BLENDER 2.9x - Auto Rig Pro - Very Fast & Easy

hey what's up guys and welcome back to mr 3d so in today's video i'm gonna show you an amazing add-on known as auto rig pro which lets you rig anything in blender within minutes it's available on blender market i will leave the link down below and make sure to join my discord server link is in the description so without any further ado let's jump into this tutorial all right first of all you're gonna open up default scene in blender and you're gonna replace the cube with a corrector like i have here and basically i took this character from mblab add-on which is i think almost free if it's free i will leave the link in the description below for this add-on as well you can go ahead and grab this one as well so now once you have purchased the autoric pro you're gonna wanna go over to preferences add-on sections and click on install add-on install this add-on and then enable it auto-rig pro make sure it's enabled right here and then close the preferences off now what you're going to do is press n on your keyboard and go all the way over to auto rig pro and as you can see it has four sections right here auto rig pro auto rig pro smart and we are going to use auto rig pro smart get selected objects so make sure to select your character first and then click on get selected objects now it's gonna take you to the front view and you're gonna align some parameters right here as you can see so you're gonna click on add neck now you're going to tell you where to place this so i just want to place right here perfect and for the chin i'm just gonna place it right here for the shoulders right here perfect add wrists and for them it's perfect here add spine root right here add ankles right about here perfect now what you're going to do now we are going to select facial setup actually make this rig facial as well so click on facial setup is going to take you to right here and now you're gonna align these parts as i am aligning them so make sure to follow this along with me perfect and for the eyebrows actually this character does not have eyebrows so i'm just gonna align them from my point of view and for ears just put them right here these should be right here as well these two and for the eyes you're gonna just like move it right here as that scale it down actually like so perfect now once you have done this make sure to also check this right here perfect now once you've done this just go out of the edit mode by pressing tab and then select the mesh and make sure you have your eyeballs separated so in my case i don't have separated so i'm going to separate these eyeballs select one of the vertex right here and one from right here press ctrl l it's gonna select the whole object and then press p separate selection now the eyeballs are separated from the character and now you're going to select your eyeball this one make sure to name it eyeball once it's selected click on this eyedropper and it's gonna automatically select this to eyeball so yeah that's it and now we are just gonna click on go once we have done everything and it's gonna create bonds on those parameters it's going to analyze everything that we have did so it will take just about 10 seconds or 20 seconds it depends on your computer now it's done and as you can see this addon does an amazing job aligning these bonds with the mesh perfectly as you can see right here finger bones are also aligned perfectly so now what we are going to do is just select aderic pro section right here and make sure to select your armature that we have created and click on match to rig it's gonna generate rig depending on the different locations of bonds and as you can see it has done an amazing job and now what we are going to do is we are going to bind this with the rig so just box select everything make sure to don't select this floor make sure to go out of pose mode then select everything by box select and you're gonna wanna go over to skin leave the settings on default and then press bind and now it's gonna just analyze everything right here and it's going to bind this up with the mesh and as you can see it has bind this trick with our mesh beautifully now just select your rig and press tab or you can go into the pose mode by directing right here and then the rig is ready to go let me show you how it works so just simply select this one or maybe just like this one press g and as you can see it's a little bit laggy because i don't have much powerful computer so so yeah this is it right here and you can also have different configurations right here different controls quite handy add-on you have facial [Music] everything's fine there's a little bit of weight painting issues because it's auto so you just have to you know manually adjust some weight painting and we have eyelids a lot of different stuff and you can also add a picker so for this video i'm not going to go into this i just want to show you some basics of this auto rig pro add-on how amazing
