[Applause] [Music] while you stopped for your slurpee i shut your bar down you ran out of money okay i ran to the store that first store didn't but you had enough time getting no but she was getting the change out of the bolero come with me i'd like everybody to know this when you guys ran out of money in the height of your frustration your owner went across the street and got a slurpee that's how she took care of you guys are you that's how she took care of you now take care of your bar come on jesus [Music] tacos have everything on them please so this bar was opened nine years ago by theresa and brian never mind you might as well go home because you'll probably get more at home because we ain't got here so they started doing well in the beginning but neither theresa nor brian have ever run a business like this before i'll be right back and now they're 200 000 in debt so then teresa and brian called their son cody where the stake said they want to put the bar in cody's name so they wouldn't have to declare bankruptcy so by effect teresa and brian took their debt and put it on their son who now owns a hundred percent of the bar grabbed me on some plates then on top of it of all the pressures cody in six weeks has his first child so he's got the debt he's got a new family all of this is i'm this poor kid and he's sinking thanks mom and dad yeah right you need me to make it for you i need you to do something to sit on your ass think about this so brian sits at the bar watching as his wife is expediting and his son is trying to run the place father of the year right here and that's why we have to rescue this bar troy what's up give me three shots i got you man there's trey he's a bartender here you go there so there's christina she's a bartender and a server there's shelby she's a server what happened to the rest of the order david he's your kitchen manager i'm in trouble i'm not sure he's managing much vic and there's eugene who's our cook you see any gloves on those hands vic no i don't see no gloves i'm missing half this goddamn oil there he goes touching raw chicken we move on to containers it's just too much coming apart coming up missing you hear me there's no gloves anywhere give me a couple shots you know the problem with sports bars a lot of women don't want to go in but we need to attract women to this bar because this is a married community 63 married so for recon tonight i got three affluent women from the neighborhood to come in and give us their opinion on this bar [Music] if we can win them over we'll win the market over what's it got man get an old-fashioned please old-fashioned old-fashioned what kind of place you think this is i'm a whiskey person you're a lion nobody is a whiskey person she's been at the bar for a minute he told her she's a liar and she has terrible taste in spirits those are the first two things you said there you're gentlemen can i check your id because apparently i got a bartender don't know what he's doing they don't know that he has any involvement in the business he's actually asked these three strangers to see their id it's zero intro you don't trust your bartender to check the id hi i'm sorry excuse me can i borrow you for just a minute he's the bartender let him so apparently he's not doing his job okay well let me check them no okay i mean i got it let's let's go back oh yes now she showed me a valid idea excuse me you feel that vibe oh [ __ ] she's been sitting there before drinking can you stomp no i'm not gonna stop drinking either i've had a long day i don't give a what you're doing this is important to me so stop so she's going down the tubes and his next drink is more important to him than her i thought i was rough that was bad yeah cody trying to do everything so he's running drinks making drinks cody ain't stopping man y'all want a shot sure how about y'all really live great what trade give me four shots please absolutely are you taking it with us this guy's all about his ego my wife's running around here somewhere so tell her we're taking shots shouldn't cody approve every drink that brian gives away absolutely cody give me a shot that's the debt of this bar me so the fact of the matter is your mother and your father put you in debt yes sir your mother is fighting to get you out of the debt your father is putting you deeper in debt he is the obstacle you got by your father do you understand that he has no authority here does he no sir i want to get him here and i want you to tell him that so i am here i've got your back you have every reason to fight for this now yes sir so i need you guys to pull him aside and talk to him i'll go get him brian is cody's father but you wouldn't know that watching him he's acting like a jerk and generally hurting the business not helping it well i watched a pretty big ass tonight i'm gonna ask oh yeah yeah he's in debt and you're drinking this place away i'm not giving anybody's liquor away dude you're take you're giving it to yourself for free that you're not saying it's my linker does he have any authority in this building no i got more authority than what you think boy i'm your dad i don't care the debt's in my name and i got to do what's best for my child and you can either help or you can get you're telling me i gotta [ __ ] leave yes damn you you hand me home my god it's don't remember where nothing is over here i'm gonna look like a idiot walking in circles and jen bartender you're me walking over there getting draft beer this is one of the few states where smoking is permitted in bars a lot of people that smoke don't like when you smoke next to them absolutely and a lot of people who go to smoking bars you know don't want to be over