Billionaire's ABANDONED $59,000,000 Mega Beach Mansion

[Music] located in one of the most wealthy neighborhoods in the country stands a $59 million mega mansion that was abandoned during construction and the reason why may be a shock to you but unfortunately happens way too often in America so stay tuned to hear [Music] more what's up guys big Banks back again for another episode today we are at a $59 million Mega Mansion this place is absolutely huge and the story behind it is pretty cool it's unfinished now this is not going to be the only expiration of today of this video I want to show you guys the outside of this tell you the story and then hop into the next expiration but this was too good to not pass up and show you at least what I could find Let's uh walk around the outside and then we'll jump right into the history then we'll go on to the next spot for this video so hope you guys enjoy let's get it this is actually the front of the house you can see there's another Dome here a dome there in the front is like a huge circular part here and it's just surrounded by abandoned construction all over the place we'll see what happens to this house this is crazy in today's exploration we ventured to a prestigious beach in the United States to explore an abandoned $59 million Mega Mansion construction started around 2017 and stopped in 2018 with rumors stating that the billionaire owner wanted to knock it down to start over completely the home was supposed to be 18,000 s ft in a Moroccan Style on over 8 Acres with 550 ft of ocean Frontage [Music] in 2019 the entire property was put up for sale for right around $67 million now that's a pretty hefty price tag for an unfinished house it's been years since the Mansion has been touched so join me today and let's see what's left [Music] [Music] so uh I came here about 2 years ago but it it's definitely gotten a little bit worse since then it's been unfinished for quite a while they've been wanting to demolish it and uh build something bigger and newer and it's pretty crazy to say the least so let's get right into this and let's walk around this house back here like there's all these doors and stuff I'll try to give you a peek inside show you like it's literally unfinished everywhere like just wooden slats it's a big mansion though yeah this thing H one of the biggest I've been to even know it's not finished but yeah and we're on the beach too this is the pool right here guys so I can kind of show you guys the pool it looks really crazy and there was going to be multiple sections of a pool I think even a helicopter pad was going to be here over there there's another little pool section right there and this place is just crazy what they were going to do due to this right on the beach here this would have been one of the domes that they had and they just kind of left it the way it is you can see this is actually they didn't even put they didn't finish this house at all like this is styrofoam they didn't put the finishing s on it yeah like this is all styrofoam I assume it was going to be stucco probably but it's just styrofoam all over the place you can see right there big door here the backside is crazy enough and there's deer like out here just kind of roaming around what a crazy house sorry if it's a little windy guys we are on the beach this can kind of give you a view of like the grand foyer there's like a fireplace right in there you can see where the front doors would have been the staircase like they didn't even don't know if you can see but there's a picture of the beach right there there is yeah yeah yeah on top of oh yeah yeah yeah there is a picture of the beach right there and this place has no power it's literally been sitting here for quite a while looks like it's going to remain that way for quite a while there was going to be a helicopter pad it's not right there cuz that's way too close to the house I think it was going to be more on that side over there um I want to show you guys the front but I'll just do that in the Drone shots cuz it's just a bit crazy out here so let's keep walking around this backside you can see there is something right here like a big slab that looks like it would be a helicopter Pad but like I said again way too close to the house or I mean that could have been the helicopter pad I don't know you have to be a really skilled flyer yeah to land right there you got the whole walkway up to the beach and this massive pool like this is such a cool house and I bet they were going to put all sorts of like pillars right here instead of leaving it this just wood and and metal yeah and look there's even like that was probably going to be a waterfall right there they had so many ideas with this house it was going to be huge now what I read online was it's going to be 18,000 Square ft Mansion right here on the beach and they've gotten kind of tired of this in 2019 they wanted to demolish it and completely rebuild something newer and bigger uh worth about 70 80 million and all these houses around here are upwards of $50 million this one being 59 million and it's mostly land value and where in the area you're in pool I want to give you guys a little bit closer view of the pool this pool looks crazy it's a huge huge pool too I feel like this would have been one of the bigger residential pools out there this is a big pool like this is it's not bad at all it it looks like it's about 3 ft all around here and it goes about to 10 ft down there I assume they probably would have had some sort of diving board right here on the beach massive massive mansion that that might have been a helicopter pad dude what else with they're building some sort of gazebo or something beautiful land out here though what an amazing Mansion want to give you guys a good view of everything here this is huge property like if you look down here like it's hard to tell what this is was going to be see there's a big opening right here like it's really hard to tell what this would have been right here guys I was just filming with my phone so the the quality looks a little different my phone died as I was filming so want CER so I did not want to miss out on showing you guys this I want to go down here a little bit to show you may get a little view of the house and then let's fly the Drone and stuff like that this house is just so big so right here we have another like little patio space and this all would have like dropped down to maybe there was going to be an infinity pool you think so yeah I think so this is such a cool place I imagine this was going to have like uh ceiling fans and everything like that when they would have finished it and of course like like you guys already know we're on the beach here