strength came from somewhere then I get a witness there were nights that you lay down and you were totally destroyed and woke up the next morning and didn't know where the joy came from can I get a witness and all you could do was thank God there wasn't a friend around to encourage you what nobody there couldn't get an appointment with the bishop couldn't get anything but God somebody say but God and when you really really really please understand this you know dissin focal do test the lies but a real testimony it's when it's all said and done there ain't nobody you can praise other than God other than God the bank couldn't help you to preach it couldn't help you your mama couldn't help you the lawyer couldn't help you the judge couldn't help you there was nothing that could be done but God and you know something about the real testimony I don't know about you but whenever I'm trying to tell somebody what God did I can't get the words out I have to tell them four or five times and I said what you don't understand I just don't understand you're looking at me crazy you act like you ain't never been in a place where there was no way out you act like you ain't never ever ever ever ever ever been stuck in a situation and God in his power you act like he ain't never been put in front of somebody and didn't know what to say and then words came in your mouth it blew you away hello somebody you didn't know you knew all you knew - you stood up there boldly folk we're trying to criticize you but you went on ahead and the Bible said after doing all stand and you stood right there and the Holy Ghost came and old preachers would say I filled my help coming on I got an oxen in my heart it in my spirit and it came from all you who think you can make it you just getting started because when you run out god runs in he was just waiting on you to surrender so he can get his power in you and move in that hallelujah so bless the Lord real good one more time give him praise in this house come on and bless the Lord oh my soul and all that is within me bless his holy and righteous name with those same hands put them together offering time bless God to give it hallelujah and with those same hands reach into your pocket and into your wallet that we might be able to share and so into the kingdom God is so good we will not rob him and so if you need an envelope please sir please ma'am raise your hand real quickly and usher bring one to you I'm so honored our youth uh sure czar ushering please be nice to our Usher's bless God for them they've been here for both services on the front we put our tithes and offering which is our seat on the back we fill out an amount that we sew into the first family it's not on salary from this church and we appreciate you and your obedience and walking into things that God is ordained on Palm Sunday we will share in our tabernacle offering and you should have received a handout to give you further explanation and Tabernacle offering as it is so outlined in the Bible and I gave some commentary on that we have over a proximately two million dollars that are pledged for our tabernacle offering and we will take all that up that's over and above our tithes and offering we'll go in to kill in the debt and reducing it getting rid of it over this sanctuary but most of all the divine obedience of those one of the things that happened on Palm Sunday when we take it that offering is one of the most anointed services that we have we do the offering special we take time with it and just God moves in miraculous ways I remember one time we took it and we gave the benediction but soon we gave the benediction God started a new service and half the people were gone and God started giving me words of prophesy to those who still remain we were over there in the Family Life Center I remember that Sunday and it was such a powerful move of God so I caution you do not leave too soon because God moves in a wonderful way when we walk in divine opt-ins to his word this morning at the first service I prayed for all those who pledged towards that because I realized as you get close to the time to satisfying that pledge distractions come things many of you have already made a pledge of sacrifice anticipating some things to happen in your finance etc and so we're gonna seal that and for those of you who made a pledge for Tabernacle Sunday I'm gonna ask that you would stand I want to pray over you as I did the first service some of you never got an opportunity to fill out a pledge card you can do it after service and the best of you and if you don't get it then but you know you're going to so and make a sacrifice on that Sunday for that offering and you haven't filled out a card yet just stand now that I may pray over your stand now I realized with a large congregation sometimes we can't get you the information or you can't get it to us and so we're not leaving you but we want you to understand this is gonna be a mighty and it's a divine ordinance of God and I asked you to just lift your hands at this moment I want to pray over your father in the name of Jesus these who have already made up in their mind and heart and spirit they're walking that the biblical obedience to you and sewing over and above their tithe and offering that you have so ordains and a tabernacle offering to be taken up on Palm Sunday God let no distraction no financial burden come that will tip them or try to take them away from their commitment but allow them at this moment to start living in the overflow of the seed that they're gonna sell so because they made up in their heart to do it let a thousandfold start to return to them even right now in the name of Jesus and Lord that they will not be discouraged but encouraged allow the blessing your blessing to rest upon their home or their bloodline not just their finance but their whole lives and their children and their families god they're blessed in there going in there coming always above never beneath God we honor you and love you with our gifts moving in obedience knowing obedience is