assured this morning that we know his name is jesus welcome this morning to another sunday morning worship experience as we seek to give god the glory and to worship the lord from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the sea may you join with me this morning as we repeat together psalm 27 praise god the lord is my light and my salvation whom shall i fear the lord is the strength of my life of whom shall i be afraid when the wicked even my enemies and my force came upon me to eat up my flesh they stumbled and fell the one who should encamp against me my heart shall not fear the war should rise against me in this will i be confident one thing have i desired of the lord and that will i seek after that i may dwell in the house of the lord all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the lord and to inquire in his temple for in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me he shall set me up on a rock and now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies round about me therefore will i offer it his stability sacrifices of joy i will sing yea i will sing praises unto the lord hear o lord when i cry with my voice have mercy also upon me and answer me when thou sayest seek my face my heart said unto thee thy face lord will i seek hide not thy face for me and put not thy servant to win anger for that has been my help leave me not neither forsake me o god of my salvation when my father and my mother forsake me then the lord will take me up teach me thy way oh lord and lead me in a plain path because of mine enemies deliver me not over unto the will of my enemies for false weaknesses are risen up against me and such has breathed out cruelty i had fainted unless i had believed to see the goodness of the lord in the land of the living wait on the lord and be of good courage and he shall strengthen thine hearts ways i say on the lord once again we have joined this morning with the words of the psalmist ringing in our hearts in the fourth verse of the 27th psalm it says one thing of i desired of the lord and that will i seek out that i may dwell in the house of the lord that i may dwell in the presence of the lord that i might feast at his table that i might be engulfed in the anointing in the shekinah glory in the very presence of god what an awesome opportunity we have this morning even though we are in on this virtual platform in this pandemic the presence of god is still accessible to us holly the glory of god is still accessible to us the shekinah glory of god is not restricted by time or location hallelujah but anywhere we are we can be in his presence because in his presence there is fullness of joy in his presence there are pledges forevermore and in his presence we know that burdens are lifted in his presence we know yokes are broken in his presence we know that we are delivered in his presence we know gifts and anointings and callings are released in his presence it is my prayer this morning that each of us will enter into that secret place to enter into his presence and not just to be a casual visitor in the presence of god but to dwell one thing of i desire of the lord and that will i seek after and i may dwell live abide permanently in the presence of the lord god bless us as we worship this morning brothers and sisters let me invite you to join us as we repeat together our mission statement and our pledge if you're a visitor the mission statement and our pledge will be projected on the screen before you we ask that you join us in reading our mission statement and pledge sets out the mandate that god has given to us as a church what he has asked us to do as the body of christ it clearly states what god expects of us in this day and age we endeavor to love obey and serve our lord and savior jesus christ striving always to fulfill our purpose in making disciples of all men for the advancing of the kingdom of god on earth under the direction and power of the holy ghost and with an empowered people we will foster unity love and fellowship within the apostolic community in carrying out our mission we pledge to build god's kingdom through the ministries of apostle prophet evangelist pastor and teacher as we seek to rescue our fellowmen from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light teach believers the word necessary for maturity growth and mission and prepare believers for the glorious appearing of jesus christ god bless you as we worship god with all our hearts with all our soul with all our minds in jesus name praise god lesson comes to us from ii samuel chapter 9 and i will be reading in your hearing second samuel chapter 9. and david said is there yet any that is left of the house of saul that i may show him kindness what jonathan said and they were off the house of saul a servant whose name was zebra and when they had called him unto david the king said unto him art thou zeba and he said thy servant is he and the king said is there not yet any of the house of saul that i may show the kindness of god unto him as zebra said unto the king jonathan has yet a son which is lame on his feet and the king said unto him where is he and zebra said unto the king behold he is in the house of mecca the son of amir in lodbar then king david sent and fetched him out of the house of makkah the son of a male from load bar now when mephibosheth the son of jonathan the son of saul was come unto david he fell on his face and did reverence and david said and he answered behold thy servant and david said unto him fear