can be pulled in and out as you can see has a connector in it already formed with half stones you pulling out individually passed iron parts and stainless so this works with your normal connector right now correct correct if you have a convector and all you do is buy this connector basket right here you can do all this or you can also do is take it out pull out the connector all right you can put it back in okay and then we've designed a series of half moon stones grids right here you have a two zone setup we practically have no burn zone right here you have a nice full indirect zone a nice full direct zone you could go really your steaks cook your vegetables and direct on the other side and you're set and even when your steaks are done and you want to put more on you can put them up to this side they keep them warm up top cook them direct down at the bottom correct indirect here yep multiple zones and if you have like a lot of chicken wings or something to cook the stones work together in tandem and they create a very very nice indirect zone so it'll take a little bit longer to heat up but there the gap here provides you know burn so you don't have a convector and you bought this system you can use this as a heat deflection like you do correct yep we set it up so that you have a really large indirect zone for cooking right there and well the wait there's more yes there is there is you have a two-tier grid which is a large thing about the excellent so now you basically have more cook surface slide it back so you can have access to the bottom like that bring it back it has a nice stop feature so it won't slide off and you can pick it up front load it write it back and then take it out there is one more function to this not that you need to but it's easy access to get to the pole because our fuel is right efficient fuel exactly but you could if you needed to put more wood chips or something like that in it that's right yeah that's right and what was the truth here before flip it put it into your firing you can use a small minimax grid and you can do cowboy steaks right there that's the cast on or you can even use the grid that was on there correct you could or you can use the same grid that was on there you could also have the fire so once they're cooked place it onto a shelf basically put it a little further away from the fire yeah and
