Danny is with us today and wild ma'am danny is a connoisseur of the UK prison system the lar most 20 years over a dozen different prisons various situations and scenarios but fascinating story there was a dead body in a house that you would live that yeah what are the circumstances around that well what happened is before I got my IPP charged in 2007 previous to that ten years ten years before in 1997 I lived in a house with my ex-partner and during that time in that house you know I was involved in criminality and stuff like mostly stealing cars and putting car parts and breaking cars and stuff la and so fast forward fast forward 10 years when I'm locked up I'm sat there watching Granada Reports which is our Lord called CV thing and I'm thinking look at the TV thinking and talking about a murder and the body that's been sat in a house for ten years and I'm thinking me that's my old Street you know that's my that is my old Street saw comes like Association Sam goes down start because dumpsters get some phone some he misses I was like [ __ ] hell I wouldn't been a murder on our old street you know if she's like joking you joking was like seriously and so that without her they put the form down anyway gets banged up it's all two days later rings again Shawn yeah and then I swear she was like absolutely crying her eyes out was like I saw a is like my absolute Rhett was calm down calm down she went that body no she went it was my old house it was our old house she went the police had been I've told him used to go down the cellar was like whoa you saying [ __ ] on me I said listen I said stops stop stop talking [ __ ] in the main song she said I told him you used to put your car parts in the cellar I was like oh my god because I was on I was on a man for two armed robbers at a time not thinking oh my god I can't [ __ ] believe this is this is gonna be a murder charge you know I mean I just didn't know what was going on she said the police the murder investigation SEMA coming senior in Far East Bank and I was a sly alpha is this is this actually happening is this for real I'm being set up or whatever so police come interview murder investigation scene from Bolton it was came in sat down she went asking me about the the address and stuff Lara and she says to me have you ever been in the cellar of a common with its thirty sixteen acquittal bullsh rate I was like well yeah I would have been in the South because you said I was being straight of them because I knew I were involved it we're nothing today with me so I said yeah I've been in a setup I used to use it for car parts and and stuff like that she said well we've found a body of somebody that's been missing for ten years found it buried in the cellar you said you lived there in 1998-99 you lived there in 1997 we're here ex parte and I was like yeah you know I did used to live there I said what obviously this is nothing to do with me he said well with information is that you're involved in this murder I said I can I possibly be involved in this murder said it's nothing to do with me but what all he was doing is because the the guy what had happened is it was a guy a woman called Dorothy car and she'd been murdered by her partner he killed her and he buried her under the yacht flags in the cellar but like has left car parts in the cellar and stuff like art with my fingerprints on when he buried this poor last he put he put a stolen wheel that has left in there they put it on top of the Euro flags but on this wheel and other parts are my fingerprints so this is another factor why our factored into this this murder because my fingerprints were found in this at the scene of a murder so they come obviously they knew it was nothing to do with me because it was a partner that killed their I ended up getting I think you were getting like eighteen years what you can imagine it would just like I'll just sat there a man think and this cannot be happening I'll scream late you just you know coming up visit me and stuff like are you know when your fingerprints get found at something like that you just you just look absolutely questioning myself as fee you know I was just like what is going on here you know my hag just could not outs that's it you know you're innocent you also know it's easy for them to stitch you know yeah yeah that is that's the thing you know with it with the place and I've been stitched up early in like 9ca where they recovered a thumbprint they said to recover the thumbprint off a money bag which an offeror fatly didn't because ever said gloves on after a robbery slot it was but I know I knew it go it doesn't matter not ones as much now boy it got went on a lot in the eighties and nineties razza she mentioned you got an IP p sentence can you just explain what that means exactly yeah I peepee for people that don't know it's in it's a sentence for the indeterminate section for the public and these sentences are given out to people that I prolific violent offenders they were subsequently brought out for sex offenders or air Georgie's kinda likes that addition emotes everybody started giving them out everybody was getting on so if you add any kind of violence or any kind of serious offenses on your record or your your offenses were escalating he was gonna get an IP P which is it's an equivalent of a life sentence obviously I'm still a PP I'm and my license is 10 years but I can be recalled at any time you know for the for the I'll be like three years and I'm still Irish now switch roles the probe think of parole you and record you anytime I'll be I have been recalled that was released got out in 2015 from living in prison and got released and I like I said before I couldn't I couldn't handle it just to be in