not for i will surely show the kindness for jonathan that father's sake and will restore thee all the land of soil thy father and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually and he bowed himself and said what is thy servant that thou should look upon such a dead dog as i am then the king said to zebra saw a servant and said unto him i have given unto thy master son all that pertain it to saul and all his house thou therefore and thy sons and thy servants shall till the land for him and thou shalt bring in the fruits that thy master son may have full to eat but massimo said their master's son shall eat bread always at my table now zebra had 15 sons and 20 servants then said zebra unto the king according to all that my lord the king has commanded his servant so shall thy servant do as for mephibosheth said the king he shall eat at my table as one of the king's son and mephibosheth had a young son whose name was micah and all that dwelt in the house of zebra were servants onto mephibosheth 13th and last so mephibosheth dwelt in jerusalem for he did eat continually at the king's table and was lame on both his feet hallelujah may the lord bless his words to our the songwriter said god's mercy kept me so i will let go it's because of your mercy lord why we're here this morning god almighty and so we thank you oh god as we come this morning we pray that you will take full control of the service lord god my savior let whatever be done lord oh god it will be done in the spirit and will give honor and glory to your name oh god we come this morning realizing that there is no other help we know but we thank you that you're a god of love and mercy and you can be touched with the feelings our infirmity lord he said we should cast our cares upon you because you care for us and so we stand upon your word this morning having our confidence god almighty that you're gonna see us through no matter what the case may be god we know that you can fix it for us oh god my savior we are in a pandemic right now we are in a situation god oh god my savior not knowing which way to turn but we thank you that you are god and we come to you this morning that you will take over and go before lord do the work yourself oh god and might remember our country jamaica this morning oh god jamaica is in trouble this morning oh god you see the crime and violence oh god my savior many are crying right now for the lust of their loved ones god almighty we pray that you'll comfort your people oh god draw close to them lord help them to draw close to you god knowing that regardless of what has happened in your life god you are standing by oh god almighty remember the church family this morning lord god almighty i pray for god's people everywhere i put the better family before you that you will bless everyone lord that you will not unite us together in worship as we come to you lord let the fire from heaven fall this morning and touch your people remember all those who are viewing right now in the name of jesus i pray for divine touch oh god almighty but this morning lord i pray for those who do not know your law oh god reveal yourself lord that they will come to know you and accept you lord as a personal savior lord we are in serious time and there are souls to rescue there are souls to save oh god speak to the arts of your people oh god sinful and wicked men that they will turn from their ways oh god my savior take away the stony heart of god and grant a heart of flesh to your people let your peace survive let your love reign oh god we need more love jamaica need more love jesus jamaica need more love oh god let your love reign oh god in our country this morning oh god almighty remember the world at large oh god so many are suffering lord there are confusion oh god but god you promised to keep us oh god take away our fears oh god those who are troubled those who are oppressed this morning those who are depressed this morning riding with your quickening power and touch every heart this morning oh god almighty touch the sequence this morning oh god many eggs and pains many are crying on different areas but god my savior you are the great physician god almighty holy ghost you are the burning gillian you're the never failing friend you are the sympathizing jesus rain healing upon your people this morning deliver your people god almighty and help them to trust you completely i pray for our pastor this morning god almighty i pray that your blessing the task is great but although the task is great by your grace assisted him lord he will work for you bless his wife and them under your blood and keep them safe remember all our officers i pray a blessing this morning keep us safe lord i know you want to keep your people safe until the storm passes by lord it will pass over increase our faith this morning help us to touch your god continually take over the furtherance of this service bless the speaker this morning i pray god almighty that does your word go forth somebody will cry out oh god that they cannot hold it out no longer bless each and every one keep us abiding keep us trusting keep us ever them god as they do their civil duty comes with their hearts so god and touch those in the hospital who are suffering this morning oh god we believe you that this shall pass oh god almighty comfort them that has their work and home to their family they can be able to relax take full control this morning i've gone on way long whatever we feel about asking you god may not have granted unto us oh son