BEST BAIT TO CATCH THE BIGGEST FISH ON THE BEACH!

i'm here with my mom my dad aaron and we're all just gonna have a blast i hope i hope we get something big on this one it's gonna be exciting i'm telling you [Music] so earlier we caught some fresh spot we caught some fresh whiting and we caught some fresh bait pretty much we're gonna be cutting the head off and using the head for bait because i think that the head is gonna catch us a big fish so what we're gonna do is just literally slice from right here down like that and that's the piece that we're going to use right here come on let's go put it on the hook this is going to be good bait and um to do this you hook under the mouth like this and through the head like that that's it just like that so we've got this on a fish finder rig this is an eight ounce sinker 100 pound leader line big hook we're gonna cast it out as far as we can i've got a nice heavy rod a nice heavy reel heavy line on it let's see if we can get a big fish and we're hoping for a big fish either that or we're gonna get skunked i'm pretty sure and i finally get to test out my pen slammer for some some bigger fish this pen slammer is uh what size is this 6500 and uh these are real workhorses from what i hear i think it's gonna be perfect for a big fish so oh it's a big van did you see it what's going on with this rod this rod's got some smaller baits on here for smaller fish so i can throw out more heads on this big rod um this one it might only get hit once you know and that big fish could be a huge one you just don't know what's gonna happen that's the fun part i hope i hope we get something big on this one it's gonna be exciting i'm telling you so it might be a ray [Music] i'm not sure i'll have mullet and shrimp on it [Music] so oh my gosh what i saw come to the surface oh my gosh here's mine i think my dad's attached to my line you have pliers yep it's not gonna whack me all right holy crap that was a freaking whopper a whopper popper look at that thing enormous whew that was quite the fight on a little reel like that 5 000 size stella i gotta go check my hooks now i'm not expecting that i was just going for a bait fish on this rig right here look i got a bait rig on here well it's not necessarily a bait rig but i wasn't expecting a big a big ray on that no i should have waited a second longer you started swimming back towards me i thought no i have a fish what is that it's a weak fish oh my gosh a weak fish ate the spot head they like shrimp and they like spot i guess so that's a fat boy look how bad it is oh my gosh yeah pretty aggressive it ate the whole spot head no way yeah i can't believe that some that that hit that look at that it's completely crushed this time let's hook this guy up watch this is oh my gosh a northern puffer wouldn't hot ball catch so funny it feels very touching [Music] okay i'm gonna put it back in the water wow your turn aaron can you do that wait do it again you got to get some clearance oh you did you did you did okay dude do a little jig now [Music] good job is it really are you lying no oh my gosh probably i start again don't crack your knees ready let me see how do i feel here come on bring this one in you want to bring it in yeah here right now before you go down crank what fast now crank now pull it up there you go let her do it let go let go dad [Music] sounds like a scary movie okay let her do it let her do it now let her do it just let go for a second oh no this is hey wow you can't let go mom oh come on that's why i said let go let her do it let her do it dad go back what's going on what did i do okay crank it down crank it down let her do it let her do it no no she got it just crank it up mom this is ridiculous ah what's he doing he's bringing in the lines you can you can hand it off to aaron if you're too tired no i'm not doing it no more all right oh my gosh your dad has a fish oh the fish is on the line pompano [Music] oh my god aaron good job are we filming the two things this is what happened last time too it's peeling me do you have pliers on your belt no i don't it's a big one wow that thing is enormous probably three feet across flipping you over heavy [Music] he's singing all right that was crazy i told you if we put a big head out there we're gonna get something either we get something big or we're gonna get skunked that was something big let's put another head out oh my holy crap it's something big look at that oh my gosh oh my gosh i think it might be a shark i don't know it's something big oh my god it's going to be a while i saw him right there you see that you want to finish it off aaron and you and my arms are tired oh my gosh you're fine to watch land this anyway come on come on let's switch this off ah oh my gosh it's right here brendan i see it yeah [Music] yeah you can you got it you stuck to the first truck no you got this aaron i can't get it off yes don't make excuses you got it hey i gotta keep my jacket you want to switch off real quick aaron just land it [Music] right here okay okay oh snap snap oh my god what happened there how you feeling tired it stopped the brain again yeah it's not great you that was job let me see your arms don't cry okay we're gonna go get ice cream right now all right so we threw five fish heads a total of five fish heads out and got two rays and one nice size weak fish i was pretty surprised by that not exactly our target species i was hoping to get a big red drum but still a heck of a lot of fun i told you it's gonna be something big if something hits it and those are two pretty big prehistoric looking rays um i don't eat them so i throw them back anything i don't eat i throw back yeah that was a lot of fun comment below what do you catch with fish heads do you use fish heads yourself and what kind of rigs do you use with them i was kind of half expecting to maybe hook onto some kind of shark even but anyways it was a blast to just throw it out sit there wait back and wait for a big pull it's not often you get to fight something that big really at least i got to test out my big rods at the same time to see how strong it is how strong my reels are how strong my tackle is i'm ready