life outside you know do you know of like mobile phones places have been not there my kids had grown what there was in that's when is and I just didn't want to be at it seems it sounds crazy you know worked as a worked so hard in in my sentence to get out I'd done everything you know done all the classes I've done extra I did everything to get a job to settle down and when I got out and when I got out I'll just can't fit into society I didn't I felt more comfortable being back in herself you strangers in your own town I was I was you know because when I got released from category day at works all the way the another job for 18 months I was working out I've never had a job in the live show I you know sharonsutera you know I am ashamed to say that I've never had a job in my life what's all that and that was the first sound that staying static paying sacks and it were the first sound that I actually understood what it was like to work for something and own it so with that kind of a ethos I knew what it was like to have something stolen you know yeah we're far yeah I got that I finally got that it was like you know how people work hard for the things and people steal them you know I'm not I didn't really get it sold then so when I got my job when I got a release from Kirklevington I was working in Newcastle in a restaurant I was just washing parts but it you know I like from getting out prison and going washing pots and going back it was it was a job it paired sacks so when I was released from Newcastle they put me back to Manchester so I've gone back to a place where I don't know nobody I've got a family I literally like strangers to me you know it was just it was just sad and I didn't have no friends I did have friends but they're all criminals you know yes or after a bit after a bit of time I just I just I just it felt like I didn't fit in and I just felt you know what i watch the robots a prison I just didn't feel all right so I'll did so you know I just admit really stupid to get himself recalled what I did is I went and got a lot of unfair to me and yet a lot of amphetamine I made myself that a lad got rushed to hospital and I got and I got that's a lead so I was anomaly I got recalled an armlet so obviously I'm coming down off all this speed and I humbly I thought they've ever been to harm the boy he's one of the worst prisons that I've been to some prison there's one of the worst prisons have ever been it so I'm coming down and off all this speed and I'm just been released after doing like 13 years and I'm sat on this massive wing anomaly thinking what the [ __ ] ever dawned you're not yeah yeah you know I've just lost everything correct that's what happens when you institutionalize you know I've gone from when I first got a lot so I've gone from wanting to do anything and everything to escape my thinking right I'm gonna get shots of car I'm gonna was scared and slip the coughs I'm gonna take hostages I want to do all put knives two floors everything and I went from that so in the end doing it everything to keep my what sort of you know Paul or opposition artists you do actually plan different ways though ii think that i found this one of the easiest ways in america anyway would have been if just to go to an outside hospital hmm yeah yeah definitely what sue scared yeah let's get office i escaped when my mom was dying i escaped from hospital slipped the course I've got some Marjorie in a pot some margarine in an all brew back plugged it that's sticking with your ass cause that dog no it's not still caught me a so I'm sat there with a course my mom's died and you know I mean and this is the men this is the kind of mentality that yeah I just think give a [ __ ] you know I got the marjorine while the two screws are sat there I'm coughed on double coughed I've got a marjorine and I managed to get it on my wrist and I managed to get the cuff off and then it's like it's heart rate monitor like next to me like he's put these things on an hour these are mice to get the coffee off and wrap it around this thing so far that's easily be tied up yeah what sort there was another one so I've just bought it out the room gone rat food the infirmary and they're the screws and rugby tackling me outside you'll end up fighting his end I've got one shoe off so we're rolling about upside this infirmary it's created you not I mean of what Marjorie no off one trainer and punching him in the bollocks so they're not getting off so that for about a week you know the what mud thing about that one about free mom to do i free mom said oh oh that's the song that's the way I used to be anything but at the time he wants to see I want to see me bird I want to see me bird you know stupid you know I'm not only that but my mom was dying you know I don't think that I kind of like grasp the you know the situation you know it was gonna be the last time that I seen her alive you know and it was the last time that I seen her alive and it you know I always feel guilty about that because it you know for my own selfishness you know I ended up and get that's one ended up getting caught got putting stripes and I was like hey and I was just like oh just you know just like one thing after another you know just what I escapes like always on your mind and it yeah yeah yeah I bet you a proudly first wave chick is well you know what when I first got my first paycheck I think it was a fetus of like about 200 quid or something like that and I were proud about it yeah you know I'll just like you know what's our phallus and of our pain sadness you know there's no feeling north and that's what I wanted to do you know that's that was like a kind of thing I want it to get out and I want it to get a job and I believe