Breath of the Wild but it’s Absolutely Too Hard

this is one of breath of the Wild's most difficult grueling and unfair mods and I'm going to play it so you can see me scream from the dark depths of the unknown while he relax on the couch with a bag of cheater dust permeating your shirt okay maybe it was a little too much Dark Army Resurrection turns breath of the wild into a souls-like game earning you upgrades for defeating more difficult enemies and disallowing you to heal teleport or change items while in battle and if you die all your money souls and abilities disappear with your life I just noticed uh we have five Hearts that's how you know it's hard all right let's get our first stop the snow quilt trousers all right and then that is huge attack up Barbarian armor okay nice wait wait what Link's doing some back flips okay that's kind of cool I guess that's part of the combat mod all right so let's beat our first uh enemy it looks a little different oh there's blood oh he also has so much more Health than normal that's lovely also there's a heart counter in the top is that a heart counter for the enemy oh no it's my hearts I have 17 Health look at that what the hell did you just draw large sword ancient Soul enhance your ability with two-handed Swords by one level you need three of the souls to lock new skills okay interesting so we're on our way to the tower look at this guy there's a style enemy oh oh my God it my weapons which is really good actually can you retrieve your souls I actually don't think so okay well let's go through the bombs right now uh what the hell did we just Kick the bomb that's actually really cool oh so kicking makes it go farther oh all right second Spirit or have gotten and we got bombs can I like still Parry this Guardian oh one yeah yeah it still does work okay oh yeah yeah new item I got a chica battery a small core that gives the Chica slate the extra energy needed for you to warp around the map you know what chat I'm gonna move my camera to the Bottom now it's gonna look there's like a chance that they appear into stall enemies and then stall enemies have a chance of appearing into these malice enemies it takes so much to kill like one single thing and you dropped nothing so let's go over to the stage to try next okay um I wonder I can just jump over right so I just go X Y yeah oh that's so cool all right and that's uh this stays a shrine I wonder oh what wait it took me so long to charge that up and to shoot what happened dude I got sniped from across the map okay all right let's go to the cryo Shrine here cool let's complete cry on this all right cool you need a chica battery to travel but you don't have any destroy some Guardians to get it oh so I really can't fast travel until I get the Shiga battery and I I died earlier right over here which means the Chica battery we got at the bomb Shrine just doesn't matter anymore like I don't have it uh so let's head back to the Temple of Time I guess oh what is this huh oh my God it's a Talus it's just right before the okay I can beat this pretty fast right I do no damage okay I leave not worth it can I uh redeem okay perfect in exchange for two of them I'll amplify your being okay so that's like another thing in the mod you can upgrade for a two spoon orbs rather than four like normal I'll do maybe one heart container one stamina nice there's the old man all right we got the paraglider we are now given access to the rest of the world and from what I know the game scales beautifully as we beat all four Divine beasts so you know what I think we do that it's been like a year maybe more since I've done that so I think we go and do it we are headed towards kakariko Village I think that's a good place to start so far we're just running around this makes every encounter in the game so much worse I can't eat while in combat I can't switch weapons while in combat there's so many small things all right let's open this I guess please be something good all of that for an extravagant saddle I'm just really curious about uh seeing the Divine beasts because those have been changed to be harder as well all right we'll get one more heart container here and then we will talk to impa and start our divine beast quest lines good thing I can now drop out of uni to become a professional Point Crow Watcher we don't subsidize for watching don't do free when you can get paid for it I'll put a wide which is perfect that's the first Divine beast and we get mifa's Grace now in this mod in addition to beating the Divine Beast the game gets a little harder more things spawn everywhere so that's gonna be lovely I just noticed we got spear skills level one which increases your skills with Spears so we get Advanced Combos and higher attack speed that's cool we got like a swing anyways yeah you guys ready to go to the next Divine Beast onwards all right let me get uh like some fire elixirs real quick oh wait do I have any rubies oh I don't I guess I could get the diamond on that one mountain with that we get to rook's protection okay that'll help us a lot in the future oh large sword skills level one out of three plus 15 attack speed Advanced combos permanent skill not bad at all we'll take that too so we're gonna go to ravali next but before we go to rivali I want to sort of like grind some souls and maybe get the master sword so the thing is I want to be able to get more uh souls and stuff and by doing that we have to beat more enemies oh there's a soul let's go a run ancient Soul it enhances your running speed by one level so if we get three of these we can actually like run faster maybe you know oh wait we got a double Lionel ax super effective against Lionel's and style lionels pretty good all right here we go wait what is this the Lost Woods yeah I guess there's no fog let's start the quest sick okay so before we go to uh Divine Beast VAV Meadow we want to get more souls we have like a ton of them here we have we don't have like any upgrades like we haven't like done like a plus one yet so I want to do that real quick let's beat some enemies over here watch this they won't even know what's coming come on okay we got another run ancient Soul here okay so my running speed's enhanced so I'm faster now so it's like passive okay cool all right let's get started I'm curious to see how they made it more difficult Divine Beast number three oh my God the thing's plus five that's awesome dude that was worth it for sure all right nice and that's the last terminal easy and let's go to wind blight I just want wind blade to be on the ground the most shoot wind blight whatever he's in the air right does a little damage it sends them enough where he like might go on the ground you know yeah okay they made him faster they made them so it doesn't actually stagger wind blight's just harder than he normally is nice okay all right do some damage here beautiful beautiful okay dude winblade has so much HP Jesus there we go guys here we go that does like a decent amount of damage like I'll take it you know dude we're gonna okay there we go I was about to say we're about to use all of our weapons on this fight all right but we got