A BREATHTAKING first look at the "FarmLuxe" series prefab house! This home is CHARMING!

hello everyone look what we have right here this is something crazy you guys I want to encourage you to go ahead take your seat relax a little bit and uh invite somebody and tell them to join in with you on this cuz this is going to be a lot of fun this is a model that is just coming out just being released ooo I'm excited for y'all to see this we got electric there we got a water fet there I want to show you everything on exter we're going to head inside I'm let me go ahead and give you a Dr a drone shot of what's back there look at that oh yeah we're we're going to make our way back there don't worry but we do have to spend a little bit of time on this front this is the Driftwood over 2200 square ft we are right here in uh Alabama to y'all know I've been here several times this is where they manufacture these homes and uh we're getting to tour some brand new models I know it's such an overcast cloudy day terrible day to shoot video I know right but I had to get it in today so just look past that if you well I think I think as we tour this house and you see how amazing is you going to you're going to be like okay chance it's okay this a little cloudy we got a side door here look at that light fixture obviously the vinyl stuff's not on the side we got the black metal roof we got the black fascia now look at this this is dragonfly deck it's a new thing that they're building they've got I've got some other shots I'll get we'll probably maybe talk a little more about that at the end but these are Decks that basically come on a frame just like your house that could be transported you can buy them heck you could buy one of these if you already have a home you know what I'm saying so it's pretty cool they're making these inside the factory and everything and we're going to explore a little bit more of that we got another water faucet there electrical outlet now I'm going to walk out from the door from the inside to come out here and show everything but I will give you one little look let's Circle back around head in and get this party started I tell you what as we're walking back around it'd be a good time to pop up they've got another a firefly porch Outdoor Living Space over there I'm going to pop some drone shots up so you can see that all right here's our Windows into our kitchen I love the shutters go very well with everything else that we have here on the front I know it didn't give you just a crazy look here on the front so I'm trying to do that as we walk up to the front door but I know we got to get inside three bed two bath 3276 here's another good look at a light fixture we've got the black windows if you notice and then on the inside I can tell see they're going to be white that'll be cool to see all right please drop a [Music] all right I hope you're buckled in okay we're not going to get into the kitchen just yet I this is one of those tours if we start look I mean if we start getting ahead we're just going to miss all kind of really nice things so we're going to take it slow we're going to look at every part of this home we'll start out with our living room you're going to see so many new features in this house so many things that you've never seen uh by Winston especially and probably by any manufacturer so I'm trying to decide if we go out we're going to say let's say that for just a little bit let's go check out the dining area the kitchen and uh we'll probably hit those bedrooms while we're down there then we we'll come back great little office space I love these countertops now check this out I mean this is like touch FR I'm not going to mess with it but I've never seen that we' got some nice shelves here you know a lot of this this is staging but stuff like the shelves and the tops and the Cs and all that I mean that's stuff that actually comes with this home oh my gosh I just noticed this I did walk in the house right before I started a video and kind of just I had to get a little bit of a look I'll be honest but I did not even see our ceiling there look at that let me get you a closeup what' I tell you stuff you never seen I've never seen that okay here's your dining area great area look how big this table is and look how much room you have still so it's positioned wonderfully I knew when I seen that this house was a 32x 76 and it was only a three bedroom that's when you're like hey that's when you can go ahead and write it down you're going to have some really big areas with a lot of space and a lot of opportunity noce we got us electric there I'm trying to show you everything these are some different tops here I remember seeing these appliances at uh at the beloy manufacturer housing show do yall remember seeing some of these where did they say these come from can't remember supposed to be some really really nice appliances obviously when you go to order one of these you can do a lot of customization backsplash countertops cabinet colors wall colors I mean there may be other options with that there definitely towel and your shower and all that type of stuff so just keep all that all that in mind even your exterior as well I seen some somebody comment on video other day and they were really pleased that I didn't open the cabinet and then there was like 20 comments replying to that comment like half of you were like I like when he opens cabinets have be like I hate when he opens cabinets so I don't know what to do I tell you what I'm going to open one you can fast forward if this is not your jam soft clothes that's really just what I wanted to show you soft clothes right there okay all right man I feel like I've looked at everything in here right wrong you see that you see that door something tells me and it maybe because I've seen it earlier check this out this it goes into your utility room area ah just kidding it's a walk-in pantry you guys when I walked in I seen it and I was like I got excited I got so excited let me tell you four racks this is you can to see I have seen this in Winston Holmes it is these really nice racks not the wire racks or anything not that there's anything wrong with the wire racks but those are just a little bit nicer and now we have officially seen everything in the kitchen I believe dining spot we hit the living room we're going to we're going to go down this way check out some bedrooms come back step outside and then finish up with the main bedroom how about that let's do it I bet if you're standing up right now because you didn't sit down when I told you to earlier you're kind of regretting that ain't you you're like I should have listened to him legs starting to hurt I mean look sooner or later y'all going to listen to me they went the same flooring here in this bedroom yeah y'all stick around at the end of the tour that's when I hop behind the camera back in my office and try to provide some information for y'all that I think will be resourceful for you so yeah we got the black windows on the uh outside and they're white on the inside I've seen that I've seen that before I don't know if I've ever seen it a manufactured home well I did that super fast for y'all so we could hurry up and get out there on the porch but we do need to look at our bathroom in our utility room our second bath this is your secondary bathroom some different tops in here love the square sinks I've always been a fan of that and then you got ample space in here you got a lot of room you got you got some linen cabinets there but they're kind of in the wall there so not sticking out not causing not covering up taking up a lot of space back here is where that side door is that I showed y when I walked around we just headed around to the back here's your breaker box look at this we've got a furnace you got access there to the basement we got