BADDEST modular home I've seen this yr(no joke)! 2024 Prefab House Tour

well hello good friends it is chance and uh we've got look I could talk talk about how beautiful this home is or you could just look at what's on the screen right now and you can see for yourself this is a all-frame modular home okay it's called the South Hampton we're at Regional modulars here in Lumberton North Carolina and just first of all got to give a huge shout out to them we've got a second level we will check that out but yeah huge shout out to them for them allowed me to come tour some of these homes for the channel and I highly recommend if you have this way check them out we got another house down there I'll give you a quick look at it we're going we're going to do a full tour of it as well but yeah so this is a fairly new location so these are all brand new models uh all frame modular homes which is I think like 90 of what they do here and this is their one right here at the at the highway this this is one of their showstoppers or maybe I should say car Stoppers because even when I was pulling in in my rental car I mean I slammed on the brakes buddy I mean that's well it's because it's about Mr dry but you know look let me give you a quick look at this and we're going to be touring this house as well they're actually finishing some stuff up but I'm gonna still try to make that tour happen I want y'all to see that house let's see what we got here around the back and then we're going to go ahead and make our way in because this is a pretty big home we've got a lot of square footage to cover and I don't want to take up your whole evening side door right there that goes into the laundry room beautiful setup right there from that into the kitchen I like that flow that you're gonna that we're gonna see we do have a back door as well we've got a water faucet there try to get y'all some good drone shots so you can see the back of this house let's go ahead let's go ahead and make our way back up this way look I know I asked it in every video see some other homes from here some of the other homes that I have coming as well one thing that I just noticed as I'm walking up on this porch is this light fixture wow that's beautiful that right there is like the milk to my order I mean he can't eat Oreos without milk right all right porch Let's Go Outlet here slow turn there we go electrical outlet you can definitely option stuff so if you wasn't crazy about this vinyl color I'm sure they sure you have different options there let's go ahead make our way in I hope you're having a wonderful day and my job is to show you a beautiful home and make your day just a little bit better that's what I'm going to try to do here we go thank you [Music] all right as we make our way in let me get this door shut beautiful nine foot ceilings beautiful crown molding I just did one of the homes right over there same way it's a little bit smaller than this one but you're going to see that throughout this house okay baseboards are going to be top notch while I'm also looking at it I'm going to give you a shot check out our trim around our doors and windows just very nice upgraded you know it's going to be standard in a house like this but I mean typically you won't get this in a lot of the homes on a tour here on the channel let's ease into the living area yes you can tell we've got some stairs there we will be going up there so hangs hang around for that and then what I usually do is after I get through here today I'll gather a lot of information when I go home I'll try to provide a lot of stuff for you in an outro so stay tuned for that we'll hop behind the camera and we'll talk about stuff I think you're definitely going to want to know and try to help you if you're in the process of looking at getting a home like this nice like office area in there I'm gonna check that out when we head down head probably head down there look at the main bedroom probably best I want to go ahead and get into this kitchen one thing I didn't notice until the very end of that other tour is check this out you've got your plugs here under there this kitchen island has quite the design can't say I've ever seen anything like that ever I like how you have these extra cabinets on the ends you can't never have enough cabinets in the kitchen you know what I'm saying I know a lot of times I'll joke around about it but you really you can I mean you'll find a use for them at some point over here we have the pot filler so what you do with this thing this main purpose is to fill pots that's where it's got that's where it got its name but I'm gonna put it right back there because I don't see no pots in here right now all right we do got something over there but I'm gonna hit that when we make our way back over there I'm sorry I missed it stainless steel appliances let's go ahead and make our way into the laundry room yeah this is that door okay and you come right in here and see what I'm talking about I like how you comes and then it comes right here into the kitchen real big fan of that get your water heater in here but you also got a rack you could have you could also use this for a little bit of a storage closet as well breaker box is positioned right there you got a great spot for a stand-up freezer washer and dryer now before I start showing you these bedrooms down here I've got to see because if this Pantry goes all the way back into here then that that's going to make it Pantry