you can get a whole view of this place now wow this place is magnificent huge and just flat out gorgeous I'm blown away by this Mansion I think all of this would have been like part of a like infinity pool or something like that like look at everything up there like you got domes everywhere there's probably going to be a dome here another one there all that balcony up there and then it goes to like a Mediterranean Spanish style on that side of the house which is really strange how how much it changes we'll move on to the next expiration of this video so let's go ahead fap that drone and let's hear what happened and why this place is left abandoned in this part of today's video we take a trip up north to a huge abandoned farm that once belonged to a worker a famous mobster John Gotti this 10 plus acre property once had beautiful horses grazing the fields with a large stable directly next to the mansion now no one really knows why this home is left the way it is and judging by the seven accents that were never updated it seems like this home could have been abandoned for quite a while even though there is a mystery behind the owners and why they left this home was still once a place a family called their safe space now just left in Ruins so join me today and let's see what's [Music] left all right everyone we have now made it to our second location of this video and this one is pretty cool to say the least this house was owned by somebody that was affiliated with John Gotti so that is really cool to say and see so we're going to go inside and we're going to see what this place is like I'll let you know all the history in just a second let's walk around the outside there's actually several buildings on this property we're on a whole lot of land here as you can see we have like this crazy looking glass like building right here another Mansion right there and another glass building right over there and then here is your main Mansion so it's got the cool pillars uh I don't know any history behind this yet besides the one there was a guy that was affiliated with John Gotti that lived here let's take a look around let's see what's left so as we're walking up to it you can see it's got these cool pillars it really you know it kind of resembles Victoria Gotti's mansion in a way you guys have know we've been there before link that right above this is so cool it's got the black and white all over Thorns are kind of riddled everywhere but I want to show you you guys a little bit of the outside of this property first before we go inside you can see the house goes all the way this side and this big part in the middle here try to walk around there's so many thorns everywhere we got a whole another house that way all this land this is like at least 10 acres of land here uh I want to walk you around a little bit but it's just so overgrown we'll just use the Drone to get the story of this so what's up what's up gay X back out grey X made this crazy drive up here crazy 30 minutes to sleep I'm exhausted yeah we're out here this is your first explorer in the Northeast yeah bro I haven't left the South ever crazy man so it's worth it well this is the front door it's pretty cool it's these double doors black with these uh flower etchings in it it's pretty nice we're going to make our way inside we're going to see Mr Mor to explore go Y what up first thing we're going to see on our left got a little closet here and then we'll walk around this way so we got a staircase here that is pretty nice to see it's a little spiral staircase definitely things have not been updated in quite a while at this house recessed lighting pretty cool tiling going all the way up it's like a orange and black maybe a kind of a navy blue color going all the way up this but I want to jump right into this living room so this living room has a bar which is crazy to see and there's pictures from this house house so as you can see there was a a statue and there's still some statues outside right now that were left here now check this out this living room it's very large and open and I want to point out this this is something I don't ever see in abandoned houses but we do have a conversation pit right here this is a total 7s thing so you'd have this sunken living room and uh you don't really have a TV It's Made for just having conversation and stuff like that I see some four Loos and some Corona cans so it looks like some maybe some kids or vandals come out here and drink and stuff nice big stone fireplace and we even got stained glass on both sides that's super interesting it's not often you see stained glass inside of an abandoned house more like abandoned churches and stuff like that what a cool thing here though this conversation pit you got the black leather on both sides Donan went down there and said the floor is really squishy so I'm not going to take my chances and fall through the floor cuz this floor alone in here is kind of bad itself so as you can see the wood is lifted up and everything like that Donovan's over by the bar small bar and then this opens up to this part which I'm not too sure what it was used for this could have been like some sort of dining room which is kind of the feel that it gives as a dining room this doesn't this doesn't feel like a luxurious house it's kind of weird as you can see there's pictures kind of laying everywhere then it leads to this carpeted room with a mirror on the wall it's hard to tell what anything was really used for here it's really cool house though I know typically we take you guys to uh time capsules and places that are got everything left behind but sometimes I just want to show you things that we see on on these trips cuz not every place we go to is a time capsule sometimes we find places that are just cool that have a cool story behind it but maybe kind of messed up inside a little bit but that's the beauty of abandoned places in general so I'm going to show you guys everything from this trip and this is our what is this our fourth location of the trip fourth successful location of the trip so let's uh let's see what else we can find here I'm seeing a lot of pictures here I kind of want to show you what they what they look like so a lot of these pictures are like from this house there's like statues kind of everywhere scattered throughout the whole place look at this here's a picture with one of the owners that's kind of the extent to what they left so far it's just pictures super strange so I think I see the kitchen right this way going to walk right in here and see these actually like some cool padded doors here I don't really see that too often and this is your main kitchen of the house honestly guys it's nothing too crazy for a mansion