in a row the gold standard you want to get the 1000 pound bars or no the 12,000 pound bars with this and because they prevent dip and sway so we do have an Amazon affiliate link down in the description below whatever travel trailer you get you want to get weight distribution bars but especially for a beast like this up here you do have a nice power tongue jack so you will not be cranking that 13800 weight thankful or check this out you have a nice beautiful fiberglass front cap here's what I mean when I say that this is an open range ultralight without a front cap you see how the front meets the side and there's a piece of trim here well this is what a fiberglass front cap is sidewall ends here and this front cap laps over and then the seams right there it makes it less likely to get a leak not that that's gonna get a leak it's just less likely statistically and I love open range and I love that horse logo don't you I do it's got some lights out here like the outside lights coming down the Sun here you have these nice fiberglass doors check out that storage not too much I've you know but right here you do have an inverter you know it is prepped for solar if you want to have a little panel on it and a battery disconnect and there's a light on the inside you do have frameless windows throughout the whole travel trailer it is four seasons that means it has a heat enclosed underbelly with heating pads all of the tanks and it has been rated for zero degrees or tested tested at zero degrees it probably you know I love a manufacturer safe tested at zero degrees I mean you might have failed the test but it was tested no because it is a Highland Ridge you do have a two-year tip no 1 year warranty three year structure warranty on the whole thing and you have two nice big power awnings let's see what they look like when they're all the way power awning with LED lights yeah that's great you don't have to hold the button in you want to go also it's the carefree awnings and there's an on and off switch so if the wind blows too hard the awnings will automatically retract itself back in now I see the top of it is like darker but underneath is white so nice LG solid steps I love that let's continue on down coming down the side here look at this look at these nice tires you got the Westlake whoo let's Lake tires these are the S 235 by 80 r16 tyres they're actually some pretty decent tires I've seen better tires on travel trailers but you know it just kind of is oh there's an extra tire spare tire underneath it up and it does have the dexter axles which is nice also check out the sony you have speakers in the awning now this is one of my favorite features about this this huge outside kitchen now don't forget to show the quick-connect down there LP quick next for grill look at that refrigerator right there you got some drawers what's this going on here it's like a grill/griddle type of thing skillet riddle riddle good that's different you got a sink I actually like that the sinks plumb through yes mounting for TV on the outside and then a little bit more storage in there here's this like hey leave it back up I cannot close the door yeah I always have to jump up to it's not cool but it does give you cover if it's raining or something absolutely you have a nice bumper for your stinky slinky I love that over here you got here's your where your hookups are like that black tank flush city water connection everything satellite outdoor shower I like that it is prepped for a backup camera if you wanted one up there also you have a ladder to get up on the one piece PVC roof and the roof has a 12 year warranty on it let's go up there and take a look now Matthew be careful you're very bright out here today up here on the roof you can see that is a nice one-piece PVC roof you can see how bright it is up here it's a white roof and it's nice because it helps reflect the sun rays you have not one but two whisper-quiet air-conditioning systems I love that and then you do have some max air fans right there you just got to add the cover hold on now okay take your time and concentrate great if you haven't already make sure you smash that thumbs up I'm what our RV there now look I do not I'm not a fan of these power stabilizing jacks on a trailer this size but look what it does have this is called a JT strong arm right here so once it's down you tighten up the JT strong bar and it will make this whole trailer extremely stable I am a fan of that because a cello this big is gonna be rocking everything right there there's where you dump your black and gray tank right there very nice coming down the side here a tiny bit of storage this again this has bath and a half so here's another place for you to dump your tanks just have a nice big 10 gallon DSi water heater and yeah just they all just a great trailer outside of storage nice Andre up the outside of this trailer looks great but it looks even better on the inside let's go take a look here he goes all right here we are great so inside the 328 BHS Andre just show just do a quick walk through the whole motorhome and then we'll get started with the living area okay master bedroom actually I'm why we'll get start with this back bedroom part