barrero um i'm standing out there to record the flag and then when the guy parked next to me on the sidewalk now but here's the thing i couldn't see if that was charlie or not because it looked like charlie but i wasn't because he's not outside the vehicle you know so i asked them are you charlie if it's charlie it would make sense because that's ryman's house you know okay so you went up to the
