Baldur's Gate 3 Where to Find Withers | How to Respec / Change Your Class

hey what's up guys I'm very taurian and in this video I'm going to be showing you where to find Withers in Boulder's Gate 3. so these Temple runes can be found very early in the game so you'll see on the map here that I haven't uncovered much this is usually one of the first places I go to so there are some enemies out here that you can easily avoid through dialogue and then through here there'll be several more enemies that you'll need to fight this is a very dark area this door here on the right is the one that you need to go through this is a very dark area so I do find that it's easier to sneak kill majority of the enemies here but you'll have a perception check here at this skull that'll show it to you kind of highlight it for you you need to click on that to open this door because when you come over here first you'll find that the door is locked and there's no way to open it I believe you can't even lock pick it yeah this section is pretty easy because of the the darkness and if you use stealth shouldn't be too difficult to get through then you'll go through here now Withers is a really important character for many different reasons so first of all he'll allow you to respect your characters so change up their classes and their abilities and then also he can bring back Dead characters so this is the button here you'll find this button I think there's a perception check for this as well and I'll highlight it for you you click on that button and then you'll find Withers in this richly adorned sarcophagus and I'm going to go ahead and show you guys the cutscene of our character first meeting him thank you so he has spoken and so thou stand us before me right as always what a curious way to awaken now I have a question for thee what is the worth of a single mortal's life an Arbiter of certain matters but that is not important now wilt thou answer my question so I ask again what is the worth of a single mortal life [Music] I am curious by what standards Thou shalt judge very well I am satisfied we have met and I Know Thy face we will see each other again at the proper time and place farewell thank you I forget to mention that once you hit that button you will have to fight several skeletons it's not too difficult of a fight but perhaps a little bit more difficult than the the previous one since you won't be able to just sneak up on those characters and get the the stealth kills there are some alternative paths into the temple so that beach that you first arrive on you'll find a big door there and uh you'll have trouble getting into it that door gives access to the temple also there's this hole that you can drop into if you break that area you can drop it in that hole and that'll allow you to avoid going through the front door and then there's this side path here now this one I'm not entirely sure if you can start by going down here because I've always done it the other way uh when you go down here there's a ladder that you need to drop there's a handle a switch that you'll pull and that'll drop the ladder and then you can go up it I'm not sure if you can just go down it without dropping the ladder first because I've never actually tried it but this is an alternative path into the temple maybe you went in the temple once and then you miss Withers would actually happen to me the first time I was playing Early Access I went in the temple but I just completely missed them and so I had to go back to to get them so shortly after you meet Withers he'll show up in your Camp right over here and you can talk to him we'll have a little cutscene which we'll show right now we meet again as predicted [Music] I shall be here in my camp for whenever thou Hast need of my services a mending of the threads between lights and death should thou or any of our competits perish I will cleave soul to body once more because it is my calling there is little else to explain a matter of coin so you can pay Withers to resurrect dead party members and this isn't the only way to bring back Dead characters you can also use Scrolls and spells or you can pay him to respect your character so basically change up your class and all your abilities so he's a very important character one that you could easily Miss I'm not entirely sure what happens if you do miss them I don't know if the game will you know grant them to you in some other way or if you just won't have them in your camp and thus won't have the ability to respect your character it seems like uh something you'd really miss having that's how you find Withers I hope you did find this video helpful if you did make sure you leave a like on the video subscribe to our Channel hit that notification Bell and leave a comment do hope to see you on another one and thanks for watching