I'll start with that here is the bunk room oh yeah here's the bunk room sleeps one two three four looks like somebody unzipped the bed and didn't set it back up so here's great this does make a table during the daytime where you can keep it up permanently or just like that it drops to make your fourth sleeping position here that's a good size in an adult castie point oh yeah if their kid size I love that you have more sleeping over there and above that you do have another bunk look drops down very nice which holds 250 pounds perfect so two of me can sleep up here perfect this one holds 300 pounds you have another pad over here little drawer right there here's this what's interesting this time has a ladder yes this side doesn't but then look you got a place for a TV right here you got your storage storage and everything here's what I love about this travel trailer though look at this it has a half bathroom in a travel trailer you serious porcelain toilet little tight little snug half bathrooms for kids you know which is really nice nice cabinet yep got a fan over there yep look at the sink of sideways yep just to make it fit I like that down there you know me I don't care so much about aesthetics of it like being right there to look proper I rather it be functional so I am a fan of that good point electric outlets great look at that wardrobe closet right there well Andre oh I'm gonna have you show the rest of the in store I know okay so right here we have a little wardrobe closet as you can see uh-huh plenty of space for clothes yep pretty many drawers down here very nice well look it's it closed the door all the way look so you can shut those kids up no I'm just kidding all right come on out now here in the living room living area called a J lounge thank you yeah very nice I love the tables how its set up yes yep whisper quiet air conditioning system hmm MCD shades I love that across from the Wow look at that that is also very nice dvb yep everything cool cool yep okay so now I'm going to start on the kitchen this is what my favorite kitchens or hang on hang on or should we do the MSRP MSRP on this travel trailer is I gotta find it now and guys look I love how there is no carpet anywhere in here and all right oh except the others carpet in bedroom I just forgot you're a carpet water I am a carpet liar MSRP on this motorhome is 63,000 $183 MSRP sale price as you guys can see right here we don't have sale prices on our travel trailers for some reason but I did some calculations and sale price is surface yep check out the sink nice big farmhouse weak oh yeah love this very nice little pool yep now underneath we have was cabinet Oh trash can that's an eighty three dollar trash can that's a good place for seer sponges look at that love it look at this look very nice yep very nice here we have a little bit of space uh-huh across from the island we have the microwave yep love it yep leave that backsplash yes it's very interesting that's that's new I haven't seen them do that here is a three cooktop burner yep and you get an oven very nice that's great and more storage you never have enough here we have oh that's awesome love these and I love that a little bit of countertop space a little bit of something better than all of nothing yep exactly yep check out this residential to see this type of frits in a travel trailer it's insane right well yeah of course well no even camping that's how I'm doing camping yep beautiful beautiful yeah be in here fantastic oh yeah here across from the island or cabinets nice nice oh hang on hang on oh snap oh snap y'all well I found a better sale price let me show more so we keep it hidden nice crib we're going you ready look at this you'll be ready Wow look we found we found this in the show 40 for 9.99 you better call you better text you're gonna call me right now look at that that's awesome another cabinet right here the shelf okay more of that backsplash solid surface countertop yep yep George words look at this I love it two more down here yeah big one very nice man this was great I mean and then that's your control panel yeah I love it time for the master bathroom here we go now oh man dad it isn't that nice I'm not a fan of that well yeah that's great for you on Draya what about me uh-huh very nice oh look look toilet placement holder not on the wall yes I love that yep across from the toilet for your linens yep love it up here getting that shower you like so much oh I could be in the shower I need a shower right now actually because it's so hot oh my god prime pooping position more peace more peace for sure look I love this I got plenty of let oh oh oh my God look at my corners you know like you know I can be sitting here like this just relaxing I actually like how my shoulders are both hitting this kind of like supporting me and I love that the one thing I will say is it's kind of like where would you put the toilet holder yeah but I think maybe you're like right there no but then it comes to way you'd have to put it somewhere I almost rather not even need it maybe here yeah right there yep now there is a pocket door that leads to the master bedroom there I'm sure my mouse river all right so come on you go that