that because I had a job while I was working but Kurt loved it and I was gonna get out I was gonna go straight from there and get straight out and get a straight get a straight job and that wasn't what was that an engine and me so when I got out I was going for job interviews and then because I'm classed as a life life or IPP I have to disclose my my convictions obviously I've got fire out I've got a possession of a firearm and I've got robbery and I've got police assault I've got a fancy I've got like 70 on offense is going back all the way back to 1980 you know so there's you main jobs two big guys no you can't do that you can't things you neither but yeah yeah and you can't do these forms secure anything account you know I can't work with vulnerable people can't work with kids the can't work with you know I can't work as a security guard is this lot so many things do you know what I went for a job in a Nortel I couldn't even get that you czj you know once you've been in prison for a violent offense like I said they do all these courses it's like do you know what I'm gonna keep my head down I'm gonna do the classes and that's what I what to do you know him so I did all these cos he's thinking I'm gonna get a job when you get out nobody wants to torture so you start talking about armed robbery on a king job interview the like whoa you're not I mean if you thought was like a whole world of difference though well that's what happened end up getting recalled because they were going went for like 15 jobs and nobody thought shmear yeah and so my money was running out from what I learned from the job in prison I know I'll just like getting slowly depressed and more depressed I fear I'm not gonna get a job my money's running out what I'm gonna go back to offending that's what I'm gonna do Sean's you know I mean that's what I know best is yeah that's robbing cars and selling them are about to doing armed robberies what I'm not very good at you know so a lot of the Americans watching this like where we were at guns are common you know you get a slightly nice fresh offer fifty dollars for all away in this country guns are illegal Americans might not understand that so how easy was it for you to get gone and what was the nature after fire what the weapons charges that you ended up with how did that come about well it was it was a Glock gun and it was like what the cops have got so god yeah but that that was the only thing I knew about it and that was on an armed robbery and what'll happen is we'd done this armed robbery and then the guy that sports had got its dispositive expose of the gun and stuff like ah and burn the car what he actually did is he didn't do a proper job so and what had happened is they've took the cartridge out of the thing you know they've got my fingerprints on the inside it's just like skill buy stuff you know you clean the outside of the gun but on the inside on the on the case and my fingerprints are on there you know so when they've got that they've recovered it and they've linked me to an armed robbery a supermarket in Manchester so I'm not sweating not getting seven years for that you know I got charged with the gun possession of a firearm and ammunition we've been sent to endanger life and robbery and that was my first proper prison stand in seven years yeah a lot of stories see where people have done the birth the burglaries and that and it surges tossing the gun in the river to give them out to get rid and instead of him tossed in the river he's got to resell it's to been morning and that's hard to get yeah that's you know I pop it's to pee but you know you got a lot back I were a lot younger than you know I mean I was in my twenties and I was a lot now even was in mid twenties yeah and you pay people to do so many it's better than Saturday where you know I didn't keep living on myself and put it out where I'll just I suppose it just waits to get rid of it you know I was just like right I'll get rid of that and then let him get rid of the car paying family quid he can get rid of Allah so when he asked did the job with your life and I mean it I'm reading about it in the paper and I'm seeing a car that's a burnout and I think a nun [ __ ] me you know I mean I know I'm getting a knock on that door and that's way up and I got a knock on the door yeah you know it's as simple as that you know you can clean the outside of something boy you know have you touched it or you got your fingerprints and a DNA is just you know it's just so advanced now you know I don't have to search something in sweat particles our skin particles are 101 a follicle got you we've got you you know you said early about the prison UNC wasn't the worst one yeah what was the worst one I'm feeling probably the worst prison for me last time when I got recalled when see HMP I'm Leanne Leeds that was this like one of the you know III don't care about what people say you know I mean but I've been intimidated been frightened when I've been in prison and I felt intimidating and I felt frightening and I'm a big guy you know when I was in the London at Leeds they were guys smoking spice attacking attacking not only stuff bought inmates as this whole spice thing is all it all kicks off about then and so you know people are getting sat for it people are getting stub for it people you know they're just doing crazy kind of things and you know there was some characters on the wing and there were lots up for some quite serious charges one guy was in for their second a machete to some people in a park in Leeds he got off his head on spies and he'd sat about a woman with an armor and then he set about with some other people with samurai sword well I didn't know this but I'm having it with this