why do you all need to keep discovering crazy new things with glitches i just covered extensively anyway here's how to hover using a combination of pickup smuggling and b lock equip a shield a bow and find something to pick up bombs work fine hold zl to hold out your shield press a zr and then a if done right link will be holding up the thing with the bow still in his hand now we need to jump and while in mid-air sheath our bow and take off our shield immediately so x b and plus take off your shield [Music] if link still has the thing picked up then all you need to do is aim your bow then you'll have combined b lock with pickup smuggling next you'll need to find a ledge around this tall for link to do the step up animation when walking into it if you hold the run button the left stick in a direction and do the step up animation you'll enter the animation that's unaffected by gravity and also be constantly pushed by the thing stuck to your hand if you let go of the run button rest the left stick back into neutral or go into any pause menu you will fall out of the state let me show you the setup one more time [Music] usually you will have a decent amount of speed in one direction making it difficult to go in others to change this you can wiggle link side to side to increase the speed for the direction link's back is facing you can keep doing it to build up a lot of speed making this glitch quite effective for travel the direction of your speed can also be changed by bumping into things or sliding up slopes if you feel like you don't have enough room to wiggle to change directions doing a quick spin can bring some speed back into the direction you want mifa's grace is ready this can be done with other objects you can pick up though depending on the shape and size link might sometimes drop it during the setup or all the time if it's as big as this barrel the ways and directions you gain speed will be different for each object you carry and the way you carry them since it's possible to neglect the aim bow step if you're not using a bomb as you can hold the run button mid-air and not drop the held object you can actually drop bombs while hovering around and even jump out of it letting you attempt to win the bomb [Applause] have fun mastering this new movement tech if you're a speedrunner you might have to see ya