way yeah we'll meet you over there all right so in here Wow climb on that show everybody how big it is this is amazing size yep yeah this is great here that's interesting yep I love big body pillows yep very nice yep good place for a CPAP machine up there very nice and look you still have a nightstand space I love that little nuts yes and then look this is an honest slide-out right there yes check out the little closet it's on the mirror you got double mirrors in here it's on this side Oh shelfs and three tours that's nice all the same size and here is the pocket door that leads to the bathroom that's very convenient what it what a great full time travel trailer an even better phrase point out we solved that secret phrases oh and we have storage in bed Wow very nice well Andre oh it does come with the girl to you guys that's the review now before you leave it's now time we give you three things we love about this travel trailer and three things we dislike about it Andre Oh what do we do first three dislikes okay you want me to go first do you want to go first I go first sure go ahead I dislike the carpet in the bedroom whoa as you can why's that not on a corporate pan I know but in a bedroom I know but that's just me some people may like it but that's just that's just my opinion here's what I will say I want to represent agree with you about the carpet boy at least it is only in the bedroom yeah I wouldn't make it like a deal-breaker no definitely not a deal-breaker but you know 100% agree and it's kind of funny because like normally they would put carpet right here on the slide out and I like how they didn't put that and so you know it is kind of weird well that's one of this like - let me tell you something folks there's not too many dislikes I have but the one I do have is this backsplash I don't get it it's kind of earthy like I I might like it actually interesting here's what I'm saying I don't like it cuz I don't know if I don't like it I think I don't like it I don't like it initially but I think I might get used to it but I'm really honestly not sure if I like it or if I dislike it you know you're kind of like not a fan but don't tell about a fan yeah yep it is a little it is a little strange not only that this countertop here I prefer the brighter white cat countertops not this great color so okay that's two and then 3d Epler you know what I I don't really have a third maybe well maybe they could have not done this sofa well it's an option you can get the sofa in the dinette but I like this sofa so third just like that's my dislike is the sofa you just don't like stuff all together I don't I feel like um you know maybe it would have been better in my opinion if I was to buy this I would want the dynamic well there you go I mean that's an opinion i 100% disagree with your opinion I like the I like the flexibility of it but that's just so great about our channels right it's we're nor right nor wrong and we appreciate all of your guys like your dislikes and likes and let us know what yeah us know about this travel trailer great you want to go first yes okay I absolutely but yeah I love this you know it's great do your shopping for week and a half two weeks and just store even everything in there and not have to leave you go the grocery store constantly yep so I love that something I would like to add I love the whole kitchen setup area yeah I feel like it's big and spacious and one of the big things is it's the height of the ceiling this is a lot taller than your normal travel trailers again this is more like a full time travel trailer it's just big I mean this travel trailer Dre is more than some fifth wheels it's crazy that's true great so that's one two here's what I love I love this well I love this back bedroom I love the door to the back bedroom so you could shut them itself I love the sleeping capacity back here I love the flexibility of this going up and down so if they're you know your artwork yep and I love this half bathroom because you know for those of you who have little kids who are boys you don't want them peeing on the floor in your bathroom they get pee on them not only that but this camper you know you could bring a lot of people and you know how it is just one bathroom party can this is very cute to like see this little kind of sofa bed here yep um you have the TV there so this is kind of just like an excellent room for kids yo they're not hanging out so much in there it's not crowded they would have a TV in here and a little sofa and a place to do you know artwork I love a computer or whatever it's a sunny day it is great all right final things going to be this big outside look at that this is an outside kitchen this is an outside entertainment destination when you're at the campground you better not open this up unless you want all the other campers coming because once they see this they know it's party time I love it I love this big refrigerator for an outside I love the cooktop I love the plum through sink and it's prep for a grill and it's prep for a TV oh yeah so Sports Center you get all that the one another just like if you got to be a little bit taller to close it but that's it that's the review thanks so much
