what an assurance we have this morning [Music] that when we wait upon the Lord he will give us the courage to endure the grace to endure the strength to endure as we wait patiently hallelujah as we wait patiently upon the Lord word of God in the Book of Isaiah reminds us that they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings as Eagles they shall run and never get weary they shall walk and not faint therefore the encouragement is teachers Lord just to wait on you waiting sometimes is not always easy but there's always a benefit when we wait on the Lord because God will not disappoint us God will always short and thought will always strengthen his people can we lift our hands and say thank you Jesus join with me as we repeat our mission statement and our pledge if you're new to a church we ask that you read from the screen before you and join us as we repeat our mission statement and our pledge we are never to love obey and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ striving always to fulfill our purpose in making disciples of all men for the advancing of the kingdom of God on earth under the direction of the Holy Ghost and with an empowered people we will foster unity love and fellowship within the apostolic community in carrying out our mission we pledge to build God's kingdom through the ministries of apostle prophet evangelist pastor and teacher as we seek to rescue of from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light teach believers the word necessary for maturity growth and mission and prepare believers for the glorious so we come this morning asking of you to forgive us because you said if we God sin in our heart you will not be a rosa and so this morning as we come to present hallelujah ourselves before you we are asking that you will wash us Lord wash us from the crown of our heads onto the solar fore feet Lord God Almighty I pray that you will take the call of fire on the altar on your place it on our mouth God Almighty and cleanse us as we come to hear from who this morning as we gather in this house Lord we thank you for your goodness we thank you for your provision we thank you for your keeping care your tender mercy through the past weaker Lord we do not deserve of your mercy but because of your grace we just want to tell you thanks we thank you for provision that you have made for us we thank you Lord God Almighty for food shelter and clothing and more than all we thank you for your grace we thank you for your blood that you have said Lord God Almighty you left your ivory throne and UK mighty God and you gave your life Lord God to bring salvation unto mankind as we come this morning Lord we put God the leader of our flock the Shepherd Lord God in the name of Jesus I pray that you'll thanks for life there are countries right now the corona virus is spreading but here we are giving God thanks for life bombs have been thrown in countries but here we are giving God thanks for life please have been shot out of the sky but here we are giving God thanks for life hallelujah the dengue is taking rage in our country but we are here giving God thanks for life murders are committed every day but we are here giving God thanks for life hallelujah hallelujah brethren Jesus told the disciples and is telling battle today let not your heart be troubled you believe in God believe also so said pastor Jean Hilton to the officers to all of God's wonderful people we greet you well on this the Lord's Day this is the day that the Lord has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it we are just so happy to see everyone today those who have come to worship with us amen we're happy to see you some folks we have not seen for a while those we have seen but just about everyone feel welcome in the name of the Lord we're happy to have a special group with us from Eddie you come amen let's put our hands together for them again and thank God for them and trust that you have enjoyed the worship and that you will continue to enjoy the worship and you will continue to do the sterling work that you have been doing amen and so we continue to bless God for you we are so happy to have back sister Wendy and our family amen having buried her son two weeks ago we happy to see her and God is good he did indicate in the funeral service that he is going to be baptized and so her husband Richard is here today to be baptized amen amen we are just so happy we said yesterday at another funeral service that the greatest thing that we can do on this side of life is to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ that will assure us eternal life on the other side of life and so we are happy for Richard and for the step that he will make today and we want to encourage everyone else amen if you're in this house today and you have not made up your mind today is a great day to serve the Lord a great day to give your life to the Lord I must confess that I have made a lot of decisions in my life some of them has been good some have been very bad some have regretted some I have no regrets but the greatest decision that I've ever made in my life was the day I said yes to Jesus is the best thing that ever happened to me and I can recommend the Lord Jesus Christ to just about anyone thank God for those who came out on Friday night into Saturday morning to support our all-night prayer meeting amen and we give God thanks