hallelujah to uh go into the word that the lord has left in my spirit uh that i would like to just share with you this morning the king wants to restore you the king wants to restore your yes god is faithful and god is doing something on your behalf this morning the king wants to restore you my god oh somebody just wants to accept this word you whatever your name is whatever your situation is wherever you are wherever you have been today is a day of restoration the king wants to restore you tell yourself talk to yourself whatever your name call your name call your name whatever your name is this morning the king hallelujah is here to restore you because our god is faithful my god hallelujah today the scripture was read from second samuel chapter nine and i just want to zero in on the seventh verse my god on the seventh verse and it says and david said unto him and he was speaking to mephibosheth no fear not for i will surely show the kindness for jonathan thy father's sake and will restore thee all the land of soul thy father and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually my god and will restore thee i will surely show the kindness for jonathan thy father's sake and will restore thee and will restore thee my god the king wants to restore you thank you jesus hallelujah as we look on that word restore my god we see where that word means to re-establish an original standing after being separated from to return to what an original standing where one was before a fall it is returning to the ultimate it's returning to the ideal it is about enjoying again what was taken away by some destructive or life-dominating power it's about bringing back it's about re-establishing a previous right a previous practice a previous situation it's about returning my god returning someone returning something oh my god returning to a former condition place or position it's about repairing it's about renovating so that something can return to its original condition and some similar words could be reinstating putting back replacing bringing back reinstall rehabilitating my god re-establish it we sing that word re-re-re once more my god do it again lord do it again once more once more refresh anew so restore renovate repair my god that's what it is today or ri riri ah they are new they are fresh the once moreness of things now when we look at this word restore there are some assumptions or some conditions are something that is being suggested it is suggesting that something is not what it used to be hallelujah it is also suggesting that something is not what it ought to be in order for you to restore something to the original or restore it to a particular condition or bring it to an ideal something is not what it used to be or something is not what it ought to be hallelujah and there are various things that can be out of place not what they are to be and therefore they need to be restored you can have physical things tangible things that uh need to be restored you can also have intangible things that need to be restored and i just want to bring our attention to a few verses of scripture you might need to find these in your bible even as i refer to them just to help to bring some context if we go to psalm 51 and we look at verse 10 or to verse 12 we see where david said create in me a clean heart oh god and renew a right spirit within me what this suggests is that if he's asking for a clean heart to be created it means that there can be a dirty heart my god he's saying renew a right spirit within me it means that one can have an attitude that is not right that needs to be restored the other verse says cast me not away from thy presence suggests that it is possible not to be in relationship it's possible not to be in communication with somebody that is important my god verse 12 says restore unto me the joy of my salvation which means one can lose joy one can be less than happy one can be less than in an ecstatic place hallelujah we also see in romans chapter 15 and verse 13 where it says now the god of all hope fill you with all joy so it means if you can be filled with all joy it means that there can be a state where you are not filled or not full of joy my god you could be in a state of what of misery of despair it says now the god of all hope filled with joy and peace my god so to fill you with peace it could mean that there is a state of turmoil a state of conflict a state of war and that you may abound in hope abound again full of hope so one could be us in a state where one is no longer hopeful where one is filled with fear and with doubt but we are thanking god that even according to this scripture romans 15 13 the god of all hope can fail the god of all hope can give peace god can cause us to abound in hope through the power of the holy ghost so it is possible hallelujah to get these things to be filled up to be renewed to be restored my god we can get hope again we can get joy again we can get peace my god even in the midst of turmoil second corinthians 13 verse 11 speaks to us also of some things that could could need to be restored because they are not there it says finally brethren farewell be perfect that word be suggest that there is a time when one might not be so one is being told be be perfect be righteous be living holy be in holiness be perfect be of good comfort which suggests that one could be living in grief one could be living in distress and so one is now being encouraged to be comforted hallelujah be of one mind which could mean that there could