better than sacrifice it's in the mighty and wonderful name of Jesus to Christ amen amen and amen god bless you and thank you thank you for that while you're getting ready to give your offer and I'm gonna pray for it and then I'm turn with me the first samuel 15 for samuel 15 you in the nation at the Georgia Dome and a lot of times our members still show up here everybody in the city is that the dome and our members are here in the parking lot because the doors are locked please sir please ma'am be mindful we'll have one service together on Easter Sunday in the dome and it's going to be greatest ever and so we asked you to mark your calendars we're gonna do everything we can to make sure that you're mindful of where we are to be we have people who are calling from around the country and around the nations around this world coming in for our Easter service what I want to do cuz I said I was going to do this before I read this scripture for those gentlemen and I don't know if any ladies are in the group also who I'm gonna call our holy rollers on motorcycles and who are sharing with us this morning and some have left their their own places of worship to be with us I want to say a special prayer yesterday I was driving and about several motorcycle passed me and as I was going and I just started praying for them because I've seen a lot of times how we drive and sometimes we're not too polite to folk on motorcycles and I wanted to pray for their safety I want to pray for the men and women who are with us for your safety and your mission how God has uniquely gifted you to touch people then others can't touch with the spirit with the power and with the word of Christ and that you stand in your own personal uniqueness totally submitted to God and doing the things that God has ordained and so in all that those of you who are with us with the motorcycle group ministry I'm gonna ask that you would just raise your hands and I want to pray for you just raise your hands we thank God for you and we thank God for y'all linking up together and understand there's only one Kingdom in the name of Jesus father we honor you and bless you for these men and women we thank you for their commitment we thank you for their ministry we thank you for their destiny we thank you for their safety that in their travel it will always be safe come against accidents injury and God that you always have them in their pointed place with the appointed words in their mouths appointed action as they go forth and advance the kingdom and bring men and women boys and girls from darkness into the marvelous light give them a double or triple portion of your anointing give them the tongue of the learn allow them to have a great spirit of discernment even words of wisdom and prophesy to go forth God we honor these men and women we honor their families we honor their legacy we honor their uniqueness we honor their gifting we honor their submission now God allow them to move the things that you have ordained in Christ's name a man a man and a man give God praise for that and for them I want to take about 30 minutes and get straight to this I told you to spend your moments rejoicing and not that I'm trying to pull anything away from you but right now we want to do a self-examination and I want to lifts up some things I have lived with this all week so if it grabs you pretty hard this morning good because I'm not preaching at you I never preach at you I'm dealing with things that God deals and brings to my don't study to preach I studied to live and my ministry comes out of my living so when I'm talking to you I'm my own pastor and it convicts me first and so I asked them one of the reasons why you need to pray for me because the greatest compliment you can give me is hug me and say pastor you're growing because if you can see me growing and I'm growing then this is gonna be on a live church but when I stop growing we in trouble and so if I grow you're gonna grow you're either gonna grow a leaf hello somebody so I don't have to preach to you to make you change if I change you're gonna have to come with me or leave and I figured if I catch on fire for God you come watch me burn hello somebody so in all that we are moving through this process together and some things don't take a process just takes a decision I want to speak to you about a subject that our whole ministry is about especially our television ministries called taking authority say taking authority and it's about that we have all this power but yet we cannot use this power because of our rebellion against God and because of that we don't have authority and I'll talk about that very quickly and get to to the point that we're able to move in the things that God has ordained I want to lift up to you first Samuel 15 I'm going to read a few verses samuel also said to Saul the Lord sent me to anoint you over his people over he is Raya now therefore heed the voice of the word of the Lord say heed the voice of the word of the Lord let's say the Lord of Hosts I will punish Emily for what it did to Israel how he abused him on the way when he came up from Egypt now go and attack am lack and utterly destroy all say utterly destroy all utterly destroy all that they have and do not spare them but kill both man and woman infant and nursing child ox and sheep camel and donkey so Paul gathered the people together and numbered them and please understand as he started getting ready for battle go to verse 9 but saw and the people spared aggghhhhh the best of the sheep and oxen and fattening and lamb and that which was good and were unwilling to utterly destroy say they were unwilling to utterly destroy say it to utterly destroy they were unwilling to utterly destroy them please understand but what was the command to utterly destroy I mean just don't destroy me and take it out but they said no and but everything they despised and was worthless that they utterly destroyed now the word of the Lord came to Samuel saying I greatly regret that I have set up Saul as king I would hate God to say this