second phase just wait for him to go back down and just like spin to win I think that's how we do it right you can't hit me from there awesome oh okay that's doing a lot of damage so far so good and we've gone through it like every single weapon that we have okay almost done almost there and there we go yes the fine Beast three down they buff windblade's health so much and they made him faster and non-staggerable and there we go another heart so that's three Divine beasts down we got one more to go and looks like we got the third Champion ability of rivali's Gale and then for beating it we have a permanent upgrade of Shield skills level one and both kills level one oh I didn't mean to [Music] us we have fire bombs what oh that's so cool now that we got all that let's go and beat the fourth Divine Beast the last one and arguably the hardest thunderblight this is gonna be a really difficult leg of the Run chat you guys want to go to the yiga clan I wonder how hard the yiga clan is going to be all right you can my God hey I need to focus and grab it immediately and go down okay yes oh jeez the fact they made Master Koga hard is just insane and we got the Thunder Helm okay not too bad alrighty let's go to vonaboris here we go I wonder if this part's any harder either here we go the last Divine beast of the playthrough and arguably the hardest okay great start already okay got him okay I got one of them nice okay I'll take it ah okay that's what we're looking for wait this is just a chest isn't it all right but something good right [Music] wait they nerfed it it's only worth two or oh and it doesn't have attack up oh my it's actually useless they've nerfed it into the ground okay you know what let me try to go this way let me try to do this I wonder if I'd be able to reach no oh I have ravali's Gail wait how do I use it huh cannot be oh right I forgot you can't use the champion abilities and divine beasts forgot about that small little thing there let me try this again okay okay [Applause] parkour my way to wait hurry oh God almost dead nice got him easy oh my god let's go last one done and now to the main control unit and thunderblight dude this is gonna be actually incredibly hard it probably sped up thunderblight like every other boss and probably gave him a ton more damage okay here we go are you fast all right you're still wait I think you're still regular speed oh but you're so much hell so oh my God actually like insane amount of Health and he doesn't stay down either oh God okay okay oh he doesn't get staggered this might take a hot second God this makes it so much harder so thunderblight's not faster he's just so tanky you know what let me do a tack up food as well yeah so now I have attack up times three yeah okay this could do better okay let's try this again that does not do much more damage oh I got a flurry Rush Oh my God finally yeah if he does this combo now yeah so I can I can fully Rush on this move oh that'll make it so much easier now oh master sword's low on energy she takes five minutes to recharge the master sword you know what okay I'm gonna use my uh ancient arrow on him that did no damage oh man that feels good when you get it so this is fine as long as we get this we're all good and my Scimitar broke oh second phase hopefully second phase isn't too difficult oh and I got the flurry rush I just literally probably can't share how do you dodge that one dude I can just do so little damage this feels like a Dark Souls boss because it takes forever to beat all of my health so thunderblight was proving to be an insurmountable task but we still had options I scoured the world for fairies upgraded my armor and cooked up some defense food in order to tame this electric Beast with the current Loadout link has times to attack up times two Garden resist and times three defense up with a purified master sword and some of the best items in the game if this doesn't do it I don't know what will okay here we go thunderblight Ganon all right this might take a while but we are extra extra resistant to thunderblight fingers crossed guys oh my God you have so much health nice okay second phase this is good so far we have our Master Sword back and everything still fine just gotta clutch it out okay use the ferry unfortunately that's okay instant okay and we died after hours of attempts and the best gear I can get thunderblight was simply too much buffed attack and way too much health proof that this monster was impossible for I once thought that I had descended into the immortal God plane of breath of the wild Challengers but this boss this boss has humbled me it reminds me of that one quote from Sun Tzu's Art of War for one shall not be the enemy of his Challenger battle must be waged in a swift manner a single arrow shot that totally wasn't modded in and just close your eyes for a second is Key Well we did it first try and there was no doubt that it was totally fair and square and I didn't do it just to further the narrative and look at more of the mod oh okay small sword skill level two or three multi hits on charge attack and jump attack plus 30 attack speed and orbosa's fury okay all right so let's go and beat Calamity Ganon okay here we go oh my god did they add more malice here yeah I love what they've done with the plays here all right here we go so before we get to Ganon we've defeated all four Divine beasts some easier than others we've gotten a ton of souls for a bunch of different things we've done a lot with this mod it's time to see how hard they've made the final boss here we go let's do it I'm scared I claiming Gammy oh they'll go let's see what it is always a lot faster oh my God he's so fast and he has a ton of Health okay good enough good to know okay uh let's do this and do a million ancient arrows I mean this works okay I don't have any more ancient arrows I do a bomb arrows oh and dude the instant laser that's fine this is why we have arrows this is actually doing like a decent amount of damage okay here we go that's so little damage they boosted his speed and attack and everything else it's ridiculous this is insane okay that works all right oh I can't I can't stand lock you oh he gets up immediately oh no that's actually really bad I have to actually just be a god gamer I have to perfect Parry everything this is the last Shield I have for the rest of the game basically sped him up so much this is uh a wild fight okay we have like next to no health and my dirt belly and my shield it broke actually so I have to now Dodge everything this is uh ridiculously difficult can I like does that work oh my God today I learned I never knew that huh can it be like any Arrow because I don't have any more ice arrows can I can I do like a okay I can also do a bomb Arrow cool no all right let's beat him oh I'm in the fire okay we can just go again honestly let's do it actually you know what what if I save my ancient arrows for second phase all right so far so good I haven't even used any ancient arrows yet okay awesome great that was uh first phase done there we go second phase here we go okay nice and then now I move to my ancient arrows nice okay I just