surrounded by smoke give me a beer give me a beer and especially your cook it's really disgusting you're trying to get me in trouble hello joe's up there he ain't watching the cameras i don't care he's going to see it and i'm going to get in trouble if you take a styrofoam cup he'll think it's water hello how y'all doing tonight we've got open seating just wherever y'all want to get to they can tell right away that new people walked in just they're not used to anybody who they haven't seen before coming in there the beer please you want lime should have asked her if she wanted head before you gave her so much this is one of the worst cooks i've ever seen keg just blew i got you so they replacing the keg what happens when you replace the keg of beer to the first few beers gonna be all foam you really want to check your empty kegs the night before and then you don't dump them all down and drain oh my gosh look at that wow so they poured a glass and a half to get a glass which obviously won't do wonders for your bottom line you're welcome you know i think i want to get the cheddar bacon burger medium well medium well uh the chicken sandwich grilled please yeah the manager sitting down and the owners know where to be found when you have an order for a customer this guy decides that he wants to smoke a cigarette before he starts the order he's an ass his attitude is so bad it's unbelievable look at this seasoning method he's doing on this chicken breast squirt it with something over the grill sprinkle something on it wow this food is going to suck we're going to be uh needing to make an order for bacon cheeseburgers okay dressed all the way through two medium well too rare okay oh so he's about to blow a gasket he's gonna he might walk out that's flat that's what happened here it's flat it's missing something it's like it's been sitting out on this bar all day what the hell is that chef look at the smoke coming up from that oil when the fryer's pouring smoke like that you know that that oil is just deteriorated cooking slime just sitting there burning it's disgusting [Music] and yeah the beer is kind of flat okay well let me let me swap over to a cocktail of some sort um okay so they gave up on their beer they didn't even try a second round it's a carrie mary what's a carry mary i put a buffet in it olives pickles pepperoncinis bacon we're gonna get to those bloody berries okay so this is a first he fries the chips leaves him in the greasy basket and he's taking them with covered in grease and putting them around two minutes ago he had a raw chicken breast on that hand and then he picked up those chips with that same hand this raw chicken all over those chips okay so here is our famous buddy mary is that a soda machine in the back of the bar not only isn't she not making the cocktail in front of you on the bar right sean she's not even making it in the same room no no i'm tired i'm tired i'm tired he didn't see the to-go no i don't think he even realizes it's there what the [ __ ] am i supposed to do on this ticket oh seriously four bacon cheddar burgers two of them rare two medium well everything on all of them two sides of ranch two sides of honey mustard two sides of barbecue sauce all together i don't know what just get me some viagra and let's get out of here for a couple hours well you can see he's really rising to the occasion so she used the tongs that fell out of the tongs onto the dirty surface and she even wiped the surface now she has her fingers on the inside of the cups touching that food does raw chicken all over everything yeah it's disgusting a little late man that's like the kitchen sink in there you're gonna have to give me a beer or something to be back here dirty reds asking for a drink over there order up limpo's gonna be right now buddy i see the three of us going you go back in the kitchen they can't serve that food yep okay so here comes our sailors here we go there's liz she was a manager working underneath odie but now that odie's gone i don't think this place is running quite as well as it used to when he's there oh yeah i'm a regular there's robin she's a bartender there's tiffy another bartender and there's miami bartender and doorman it's you have my friday do you know why those people there tonight they got what i call a drink and drown night ten bucks at the door all you can drink whatever you want what could you imagine being so desperate that you would do all you can drink on a saturday night all right let's see how long it takes them to get a drink here it's like they're not even there they're invisible this is remarkable cheers let's get to work crap what are these bartenders they're drinking behind the bar they're smoking behind the bar they've probably been smoking behind that bar for 20 years absolutely krista says that uh she's gonna uh maybe pay her attack tonight maybe maybe what are they doing liz put it on the layaway plan oh come on it's not that bad really come on that tap been almost 10 minutes we haven't even been greeted or asked what we wanted what is up with this they still don't have a drink don't you find this remarkable this is a joke john so you know what this is they take care of their friends so that old money is gonna stay there they're not going anywhere yep that new money is what you should be attacking right there hey ma'am uh can we get a drink sure we've been sitting here for like 10 minutes i'm sorry taking a whiskey sour a whiskey sausage sour meat no ice okay all right whiskey sour is an easy drink yeah two ingredients correct let's see what she's doing here okay so there's whiskey and sour you see one straight up there phil without ice nope now shouldn't the