about me for he has turned back from following me and has not performed my Commandments and it grieves Samuel and he cried out to the Lord all night so when Samuel rose early in the morning to meet saw it was told Samuel saying Saul went to karma and indeed had set up a monument for himself and he had gone on around passed by and gone down the Gilgal then Samuel went to saw and Saul said to him blessed are you of the Lord I have performed the commandments of the Lord but Samuel said what is this bleating of sheep in my ears and the lowing of oxen which I hear and Saul said they have bought them passing the buck of responsibility turn with me real quick to Matthew 8 you have it's a man Matthew eight and five not here too many pages turning Matthew eight and five now when Jesus had entered Capernaum a Centurion came to him pleading with him saying Lord my servant is lying at home paralyzed dreadfully tormented and jesus said to him I will come and heal him pay attention to these next verses the Centurion answered and said lord I am not worthy that you should come under my roof but only speak a word and my servant will be healed for I also am a man under Authority having soldiers under me and I say to one go and he goes to another come and he comes and to my servant do this and he does thirteen verse and then jesus said to discern go your way as you have believed so let it be done and the servant was healed that same hour Tim first Jesus heard it and marveled and said to those who follow us surely I say to you I have not found such great faith not even in Israel look at me there was a stirring in the congregation a few moments ago as our men nation of Jesus led by Minister Cage as they talked about the power that God gives there was a stirring because you could feel it you understood it my challenge is and the thing that I had to wrestle with with all the progression that we have made with all the things even this church coming from a chapel that held about 600 people and we were having three services we had to seek people in the in the baptismal pool make sure we didn't turn the water on build another building build another building build another building now we're on 250 acres of land some of us has come from Apartments to homes and better jobs and the economy and all these things politically everything is clicking but yet in all that it's really honest with all this religious trapping that we have we're still personally haunted by little monsters and demons of our past that not only follow us but walk side by side with us and even though you used to sleep on the floor and now you got a nice mattress and a nice bed that you can push a button it'll raise you up and lay you down you're still tormented on silk sheets because you don't have the power or the authority to get rid of the things that torment you and still the joy that you're supposed to have and even though everything is progressing these demons these monsters these memories are still taunting at you even stronger and you've run to the altar many a times trying to get delivered and carried the same thing with you to the altar and back to your seat and the reason is you got power but no authority and I need you to hear this when I got up this morning got my kids out of bed so they can come in early this morning I looked at my car and my car got power but it didn't have authority until I got in it who owned it and turned the key and put it in which direction I wanted to go and when I put it in Drive it didn't go backwards and when I put it in reverse it didn't go forward and when I put it in neutral it stood still it was able to perform what it was originally designed for because it was submitted to the authority that owned it and when you're not submitted to the authority that owns you you cannot operate in authority because authority is given to those who are B didn't and if we keep reading in that chapter of 15 first Samuel you will find where they say obedience is better than sacrifice you may be seated now I'm down to 20 minutes clock me Elvis will leave the building such a name say you got power you just lack Authority and your authority is tied up in your obedience which means you must be rebelling if you still got demons and monsters of your past messing with you now now look I'm against I just said something [Applause] there is only one authority there is only one power and all of us are told to submit to that power and psalms 24 and 1 it says the earth of the Lord and the fullness thereof and the world and them that dwell in it yet some of us have slipped from beneath the hand of God and we are suffering say suffering from the effects of Genesis 3:5 someone's a bishop what is that talk to me you know you're gonna make me go longer say bishop what's that well when the serpent was trying to deceive and did accomplish that when he said you know you were sure like surely not die but the moment you you will be as gods and so what he did was deify herself she became her own God the challenge we have today is that most of us are making ourselves god we are doing things that we want to do in pursuing things that we want to pursue because we want it it doesn't have any evidence and doesn't mean anything because you showed up at church today that you're obedient to God because most of us are driven by our selfish desires we don't check to see what is right with God we check to see what the world is doing we check to see what we feel like we check the feed see what we want what we like and we go after the things that we want please understand if we're going to conquer the monsters and the demons and the things that continue to torment us in the progressing that God has given us and the blessings that God has given us we must come under the authority of God and only when we come under the authority of God will we be able or he be able to release the power and authority we need please hear this to have victory over our demons and monsters and memories that rule us our nation I want you to hear this and the church is suffering from