guy on the wing he's called Casper this kid he's from Leeds and so I'm training with him and all I have fins are eye and sweet and I'll go girls on the wing one day and it goes past his door I know what's in his arch and he's lying on his bed my heart and I can see his eyes and I'm like alright cussed me all right I just staring at me like you know just staring yeah coffee we're dogs you're not I mean I'm sorry but now I'm eight now mate when the walls off a fart and you're a bit [ __ ] wrong you do not I mean and let's kind of give him a wide berth and then I found out about a charge and the funny thing with him is he ended or boom he got moved off the wing and he went to another wing in armlet and and and that the governor's come on he's gone down the stairs and he necks me just burn above nicly now I like a great free governor does not seem out clean the only was a scuffle and I'm thinking lad you've seen real your self fought for your sentence yeah edit gone do you not i mean a fight you don't you haven't realize what you've just gone there you know so wait a scrimmage one thing but when you start banging governor's about you know you're going for sorting all along lot and are franklyn's that spaces you've death the doubt he'll for walk yeah the prisons now have never seen anything like it's that and i mean back in the day britain's most prisoners with proper guards now that all like secure together because the worse for it for respond be strafing the strayer university australia a college in the green is grass and the straight on the landings and they're the most easy people so manipulate and condition and if you're a guy like me that's been in jail most of his life in these are like partying around you know it means everything stuffing in their crack you know and that's what happened you know people you got officers bringing stuff in left right center in you know I was like community yeah yeah that's what the right yeah they've never had a fight in a life you know strange ways is a different but cattle flesh out Gavin I probably got some decent screws in there you know they got a grip in the jail yeah but like for a span like one of the most crop prisons have ever been and you know it's terrible blade first acting won't lead to advance crews like and the beat the [ __ ] out you got lots of innate in respected that anyway yeah yeah exactly yeah yeah an 89 I got lots upper I was a like 15 and 18 I went certainly in your and Wigan you [ __ ] experience that was anybody no one's ever done jail so they've been so young offenders you got are young offenders yeah for [ __ ] life so I've gone seeing the fellows of 15 Lots up for stealing a car driving only sharings blah blah blah so my mom would just bought me a brand-new pair and New Balance trainers so I guess getsu inland chance this guy's lot sought for murder and then it gets there gets off the boss and then ends up you get like process so you get putting like a cage you sit there so you sat there like sitting daxing like in this big cage and you've got these guys that I work on reception and they goes to the gym and they got all the food and the [ __ ] pretty end you know I mean I'm just some kid who's been [ __ ] on wisdom smoking weed on edge is [ __ ] Fink and given all scousers everybody was Scouts on reception soon as it a little kid I mean you're looking straight down at my trainers I'm thinking these are [ __ ] well gone what are they next thing goes through to this kick put me through this little cage it's just like a wooden door with like a little hole in it a little piece of mouth and the scouter comes in it comes in he he just looked straight in my trading what size a 10 watt what size and and traders I'll just like oh wow they are [ __ ] do you know I mean I could fire a paper bag or just a kid so I'll give him a trainers and the ended up giving me a pair of Reebok Classic so I've got the classic I've got them on so next thing we'll go through to the other part where he's getting a bit of food you some sat there I'm on this bench next famous always go sort of slips anyway out I get on [ __ ] chain is awful snap your jobs cowboy shoes on and they stands they get to the wing it's like seven eight o'clock at night I've got these [ __ ] prison pumps all right the don't even fit me like three quarter's up my leg I've got a shirt that's five sizes too big Mia's not being caught the Sepik in a year I've got these [ __ ] pumps on my trainers and I'm just looked like a victim I just [ __ ] you know and they were bullying were just rifling then I was like you know I got on my cell Bell was on the fourth landing that I've been used to being on in police station pressing me thing yeah so I pressed my cell Bell on the force next finish come up when I open open the door go out to overclocking them or and write me clean off the beds all at least slap me out all this like you've ever had a proper slap you like you get like Dez you're not I mean I was like what the [ __ ] should stop and I went past that [ __ ] Bell again all right yes sir yeah you should be on the police yeah yeah I know that's fit and then about an hour later just off no reason it came all of his man did it again it's like me okay honest to god you'll all prisons back in the night isn't that BOTS off the bottom so he gave me a pocket Super Kings like big long cigarettes that I was that your first sentence then not only first sentence first bit every month for stealing cars you're stealing cars first crimes that you do you Norma fit the first crimes I did were Polly owed in the late 70s or Polly about six or seven burglaries burglaries just have this thing about what it's a break-in players and what it's a stick I don't know what it was I