have been concluded 21 days of consecration can we lift her hands and give God thanks amen and we bless God for a beautiful time in the house of the Lord a real blessed time as we prayed and saw the Lord aren't you glad that you were here on Friday night into Saturday morning we thank God for the blessings amen we continue to pray for our prayer director evangelist jacqueline bailey she was down with the flu and was not able to be with us in all-night prayer meeting but she has reported we did pray amen she was reported that she is recovering and feeling much better prayer still works amen and so we continue to bless God for her and we continue to bless God for all that he is doing we also want to thank those who made the real real special sacrifice to be out to the funeral service on yesterday for our sister Lucille white certainly was a sacrifice for some folks they came to the all-night perimeter Karia clothes stayed amen and went into the funeral at 10 o'clock and so we want to say thanks to those who came out to that service to support Minister and listen sister Anderson the rest of the family as we said farewell to our sister Liz sill white we continue to encourage amen as many of us to support each other as we say farewell to our loved ones I've said it before and I'll say it again it is not easy when we lose a loved one it's a very painful experience and it is an experience that we require support no matter how strong we look or strong we feel we require the support of each other we do have as I said before a series of funerals lined up we have funerals going all the way into the middle of March lined up and so we just have to do what we have to do and we have to support I keep telling you that the support you give today it's almost like you're lending your support because it won't be very long before with each of us we'll need support from somebody else when our time come and so we continue to support a man those who grieve the lost of loved ones we continually receive greetings from missionary Latura grant from England and we continue to pray on Friday night Saturday morning we prayed we that special case of her son and we continue to pray there are some things that we can only pray and leave it into the fatherly hands and the fatherly care of our Father Jesus Christ and so we continue to pray with histograms and the family that God will give them strength and wisdom and that healing and deliverance will come amen just want to remind all the young people that youth retreat comes up on this weekend started on Friday amen January 31st will be our youth retreat and we're inviting and asking all the young people to be a part of you to treat 2020 it starts on this Saturday register this Friday sorry registration begins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and the first session begins immediately at 7:00 our theme is seeking God and urine by faith and so we Acts or all the way young people to come out you're asked to carry a contribution of $100 that's all and you're asked to collect your huge retreat forms today you must collect the you to treat forms today amen and parents were asking you to fill out the forms and grant your child permission to be here the forms can be collected from the Ute exeggcute --iv and it's for anyone between the age of 13 to 30 you're encouraged to come to the youth retreat as a part of the retreat there will be also join in with our door-knocking ministry on the saturday and they will be going out into the community and participating in a door-knocking activity in the communities of parents please be aware of that and grant your permission for that also as we continue to engage our young people in being mission minded amen as we prepare for the coming of the Lord I want to just remind all of us that Jesus is still coming and it behooves all of us it behooves all of us if we are not sure if we are guessing if we are playing around signs of the times are we don't have to be a rocket scientist you don't have to have special theological training to look around and see what is happening in the world so many things are shifting so many things are changing we hear enough a new strain of virus coming out of China immune to all known antibiotics spreading like wildfire like the wildfires in Australia the Bible did say in the last days there shall be diseases and pestilence we are living in the closing days of time and I want us brothers and sisters to give credence to the word of the Lord and as God's Word has been spoken today may we hear the word of the Lord may we respond to the word of the Lord let me invite us to stand as we get ready to present the speaker and it is my prayer that at the end of the message not just Richard but others will come to that point of decision where you will say yes to Jesus yes to the Lord let us make the best use of the opportunity to be in service to be in the house of the Lord some of us have been out for a while we've been at all-night permits and we've been and if anyone so we will suspend a service tonight to give you a chance to get your rest and to recuperate please I'm asking us if you're in this house today and you are not saved and you have not repented of your sins think seriously nobody here is going to force you to do what you don't want to do can I be very honest with you if we force you into the church it is highly likely we can