rebellion against God I'm looking at it I'm trying to sit it because there's only one throne and only one God on it but yet when I look around this nation today you'll find that they're trying to put God out of everything we find the throwing out the ten commandments and then they wonder why we have all this crime we finds they're trying to take off In God We Trust we try and we're trying to find and take out we already took prayer out of schools and then we're talking about how messed up the school system is we're sitting up with trying to take one nation under God out of the Pledge we're trying to get everything moved and ain't nobody saying anything because we're more worried about civil rights civil this and that instead of what God has ordained and then we allow all kind of people to come into our nation that worship all other gods and we're trying to be polite to them if God built the house then you got to operate on who built the house and stop trying to be polite when somebody else don't believe when they don't believe it is mine to compel them to see the Christ in me that they would believe but they ain't gonna change the house rules but the reason why the house rules can be changed because the same folk in the pews who shadow on Sunday go to work and go to this and that doing the week and say nothing as they totally evict God we've just come through Christmas where God is being threatened that it's just gonna be a holiday and not a celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so the whole nation gets drunk and have banquets and celebrate the holiday and they forgot Christ and then some Christians put reindeers and Santa in their yard instead of putting the cross up and letting folk know it ain't about a fat white man with a beard and some rain there and Rudolph ain't got no shiny nose it is God that gives you the ability to get well to show for this covenant he has made with your father and when you celebrate reindeer st. you are in rebellion which means it was a time that this nation could go around the world and speak what God said because we had power and authority but because we're not submitted and the only way we can sing together if somebody runs planes into the towers and if they run planes into the towers the Congress and Senate will get on the steps and call the name of Jesus and as soon as they think they're alright to go back to being Republican and Democrat the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof how much how do you have to get before you understand if you don't submit to God he takes his hand off of you but when you submit to God if God be for you who would dare come again soon it's this what's this what's this and so we're accelerating this thing that the Apostle Paul warned us about in this rebellion that will accelerate in the last day such and they say in the last days in 2nd Timothy 3:1 through four you don't have to turn there I'll read it to you here you go from the new American Standard Version but realize this that in the last days difficult times will come here's what scares me I'm gonna read this to you this ain't about sinners only imma give you a description of the modern-day Church four men will be lovers of self lovers of money boastful arrogant revilers disobedient to parents ungrateful unholy unlovable irreconcilable malice gossip without self-control brutal haters of God treacherous reckless conceited lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God I know that went over your head but I want you to understand because right now you're shaking head and say yeah that's what they actin like but if you really check yourself most of our decisions are based off of our own personal pleasure we have a selfish generations parents are selfish and children are selfish square because everything we do is about me and then we might check with God I told you how to shout doing praise and worship and the reason why that we're totally going even deeper in rebellion because nobody is taking a stand do you realize rebellion is in such your names a rebellion is then there was an article printed police service in Chicago based magazine called be hip and it pointed out that the advertising agent world are doing everything it can to cast their products in in the framework of rebellion because they realize if I can do that folk go after it please hear this so so therefore and when I when I put do this ad campaign I got to get it for those who rebel or we get something to go with it that shows the people who want to be different who wants to break away who don't want to fit the norm and all of that stuff so so we get we hit genes that are fade out man my wife we were this week was going through a storm we were shopping and we're in the store and all of he had all these jeans and my wife grabbed me and said do you remember when we were little said we used to go to the second-hand store and buy these for two or three dollars they were faded jeans because they were used and it was all we could afford now people pay $100 for stuff we used to pay $3 for because we couldn't do any better but it's a sign of rebellion because now they're looking for something that is totally different then what anybody else is wearing please understand it so then we get all in it we a signs of rebate not not only do I get my ear pierced i pierce it everywhere I pierced my tongue pierced my nose pierced my navel ain't going no lore we let our hair grow we cut it short we color them ponytails if we can't get it back then we'll add some extensions so we can tie it will do this with diet will cut it will put lines in our hair young men will have words cut in the head trying to be different it's a sign of rebellion and then that lasts for two months so somebody else comes up with a way when too many people follow that form then I need to rebel and do something different and we're constantly rebelling but not understanding also that that rebellion is a spirit and it's not just that you're doing it as a fashion statement but you ain't listening to nobody but