shower be shaken every time yeah you have citrus in there you need to shake that you need to bind the ingredients together [Music] he's just screaming it out and add more sour good oh that way you can't taste the whiskey whatsoever i have to go back into it oopsie there we go when somebody asks for no ice it doesn't mean fill it up with more mix it just means they don't want any ice in it right they understand that the drink won't necessarily fill the glass oh man whisk in yours we'll get this yes in that drink it had something black in it [Music] look oh okay if there's something floating in there they need to figure out what what is floating in there where it's coming from she said there was something floating in her sprite that's fine they're just going to make another one and just pretend that it didn't happen yeah what the hell was that oh there's two drinks to something floating now one was a soft drink from the gun yeah this is not from the gun at all no if something's in a soda and his drink it's probably coming from where they scoop the ice front so it would contaminate everything let's go in and find it is it we go to smoke behind a bar i don't think it's illegal it is i didn't know that he said we go to give tabs is it legal for somebody to sign a tab not pay for a drink and leave this building i don't know that either because we've been you know that you've been here for 30 something years it's illegal to have calves did you know that you're about a month from closing yes i do know that who's had a black speck in their drink anybody have a black speck in your drink has anybody said that to you tonight that there's something in my drink yes has it happened other times with people with stuff in their drinks yes and what did you do about it liz i just got ice and i didn't see anything if you have something in your drink and you have something in your drink and you have something in your drink then there's some bacteria or bugs or something in this place i want to find out what the hell it is phil where do you get your ice from is my question machine back here okay let's go take a look at that [Music] this is where the ice is made it's in this little block right here holy oh oh my god oh oh i never cleaned the ice machine you see all that water ah oh my god [Music] oh oh wow you think your customers if they knew about this would they want to be drinking i don't want to i don't want to drink out of that absolutely this is what your guests are drinking right now every single time that they're in here they're drinking this come with me [Music] this is what's inside the ice machine look at it oh my gosh i'm done here you go liz this is for you it's gross get all the ice out and clean it kim you manage her because she obviously can't manage herself this place is a no so i'm closing your freaking bar no more tabs no more smoking behind the bar no more disrespecting her father's legacy that is over and when you do your job i'll come back and save your ass the cakewalk is welcome over copper rocket take a look at the menus we got two specialty cocktails on there yeah citrus fruit two stitches two strawberries make four or five six at a time line them all up i'm gonna put them right in this section sorry no no do your thing okay don't rush the four because then it's gonna bubble more and while you're pouring it like look at the beautiful people i know maybe be like you know i'm working on it guys i'm working on it jesus christ bit and you did your crumble chips yeah yeah very good four people have drinks i know you guys are rock stars i know you can move faster than that i still need a citrus and a strawberry two waters please raise your hand if you don't have a drink guys look how many citrus there's food in the window guys food in the window who ordered food and nobody got anything yet you print a ticket you cook the ticket there's a table number on the ticket you bring the ticket to the table simple restaurant 101 but it ain't even 101. this is like before basics guys i got one dying food sitting in the window guys guys [Applause] two cocktails and this like i haven't asked for a second one just because there's people who haven't got that so i'm trying to be polite dude can you make another one of these this is freaking ice cold man the bar is just not picking up their food it's building up it's getting cold not good did you take my ones but ice them what i had the ones with no ice who still doesn't have drinks come on guys look around keep going five six eight at a time go [Music] i'm ringing the bell i'm ringing the bell come on yeah where's salman [Applause] [Music] nobody's eating the food it's coming out cold because it's sitting in the window we're going to make money like this though you haven't got it raise your hands this side of the bar is being ignored people are waving hands it's literally they're drowning and it's a mess look at that over there it's a freaking mess completely there's significant issues going on in this bar right now food orders drink backups not serving their guests and not keeping the bar clean as they go salmon hasn't resolved any of these things nor has he noticed them remember during training today when i said there was only two drinks and you were like oh my god only two drinks what are we gonna do look at this situation right now we only have two it's two new drinks that we're not familiar with two ingredients right that we had 10 minutes of prep time we're trying to do the best we can you got to get up here and help them reorganize and get them i'm outside on the floor because the floor needed me as well i'm getting a customer napkins right now but i can't believe i'm wrapping you but