dance worthy but does it I don't know I guess we'll find out here we go you know what I asked yummy all right I got a level with you guys I kind of looked at it earlier because I was kind of curious myself before I started videoing no it's not a walk-in Pantry but oh yeah five racks okay plenty of room for canned goods I like that refrigerator yeah now let's get back here and look at some bedrooms I want to get in that room we've got a lot of Decor a lot of stuff to see in there [Music] I just love that trim yeah in here look at this you can see all a lot of different options on everything the vinyl yeah like I was talking about look at our different uh shingle options we come over here if y'all want to pause and anytime y'all do that look at a lot of our different cabinets um I'll try to and these right here look really nice I like that blue right here good look at our lvp and then over here shows you some of that some of that uh the baseboards and crown molding and everything that you could you could have in this house oh my goodness this is a Monumental moment I was just talking about this in the previous tour they have these same faucets but they're silver and I was wondering I was like man I love them but I wonder if you could get them in matte black just I was curious and would you know oh the Lord answered that one right there now I love the silver ones in that other house because you had all your pools and everything it went together very well but look at this one you got the black pools you got the black doorknobs I I think it I mean obviously it matches now I'm going to step on back down this way what we'll do is we'll take a look in this office and we'll finish things up oh no we won't we'll check out the maybell room then we got to go upstairs okay we gotta go I wanted to come back and add this in because I've got kind of carried away I don't think I ever really showed you how much of this dining area y'all know me I was probably rambling or I know our boys okay you know probably but you do have a great spot here as you can tell you've got four chairs in in this over here over on this side so a lot of sitting area and you could go even bigger on this table if you needed to same flooring in here this is going to be like a storage closet I believe yeah hey how are you whoa this is a room look at this this is a massive king-sized bed but then look at all this room he got over here put you a little here's what you do fellas you put your little blow up mattress right here in case she kicks you out which is probably gonna happen and you end up right here he ain't got to go too far don't that ain't I'm not speaking from experience now don't be thinking that honestly I have the bed to myself every night because Caitlyn she's she uh always gets into bed with coloring and ends up falling asleep in there so in there well I will say this as we walk into this closet wow uh sometimes they she'll end up in the bed and here he comes Trucking about an hour later when he wakes up and realize she ain't there and so all three of us end up in there and another thing y'all got kids y'all know them little song guns can do some squirming what I'm trying to say is a big room all right main Bath Maine Bath Maine bath look at this so we got this whole wall covered with cabinets and drawers double sinks the square sinks I didn't talk about that other bathroom but I do love the square sinks white canvas with the black pools I'll tell you what let's open I mean how many times do you come to North Carolina I mean it's only my second time okay so I need to look at everything I possibly can because I'm not gonna be back here for a little while probably wow that's a big shower here is your water closet and here is the shower so this shower I mean over the years I've seen a lot of showers like this with the glass when you kind of step in and all but this one isn't your standard size I could tell see how far back this goes and then keep in mind all those different tile options stuff we just looked at if you're like not really into this color maybe you had one that you've seen in there that you like so here's the wand and then we have a shower head up above us yep right there I don't know I don't want to be too hasty but I want to go ahead and get upstairs try to keep this video because I do want to try to spend a little time at the end talking about stuff I think you want to know so let's go ahead and make our way upstairs and then we'll hop into that what are y'all thinking so far what I mean what is probably your favorite thing about this house what is maybe something you would change I just want to hear from y'all so we come up here now this one's not finished out up here but I still want to come up here just show you all the extra square footage that you have and look what is that gonna be I think that's going to be nine foot too maybe uh not 100 on that but I mean you could have even more bedrooms you could have a huge game room up here so many things that you could do put you a treadmill and then when 2024 starts and you're going to make that New Year's resolution you got it up here and it may not last but for a week but hey but for a week you're gonna be able to come up here and sweat it out what would y'all do all right foundation where you're going all those different things the different areas different state codes and stuff like that you got to build this house too so keep all that in mind but this will give you a