yourself you are trying to be different Jesus did not come to be different he said I only do what my daddy do he said I realize I could be something but I'm gonna humble myself even to the point of the cross I did not come to be an original I came to be a copy I'm here to tell you when somebody system says you're not original you didn't say I didn't come to be original I came to be a copy and if you don't see my daddy in me then I messed up I'm not trying to get your attention about a modern fashion I'm trying to get your attention so your soul can be saved and the only way your soul can be saved if you look at me and you see my daddy if you say I'm a clone of my daddy then I'm gonna say I'm happy because I am only here to be a copy and so we sit up and we understand but we don't understand rebellion is big business and rebellion is in our nature hear me Isaiah 1:19 said if you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land stay with me have them about through in this text God gave saw a kingdom assignment he says I'm sick I am late he says I want you to go and utterly destroy take everything out kill everything leave nothing does your neighbor say he was on a kingdom assignment God anointed him as king called him as king gave him assignment and he started on his assignments a started on it say but look at me please it is be solved for a moment you're telling me to go kill everybody and destroy all the good stuff that's a tough thing so that's a tough thing so that's first problem the first problem is that God will tell you some tough stuff now if he's God you'll do it but if he's not God you will start to think that God has made a mistake and you're better than God and start saying God well maybe we need to make these few adjustments to what you said I'm willing to do this and I'm willing to do this but I'm not willing to do this I'm willing to say I'm sorry to my husband but I'm not gonna cook his dinner because he's still ain't changed and just as soon as he changes God then I'm gonna do everything you told me to do but it's hidden the problem and God said I ain't talking to him I'm talking to you and if you want your authority then you need to do everything I said hear me I gotta say home throwing the bishop up in their face don't go home saying bishop long said this and bishop long said that and you're just what Bishop long say because what you've done has intimidated him you've disrespected him you have thrown another man in his face if you really want your husband to come to church when you go home you give him the best lovin he has ever had in his life that he will be encouraging you to go to church every day and then he gonna follow you to find out what it is that's going on in here that makes you come home and make him a big baller shot caller and it will win but don't know about you Roundtree somebody [Music] [Applause] I forgot well now back to our regular scheduled program and so he did not complete his full assignment because he made an assessment and started spiritualizing things here this 90% obedience and 10% disobedience equals 100% disobedience he took the king he didn't destroy him he took the best of the sheep in the cattle the calves and lambs because they were not willing to utterly destroy we read that in verse 8 and 9 hear me look at me because I'm talking somebody cuz you you know what God's been telling you on Kingdom assignment but you haven't been doing it here this please understand he dealt with me the first thing in rebellion the first one that noticed rebellion is not the rebellious one it's God it grieved God first and he said I wished I had not made him King matter of fact I'm taking this kingdom from him now because of the abettor rebellion if you understand David's whole testimony in Psalms 51 when it says created me a clean heart before he said that he said finally at this sin with with with Bathsheba he says against the only Lord I have sinned and it came to the point to realize that god i disgraced you do you know when you're really really really in love with the Lord there's some things that God tells me and and all of that I don't quite understand but I do it because I don't want to hurt him when you're really in love with somebody you will do certain things that even though you don't quite understand it but you know it will offend the other you just won't do it because you love them that unless it's you don't want them hurt where are the people that really love God that don't want to grieve them do you not know that God can be grieved the Bible acknowledges us the dot to grieve the Holy Ghost so whenever we're in rebellion then God brings about not only this heat grieved then he brings about confrontation this morning is a moment of confrontation of where you are God tells Samuel God tells Bishop Laurel confront saw confront this congregation be confronted yourself saw set up a monument in his own honor because he was stuck on himself there are people I'm talking to right now who are stuck on themselves and we do things in disobedience to God and then make it spiritual watch this please understand and I'm not talking about these these folks that we tend to think are rebellious there are people that we look at in the world and with the way they dress or whatever and we call them rebellious and sometimes that they're the most obedient people that you could ever see I'm talking about what's this rebellious folk I'm talking about the ones that wear clerical collars I'm talking about the ones that put on choir robes I'm talking about the ones that dress up in nice suits and nice dresses I'm talking about the one that shout through service and run and twist and throw their hands up and Halle hallelujah and do all that stuff and they just want to come to worship please understand after read this chapter after pastor saw had had rebelled and disobeyed God he wanted to go and worship there many of us this weekend that rebelled against God but couldn't wait to get up to go to church we want to worship we want to perform we want to show off