BRAND NEW modular home just SETUP and it's GLORIOUS! Prefab House Tour

well well we've got us uh interesting tour right here you guys look at this all frame modular home this is the Tidewater oh my gosh y'all this house I just walked in there for the very first time and when you walk in it's it's it's phenomenal we're gonna we're gonna do a exterior interior check out everything first off though let me tell you where I'm at this is regional modulars in Lumberton North Carolina and as you can tell they're they're still doing a lot of uh work out here getting everything set up and finished uh but I had to come get some of their new models I've been seeing them on Facebook a little bit and I was like I gotta get out there I'm gonna try to get y'all some really nice drone shots of this particular model but you could tell we've got multiple levels uh let's walk around the other side and see what we got and then we're gonna go ahead and make our way in because we got a good bit to see yeah they have several houses up there on the front this is like at the back of their location but you see all these homes you know they're working on their drive and everything actually getting the house set up back here as well but huge roof pitch on this on this particular model let's see what we got around back so as we come around to the back I absolutely love the white vinyl with these black windows I noticed that on the front but back here you can definitely see it as well we have this door right here full glass door that goes into well you'll see real soon plus we have another door right there all right I'm gonna make my way back around and we're gonna step inside so y'all it really mean a lot if you would uh drop a like on this video that'll help the performance out a good bit and then also if you do enjoy these types of Tours I'm going upstairs we're gonna go up there but look we've got a room here we've got a room let's start in this room okay so yes this house you could tell with the drive and everything they're doing this is one they just got set up they don't even have it staged I don't have the power on yet and you know but I had to get it while I was here I know y'all understand that how that all works uh that I just but while I'm here I've got to get this home for y'all and then you can kind of what you could do though is you can pause the video like in this room right here and then you can Google a couch and do like a transparent background where it's uh just the couch and you could like sit it in here wouldn't that be cool you kind of visualize what it would look like this is what I'm gonna imagine be like um your office set up let's go ahead and step across right here I want to get a look in this dining area next and I love our trim that you're going to see around the windows around the doors oh look at that beautiful beautiful you can go into your kitchen from there but I'm gonna go around this way because we got some interesting stuff to see over here as well all right I had to get the light on because like I said we don't have any power but I want to be able to show you our sink this is a half bath and I just gotta know what's in here okay your water heater I was like is it gonna be a little closet or I mean what and here is the living room look at that crown molding beautiful nine foot ceilings let me I'll tell you what all right I'm sorry I'm getting ahead of myself I'll tell you in just a second just a second give you some information right here we've got two by six exterior walls 16 inch on centers nine foot ceilings interior walls are 16 inch on centers double top plates on interior walls I wanted to give you a look at this while I'm talking you can get a 712 912 and a 12 12 roof pitch on this house so there are some features for you if you would like to you could screenshot that if you want to see everything so here's that door and this is what it comes into so perfect for a back deck or a back porch I didn't really talk about that out there I was honestly just trying to get inside as quick as I could I knew it was making a lot of noise going on but uh yeah man that is the perfect setup in between your living room and kitchen go out there if the game's on you kind of have the door still open you're not peeking in he's like no but I'll be flipped the chicken so I almost feel like I'm professional with this now but you know what you know what you notice there's not any electrical outlets here you know well that's no good that's no good you got to have electrical outlets in your kitchen right wait for it uh-huh notice we also we don't have power so you can't see but we've got lights here under the cabinets so you'd have lighting under here as well we've got the pot filler here so we've got the huge dining area dining room over there but then also check this out we got a spot for some bar stools so plenty places to eat and then this is a pantry it's not a walk-in so don't worry there's not going to be any music in a play or anything and no Pantry dance or nothing like that so don't worry about oh man it's so you know what what the heck let's do it I mean so for those of you that are like wow what just happened I've always been a huge fan of pantries and if it's walk-in Pantry we always do a pantry dance you know it's just kind of the thing here on the channel and this one I mean it's just like borderline you know what I'm saying it's definitely big and no matter what Pantry dance or not whatever it's got five racks you got plenty of room for all types of stuff in there that made me think Dr Jess if you're watching uh he sent me all kind of stuff over the years but uh last time I mentioned something about some of those Cool Ranch Doritos send me a whole box from Amazon I just want to let you know me and Cullen have handle them not that we need any more please you've done enough but I'm just saying like those things they got ambushed they were they were in our pantry what made me think of that this way so I did want to give you this look down through this Hall that's how you can go into your dining room but I'm gonna come back and we're going to go this way look at some bedrooms