think I think stealing things give me give me some sort of a buzz you know it's the commercial birds I was I was like burglary in factories and you know and just breaking in places and our started setting fires and also yeah special camera we're doing speech more people as I started off yeah I'll break into factories when they were kid I'll just think it would just like something just like to escape what were going on arming all the violence and all the drinking and just you know just you just to get out of a better form that's the way I see any know what was going on at home just all brought up with both my parents were alcoholics or heavy drinkers and a lot of domestic violence so our last sitting with domestic violence from being a young age you know much been fighting each other ah be that was my know that best that weapon is my dad used to get drunk and he used to beat my mom up used to really knock her about stuff like and you know there was a lot of that going on and then when I was 10 my brother were he was 16 he died of a brain tumor yeah and what ten-year-old and what happened Nellie's obviously the family dynamics just went as [ __ ] then you know yeah you know I you know my mom just sorta lost the plot she has a really bad mental breakdown and you look born with I ended up living with my dad and my sister and all my mom and my dad didn't give a [ __ ] about me neglected me never you know I you disappeared for three or four days and he won't come home and this was like in the 8th is all about 8086 and my you know next-door neighbor's like you know where she where's your mom and dad and all that I was on my own you know I was like can survive in fending for myself you know I'm someone black food and eating sauce yeah you know I mean anything that was in the end of this year you know no but Sam's you know and you know I think a lot of my behavior was like loose linked to being left alone for long periods of time you know I would say I mean to survive what about friends and school mayor like that you know I didn't really I had a few friends in school but I used to steal a lot of stuff from school job cuz I were poor we didn't have nothing you know word I always remember going to school and I didn't have a PE kit and we had a speech called mr. stern all corners all right and it said to me right you're doing that you're doing PE you know and I was a pair of wellies and a pair of purple underpants on and he made me do it made me do the hundred meet isn't a pair of purple on the pulse of the pair of wellies so I'm looking down this kid and he's got night trainers all night shot all the night kit and I'm looking down I've got opal Underpants of it and a pair of wellies I love him though yeah boom around you back when you go to prison I went away on the school trip he had his knife what he's now you know I saw trouble so I knew how bundled all got I'm got a mom and I'm worrying about the street and all up but what I didn't know my one of the teachers were in the skill and she went to the lower yeah she went does anybody know anybody that's just bought a night jack-in-the-box not sure my Malcolm was yeah my McNally's got new trailers and all huh that's me stray or oh my god so I came up and send me when she went was the trends and where's the jacket I'll Boston around in his last trainers in jacket you know that's just being brought when you pour off him that's I just I think that's what I what to do you know that's why it's a vimana know when you're poor and you get brought up you just walking about with all's and your training that no there's nothing wrong and I'm free now I know that's it there's nothing wrong in that yeah it's just yeah you know it's there were a lot of times I'm being brought like a young lone wolf yeah I was yeah you got two young offenders you're making some criminal connections you know that's the thing when you gets a prison you do that it's like a learning thing you know it's like learning College at prison you know I will meeting people or meeting lasts for months just like sulfur within Shaw not so many scousers and stuff like art because they were like that's enough so divide in prison you know even scousers Roberts Gauss's in Italy at that time you know flus yeah you know they were ruthless so Robin the Ron I thinking uncle a minute at least we're not robbing our own blah blah blah but I did start making connections with these all four kids and all I you know start getting cars and start selling them or very Manchester started getting a bit more money I was getting like 300 quid for a car and they were getting like five saw and they've got talking to this kid from living shows like if you can get them cars I'll give you five hundred five saw no they're just to get one card you're not I mean so I ended up getting in with these last one with insurance offered and that's how I started getting onto the armed robberies and stuff you know that's you know you make some big connections and but you also learn a lot in there as well you know because you do you've got nothing so they love you so that around for 24 hours and are you talking about young defenders is what you're gonna steal when you get out you know I mean what you're gonna do what are you gonna start selling drugs are you gonna do this you know there's no plants that go straight as at all you know you'll always be in connection zone yeah yeah did you say though with scousers mmm whenever I went at I started off in Walton hmm and then we ended up in accidents and normal and burn down there yeah do I gotta Scout said see these then the thing it's like even though you might be from where Allah Burke and Ellen like the accents similar in Italy people just being scout straight away