we want to sit up there but we don't want to make our lives complete we don't want to do what God is ordained for us to do but if I can get to worship if I can shout and if I can do this and if you question me I'll make my motive spiritual and not even know it myself when Samuel greeted him and verse 16 he sits up I mean in verse 10 he sits up and he he he he he gives a spiritual response there are many of us will be running to each other we ask somebody a question I just read how are you doing blessed hallelujah all these kind of spiritual responses in the midst of our disobedience and sit up his his his claim was please understand as I said the wrong verse his claim was in verse 13 then Samuel went to Saul and Saul said to him blessed are you of the Lord I have performed the commandments of law didn't nobody ask you nothing I just came to you he was already guilty but one the boss because he was sitting on ninety percent obedience and he thinks that he was totally doing the things that God ordained we got all kind of spiritual answers that masquerade our disobedience we know how to be spiritual and why he's giving all that it catches him because Samuel says well what's this bleating of sheep what is this stuff I hear if you did what God said why are these sheep what's this and he said oh those are those are sacrifices sale sacrifices he said these are sacrifices to the Lord watch this check this out in essence he Spiritualized his disobedience by saying I kept this to give to God God didn't ask him for that can I say so I know we do this and sometimes this helps to budget real good but we have transformed the altar into an excuse for being disobedient check this out check this out many of us will come even myself and lay money on the altar which requires just writing a check and reaching in our pocket but the altar was a place to burn flesh so I rather give him something then give him me so if I can lay some money and pay him off for my disobedience very few folk come to the altar and get ugly and say I'm down here because I know I messed up I'm down here because I know I'm in Roubaix and I'm down here because I know I backslidden I'm gonna lay out on my face because what God really wants is me he don't want my money he don't want my check he wants me he wants me fully submitted he wants my mind he wants my mouth he wants my spirit he wants my heart he wants everything about me and I'm gonna present to him and very few folk present their body their being to Christ as a living sacrifice we know we wrong and we think we can lay $2 on the altar and fix it well here at roof and lay money down but don't follow the truth so what'd you do I gave God's sacrifice not obedience I'm not even gonna buy the tape cuz I don't want to hear it again but give me a thousand fold for what you just so what I sold on this altar there's a transformation that happens at the altar when you can put your hands up and not worry about what folks think because all of us are messed up in this house and so you sitting there sat in a masquerade and cover and you'll stop when you don't understand the miracle-working power that happens at the altar there was a lamb slain his name was Jesus to Christ he got up on the third day and if you can come give yourself up he'll get up in you and cleanse you and watch you confess your sins not give me an offering I'm faithful and just to forgive you your sins and cleanse you of unrighteousness don't give me a sacrifice give me obedience [Music] what's this there are rebels in the church who always it blows my mind even though I'm not out there to hear it I hear it in the spirit how many of you go in the vest of you and you criticize the messages you got a little click group that they wait to hear what you got to say about what Bishop said some of you have not pledged for tabernacle because you're part name pledged I don't care what Bishop says or the Bible I ain't gonna do it you realize today listen to me y'all they were here who are still not tithers but you spiritual eyes dit I don't give cause Bishop is taking it that's what the paper said fool God didn't ask you to investigate me and if I was taking your money and they gave me a whole page in Atlanta Constitution and Journal if I was wrong I'd be in jail right now I'm not under any indictment I'm not under any investigation I got a clean bill of health and you need to come out of that and get yourself where you need to be and stop talking and getting yourself curse you're just in rebellion using it as an excuse [Applause] [Music] hear me he sat there and even as you said and God speaks to you there are things he'll tell you to do said this moment I'll deliver you from something if you slap that altar and sometimes you'll sit in your seat because you're afraid of what the person gonna say who you rolled with if you got that kind of person you rolled with that's gonna keep you from the kingdom you get another ride are you walk I would rather walk and go to heaven and have God's hand on me then the ride in your car and go straight the hell I need when God speaks to me to move in the power of the Spirit I am tired of being where I am with power but no authority what's this hear me you got to read that whole 15 chapter I'm just clipping noting this for you but Saul was hurrying to worship and when he was confronted the first thing he did he Spiritualized his disobedience some of you spiritual eyes why you not doing what you're doing because the other person they did there something that didn't happen God didn't ask you that he told you what to do gave you full kingdom instructions then finally once he kind of got the picture he said well it wasn't me the soldiers brought him back who you blaming for not doing what God said my momma it's my husband if my wife had locked me if I hadn't come up in this environment if my daddy hadn't have done this if my momma had have been around those folk did that that's the reason why and that's why you tormented by your demons you have no authority because you got an excuse for disobedience