and a bath uh let's start off with this bathroom since it is right here so this is our first full bath of the tour so this one's gonna be what two bath two and a half bath unless there's a bathroom upstairs or I don't know about is there I guess you're just gonna have to wait and find out well you know honestly I hadn't even been up there myself what a room this is a nice size room for sure oh double door closets and then I know I've already talked about the trim but look at it around the windows The Doors this home is manufactured by Nationwide I've done some of their homes in the past it's been it's been a while but I can tell you when I'm in their houses I've almost I'll forget sometimes I think that I'm in like a site built house foreign so here's that other back door of the half glass that was on down a little bit further if y'all remember on the exterior shot we've got our washer and dryer there spot for your washer and dryer and then we have the sink huge sink with a very nice faucet and breaker box right there oh sorry I was talking about it but not to show it breaker box there uh let's see we gotta look in this one bedroom and then we're gonna head to the main bedroom a little this is some of those doors that shut up top you don't actually turn the knob okay here we go which way I want to go which way let's go this way uh yeah let's go I'm trying to find like where is my bedroom it's right down here so here we go here's where that main bedroom is going to be I had to stop at some customers come in they just want to check out this Tidewater for themselves and uh they said they was going to buy it so y'all better hurry up y'all better hurry up get on down here now know what they do this they'll leave this model here for uh for a while and you kind of customize and order your house off of it so I really like that that's why you know they put that's why they did the beautiful skirt and they just kind of give you that they're going through uh shrubs probably and everything kind of give you that I you know exactly what it would look like on your location [Music] we've got some nice racks over here great for some Linens this is going to be the water closet [Music] sure he is here is our closet look at the size of this we've got Rex over here we've got Rex right here we Rex all right uh that's back in my college days so you remember that song any other racks on racks but you notice like even in the closets you're gonna have this really nice trim uh you're gonna have the same trim around your doors and everything step out of there into the shower I was going to start saying let's go upstairs but God lead we gotta look at the shower okay so the house I just toured let me stop the house I just toured was pretty much this same shower totally different tile so that's cool um it's the it's the red one if I put it out yet it's the what is that the Southampton I think is the model name of it um it's gonna have pretty much the same shower see how like how deep this is I guess is the right word to say but uh it was like a brown tile totally different tile same shower just going to give you an idea if you want to see some other options all right now it's time for us right so yeah this isn't finished out they'll probably leave it like this I would imagine they do have one mile over there that I think they finished out I hadn't got to work yet but um look at all this look at the opportunity now I'll try to gather a lot of stuff for y'all and do my best to where we can talk more about you know the opportunity that you have up here the square footage and everything but you could tell we've just got so much square footage we've got really tall tall ceilings up here and this one this one's going definitely on on the top favorite list all right y'all here on that second level as you see they kind of put that bathroom there they made those areas down there to be like bedrooms and then just have a big open room I think that's a perfect way to set that second level up now I want to hear from y'all what would y'all do but I'm really digging that one thing that I'm just thinking about that I would for sure probably recommend is if you would say you was gonna just leave the upstairs Caitlyn's cleaning the house by the way you know if you hear that vacuum cleaner I got her in there she getting it yeah huh okay I'll be there just a minute uh but no even if he was going to leave the upstairs like kind of like that unfinished what we just toured I would definitely go ahead and have the plumbing and electrical and stuff done that way if you ever did want to down the road do something you'd already have that done and wouldn't have to tear up sheetrock and all that kind of stuff just my two cents on it but anyways you can potentially even get this house without that second level so a lot of things you can do you'll keep all that in mind this is all frame modular home is taken sitting on a foundation with the crane these homes were built to the state code depending on the state that you're building them in I have information in the description we'll have some links in the description website link is in the description you can use that members area basically where I'll take a deeper dive on all the homes that we tour each week and yeah videos come out Tuesday Thursday and Saturday night and actually Saturday night I'm gonna put out another modular home and it's around 2 600 square foot so definitely going to be something to see and a really cool floor plan definitely a floor plan like I don't think I've ever toured so come back for that 6 45 Central Saturday night okay now when it comes to pricing on these homes this is just what's there at Regional modulars you got to keep in mind even if you was to get this home in a different this same home in a different state you're looking at different pricing depending on the code you're looking at all the different options maybe you depend uh you end up going with on this home and and all that but this will give you a good idea that's what they have there at their location and it's right here okay so I'm gonna go ahead and head out for this video um if you enjoy