be a a situation where persons are in disunity my god it says living peace in the same passage second corinthians 13 11 living peace which could mean that persons again are in turmoil and broken and the god of love and peace be with you so we are seeing here where there are different things both tangible and intangible that might not be ideal that might not be what it ought to be and therefore might need some restoration we go over to psalm 103 praise god and as we look from verse 2 down to about verse 5 we are also seeing where there are some things oh that god can give otherwise there would be lacking or not optimal in one's life so as we look at a psalm 103 verse 2 it says bless the lord o my soul my god and forget not all his benefits we are talking about our faithful god this morning our faithful god all the benefits that god can give my god he forgiveth all then iniquities hallelujah is there anybody who is perfect in here i know i'm not perfect and so i thank god that he forgives my wrongdoing inaudible i have messed up oh my god and for somebody today who might feel that you have messed up there is a god who forgives our iniquities who forgives our wrongdoing and our sinning once we come to him my god there is a god who healed all our diseases which suggests that there can be physical ailments there can be sickness there can be ill health there can be things wrong in our bodies but there is a god who heals who can restore who can give you life in that way my god hallelujah verse 4 tells us about the god who redeemeth our life from destruction hallelujah my god is there anyone who has felt like you are on the path where you feel like you are being killed my god you are on a path where you are being damaged on a downward path but today we have a god that redeems from destruction wow is there any of these situations my god that connects with who you are and where you are and the things that might need to be restored today my god the lord and verse five satisfied thy mouth with good things so if he gives good things lord a sweet taste in your mouth taste and say that the lord is good and he gives good things which means that there could be some people who are having some bitter exp oh my god hallelujah some people at mara some people at mara experiencing some bitter things experiencing some negative things or in a state of lack but we are reminded today that there is a god who satisfied our mouth with good things that he is going to give you something sweet sweet to the mouth sweep to the belly sweet to the soul my god the god who restores so is there somebody today going through something that's bitter my god seems to be breaking you down but we are reminded today of the faithful god hallelujah who my god is restoring so that uh even in verse 5 of the same time 103 so that your youth is renewed like eagles some people have lost strength some people have lost vigor some people have lost so many things that is make you even aging more than you should be aging my god but we serve a god who restores youth who restore strength who restores hope oh my god somebody could be in captivity but there's a god who restores freedom my god he came my god to renew our strength hallelujah he says the spirit of the lord is upon me he has anointed me my god almighty to bring deliverance to captives to say that liberty them that are bruised to preach the acceptable year of the lord so the god that we serve is faithful he's about restoring he's about renewing he is about giving back hope and we recognize there are so many ways in which we can lose some things things are not ideal but we are told today that we serve a god a faithful god who it is his desire for us my god to experience benefits in these ways because guess what saint john 10 verse 10 tells us my god there is a thief there is a thief hallelujah who has come to steal hallelujah to kill and to destroy there is a feast the enemy of our souls has set up things has set up things has caused things to be of such that there are things that have been stolen mighty god he is waging war in our lives war in our circumstance war in different aspects that is stealing things from us my god the scripture tells us that we are not wrestling against flesh and blood my god but there is a war that's going on in the heavenlies spiritual wickedness in high places there is an enemy of our souls that is after us trying to steal things from us my god trying to kill us trying to destroy us my god and in so many ways he has come in and has taken some things make it less than it ought to be but we are reminded in the same verse saint john 10 verse 10 i have come jesus has come the king has come that we might have life and have it more abundantly he has come to give life he is here he is here the king is here to restore the king is here to bless the king is here to heal and to do good because he is faithful somebody just praise god somebody just praise god hallelujah and if we go uh more directly now to the passage that was read from ii samuel 9. thank you jesus 2nd samuel 9. we recognize that david david became king he was prophesied over his life when he was just alive someone suggests some people suggest when he was about 15 years old my god and now we see him about 30 or so years so 15 or more years 17 or so he became king i'm just to say to somebody today might have been said the lord might have made you a promise it might look like it might seem hard you might be wondering what's happening but that promise is going to be fulfilled