BOBOVR S3 Pro vs Meta Quest Battery Strap vs BOBOVR M3 Pro. Compare three great Quest 3 batteries

all right so let's talk about a couple different headset strap options and battery options for The Meta Quest 3 so we've got a few here I just want to kind of talk about some of the differences I've tried all three of these pretty extensively we have the uh Bobo VR M3 which is awesome we have the new S3 Pro which is absolutely my favorite if you only need to pick one if you came here to decide hey which one do I want this is the one just buy that and you'll be happy and then this is the meta branded one which also works great and then you also see that these are sitting in the meta Quest the The Meta branded charging docks which we'll talk about real quick so let's just start we'll start over here so this is the meta Quest branded version love the dock the dock is super simple um everything is just integrated when you use the meta Quest battery pack right here which adds a bit of comfort to it um a lot better than the default strap that comes with it uh it but what's really cool is how integrated it is when you plug it into the dock it will charge the headset and the battery at the same time there's no wires it's super clean you can see the charge limits of both when you're in the headset when you're hanging out in the metaverse you can just hover over the battery icon and it will show you the charge level of both the battery and the headset this battery will also keep up with the headset draw so your headset will stay at 100% while it draws from the battery first uh these are inductive charging for the controllers it comes with the special batteries that pop in there to go with the inductive charging all integrated into the base love this charging dock highly recommend it no matter what head strap you choose cuz over here you see we have the Bobo VR versions and they both also work in here it does not charge the batteries in the back so that requires either a separate dock or simply a USBC cable to plug into the battery M3 is nice if uh if you're on a budget this is a great great head strap super comfortable the battery and the dock work really well you get spare batteries they snap in with a magnet really really slick um they do not keep the headset charge 100% this is the older Battery Technology and it doesn't quite put out enough power that if you're in an intensive application in the quest 3 it will slowly drain but you're still with two batteries and the headset you're still going to get probably 5 hours of time inside the Quest 3 this over here oh my gosh this thing is the best so this thing right here with one 10,000 mamp hour battery which is really really strong right here this thing will keep the headset 100% charged it will even charge it so if you start with low power on your headset this battery will allow you to play and charge the headset in a positive rate at the same time I had this on the other day I played for about two and a half hours 3 hours and the headset was still at 100% the battery was at 50% I'm going to say you're going to get 5 to six hours of time with one battery and the quest 3 headset they're going to come out with a charging dock what they're going to they're going to call a super Dock and an extra B100 battery that you can buy they're going to come out with that by April 1st but let's take a look at how this all functions so right here if I kind of zoom in you'll see the battery level on the side of that headset it's at 100% right now but what's super cool is if you press this button and let go it turns on a fan so you have this fan in the front and you can turn the fan from 50% 60% whatever degree you want you can kind of hear it but it's quiet I not not anything I think that would bother you but then what it does is it pulls fresh air here and it pumps it through this Fabric in the back there's not any dedicated vents or ports or anything like that you but you can sit here and you can feel air flowing all through your where your forehead would be so super slick design um again works well with the charging dock very very very cool solution super comfortable it's the most comfortable of all of them so out of all of them can't pick do the S3 Pro bu the quest uh The Meta branded charging dock it's really slick works with the the these little knuckle holders here also metab branded but that's my solution of choice out of all of these
