2 Story 3 Bed Room Travel Trailer! Is this a RV or Tiny Home?

hey everyone I'm Matt welcome back to another video today I'm super excited we're taking a look at a two-story three-bedroom travel trailer and I'm super excited to show to you this is the 2020 force River Salem Grand Villa bottle of 42 DL we are gonna take a look the outside features first then the inside features then we're gonna give you three things we love about this and three things we dislike about it we're starting in 3 2 1 hey I wanna get welcome back to another video my name is Matt from Matt's RV reviews it's the world's or a channel that gives you that sure biased review about everything when it comes to our v's and again today I am super excited we're taking a look at this awesome destination trailer this is a two story travel scout I've never seen anything like it and know what this is exciting because I have not even seen this destination trailer yet my what is it the way I experience it is going to be the first will be first time for you and for them super excited just bear with me yep a final tip of the day listen everybody boom crazy over Corona and toilet paper makes maps fact of the day if you need toilet paper go to your local RV dealership or boat marine dealership we still have toilet paper in stock bottle is 42 DL and the actual tip to tip rank is 41 feet 8 inches that fits the bumper dry weight on this trailer is 13,000 62 roads and Andre what's the cargo carrying capacity 870 870 yeah now whoa I know you are freaking out also before you freak out hitch weight is 1,800 pounds Wow now before you guys freak out about cargo carrying capacity listen this is not a trailer for you to be taken camping with you it's not for you to go up into the mountains this is not a trailer for you to take it and go to the beach and then go down to Myrtle Beach and then come visit Matt and Ocala Florida this is a destination trailer this trailer is primarily made this trailer is primarily made to get from A to B and then that's it let me keep it parked station to park my guys yes Burke model is pretty badass awesome right here you do have all propane tanks that's it right here check this out man you old tongue jack you know we ate these by four this is the only time you'll ever hear me say this I don't mind this on this you know why because again you're not moving it you don't need the power tongue jack look at those nice big windows oh this this one has let's check out the side this one has five of my side Shaw most of these grand villas come with the aluminum corrugated sides we upgraded it to the fiberglass side spot a $3,000 option come down the side wow look at that nice huge awning man that is great look you can see the double windows so the two stories super awesome badass right here you have a door that leads to the bedroom master bedroom and then check this out nice big window oh wow you got a sliding glass door I absolutely love that and it's plenty of space what a lot of people do with this look so a lot of people would look at tiny homes want one of these because they start their tiny home project and like praying and signing home sucks this is already built and it's a lot cheaper and so what people do they'll put their patio right here and make it super nice cool um yeah let's continue on are we gonna go over details oh yeah Thank You Andre yeah you're welcome you have speakers on the outside right here you got coax for a TV on the outside and then right there you got power for the outside so interesting the speakers have a light inside of them oh yeah they look cool oh yeah it's right there you do have all Manuel stabilizing jacks alright coming on down nice big deep slide outs I love that there's your other stabilizing back right there no climb in the roof today around the back no matter for the back no backup camera here's where you hook up your cable and satellite this really simple outside folks this this thing actually kind of sucks on the outside but it's awesome on the inside but again this isn't a camper this is it is a camper but you know 50 amp power cord right there cool I mean look at window windows I love that there's a lot of windows in here I can't wait to see it so again what this is what this is it's high up in it's a nice casual grade because unlike a campsite when you're pulling a nun pulling when you keep it parked you just always have your hose hooked up and you just keep it open at all times no way it's always running down check this out fresh water connections city water connection look at this look at that are here residential style water heater I absolutely love that and you know what we didn't do I didn't check the tank size of this Oh nineteen point nine gallon water heater also we will have all the rest of specifications about this destination trailer lanx tank sizes whips everything down in the description below also we've got one thing here hold up slow your roll man you know I got to go slow nope I'm not making everybody dizzy you know are you doing the back again this is the destination trailer it's just it's still a great place for you to get your official mats RV review sticker be this sticker goes on the back of your destination trailer park ball travels go or whatever and what it is Andre and I make four dollars your sticker and we're using the proceeds to get better camera equipment audio equipment stabilization equipment and audio audio equipment so if you don't already have your official mats or your v sticker make sure you get it stick on the back of your trailer Motorhome bicycle car yes you did thank you guys we appreciate it ant we're halfway to our goal we're getting there camera equipment ain't cheap what's that right there that's what that's all freshwater okay and then you got the black tank flush there what is this yep that's a black tank boy okay literally like you said help clean your black tank cool then you got right here you have a little bit of storage and yeah I'm just super excited to show you