you know about them in jail for robbing like yeah yeah yeah I've got a bad name in jail but my tree energy thinking about you know another much story about that is is that well I went back about so yeah later on I had these reboots on up and mama bought me another for you know what these are not [ __ ] going anywhere so I've got in the shower I'm having a shower a little bit all but two year older by now and I put a bit more symbol on and I'm having a shearing a lot but I can see this kid he's [ __ ] on me I'm it's Oh God I was so you'll have to kill me to get me boots you know I mean just like bravado kind of yeah you know so this kid was this kid from Seoul for little me he's right you know I want your boots and stuff like I'm gonna kill you and I was like you wanna kill me for a pair but boats really do not me just crazy more so that jump then from car theft to armed robbery yeah did that phase you in the beginning that I was it like something everyone was doing you fight it was cool yeah no I mean it's like there is a bit of a jump there but like for me I was like always into nicking cars and driving so I want you know I've been driving since a lot for anus long phone so when you start driving when you're far aid and you're getting chased off the police you in you in you know you're in situations where it's very stressful but I wants to get aware a lot of times so when people see that these all the guys see that you can drive and you see you in these cars and that this is where you know you get you get pits or your skills in driving and that's what I used to do I'll you should arrive at first you should drive on a few bits of work for people I'll be driving and then obviously I get asked in you know I mean do you want to come on a bit of work with us do what I'll do a bit of gruff levels and that's a you do that's a you make that jump you know it's all about trust I'll shine you know you can these some of these guys that I were grafting with you know they'd already don't like they'd done some big bird before you know they're not just getting they're very careful about who they want with them you know because you're getting caught you're looking at like a 20 stretch of some of these grafts you know people squeal on people you know then it happens you know people start squealing you know and they want somebody who you know that's done a bit of jail that's gone to jail kept the mouth shot you know because you know well I've been in jail there's so many [ __ ] grasses in jail that I've rough people up you know yeah are you thoughts of something to say about grass stop off him it's in my depositions are gone QE against me and stuff like you know when you first hold the gun as a young person did you get that powerful feeling yeah definitely you get like I mean it's like like a fear thing in it you know when you start pointing a gun around and all I remember this guy it had this gone and we're doing armed robbers with it and he was like he said something was in the flat I was only about 17 at time he'd put on a bit of grass with it he's like if you're gonna do an armed robbery would you do it and on the slide I've got the corn was like give me the money even better money like I went now and I would give it a [ __ ] money you put the gun right at me eh well that's how you [ __ ] do it you know I'm gonna bring it you know I mean carried away just to love it you just soared it if y'all don't obviously I've gone over every heart they do not I mean yeah a lot of you them people actually think them you know you actually see what they are area and the kick that we used to get off on but I think it's like respect once people know that you've got a strap or gone people cannot keep away from you or just you know it's the ultimate kind of protection that you can have not much sort of rare though Sean's you're not I mean a lot in the states are sparse but over here you can get all of them but you have to know some serious connections you know I mean you know you can get all the shotguns out all over the players box yeah you know for a proper a proper angle you know you need to be knowing some people or not you're paying good money to and I get you paying a lot of money may be paying a lot of good money for a good good yeah you can't just sort of like meet someone in the pub yes no oh you know I have to know people we are shooting ranges in Arizona and we drop to the desert target practice how did you practice I just used to practice up on the moors well you know what we used to shoot at stolen cars we used to shoot like big pits in Japan shot you know big gas ball shooting them trying to get them so explored all crazy figure out you know all bond cast off or I don't know I don't fit you can actually explore the Caliph's that we've gone even though we give it a good go gobble it's just bounced off it but you know just a homemade targets and stuff like that you know why cutting things at a cardboard that's what we used to do cut em like a silhouette of a guy out of a cardboard and just you just do stuff like that but the jardim what's that but you everybody know what my games Nazi Bob because when I was a kid I used to have an Aragon yeah - - with a big one poor thing like just call them elephants then you're left alone with it all the time and I like the best marksman a virgin I went to school I don't get any better winner a shot everything that was on the street everything a shot everything tin cans Birds everything was just dead you know that's all you said a pretty good shot you know how did it go then from driving actually doing and the robbery and L did that and you first one of them I suppose he says this is all feeling like it it's just it's sometimes it's it's