he said it to you sometimes uh we say god said it i believe it and that settles it but i dare say today god said it and that settles it whether or not you believe it because sometimes we don't believe it and god is not waiting on our belief to determine what he does because some of us are still at a place at unbelief god said it and that settles it because he has said it because guess what sometimes even after he has said it there are many things that will come that will fight that will stand in the way but because god says it that sets it and somebody needs to get back today god has settled it you've been doubting it but because you've been doubting it it doesn't mean that it's not going to happen because god has said it and you now need to come into agreement with what he has said because he has said it that has settled it and in the name of jesus according to what he has said it shall be done my god it shall be done once he has said it hallelujah that settles it so we see david now he became king but as you read other things in second the book of second samuel you will recognize that there was a long war between the house of saul and the house of david uh we recognized there were times when saul was so angry with david through the juggling at him and you know he had to escape and hide in caves and we see a number of the psalms that david wrote my god related to the circumstances when he encountered some things even with the house of soul but one of the things we know the house of david prevailed because god made david a promise and he was gonna be king my god and so the house of david prevailed and we recognized that saul and jonathan died a bad part to this story is that we also know that although saul treated david badly david and jonathan jonathan was saul's son but jonathan and david became good friends the soul of jonathan was knit with the soul of david and they became as brothers so jonathan and david were good friends and there were times when jonathan helped david even from oh the attacks of his father he would tell him david uh my father is you know meaning to do this to you go hide go away sir jonathan was good to david and david he remembered the kindness of jonathan he remembered his friend my god and just to say to somebody today god is gonna bless you but as god blesses you don't forget the people who helped you to get to where you are don't forget the kindness don't forget the love don't forget the persons who sacrificed don't forget the persons who did some things to help you to become what you have become my god don't forget kindness hallelujah don't forget kindness don't forget it don't forget it somebody needs to remember remember what your parents did remember what that elder sister did that elder brother did some person who sent you something when you were low don't forget kindness don't forget it but as god blesses you remember the kindness that was shown my god so david remembered the kindness of his friend he remembered the kindness of jonathan and we realized that the house of saul was destroyed but david said let me look to see if there is anybody remaining from the house of saul i need to see if there's anybody still alive from the house of soul that i can do some good to so david inquired he enquired he wanted to show kindness and when he inquired this inquiry led him to mephibosheth who was jonathan's he was jonathan's son therefore he was the grandson of saul he was a grandchild of a king but this grandchild even though he had royalty in his blood was living in a state of shame which was true to his name because his name efficient meant from the mouth of shame he was living in lodibar a place of no pasture and when you think about no pasture my god there is no food no word no communication nothing to build him up so that's where merci beauchette was how did mephibosheth get there when you go to second samuel four and verse four you will get some understanding of what happened as we indicated the house of david and the house of saul was at war and at one point in time we recognized that saul and jonathan were slain and you know they were at the heat of the battle my favorite at the time was about five and so he had a nanny we would call her in our time taking care of him a nurse made taking care of him and of course when she heard what had happened to her his father and his grandfather in an aim to try to protect him and save him she was running with him to come away from this place because hey danger is here and i want to try to protect this little boy and in running with him oh my god she was running so fast we don't know what happened maybe tripped but whatever happened she fell and when she fell he when she the boy fell from her and when he fell he damaged his feet and so he became lame he could not walk so there was an accident this boy it would appear was born okay was born healthy was you know up and about but there was an accident my god life happens life happens things happen in life that will affect us in various ways these things are sometimes hard they are sad they're bad and they leave permanent damage and scars we have experiences that have changed us permanently things that we can do nothing about what we have to live with my god there are some things caused from our own actions others caused by the actions of others and there are just things that just happen by natural force in life whatever it may be things happen that affect us big or little younger old saved her and said my female was a boy a child