the inside the outside of this show it's great but it looks even better on the inside let's go take a look forgot to skip yeah I'll meet you in there okay so I'm going through the slider yeah interesting thank you well so first Wow oh my goodness check out that living room I love it Arnold wrestling fan I'm gonna let you show everybody the living area but then I'm showing them the back of the show walk back nope well it's gonna be surprising make ya'll wait now remember this is my first time it swelling here so perfect show to living room does it make a bed yes well time for you to show it all right get to work Oh three cushions looks like get to work well it's it's kind of its own custom sighs lay down on it yeah it is very nice here you go my God look how easy that was for me to put foot down I like the style of the sofa yeah it has its own it hasn't yet like a vinyl or right like it's like moisture yeah and then if you like to spill anything on it or anything you just wipe it off but you know what guys look at the legs on there like I just like that modern look now we do have shades instead of blinds which is great yeah and then want to show everybody the theater seats yeah look at these nice big windows windows especially if you're sitting on a lake or something yes also look at the roof the ceiling my ceiling fan mmm I love that oh yeah first place where you remove love that very comfortable across which is perfect we have this huge TV got a nice sound here fury on mm-hmm nice fireplace oh yeah hidden hints cabinetry at that that's nice I like the flooring as well yes I and I like this kind of you like gray stone type of yep okay so let me show these real quick since we're right here okay look at this standing table with four chairs this is nice I like the style of it yep it's very oh let's talk about some of these features here just kind of go down the list you got exterior lighting oh I know slide-out awning prep chairs dual pane sink black tank flush okay cool now look at this light switch that's interesting right it's late yeah it's very Art Deco all right do you have a window across years yep now or the kitchen look at that pantry right there great Josh can in there yep all right so do you plenty of kitchen space I do man oh yeah so here we go let's start with the island here okay got a nice double sink uh-huh again middle again I'm not a fan of these type of faucet oh yeah he knows what they put that in wasn't that in like a crusader or something yeah yeah look at this look at this this is amazing nice cabinets lots of room one there across from the seat we have more counter space I mean definitely you know this is oh for sure work or you know put put on a lake we got more cabinets over here this is amazing I just love having all this kitchen space oh yeah for me I like the slide here carpet now we got a full residential microwave go check those you did okay Wow cabin up here I love the whirlpool oh yeah now I like three cooktop burn pick up those great I love the goodness yes they're very nice nice propane stove and up oh yeah pretty decent size too very nice oh oh I love it look at that yep very nice yep very nice now across we have more uh-huh cabinets up here right I mean yeah counter space is definitely not limited for your lights and all that you check your tanks yep yep thermostat outlet great aundrea oh snap I didn't even see that Andre very nice I love it is this kitchen dining room living room Andre approves oh yeah awesome well great now that that's all Andre approved it's now time for the MSRP I can't wait to hear this MSRP on this destination model is it's actually a lot better than what you think it is MSRP sixty eight thousand seven hundred thirty one dollars MSRP that's crazy it's actually only sixty-five thousand if you get the aluminum corrugated side sale price if you see right here we actually don't even have sale price on our website but I haven't seen them selling on RV trader for about forty seven thousand nine euros so you get all this for less than 50,000 but Andre up you can get an even better place yes tell them how they're doing let's continue all right well let me just wear these light switches here oh this is a very more modern latest way oh here we go now this is the half back oh no this is a full bath I love this Wow two things I love about this you ready I love the size and then notice this you ready notice how there's no step up yes Oh big deal a lot of you don't bill do not like that look you can sit here you can shower yeah this is a very nice shower over there look at the sink look at that mirror there interesting look at that light oh yeah towel rack leg switch and let me show these got nice drawers two of them oh no that's for sponges and look under here nice place I mean you could put linens or baskets down there storage bins over here we have more cabinetry one more and now I'm from toilet test Andre you're gonna cop in that shower while you're in here for caddy corner this toilet looks all playoffs let's see today have another porch light better be yeah this is a look at this this is amazing that's a prime pooping position yep look no toilet paper holder in my way you got a porcelain toilet you got this and that I absolutely love this this gets the four piece this is a prom pooping position I would like to say one thing though that's a little weird look at that isn't that weird I don't know why it's not flush it's kind of like see how it like you know I'm saying yeah that's just kind of weird but still this a four piece that's about there okay that's for the fan okay very nice nice all right here we go time to look at the upstairs all right you go ahead yep look at it upstairs look at this like upstairs are you kidding me this is incredible so what this first bedroom right up here it's for one person and it has to be a child this is definitely child's room look we don't have that much head space here this is definitely a loft so it's for our little kids like a loft you know very