gasps German welcome to draw with jazz alarm Jezza and today I'm going to be using this electric duck pen that I found on the Internet to draw everyone a dot we just passed three million subscribers I'll leave the thank-you speech to the end of the video but suffice it to say thank you and you thank you so much but we'll get into that what we need to get into right now before I spend too long delaying is figuring out how long this is gonna take and I can do this somewhat scientifically let's figure out how many dots this thing will do for me in what period of time where's the lid this must be the lid and then this is like a little wax tip thing oh look at that I guess that's what goes in and out that's we'll stop right there because we're family-friendly so what do I do now I mean there's only one button so that's nifty I don't know why I'm saying detained by this wasting time here's how we're going to scientifically quantify how long it's going to take me to draw each and every one of you your own dot I've got my stopwatch got the on button on let's test it oh this is too kind of car me farm buddy so how this is gonna work you guys I'm gonna hit start I'm going to draw a circle and after one minute we'll count how many dots it drew that'll be fun ready and go I really did I need me as accurate as possible this is this is this is the moment where I quantify how long they would spend on that way Jesus when this pen is going and you're not on the paper it just feels like it's being really impatient with me that doesn't count I'm gonna I'm gonna scrub it out alright you don't count go away all right you ready oh I did it again come on you bastard let's go BAM the ink didn't come out for that bit one more time okay come on I can do this I can do I can do this okay good these are solid taps this is hitting the page every time enough to stop at exactly 60 remember when I said it would be a circle I don't have the self-control to just keep it within one circle oh it lifted for a second there I'll give it like half a second it distracted alright feel like that was a good practice run but I feel like this needs to be scientific doesn't count it's not proper data if I lift the pen and then just compensate with sex I'm gonna do this thing I'm gonna do this and I'm gonna do it right let's just knock it out of the park people this is a really good content right here and we're halfway there ten seconds I'm gonna make it last [Music] my heart is legitimately racing bad in time with the pen actually ddddd okay let's count this I have a highlighter I am going to highlight and count every single one of these dots and come out with a final amount that can be drawn in one minute with the cutlet or dot pen this is the scientific calculation as I can possibly do to create a stippling artwork with 1 million dots this is gonna involve maths after I count this isn't it I have officially in a scientifically determined that the cattle Lola dots pen creates 1171 dots per minute that's actually quite impressive bad but is it impressive enough to not terrify me in how long it's gonna take to draw three million dots probably not this is where calculations will come in I need to take three million and divide by 1171 2561 minutes nine two five six one point nine that's me that's that's okay so divided by sixty again that's twenty two hours 27 minutes I don't have 42 hours to do this why don't do the maths before I came up this is where the optimist crumbles into a pile of tears you set yourself a task you think though that's a great idea let's do that and then reality hits and it's like it hurts more when you don't expect it to I'm spending all of this time trying to figure out what to do when really I should be doing dots I'm going to instead create elements of an image in different parts some of which may be photocopied or duplicated into one grand image I think that's the way I'm gonna go about it that's the other way it's gonna get done people is if I think outside the box a little bit I should have done this at the 100,000 subscribers why I'd have to wake up three million I need to get started I need to start doing dots and I need to not plan the image I'm gonna make because I don't have time for that I'm gonna I need a bigger piece of paper oh I pride myself on being an improviser and then I get myself in these stupid situations that no reasonable person would get themselves in but that might be why I have three million so I need to plug in my pen and I'm just gonna go full steam ahead with this I have no idea what I'm going to do what it's going to look like maybe I'll do a light sketching pencil first I can at least allow myself that I'm gonna fill this giant piece of paper with three million dots one way or another [Music] different star Lionel the streets and our broken hearts but they can even touch us we found a different beat paradises [Music] never get out lesbian affairs in the town but we call no and once in the end only one without shame we all [Music] [Music] the difference because what we got is let's we super see [Music] [Music] because Econoline a nobody baby [Music] [Music] I am so tired this has taken over the course of five days to do which was still far far more than I am expected to spend on the video but I didn't wanna let you guys down and I wanted to do something that I can be proud of that you guys were proud of that I guess represents a channel to me in a weird way not the cheating part now I know outside of this video I promised I would draw each of you a dot obviously that's the part that lets you down pit there is a dot for you here because I did calculate very very carefully I timed every time the pin was down I had a stopwatch going and I kept track of all of the different aspects of the image and then multiplied them based on how many dots I wanted and then spent the last thirty two minutes and twenty seconds during the play button dots which altogether makes out three million dot piece I think the worst part about doing it is you have to like have your eyes open because if you blink or close your eyes for too long you could mess it up so my eyes burning so before we wrap up I wanted to thank you guys so much for sticking with me through this whole journey some of you recently new to the channel some of you who have been here for a very long time all of you are part of this with me it's just an amazing thing and I'm so grateful to be doing what I'm doing every day and it blows my mind I mean the other day when I passed three million Mark Crilley the mark really idolized from the beginning of my youtube channel congratulated me on being the first art youtuber to hit over three million subscribers and that's so much more than about the numbers for me the the fact that really all of you and my peers my family to me is just something I'm so grateful for that people are respected and wire and nothing but encouraging and kind is so awesome and it also want to pass my congratulations to two other friends of mine who fast their own milestones Bailey Jay who's just passed a million subscribers and I've got a given given massive shout-out to James Ray's who has just ha so hard for so long and just seeing a huge amount of success in the last few months feel like this speech is going on a little long but the last thing I wanted to do is actually shout out a few people this community is huge and intense and amazing as it has become all started from something really small and is only possible because of you and I just wanted to give a bit of spotlight to a few people who I have noticed over long periods of time be involved in my communities and building their own a fledgling communities so I want to start off by sharing out Michele Whedon go check out our channel she currently has four hundred and sixteen subscribers and she has an amazing attitude and some fantastic polish to her videos I can't recommend it enough she's played RT games a few times in content that's very much in line with the sort of a heart fun stuff we do here did she'll save us some story time videos as well and then there's Nick D Clements who has 74 subscribers at the moment he's got some really cool DIY and crafty are these stuff he's also done a few videos based around some of the stuff we're doing this channel which is awesome Janette I'm drawing a really really cool girl a lot of fun and 2rt adventures every Friday she has 296 subscribers as of recording this video and she's just so bubbly and really fun to watch on a shout out Tim trono who I've watched to be a part of this community for so long these are the unspoken heroes to me who are just in there just leaving wonderful clients and making their own videos and just being involved she has 77 subscribers as at this moment but is a really talented artist go check her out I can see her creating some really cool content in the future and last but not least and only ten subscribers right now and I hope you guys will give them a nice shock is Samuel favo who is that pronounce that right Fabri oh sorry sorry Sammy oh yeah another really awesome artist who's putting his content out there and has a huge amount of potential is people like these people who are shout it out and like you watching this who make me so excited to do what I do every day and get me enthusiastic about pushing myself past what I plan or feel capable of sometimes just because it's just an amazing process [Music] I've talked a lot but it all comes down to the same thing you're just incredibly grateful so thank you so much this ladies and gentlemen is to you I'm probably gonna go get this frame up because one of my favorite ones that I've done in a while and I feel like it's it's a little sentimental this is us so thank you so much for watching thank you for being a part of this community and wherever it goes in the future I look forward to being there with you see you later