but the situation affected his life from his tender years right up into his adulthood the realities of life brothers and sisters it was true wishing it away wouldn't change it i dare say speaking in tongues would not change it either would not make it better my fiber remained lame for life he had a physical challenge he had a deformity something that he had to live with through no fault of his own no matter how he desired otherwise it did not change reality of his circumstances in a similar way brothers and sisters we encounter various things in life that affect us right now we are having kobe 19 that is affecting us my god our parents might have made poor choices that have determined oh where we are right now some loved one has died we have some physical challenge or disorder there are some decisions taken by management at work that in fact the demands of your job and so on kobe 19 is here changing our lives in significant ways however the virus came about something happened somewhere which you and i had no part in but it is affecting our lives and it is real and of course beyond poverty 19 there are other realities that we have to deal with something did not happen the way you expect something happened that you did not expect my god and has changed your life in a significant way hallelujah but we have to deal with the reality it's not what you expected it's not what you desired it's not how you thought life would have gone but that is what it is the question becomes now how are you dealing with it mephibosheth was dwelling in lodibar lodibar was a place that magnified the deformity rather than helping experience god's enormity that would cause him to thrive despite his reality let me say that again he was dwelling in lodi bar loaded by a place that nourished he was in a place where he was not flourishing he was instead languishing he was merely existing does anybody know that place my god i can just imagine lying or sitting in one place not going anywhere not doing anything because he could not move about himself and he did not have the means to get the necessary equipment to carry him about to fascinate communication he had to wait on others to carry him about and not just he did not just have the means but he also did not have the mind to go anywhere and do anything meaningful my god shut up shut away from others from full and meaningful interaction because of the deformity he was not living a meaningful a fulfilled life because guess what his deformity defined him to the extent if we read verse 8 when david spoke to him and and called him and now talking to him and say i want to restore you how did he describe himself he bowed himself down and said what is i servant that thou should look upon a dead dog as i am mighty god he was so defined by his deformity that he described himself he saw himself as a dead dog how many persons are in a situation based on what has been happening in your life and the circumstances around where you are now defining yourself as a dead dog mighty god you see yourself as nothing as no good as less than my god to the the the state that you have now internalize this to say this is who i am no that's not what you are you ain't a dead dog my god you ain't a dead dog you ain't a dead dog how many persons like me fiber shetter are living in a deformed state living in lodibar where the deformed the things that are malfunctioning my god the negative situations the things that are out of alignment in your life are the things that are determining your existence your tragedy has become your testimony and is shaping your destiny my god my god my god that's not where god wants you he doesn't want your tragedy to be your testimony and which is now shaping your destiny because what it's all you talk about it's all you see it's how you see yourself it's how you live [Music] you have been stuck at the place of your tragedy stuck at the place of your tragedy whatever it is that might have happened that's where you are stop your thoughts your feelings and associated actions are wrapped up in that unfortunate experience i don't know what that experience is but you know what god knows and he's speaking to somebody in lodibar today there is something else to note about lodibar but lodibar may fear situation defined him however he did not actively recognize that and he was not actively seeking a way out to deal with it or to get out of the state that he was in he was comfortable in lodibar he was living in a deprived state for a long time and many of us right now i've been shaped by the deformity by the circumstances the malfunctioning the negative hallelujah living so long with it that you have no style to accept it as a way of being you have stopped communicating with god for so long that you have become comfortable in that state not eating spiritual food that's in love my god you've been miserable for so long that you have become comfortable with the misery and have no desire for anything else we tell ourselves this is how life is we stop hoping stop anticipating or desiring anything else we have settled for a life that is less than abundant my god but today it's time to come out of lodibar it's time for renewal it's time for revival it's time for restoration it's time to stop focusing on the deformity and instead see god's enormity that's gonna cause us to thrive despite our reality my god my god my god we were reminded in our prayer meeting yesterday that god is god he is god the god that is bigger than every situation my god and the