A TRIPLE WIDE mobile home that TOPS them all!! New Prefab House Tour

let me just say I hope you're having a great day but let me say if maybe you're not having the greatest day I got a good feeling it this tool right here is gonna make it a whole lot better y'all this is a crazy home this is I don't even know where to start this is a whole manufacturer by Palm Harbor we're going to check out the exterior interior everything I know we got a little bit of traffic I apologize for that this is Palm Harbor homes in Cleveland Texas this is their Mega Center here and uh first off I Gotta Give a big shout out to them for them allowing me to come tour some of their inventory so if y'all over this direct Direction I highly recommend checking them out everybody is super nice uh but this house was one that I've seen online that they had this is the little bell triple wide and I was like oh my gosh I gotta get it I got a tour I gotta put it on the channel for y'all y'all gotta see it let's step right around here and obviously they don't have the skirt and everything this is a show model that you could order off of but I want to give you a full look a full detailed look at this home I feel like I may say this a lot but I'm serious I'm very serious when I say this is one of the greatest homes I've ever toured I feel like I catch I've caught myself saying that before but it's serious this time all right let's head back around so I did a version of this home a couple years ago at a different location and it's just one of the coolest layouts you're ever going to see when it comes to a manufactured home it had a lot of different features on it so this is also great to see when you if you wanted to go back and watch that video and you could you know see some of the different options and stuff that you could get with this home but we do have the thank you [Music] I'm telling y'all right now if you're not sitting down you're messing up foreign this is one of those homes when I go and start touring I really don't know where to start you know a lot of times you walk into your living room or you just kind of go from there and then right there's a you know kitchen and but I mean look at all this okay back around let's do start out right here in our living area we've got it so wood burning fireplace and you can you're going to see throughout this house different options and stuff just that I've noticed uh just looking at it so a lot of this stuff maybe if you didn't want to have they could help you out on your price points and all that stick around at the end we'll talk a lot more about all that type of information and everything right now though I would just want to focus on touring this house look how tall our ceilings are what is that nine foot looks like it's gonna be about nine foot ceilings let's stay home I mean if you got this house why do you need to go out you know what I'm saying it's better here anyway preach Trey right there so where do we go next here or the kitchen what do y'all want to do what do y'all want to do I tell you what let's go right here and then we'll make our way that direction but I tell you what let's change it up even more I've seen this let's step in here first off foreign some type of floor plan for y'all so y'all can get an idea on all these sizes and I'll try to put some room sizes and stuff especially the bedrooms and all that now next up the kitchen oh I love these countertops y'all please share this video with someone if you would that will really help me out a lot there's got to be somebody uh that you'd like to share this home with and just let me say if you're not in the Texas area you can still potentially get this home there's Palm Harbor dealerships all over stainless steel appliances we got the built-in microwave and look at the size of this window over your kitchen sink y'all need to see this house in person like I'm looking at it on the camera and it looks great I think it looks really good but y'all need to see this house in person just something about the room the lab and what [Music] yeah yeah that's right ladies and gentlemen we've got us a pantry and we don't have any wire racks look at these really nice racks that we have in here beautiful you could even do another rack higher if you needed to if you didn't feel like that was enough space okay now let's go over here and check out the dining area and I do like how this columns right here I'm sure this is a support beam if I had to guess but I like how it kind of it kind of helps like break things up a little bit we walk into here huge dining area now I always think about it I sent a lot towards them like you could always get a bigger table if you want well let me just tell y'all this is a huge table in here but it doesn't look too big for this area and I know it's only four chairs but these are really big chairs you could easily have three six one on the end eight eight chairs here before we go down that direction let me show you these two bedrooms and we have a bath down here as well full bath Let's uh let's check out this room first now they got a lot of trim and stuff in here this house will eventually be sold in this show model here and they'll need a lot of that especially when you got three sections a lot of that stuff's just hard to reuse so they'll need a lot of this here vaulted ceilings in in this bedroom beautiful closet there between these two bedrooms we've got our furnace well that ain't what I was going to say but we do have our furnace but we got this full bath beautiful I love those things shower tub combo now y'all gotta do me a favor if y'all come over here tell them that you've seen the video now both of these rooms so far though we've looked at are a great size it's been so long since I've seen this floor plan I don't I remember kind of like walking in kind of that look of everything but I don't remember I'm trying to remember what's down there at the other end I want to say it's like maybe a mother-in-law Suite or something I don't know in fact huge tall ceilings step out of there now let's go on down here got these barn doors right here that they've got open we could shut them but I'm gonna leave them open just so we can kind of Ease on into here oh make sure I give you a shot of this tray ceiling here in this room right here and itself is massive this is our utility room this remember the side door was looking at when I was rounding my mouth outside that's it there no obviously they have a lot of stuff in here as far as they'll use when they re-trim out and everything but we've got us a sink I love to see we have as a sink plus we have lots of cabinets drawers cabinets up here get us some countertops a nice folding station I'm trying to imagine this house if you had like a huge garage carport off of this side right here and you would walk in this is where you'd be walking in spot for your washer and your dryer got another furnace there and then so this area is great for a freezer but yeah so you'd come in that would be cool kind of Everyday Use where you would come in all right we head on down this direction nice storage closet oh my goodness oh my goodness oh my goodness now seriously if y'all ain't sitting down I'm gonna ask you one more time let's start out with this room next oh my goodness uh uh I haven't been back in here I didn't I couldn't remember I knew it was something crazy I just couldn't remember so here's a here's a room now I'm eager to get the floor plan and kind of show y'all some sizes on this so you can see just how big this is beautiful walk-in closet we have us a bath right there but before we go in there let me show you this this is your room in a room this is your room 2.0 you know what I'm saying if you like just say you wake up in this room and just like you know what I need to go in here and sleep for a while yeah so we have a full bath right here and look you have two different ways to go in here you got this door don't you be peeking in there now that's some crazy stuff we're gonna finish up with that but yeah you can also come into here from this door double sinks in this bathroom foreign combo in here let me open that so you can kind of see but uh what I wanted to mention before we go in the other room was like look how long this bath is very big bathroom everybody doing good everybody's still with me okay okay okay here we go this is the grand finale I know I know right I know look if you haven't now I think you definitely see why this is a very very very popular home you have that area that's that's got the fellas written all over it I mean that's where that's where we chilling why why while the wife's getting ready I mean what you gonna be there for a while you might want to get you a little if I was you I would probably get you a little mini fridge or something and maybe your PlayStation oh my gosh look at that path I'm gonna try to give you a shot of the bedroom without oh the bath just because I don't want I don't want you missing the size of this bedroom okay okay if you're gonna look you're gonna look anyways double doors that go into that bathroom but look at the total square footage if you count this and that for this main bedroom now we're going to head into our bath and we'll finish up with the closet not only is this bath light you know very appealing to the eye look how huge it is I'm going to give you another shot in just a second sometimes when I come in the bath I'd like it right up here real close you know because you only got so much room but like I could step all the way back here we have a tub and shower but look what I'm talking about lots of room and I've seen a lot of Palm Harbor homes so just keep that in mind when it comes like colors tile options all that kind of stuff