you see what's going on and how chaotic it is in here you have to be everywhere you're the owner you have to be everywhere but you're not supervising look at all these dirty glasses why are you not supervising them because i'm working out on the floor where i was needed as well and if i'm here you're gonna be pulling me out to the floor why am i not on the floor because we're trying to show you there needs to be eyes everywhere i can't be in places at the same time you have to prioritize right now and say what's most important i went from over there bee lined it around a hundred people i made it here in tennessee it's hard isn't it but it's what i do seven days a week let me get these napkins to the customers and i'll jump on this next normal yes he really pissed me off he needs to understand that that attitude right there doesn't fly back here i know okay if he wants to get me attitude i will go home he needs to see what's going on his bar is completely failing on two drinks that he was worried he couldn't sell a hundred baby you can't even sell two drinks how were you open at all these people still do not have cocktails i ordered seven drinks and nothing i'm way too overwhelmed right now there's no help like i'm just i just don't know what to do it's cold we waited for [Music] [Applause] shut it down guys no more drinks across the bar we're done we had no chance of digging them out this was a complete fail burger time is over i shut it down now we gotta have a staff meeting and fix this [Music] norman what do you think happened tonight the orders the way they would be taken and put out weren't sure exactly where everything was going we had our tables assigned for anyone that was sitting at the bar but everyone else that was just hovering can't be assigned to a seat it can't be assigned to a bar were there people in seats that didn't get food because we didn't know where it was going yes sir so what the hell is he talking about it didn't work did it just look at me and say john i couldn't get food to seats that did have numbers even this was an incredible failure tonight i mean we sell beer for christ's sakes there isn't a work station behind this bar but you're talking about the setup that we did for this stress test with these two new drinks versus us pouring drafts pouring bottles or doing anything that we normally do so you got excuses for that too no it's not enough it's the truth man you set up two craft cocktails into two wells that were never designed for that crap baby about the systems you don't care that they were embarrassed does it you want me to engage into i don't give a [ __ ] i don't try and fix things i don't care about that kitchen no john look at me now i am looking at you you want a shouting match that i don't give it i give it i do care so why didn't i limited resources you can't take blood out of a stone john i'm tired of your excuses no yes simon all right i'm really trying [Music] if he does not change the way he's doing things norman is there any chance we will succeed no and that's well spoken and we know it so your very actions have put you in a position where you're as good as gone and you're defending it someone's stuck in his ways and i hope that john can make him open to what could actually work for this bar as long as you defend it i have no desire to help you do you get that maria's lost over 200 000 and she's approaching retirement and she's about to lose her house and everything she's got about enough money in here for about three more months oh no this is jaime maria's son he functions as the manager here and i'm told he's supposed to be a know-it-all oh i'm the the main boss here i'm i'm v-boss what's amazing about a market like this is all these employees get off work at the same time so i did something i've never done before me what i did is i got literally a busload of hospitality professionals oh my gosh and it's going to pull up in front of the bar right now and you're going to walk in and i'm simulating a shift end this is amazing so let's see if jaime in fact can take this bar from his mother or not i love this idea oh damn oh man the car is now suddenly packed like where's this crowd coming from i can find it i can find it fireball fireball right here i'm scared we need a medic uh they're deer in headlights don't get quiet get excited load up with some shots let's go here we oh let's go to work as the customers are walking in what are they doing shots [Music] the bartenders over serve themselves this girl yeah and the manager they're all doing let's see what jaime is doing not supporting his staff he's chilling he could be bringing some drinks to people in the second or third row because none of that back in the room has been served i'm seeing bad habits already ah that's irresponsible over pouring and look at how they over serve everyone you wanted to make it double right make it a turquoise triple two shots don't make them up those are enormous if those are shots look at the signs so that's a five six ounce shot [Music] that is not management we're losing money oh that's all my fault every time his mother says something he shoots her down go get some bottles i don't see you going she has no respect for her what do you do he acts like he knows everything but he does nothing the way jaime manages them look at the staff drinking customers over drinking there's no responsibility and no consequences it's a complete chain reaction and it starts with jaime being responsible to his freaking mother i want to go and talk to them do you understand your mom is in debt about two hundred thousand dollars you understand that yes sir i do do you understand that she could lose her house