god who is faithful and that i believe is what god wants us to focus on the king desires to restore you to a place where you are experiencing peace you are experiencing joy you are experiencing fulfillment you are experiencing health you are experiencing comfort you are experiencing strength perfection good things unity hope and other things that need to be restored that need to be realigned that need to be re-established that be to be repaired in your life hallelujah he wants us to focus on him our faithful god focus on god's enormity that's gonna cause you to thrive despite your reality what have you been looking at what have you been looking at the king is inviting you to live in jerusalem jerusalem is a city of peace my god there's somebody that needs peace on the inside there's somebody that needs peace in your spirit there's somebody that needs peace in your situation my god there is somebody that needs peace hallelujah today i speak peace the king of peace is bringing peace to somebody's life to somebody's situation somebody's in turmoil in your spirit somebody's interview but the king of peace is inviting you into this place of peace because something needs to be restored needs to be realigned hallelujah hallelujah god the king wants to restore you to a place where you can live above whatever has made you ashamed messy machete ah there is something that has made you ashamed there is something that has made you ashamed he wants to restore you to a place where you can live above whatever has made you feel ashamed what is it that has made you feel less than less than a human feel like a dog feel like whatever you describe yourself as has made you feel less than righteous has made you feel less than worthy has made you feel less than ever has made you feel less than enough has made you feel less than who you really are in god's side summer he wants to give you more than more than you could ask or think today more than you can imagine your situation doesn't determine your station it's time for restoration let me say that to somebody again your situation doesn't determine your station it's time for restoration don't make loading by your permanent place the king is inviting you to jerusalem there is another place for you mighty god there is another place for you i wish somebody would get that in your spirit today there is another place for you say to yourself there is another place for me there is a place of peace for me there is a place of rest there is a place of hope there is a place of faith there is another place for me lordy bar will not be my permanent place my god is there someone today that will say that will get it in your spirit lord bar was not meant to be your permanent place you are the child of part the red sea the god that can cause you to go over those heavy jordan waters my god god is restoring your soul he is renewing you he is reviving you he is transforming your mind and you are thinking he is transforming your attitude you are being renewed in the presence of the lord he is restoring your soul is there someone today that want to be focusing on this enormous god the enormity of god so we are taking our focus of the situation and we are focused on what is god is doing and what god is going to do you don't understand all that is happening but i tell somebody today god is leading you in the parts of righteousness for his name's sake my god go where he is leading you god is working out his righteousness in it yes there will be experiences like look that they will kill you but i tell you it's just a shadow of death my god it's not gonna kill you if it wasn't meant to kill you it won't kill you because it is just a shadow it is not the real thing we tell the scriptures the devil is going about like a roaring lion he ain't a lion but he is pretending to be a lion the thing looks like it's gonna kill you but i wanna tell somebody today with god on your side it will not heal you don't listen to the devil's lies he's been speaking things into your mind that you have been listening to and you are saying i'm gonna die i'm gonna die but in the name of jesus we speak life you will not die it's not going to kill you yes it is hard but it's just a shadow of death my god it's not the real thing it is not death or shutter it looks hard but it is not death it looks terrible but it is not there for oh my god you are walking it's just a shadow my god it's just a shadow it's not real so yes it might come and the devil put all kinds of things before you but oh god to somebody today it's not real it is not the truth the scripture tells you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free somebody needs to know the truth of god's word today somebody needs to understand the truth of what god is saying of what god is doing of who god is it's just a shadow it's just a shadow what are you looking at what is looking like it's gonna kill you my god is just a shadow oh come on now come on now change your thinking oh be renewed in your thinking my god you gotta start seeing things another way because you gotta understand it from god's perspective my god you gotta lean not unto your own understanding as god told us yesterday in primary or in the prayer meeting it's not what you understand it's not what you see but it's what god is doing hallelujah some situations that we are dealing with yes we are in hard times but just to let you know that he will give his angels charge over you to keep you lest you dash your feet against a stone so we know that god is