kind of on the smaller side and definitely outdated definitely was never updated to two ovens there fridge would have gone here all the cabinets that's your kitchen I mean there's intercom system right here pretty cool little little kitchen area so right off of the kitchen there's this room which looks to be uh the washroom so washer is still in here maybe that's the dryer I'm not 100% sure it's flipped over this is a little washroom and it actually leads outside there then we got things that kind of wrap around I think this maybe goes to the garage yeah this goes to the garage of this Mansion which is very cool twocc car garage nothing crazy and we walk down we have a completely blue bathroom here which is kind of typical for older houses see blue and pink rooms like that like the bathroom will be blue or pink you know kind of color coordinated like that leads us into another room back here this is like an office space it's really small to be a bedroom I mean I guess technically it could be a bedroom for like a kid or something cuz it's really small but it's even got the padded door again which is strange I never see that in houses I think that just leaves us with upstairs for this and then we have all the other buildings to check out on this property let me make sure I didn't miss anything on the other side of the house I don't think I did so let's go ahead and go upstairs check that out if we go up the stairs we take a look pretty nice little staircase and I assume they probably would have had a chandelier hanging down here kind of typical in houses like this they all kind of look the same like with this little shape but they're always nice to see starting to smell like piss up here first off I'm going to take you guys in this room I think it's this gives off master bedroom Vibes quite large it's got these kind of beams going all across it right here black mold carpet's all kind of been ripped up a little bit can see it's all wooden in here then check out this room this is one of the bathrooms Alex was talking about that a pretty cool bathroom he wasn't lying it's got a nice toilet and a view of all the land so I imagine if they had cool Landscaping that this would have been beautiful as you're taking a number two you know and this is pink like I said guys they kind of color code the uh the bathrooms in these older houses like this little toothbrush left behind and I just don't get what the deal is with these padded doors there another one actually it seems like every room has a padded door cuz as we go into our next room we you know a padded door and it gets so hot up here I think cuz we're this that's the attic right there it's just empty though and this is another bedroom We Walk This Way where Mr Mor to explore is this is actually a really big room too this might be a master bedroom this I think this is the master bedroom oh I didn't even notice the pool down there this is definitely the master didn't even notice the pulled right down there y this bathroom looks cool oh it's like purple in here toilet idet and that is one of the biggest showers I've ever seen wow really liking this purple color the tub is like built in with all this mosaic tile that matches everything in here doesn't look like it be a very comfortable tub though not going to lie oh it looks cool it does look cool but sitting in that I don't think it'd be very comfy no it's it's really fancy though you got the toilet the Beday over there once you be day there's no other way another padded do another padded door here really large rooms to say the least I mean pretty cool so guys that's the that's the upstairs now I want to take you guys outside to see that pool cuz we didn't get to see it when we were out there and then we'll check out these other heading to the pool got to go through all this stuff get to it wow so the pool is actually like in the front of the house which is different cuz that's the front and then your pool's right here and this pool has seen way better days it's been abandoned for quite some time like it's got a whole ecosystem living in it that's insane it actually has a cover still on it but it caved in from all the from all the the Decay and natural timing you know of everything so it's just wild really cool pool to say the least though then of course the Mansion itself right there for walking through it's just thorns and thorns and Thorns everywhere ow ow ow we're going to try to make our way over there a little bit get a good little view of that Mansion it's pretty sweet so it's kind of hard to tell what this is and what that is I mean that kind of looks like Stables almost it's like a strange building and there's there's an identical one on the other side it's weird I see a washer and dryer in there but I don't know what's it's all Ed for you can see this really interesting looking building the mansion's over there and then we have another house on this side so I feel like this is some sort of stables yep that's what it is St tables here so they had to have had horses some sort of farm animals one point in time kind of just left in Ruins you know and that honestly makes sense with the whole beautiful piece of land they got out here which this gets us to the other house which I believe is just a guest house to the mansion this room right here is actually still kind of full of stuff [Music] got like a nice Victorian chair there some other random things planes are flying by all this land out here it's insane and this is our other house which I believe was just literally part of the Stables maybe even a guest house this looks like it's part of the Stables so we're going to go around to this side maybe see if we can find a way in here but here's a look at all the Stables I think this is a guest house which is weird cuz it's just as big as the Mansion yeah it he got a red door when you first [Applause] walk I think this was just a guest house it's a little musty in here the staircase gives off Hospital staircase Vibes still got the rug up here ni that's big room nice rug really big room here lots of uh lots of space there's even a kitchen over there yeah so this was definitely the guest house stable house you can actually see the Mansion way over there this definitely had horses I mean look at all the land man crazy D it's kind of cool I actually kind of like this it's a big space another room right there another big room another apartment another apartment yeah there's a whole kitchen they probably had other family members just living here but like in their own little spaces still got a couch here and then another room over there same thing guys that's going to be the end of today's video I hope you guys enjoyed both of these Explorations um it's