force you out but when the Lord calls you and when you answer that call for yourself with a mayor of mind there is nothing that can separate you from the love of God we encourage you to hear the word today hear the word hear the word respond to the word respond to the word seek the Lord while he may be found call upon him while he's near please make welcome the speaker mr. Clayton Lewis in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ praise the Lord [Applause] [Music] Prince of Peace Prince of Peace troubles vanish troubles ish hearts are mended hearts are mended in the presence in the pride let's do it again sense of Jehovah God Almighty [Music] vanish [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] let's do it properly one more time [Music] hallelujah [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hallelujah hallelujah Jesus no sweet the name of Jesus sounds in every believers ears soothe their sorrows heals their wounds Jesus hallelujah hallelujah I just feel like singing and worshiping God with that song one more time as we look to Jesus today [Music] let's cast all our peers at his feet [Music] these principles [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] you may be seated in the presence of the king hallelujah certainly today is the day that God has made and we want to rejoice and to be glad in it praise God we're only going to see this day only once hallelujah once this moment passes it's not going to return ever again hallelujah so while we are in the presence of the king let's just worship Him let's just love him and give him our all praise God because all that we have is now we don't have tomorrow we don't have next week we don't have next year all we have is now praise God and so I give honor to the Spirit of God that is in our midst certainly we are still basking in the presence of the king hallelujah we had a wonderful time in the house on Friday night as our pastor has indicated it's a long time I haven't felt that blessed praise God it was rich and the presence of the Lord was here and I believe that each person who made an utterance to God last Friday night they're going to see that God is going to come through for them because God is beginning to do a new thing in his church as we draw closer to the coming of the Lord we are going to see the manifestation of the sons of God in the earth please garden so we honor the Spirit of God to a pastor and to his wife pastor Lois missionary Monique Lewis - or associate pastor missionary Jean he returned to a moderator praise God mr. Mitchell - or elder in charge the dr. Ferguson when I say dr. Ferguson remembers name praise God hallelujah praise God of course to all our ministers and we his grace be unto you to our visitors praise God when we are saved or unsaved we welcome you to the house of faith praise God as our pastor said we're not going to force you to get baptized but we're gonna speak the word unto you and the Word of God says faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God so when you hear the word you will respond in faith and be saved in Jesus name so we greet you all and we trust that everyone here is in good health if you're not there's a bomb in better there is a physician in here praise God I'm not talking about dr. Ferguson yes he's a physician but I'm talking about a physician of our physicians the great physician praise God hallelujah praise God so you want to go into the Word of God to be to hear the mind of God praise God to hear what does seek the Lord to his people and today we want to look at st. Matthew 5 and we want also read from Romans 14 so we're going to read from Saint Matthew 5 and we're going to read quickly because the scripture was read early this morning but for the purpose of reiteration we want to read again so that we can digest the Word of God amen so Matthew 5 praise God and seeing the multitudes he went up into a mountain and when he was set his disciples came unto Him and he opened his mouth and taught them saying blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake for theirs is the kingdom of heaven blessed are ye when men shall revile you and persecute you and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake rejoice and be exceeding glad for great is your reward in heaven for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you that's where we stop in st. Matthew we want to know jump across to Romans 14 praise God hallelujah Romans 14 and verse 17 Romans 14 and verse 17 for the kingdom of God is not fall unless we lose together for the kingdom of God is not meat and drink but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost praise the name of our God today we want to explore the theme let the kingdom be established in your hearts let the kingdom be established in your hearts throughout the month of consecration and prayer the Lord has been directing us towards understanding the kingdom of God praise God and we know what the kingdom of God is we should know what the kingdom of God is but in case you don't know we're here for you to understand what God is doing in this season praise God so the Word of God tells us that John the Baptist came preaching the message of the kingdom and while he may not have fully understood what the kingdom of God meant whoever came with the message introducing and preparing the hearts of men to receive the kingdom of God