gonna comfort and keep you and guess what you are in a state where you weren't eating in a state where you weren't being fed in a state where my god things weren't happening for you but god is preparing a table for you hallelujah ah is anybody hearing what god is doing he is preparing a table before you he's fixing it up he's setting it up my god when we're gonna have dinner you're sitting down in the waiting area you're sitting down in the lobby while the person's behind are cooking the meal and they are preparing the table setting it up with all the cutlery and all the nice food and this is my god you're in the waiting here oh my god somebody's in the wet area somebody's in the waiting era someone is in the waiting area come on now you're dressing the waiting area come on the waiting area is not where you're gonna stay forever he is preparing a table he is preparing a table my god you're going to eat you're gonna face he is preparing a table so you don't see the house stay in the presence of god because it is in the presence of god you're gonna experience already somebody has come out of the presence of god you need to get back into the presence of god you need to get back into the presence of god get back into the presence of god get back into the place where you ought to be that needs to be restored my god my god my god restore your work restore your talk hallelujah one of the things we recognize about restoring as i wrap up that there are some things you can't restore yourself he restored my soul he leadeth me he revives me the lord hallelujah is my joy he is my strength it is important to recognize a state of brokenness and say lord restore me lord heal me lord help me there are some of us that are trying some things based on our own effort many of us have been doing it the way we have thought about it trying to fix our brokenness but it is not working because we can't restore ourselves we've been attempting it our own way through our own reasoning hallelujah through our own planning but it is not leading to restoration yes we want peace happiness joy all those good things but we have to recognize that all that we need that pertain to life and godliness resides in god and what he gives and what he sees and how he wants to give it to us anything that we are going to do through our human effort that's not god directed and that's not god ordained our god controlled is going to be futile in the process of restoration we cannot do it ourselves so that's one thing to recognize there are some of us that have been going in based on our own way trying to do it our own way but god wants to do it god is the one who does the restoration and so we need to surrender to what he wants to what he desires and the next thing is as the king what desires to restore us and to do what he wants it is important for us to respond to the offer that he is giving us respond you have something to do in the restoration process so while it is god ultimately who does it the king who ultimately bring you from where you are to the other place you have a part in the process we were reminded a few weeks ago to be still yes we need to be still in the presence of god but guess what something happens in that stillness in that stillness god speaks in that stillness he gives direction listen to the instructions and act accordingly may fiber had to move from lodibar even though david sent for him david's sending for him alone was not enough for him to be restored there was something that had to happen on matthew bashar's part he had to come he had to go he had to move he had to take some action there's some action required on our part as part of the experience of restoration somebody has to hope in god somebody has to praise him who is the help of our countenance of our god there's an attitude change required a change in our thoughts and a change in our talk a change in our thoughts and that change in our talk we have to become renewed in the spirit of our mind and think about the things that i love with the things that are true and as we say we gotta focus change our focus focus on the enormity of our god and not the magnitude of our deformity change our focus and as i wrap this up there is another point to note in this whole uh situation as it regards restoration notice mephibosheth needed to get to another place but he couldn't do it himself by himself a king had to send a command sent to call him in this case king david we are speaking yes god as our king is calling to someone today and he's saying to someone you can live abundantly there is something more that you can experience but guess what god works through human efforts other human beings david was acting based on what god placed in his heart god placed it in david's heart so that he could call for someone from the house of saul there are some people who need to be restored somebody that needs to come out of lodibar but that someone needs the help of a david my god there is a david that needs to go and do go and be loved love in word and indeed because there is a mephibosheth that is waiting on a david for deliverance in a tangible way god works through the things and the people on earth in the process of restoration somebody's faith needs to be restored somebody needs to hope again nothing man nothing things not in our own cells but in god as the enormous god works through us to bring restoration david david i call on david today that david david there is a fever waiting for that word waiting for that offer of hope that offer of
