I hope everyone is doing great so this is a tutorial for power automate to automatically send file as an email attachment whenever file is created in one drive folder so to create this flow simply go to Power automate click create or my flows and then you need to choose what kind of flow you want to create click automated cloudflow and then choose this when file is created you can choose for OneDrive for business or you can choose the other one like [Applause] for simple one drive for this one I am choosing the van file is created in OneDrive for business click create when you click it or edit window will open and you need if you want you can choose include subfolder in in trigger after this add new action send email you can choose simple one you can choose Office 365 or there is another one which is outlook.com this one this is for a simple Outlook and this is for the Office 365 one so I choose this and then into you can mention uh a person or email address where you want to send email in subject you can mention let's say a file you can you can pick the dynamic content file name is created this means that whatever file is created Power automate will automatically pick its name and edit the subject in body you can put sample body or whatever you like to put after this show Advanced option you need to add attachment name for attachment name and pick the file name from Dynamic content and for attachment content pick file content after they save it you need to choose folder where which you want to monitor I choose this folder flow files and save it so what whenever file is created in flow file this will automatically trigger click test and to test flow and click manually by manually this means that this test will happen when you add file into a folder so this is waiting for file to be added let's go to OneDrive this let's say I want to add this file simply click here and copy to then choose the folder where you want to copy this file this means that by copying a new file will be created in flow file as you can see this is the new file which is created in flow files folder and if you go to the flow like where you started the test you will see for the your flow run successfully and to check email when you go to Outlook as you can see you received an email with the details of file like five this is the file name is created and this is the file as an attachment like this is the same file that I created in the uh that I copied to a folder so this means that whenever you add a file to a flow file an email with the that file will be sent to address that you specify
