so we bought a couple of packages of Saint Louis ribs already seasoned style from Costco and over a couple of different weekends I tried them on my grill cooking on different ways just seeing how they would come out the first way is about 350 degrees for three hours and second way is 250 degrees give or take low maybe a little bit more for three hours and you'll see some video about which is which and what they looked like and tasted like hope you enjoy today I'm gonna try to grill some of these yummy looking dry rubbed seasoned Saint Louis ribs from Costco you see how it goes alright so trying to get it to 350 looks pretty close this is three burners or three out of my five burners going pretty low alright let's get it on so we're gonna go balls down alright gonna keep it on there for three hours yeah here you wanna see what you might like this what do you think ribs baby back ribs back there all done yeah they look delicious that one's mine yeah now enjoy where's daddy's you want to try a little sour cream how's it taste [Music] we've got some of these seasoned Saint Louis ribs from Costco and gonna be cooking around my grill looking to put it on at about 250 for 3 hours and we're gonna see how they look so we're gonna want to put these in or put them on bone side down oh dang a beauty so I'm gonna let them sit here for three hours and come back and we'll see how they are 250 all right a little bit over 250 let's check out the ribs they got about 12 minutes yummy see how tender they are oh that's pretty tender oh my god pretty good alright so you saw the two two preparations the 350 it was pulling right off the bone it was a little bit overcooked didn't need to be that high of a temperature it tasted great but you saw from the pitchers or from the video that it shrunk up a little bit it got really charred on the end cold right off came off so tender but it could have been a little lower temperature the 250 a little more firm yeah you saw not as much fat loss didn't shrink up as much tasted a little bit more more straightforward you could taste the meat really well stuck a little bit to the bones but not too bad so I I think that the the one preparation of putting it on the grill for three hours it's a smart way to do it easier a lot faster than the Costco directions I would probably go for like 275 280 next time somewhere a little bit in between 350 don't need to go that high but it's fun to play with and and the Costco meat is actually really great quality great flavor you know if you you don't want to do the preseason get your own barbecue sauce I'd highly recommend that as well but the pre-seasoned tastes great straight or you can put a little bit barbecue sauce on the side so hopefully that was helpful single easy preparation one put your put it on and forget it for three hours I think you can't go wrong