have you trained these employees for sure stop man everyone's new so some people are just sorry you train these employees did you yes or no did he maria yes or no no okay next does he treat it responsibly to protect your business no i think i did a lot man i threw flyers around the whole city you don't take ownership of this failure think about it you failed she's telling you you failed it's a matter of perspective you have nothing but excuses and you're a lazy [ __ ] who stands there and talks down your mother and she's gonna lose her house because of your excuses grow up grow up and you hold him accountable tomorrow i will train his ass and i will kick your ass cause you will not lose her house while i'm here thank you please tomorrow you have your staff here no he had you act respectful to her and to me and i'll teach you how to make money thank you maria thank you don't hug him tonight let him feel like year there are events down here and they take over the bar those few days a year but if this place is perceived as a biker bar are you going there with your wife for dinner no no way so the minute we have the perception of being a biker bar statistically a little over 80 of women in america won't go there absolutely not we have to be biker friendly we can't be a biker bar that's the big difference can you get my beer by the door please so there's jim he's the owner there's melanie she's jim's wife jim and his wife bought this bar six years ago the end result is you're ready they're losing about seven thousand dollars a month and they're in debt eight hundred thousand they have a daughter whose name is susan she is situated to take the business over her father's not turning it over there's a little bit of frustration between them so the question is can jim run this should susan his daughter be running it and how do we get this place out of the hole with him do you want something the bartender with the purple hair that's jessica okay thank you there's brandy she's a bartender there's kevin she's our bar back quite patriotic i might add they have them in corsets you ever wear a corset lisa it's very uncomfortable when you're bartending you have to be comfortable you have to move fast if i am sucked up and tied up into a corset i can't execute cocktails so you can't bend move it affects you you can't bend over you can't breathe properly you can't get down and up quick there's other ways to be sexy behind the bar thank you hi guys hi how you doing good you have a trick menu we don't have the cocktail minions anymore but we do have the star shot that's a specialty yeah that's actually my specialty let's go with it interesting name for a cocktail i haven't seen a cocktail menu it seems these girls make up a drink give it a funny name like star and throw it on a board what they need to do is have a menu where the guests can see the description they can see what they're getting themselves into and there's more than one drink to pick did you guys want to order any food what are you guys known for our philly cheese steaks are really good and those are actually five dollars tonight yeah i'm gonna do the philly okay and let me do the the chicken sandwich fried [Music] oh sweet like really sweet it's like a jolly rancher yeah that's not very good [Music] chicken salad fries feel so that's bob he's your cook look at the color of that towel oh my god it's gray there's a pile to the right oh let me go get another dirty towel for my dirty towel stack you see that oh i don't have one i have a hundred of them this is disgusting okay that looks like a piece of steak is it is that what that is that i don't know what that is oh my god it looks like a brain it looks like a brain it does you guys know what that is what is that that's frozen philly meat that he's beating the food out of him to thought on the grill so he sliced it from something it's still raw his griddle is not hot enough by the way basically you're just steaming steam it's great it's not browning no you want my yard my art is the caramelization that comes from the meats right he didn't clean the meat he didn't take the sinew off the outside and he just there's that guy doesn't give him that's a big old model of i don't care what i'm doing [Applause] holy moly john look at the size of that chicken sandwich that thing is the size of my head holy crap that's got to be a pound if not more that is ridiculous oh that's big a sandwich needs to be properly proportioned yes that is a chunk of chicken with bread yes oh my god everybody looks at it like how am i gonna need this you might need to just like chop it in half yeah i'll tell you what it's you're losing your ass on that chicken sandwich i know that needs to be a 25 sandwich i can't i can't even get into this thing you can't even cut it she's holding it for him it's taking two of them and they still can't cut the damn sandwich i've never seen this in my life the chicken sandwich came out super large almost unmanageable it just doesn't translate well for good bar food so i immediately sent it back [Music] [Applause] oh look at that this is really greasy that's like super super greasy they okay this is really greasy and gross so i don't know if you want to talk to them about it i'm going to say you can come talk to him i don't know no way i'm not getting sick from that how's it going don't be a dick we just sent some food back to the kitchen the chicken sandwich not really cooked all the way through the cheesesteak super greasy don't be a dick what do you want you want a refund on it or yeah that would be um that would be great yeah all right can you just refund him on that susan wow not even i'm sorry mom yes they sent this back so