please understand this has been kicking my tail for five days can you look at me oui I can go to the White House and speak to the president where all my clerical stuff and say what the Lord says and it don't mean nothing if I'm disobedient if I'm living in rebellion against God I have no authority to change that's why the church is ineffective in the land because the church is disobedient 2,000 gears of robbers who can't even get the message tithe got an excuse I want the blessings I want to come to church I want to be prayed for but certain things I just ain't gonna do let Bishop wear himself out going all over the world but what he says does not have the authority because he pastors a disobedient people so we have powerful services without transformation so not only do I have to be obedient but the people I pasture have to walk in obedience because God is sending us all over the world but when I stand when I got rabble's at home who sit up and just talk about leadership and tear stuff down some of you need to be moving now because you've been killing this ministry talking about stuff you don't like with yourself itself and God is telling you something to do but you sit up and then you wonder why you in torment he made it spiritual he blamed then his pride stepped in he said look I'm wrong I know I didn't do it but let's go worship in front of the people and make me look good what's this here it is here it goes appearance is everything I wrote this down last night while I was studying said appearances everything got up this morning got in the cars driving my kids to church and on the radio there was somebody interviewing and a lady said that she was interviewing she said of course you know appearance is everything we have bought into the goods if I'm wrong let's hide it just let me look right the owners not great transformation in church because everybody's trying to appear to behold everybody's in they're trying to appear like you got it all together appear like this and you know why the mess is going forth you're being convicted that you're not following the things that God ordained but yet I want to be holy and he's not talking to me he's talking to somebody else and so what we use is these expressions when we're finally caught and this justifies as well I'm not perfect or I'm a bigger sinner just as the next person or I'm only human because rebellion has the ability to see what it wants to see hear what it wants to hear and when Saul's failures were pointed out he couldn't deal with it he happen because me being under authority whatever I speak happens and because you're under the authority of your father I recognize Authority you had power to go to my house you got authority just to stand here and speak it listen power without authority to use it is a waste vision why I'm so tormented by my demons and this and that right Jim right Jim I'm gonna show you why we get beat up so I want to know I'm going to show you why we come to church every Sunday weary worn and sad while we need a praise team 11th verse now God worked unusual miracles by the hand of Paul so that even the handkerchief or apron were bought from his body to the sick and the disease left them and the evil spirits went out of them look at me God says if you can submit yourself to me I can have you touch handkerchiefs and send them to sick folk a lot of times we laugh at prayer cloths kill people exploit them but truly submitted prophets and prophetess of God who have submitted themselves God will anoint the cloths then some of the inner of Jews Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits saying we exorcise you by Jesus whom Paul preached also there were several sons of siva a jewish chief priests who did also what's this and the evil spirit answered and said Jesus I know and Paul I know but who are you the key look at me if you're walking in disobedience the devil ain't nobody for you to play with and you sitting up here trying to cast a demon out I got chicken comparing me tell my my child got a demon you trying to cast the demons out your child your husband and all that and this there there we'll watch what happens 16 verse then the man and whom the evil spirit was leaped on them overpowered them and prevailed against them so that they fled out of the house naked and wounded in essence the spirit that they were trying to cast out whoop their butts rip their clothes off and wounded them and set them running what's this I ain't talking to you but most saints wake up running from the devil you're running because you realize every time you called a demon or told something to stand back it never paid you any attention and it wasn't because you wasn't saved it was because you were out of order and you're not submitted i sat with my please understand this new birth is just about as big as the father's house I'm on television just about as much as my dad I can go anywhere my daddy go I can draw about the biggest crowds my daddy but I go sit with him and whatever he tells me to do I do it why because I have to be under authority to have authority and he holds me accountable and I don't now in my arrogance I don't have to pay into them hell I'm bitching long objection well you think you is getting ready to get ready you can have megafest I have super mega Festa I mean I can do that stuff I can be real stupidly selfish but the positioning of the kingdom and the order of God we have to submit ourselves to one another and whatever he tells me and I want you to tell you I want to tell you something i tithe up so you can be blessed so my tithe goes to my daddy does a lot of people say they honor their father but they don't give nothing honor counts and I struggled with that in obedience God said you have to honor your father less as Abraham milchester you tied up and I said I need to tithe to my church and no God said tied up and then for the last few years I looked and I've tied to my father but my offering to my church was higher than my tithe and I'm sitting here trying to figure what God wait I get all that through