nice a TV can go right there you have a little nook and cranny right there pretty small not the biggest one yeah I'll be back up interesting see how I have to kind of crawl like this yes but over on this side now this is great don't can actually sleep up here because look like oh yeah there's definitely more space we sit up this is nice you know you got more space look at this I mean you even have a little wardrobe area I'll show the Wardrobe baby oh wow that's actually pretty deep a TV goes up there look two sleeping areas I mean this is absolutely insane pictures whatever drinks oh your USB back there yep nice got windows up here too I like that yep this is just awesome very spacious this is the second bedroom and I love it that you can sit up that one I can't sit up but yeah that one you can't measure this awesome is crazy yeah well wait and we're on top of the master bedroom let's show them Matt oh great this is so much fun here I go down the steps reset them also notice of what they're doing here right look at this step you see how they have a fan right there yes so you know help circulate everything all right now watch this master bedroom watch your step because it actually okay okay oh yeah so because of that love plenty of space stepping down okay whoa whoa whoa whoa is this fast and a half no stackable washer/dryer very cool I thought this is bath and a half first second else might be like what that's great but that's awesome how stackable but yeah look at this you know I love the windows nice I love that I love all the light in here I'm gonna show over here all right so look you got a dresser there yeah I'm like you know does remind me the long is that a lake or something yeah you got nice drawers here five drawers very spacious these Dwarfs okay so over here we have cabinets look at this this is very cute so this one here look at that oh yeah a lot of stuff see same thing is the other one the other side lunch outlet here yep over here we have a wardrobe very nice huge Wars I love how you have windows from the slide-out and everything yep yep yep there's storage underneath I don't know oh yeah you sure do great yep under here also you have a door that leads into the bedroom great well that's it that's the review now before you leave it's now time we give you three things we love about this trailer and three things we dislike about it Andre Oh what do we do first I want to end on a positive notes let's do three dislikes perfect okay I got there's one out here do you have a first one dislike yeah I don't like the faucets I mean again that's not a surprise with me you know I just I think they could have done better I don't know everybody tell us what you don't like okay no I got one I think that you know what oh no it's not because of the kitchens because of the bathroom yep because I was thinking the same thing okay so number two it is gonna be about the bathroom here's what it is I love the shower I love all this stuff I don't like how it's a two-piece shower I feel like it would have been better if it was a one piece fiberglass shower yeah especially at this size especially this price range also also I'm not a fan of this toilet seat right there I don't know what they're doing there it's really kind of weird it feels like you're leaning on it when you sit down so that's two and I do have a third thing I remember what it was Oh go this way my third thing I did not wash it off third thing I don't like about this trailer is you have a 50 amp um it portable hookup right what am I trying to say court not cordless but a 50 amp external hookup I don't like that at this size and price range I feel like it all should have built been built into it also I feel like it should have had a surge protector right here's why because when you're going you're permanently parking this so you're always keeping it plugged in right mhm so when you're at these campsites and everything when everybody leaves for the weekend and shuts off the power that campground you know could get put off too much power to this unit and a surge protector protects from you know overcharging it or whatever so I feel like it should have had a surge protector also if you don't have a surge protector for your 5th wheel travel trailer destination model we've left links down in the description below on Amazon it's an affiliate link for you to buy surge protector because it's going to protect the all the electronics and wiring in your 5th wheel and everything great now for three things we'd love about this trailer you go first on drea come on in launcher skip why are you skipping all right I love spacing here like I love the sofa my first came in yep oh yeah we forgot about that yep the windows is great yep on the water yep yep perfect that's wine to Paulie he's gonna make me go these steps again nope I love these three bedrooms I mean this is insane you know it's the most comfortable sleeping positions know there's people gonna be comfortable no but it gives everybody that little bit of privacy in space that they need for bed time so they can get comfortable and they can get you know then go to sleep in you know having everything and everybody has their personal space yep and not sleeping out you know that's trifold sofas great but you know nobody wants to be sleeping out in the living room right you know or job in a table down so that's two and then three do you have another one I like the light fixtures in here and in the flooring I mean I this is my interior like I like the interior like I like the floor design of it yep these lights you're different I like the color as well yes and look I like the little fixtures up there yep you're right even even they continue to home with the tile back there in the cabinet trees I'm a huge fan well they showed up yep yep I'd like to add one last thing as we step outside go on outside please one final thing to add toin drying out I absolutely love this glass door right here you know you just don't get that on a travel trailer