your panel right there for the water heater we have another huge stainless steel sink in here so this is super nice to see got some counter top space with some different tops and we've got this station right here I've toured so many homes I got this figured out now this is a dog washing station the first time I seen one of these I thought this was like where you would come in and clean your boots off or you know if you've been out in the mud you just kind of shower off real quick uh but it's actually for dogs man or cats wait a minute do you B y'all know I've already told y'all before I'm not a big cat guy I don't know anything about do you bathe cats don't they like clean themselves or something in my mind I'm thinking like if you all right let's go I'm thinking if you baath the cat he would probably lose it if you put water on him so I don't know what but what else not maybe do any of y'all have like any any any guinea pigs or anything you watch them in there Cullen wants one every time we go to chupo all right I know I'm rambling I'm heading this way as I'm rambling every time we go to chupo which is kind of the city closest to where we live we go eat lunch or something after church he wants to go to pets Mark and he wants to get everything in here so we're about to go ahe and check out this Amazing Outdoor Living Space we've got the back deck we've we got this over here every about to see let's go and then we're going to come back and look at the main bedroom okay so y'all hang tight I did want to give you a look at all all of the different controls you have there okay here we go wow this is my kind of spot you guys this is what I'm talking about so we got the outdoor kitchen over here you got the sink you got the fridge you got some drawers I mean that's like a perfect spot for a grill right there I think we got these counter Toops this is the same thing we had on the kitchen island plugs all around there as you can tell I don't want to spend just too much time in here cuz we got so much more to see look at all this I know it's been raining all morning the leaves were starting to fall look it's it's not your ideal day oh these are like maybe some solar powered lights light so I bet those look really good it's not your ideal day to be showcasing this but hey I had to get it why I could they're going to start taking these models down uh because these are just set up to show their retailers and everything and so it's kind of my last opportunity and I wanted to get them for you but look we have access into the main bedroom from there but yeah you can you know you can take these and put them on any of the different models our manufacturer really they they build these separately so they're made to be basically set next to any type of single section home double section even if you had a triple section you had this baby on there you going to have four sections what is that bill he don't know quadruple section what would you call that a quad wide my goodness all right we we can't spend all day out here we've got a lot more to see this tour is going to be extremely long check those out Shades that's what I think one of them controllers were I'm not going to mess with that because I don't really have permission to do so but you got those Shades right there that'll pop out as well that's nice and I like how they dress this wall up here this wood really sets it off let's head back back inside step to the main bedroom okay back inside to the main bedroom here we go y'all definitely drop a comment I got to hear from you about this house wow this is a huge room and look at this ceiling vanan okay we're going to go straight into our main bathy ready we've got the tub and separate shower I'm going to give you a closer look of that but I want to come right here show you our water closet let's go ahead and start with the shower next and just right here look at this now over the years I've toured a lot of Winston a lot of their homes okay a lot of different models so I've seen so many different towel options they have over the years so just keep that in mind as well I've seen really bright color I've seen your really darker colors and I've seen kind of everything in between so there a lot of options lot of options we do have the wand in here and then also you can push this button here and slide this down if you would like to got the faucet built in this tub and we're going to walk into our closet so you got these nice shelves here that's set up great I'll check that out we'll go we're going to take a look at that first let me come right here and turn so right down here we have like a safe set up this be great you know if you have something you need to keep in there that's really important or like a gun or something be great because we have a pistol in our house and you know sometimes I worri about C getting it's set up really high like he shouldn't be able to reach it but that'd be even better to have something like that okay let's get into some information on the Driftwood 3276 three bed two bath y'all don't forget to share this video if you ones that are going to be coming real soon and this one's just coming out you guys so we have got an exclusive look at it super grateful for that um y'all definitely share this video share share share but any uh retailer that carries Winston is going to be able to get this product okay secondly I wanted to get into let's see let me click right here talk about the Firefly porches uh or outdoor living section is what they call it so they build these in the plant as well and you can potentially get this and I'm going to put their link to that as well it's part of the Regional Building Group which is a part of you know Winston Bravo and bark they all their all all their manufacturers are under the Regional Building Group okay and I'm going to put their Link in there as well so you can see these outdoor spaces they're super cool I'm going to pop up probably one of my favorite pictures that I've seen of one right here is that not just beautiful you see that that stone fireplace man that like I could imagine that's that's actually that's the Winston Addison that that home that has that little side porch and then they added that Firefly and I mean it just really expands that space that's a setup okay I'm going to try to go tour that home pretty soon actually but yeah if you go to their website you can see all the different dealerships that can get these porches and everything at the time there this is also something that's new too as well so I'm sure they're going to going to continue continue to expand okay the videos come out Tuesday Thursday and Saturday night 6:45 social time that means our next video will be in a couple days let's get into some estimated retail pricing now this is like your my typical house that I tour that's at a plant you know there's a lot of unknowns that we don't know we don't know Freight charges to the dealership we don't know Freight charges from the dealership to you we don't know the county or state fees that you're going to have uh with even building this house all the way to setting it up on your property and you know all depends on the options that you go with the things you need this and that so I'm just going to give you a starting price that was provided to me and just keep in mind it all depends on the options that you go with on this particular house like if you you know for instance let's just one thing I'm thinking if you take that granite countertop I'm sure that's going to be a little bit of a uh more expensive top obviously than you know some of your other tops so you can save money or you can spend money that's on that's up to you but this will give you a great idea for at the time of recording right here so I have extremely high hopes for this y'all please help me out by dropping a like and