obedience when you pull yourself from under me and the things that God's placed in me you're in rebellion I don't have a right to come in your house and dictate your house that's your house and you're the pastor of your house but in the corporate assignment that God called us our 5k run our Easter service our singles conference that's not optional these are not programs when you don't come you're in rebellion and you spiritualize it's just a conference I don't need to be there I'll get the tape liar people just come to church and pick and choose what I'm gonna do I'm picking choose dad whether I got them that's optional for me that's optional that's option that's optional oh how to get a house that I'm supposed to be there on the front row get my bills paid oh I'm opposed to be there in the front row giving away a car put me on the front of the list I'm supposed to be there I know I think Oh God said that for me selfish there's some of you there seated right now that need to get in the aisle because God spoke some stuff to you that you're only halfway into that you are not doing and if I'm speaking to you you need to get from your seat in the aisle there's some things you're supposed to be moving in that you have not moved in if you're in the balcony come to the front of the balcony just stand someone just make a movement I'm not gonna open the doors of the church today like traditionally you know I'm just gonna close service right about now because if God told you you're not saved you know you're not saved you walk out of here you're in rebellion you don't have no authority and and Anil used to me doing a Keith Sweat begging you because if I do that all you're doing is joining any long I have no salvation I have no heaven for you and I don't and there are too many folk in here who have joined new birth and not saved i'ma say that again there to many of you who have joined an organization called new birth and have not got saved and you need to come down again only by one name shall be saved hear me I'm about to pray this morning repented for the whole congregation being in rebellion I'm not gonna replay that for you because it was done I don't have to put on those show now we did it for the corporate body I want you to take a moment if you know you've been standing in disobedience to just take a moment to repent before God right now just repent before ninety nine and a half won't do so where you gonna have to go home and get on the phone and apologize to even why they still acting crazy father here are crying for we confess our sin you are faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness I need you to hear this look at look at me he is challenged here's how we how we messed up stuff a lot of times in churches towards the end we just run through the crowd and started laying hands on folk to get them healed let me tell you something the greatest supernatural healing I ain't gotta even call it out it's when a people walk in obedience the Spirit of the Lord will speak through touch your body touch your house touch your stuff and you ain't got to be trying to grab a superstar preacher and in this moment I'm telling you as it is happening that God is fixing things in your body fixing things in your home arranging things in your finances arranging things and those little monsters and demons that have been choking your joy you are being released from right now I ain't talking about later right now I need you to hear this cuz I'm about dismissing every time I do this and I get so many testimonies you don't have to smoke anymore you don't have to fornicate anymore I need you to hear this so don't leave here with the prophylactics in your pocket they need to come on the altar don't leave here with the cigarettes in your purse or in your pocket they need to sit on this altar and when you lay it on the altar you will be free from that demon of lust that thing that has grabbed hold of you I'm not a check what's this what's this and don't worry about trying to look good in front of the people because your walking testimony will set others free this is a moment of liberation in God that you don't have to be tormented anymore by stuff of having power get no authority I pronounced to you by the power vested in me and the word that because of your confession today you have not only been endowed with power but you now operate in the authority of your king and your master and whatever you speak has to be manifested and not only will demon say I know Jesus I know power they will also say I know you and I've got to flee and get out of your way and if you agree with that give God the best praise you can't what's this god bless you sir you free at this moment I want you to hear this do me this favor do this favor for you at the end for the next seven days the next seven days starting tonight I want you to read Psalms 139 especially the last two verses search me O God and know my heart try me and know my anxieties and see if there's any wickedness in me and lead me in the way of everlasting I guarantee you as you pray that God will reveal things that you didn't know and pull it out from under cover and lead you into a path let somebody say for the next seven days a mighty transformation will happen not only to you but your house your bloodline give him praise right now there'll be elders and ministers standing up on this stage to receive you into the kingdom I'm dismissing you but I want you to leave in a holy reverence I want you to leave in a holy reverence because God is still working with some folk there's some things going on there's some things I'm gonna stand here at this altar because there's some things are supposed to be laid down on this altar that I'm gonna pray over to ensure the seal that you have now closed the door to that and you'll never go back to it now lift your hands one more time say Lord we know obedience is better than sacrifice speak Lord your servants hear it and obey put your hands together god bless you and let the peace of God go with you you may depart this place