praise God now John the Baptist was quite an eccentric individual praise God his parents bore him when they were very old and stricken in age they were long past childbearing age when John the Baptist was born praise God what God is a miracle working God praise God and perhaps why John the Baptist was living in the wilderness eating locusts and wild honey and wearing camels crew raiment was because he probably was all funded at a very young age nobody to take care of him because his parents would have passed on long before he became another adult so he was in the wilderness him and God alone praise God and at some point in his adult life he came out of the wilderness with a word from the Lord repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand know everybody probably knew up John the Baptist and everybody knew that John the Baptist was perhaps a madman who else wears camels clothes and eat locusts and wild honey but God doesn't care about your circumstance and we're you are if God has something for you to do if you avail yourself to him God will work wonders in your life praise the name of Jesus so here is John the Baptist far from any Kingdom whatsoever he's living in the wilderness among locusts and wild honey and he calls the clearing that the king is coming who in God's name would is going to believe something like that if a madman comes in here and said thus John preached but he also added to the Word of God so Jesus says repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand but Jesus did not stop there he went to me the Father for us to understand what the kingdom of God is and what it means to us praise the name of Jesus and so it is in massive 14 and verse 17 that Jesus began a different line from John I continued the message of John praise God repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand at hand because it is near an abode to happen Jesus came with the same message of John repent because the kingdom is near but when we get into the word we realize that Jesus no not only says that the kingdom is near but he no talks about having access to the kingdom of God praise the name of Jesus so we not only say the kingdom is near it's right here but he says you now to tap into the kingdom of the Living God hallelujah oh Jesus so it is in Matthew 5 and verse 3 that Jesus talks now about possessing the kingdom of God so no longer is near praise God Jesus wants us to understand the kingdom is right here praise God blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven Jesus now is continuing along the same trajectory as John but Jesus is you know have access to the kingdom hmm we're going somewhere to be in verse 10 he says blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake for theirs is the kingdom of heaven no longer is the kingdom of heaven near it is now open for us to access it in the name of Jesus Christ hmm hallelujah what is the kingdom of God land and where are its original where is its original because John had an idea of what his kingdom is but when Jesus came he said I open now the kingdom to you and you can now step in after the revelation of the kingdom of God is open hallelujah Jesus came not to do anything new because the kingdom of God was already established before the foundations of the world will lead but for us to understand where God is going and where God wants to take us we have got to understand the history of the kingdom because the kingdom has a history it is in 1st Samuel 8 and verse 47 praise God we are going to read and understand what God is about to do in this season then his work and he will take the tenth of your sheep and he shall be his service Jesus that's what the King did to Israel oh yes read and continue please and he and he shall cry out in that day because over you oh Jesus so Jesus says in Matthew five thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth as it is done in heaven Jesus whenever we're talking about the kingdom and it's not because it sounded good but it is what is necessary for us to understand the mind of God so disciples said Lord teach us how to pray and who would have thought that Jesus would have forgotten about the kingdom but no he says in verse 10 thy kingdom come Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven you know my god said that in heaven God has fully Dominion if God wants something done in heaven there's nobody in there who can stop him absolutely nobody no principality no power no ruler of darkness can stop the will of God in heaven oh Jesus so Jesus says to us know when you pray pray like this that I will be done on earth as it is done in heaven why because if God has don't meet you dear nothing can stop the Church of Jesus Christ if God gets fully dominion of your heart oh jesus the new weapon that is formed against you shall prosper high place I think must bow to the knowledge of God because God has dominion God sits as king in your heart oh Jesus Oh God yes nor reign Jesus reign hallelujah king of Zion accomplish that which it was sent to do even if God has got to kick out that thing that is sitting on the seat of Dominion in your hearts God must take preeminence the kingdom must take Dominion oh God so the Lord now says to Peter listen Peter I am now going to give to you the keys of the kingdom so that whatsoever you shall be bound in heaven whatsoever you loose on earth shall be loosed in