they said that it's too greasy okay i think we'll do a shot okay like a dessert sure layer it's perfect are you good at layering [Applause] [Music] oh what is that it shouldn't seep like that it looks curdled yeah thank you don't do it something doesn't look right about that one let's go in and find out what the hell is going on bob put out a philly steak between the grease from the meat and the oil from the vegetables that's a lot of oil go on a sandwich that size is that the way you always cook them yeah [Music] melanie you guys are failing not because of the weather not because of a hurricane you guys are failing because of things like that i think it's just hard to have things pointed out to you that you um didn't see coming i'm just very tired and very emotional right now look at this this is just dripping down john that's a stopper is this is what's blocking the grease these come out with one hand and a towel and they pop in a dishwasher and just done real quick let's get some people's food at the same time when i turned around to grab a towel i saw you chef using towels i will bet my life my house everything that these are not clean they've been washed no [ __ ] sorry smell this build it's a sign melanie is there any way that that is clean if it smells that way guys you're in a whole 800 000 so you have to change this if you clean this place tonight i will come back here tomorrow and fix this for you deal absolutely let's do this you can do better there they are there's phillip have i had a chicken basket so philip is the husband he handles more business affairs for the bar i've attended bar for a long time and i've got the nap there's tony his wife she comes there a couple of days a week and tries to run it from a distance and there's james who's their son just stayed in college in nine years the owners of this bar are now in a whole quarter of a million dollars oh my god i just want to go away if you had your son running the bar for nine years and it was losing money would you attach the two i would make the connection immediately he's out the door that's all my fault philip and tony have their retirement in this bar they're in their 60s okay so if they don't get this together they've got no retirement wow rather than making the family money james cost the family money well i got this beer expediting with a beer yeah nice don't you think a manager should dress a little better than the other people in the room uh-huh you definitely wouldn't recognize this man as an authority and that affects his credibility with a staff doesn't it what'd you drink it samia there's amy she's one of your bartenders james you're just staying there staying there look pretty there's kelly she's another one of you bartenders and jessica's over here on her phone and her table needs drinks but don't worry about it there's destiny she's a server hey you want garlic bread or nothing there's chris your kitchen manager erin got you happy birthday [Music] mia right now it's about 10 after nine and those bartenders just did two shots a little early to be getting started bartenders out here giving away shops oh yeah apparently that's really cool okay and what are you doing you can't beat them join them huh the gm you're not gonna drink anymore please first you notice that tony thinks that james is drinking too much but he takes another beer and doesn't care spoiled and selfish cheers bar they don't have boys specialty menu so they're not selling cocktails no i want an old fashioned let me try back in its place so that it's there when you reach for it this is chaos there's no organization there's no miso floss the overpours are out of control she's not thinking through her cocktail recipes something i've never seen chaos like this before honestly it's incredible it really is all the way to the top all the way to the top all the way to the top stress test is literally going horrible as me do something sure i don't believe they have enough money in their cash register to run this bar here's a hundred dollar bill order one drink and pay with that hundred dollar bill that one cocktail should drain their entire bank that's what happens when a manager doesn't get the money they need to operate their business what can i get for you baby 625 baby 94.25 i'm out of one walking next door i have to go next door for change how much change do we have in the drawer are we out of money can you open it we have no one we have two dollars and 100 bills the next person who orders a drink takes the whole damn place down how do you run a business like this listen folks we can't do this shut it down there's no way we can do transactions here this is unbelievable come back in two nights we'll show you how this is done okay [Applause] [Music] while you stopped for your slurpee i shut your bar down you ran out of money okay i ran to the store that first store didn't but you had enough time getting no but she was getting the change out of the valero come with me i'd like everybody to know this when you guys ran out of money in the height of your frustration your owner went across the street and got a slurpee that's how she took care of you guys that's how she took care of you now take care of your bar come on jesus [Applause] [Music] kitty and a slurpee i wouldn't got change i got change all right let's close up these tabs let's clean up this bar and tonight we're actually gonna clean it because you didn't do it last night i'm pretty upset and so tonight was clear that we were not ready i don't want to lose my bar because i have a family to support i have staff that relies on me relies on this place to make a living they're single moms with babies including my daughter and