different from different jobs you know I mean I found in the past it's been my last job just sort of like autopilot I've got there now a lot of work I've done he's been on my own challenge you know I mean because I'm very funny about it all work with a lot of my jobs are on my own so almost like a sell pilot I've got their apartment car up and thinking route and all what to do this is what I'm gonna do give it a bit more time and it's not um you know what there's no real of feeling in each and I mean you can't have any feelings because if you do it'll just it'll just it could stop you can stop what you do engine I mean you can just think hard you know what I'm gonna get lots of are what you just can't think that I'm going there I'm doing this and I'm doing it you know I mean and that's that's the way I used to do and then afterwards we used to become the you know used to get the feeling of euphoria you know I mean I sports like on when you're doing a bit of work and you when you're gone about in somebody and your frettin animal stuff like you do get a feeling of power do not I mean I you know I have had the feeling of power all the people I'm dressed in black I've got a balaclava on I've got my gloves on you don't knew the [ __ ] I am I've got going I'm putting it in your face and to see I know it's such a sad but to see people frightened and finger you know I used to feel can get off on it you know mm-hmm used to get off on it you know because that's just what I was that's what I did you know did you do straight headed to old you get cold you know why I never ever did anything on anything that's what I think I never did anything while I was I on anything I was kind of like Shawna was installed the parties and all Anala yeah you know sometimes you know I got my jaw still going in there from the night I had that many third-degree guns you know which clubs are we going oh I went to Shelley's in stock on Trent I went to entropy oh that's another story to sell pills in there and I used to buy Shirley shell is used to sell pills each Jeremy well I got pills up selling those to give um did quit to the black baron and the quits at the white bones to sell I used to sell my pills in there and on the way about we used to go to a salvage yard and I pay for a salvage and walk out a crash car so then at the salvage you get drops off I go ahead and hit the car then I drink it let it sell it then it's still a buck and ring it again I was in Lords of madness like did you get down to the clips and comes you know what went to eclipsing conference really is entry pair and where else she was like seeming lucid salability eclipse you set all the pills in pockets full of pills honest to god I was like what eighteen seventeen and we come out of there watching all our best balls ever because that was like when you kind of hit over ear when it was like that was when it was big timing Shelley's you know on pills with pills and you love it and you'll be sledging your back hair and you not I mean I everyone's looking each other moodiness no hablas to split with Susan's freeway guys in the burger yeah yeah yeah gold chains and all these I'll still off in a car watching on YouTube all clips of Shelley's and stuff like as long as it does yeah loads of clips online about Shelley's and he just and they look absolutely off their boxes nothing that was me you know that was me but that was like when it was you know when ease was the started to get big over here and the club scene and stuff like a little properties were these robberies that's a done software up yourself sledge architect 750 these we straight from Amsterdam at that's our way black dolls we were getting off my pal and he would bring them straight from Amsterdam so nothing in arms you know I mean you're absolutely just sledging my girl in your back out all over you know some people scratching little birds and Shelley used to do big business in Shelley's yeah you know long as you paid the bouncers you could do it pretty much what you might say though you know yeah as long as you covered your ass in never even got they've even gotten all my ever off the place or anything you know yeah we're looking really because at that time people were getting bgl for ecstasy you know for selling pills and stuff like you know so you've done your first sentence young offenders you've moved up now armed robbery level how many years have you been a free man now before you next the rest I've been I've got released in 2000 and so for that for that possession of firearm so I'm out in 2010 so I ain't got normal a base that got out son or friend I was out on a nighttime living within a couple of days I've got a big chunk of cork and I've got a big bag of smart and I've gone back to selling Krakens pack which is pulling on your own supply in the world used to do nine ounces follows in a dog ball and I met stainless steel dog who she used to give him not an iron bar a sniff and they put it and obviously it was at least with this talking proper stuff no not the garbage that's about now and it would just walk straight up to nine ounces it's garbage you know it's just sorry I started doing that I'm gonna start smoking it and then I'll start selling it and so I started to lose the plot a little bit I don't know anybody obviously when you start taking stimulant drugs and you've been up for a few days and you're not been eating yeah you're not I mean you stop we can see things now can't get away from the window me I'll constantly thinking still that the window looking like that looking at the window lighter flicking coming the coming people are like overcoming them like then they have called me in my delight who's coming like the police are coming the police are coming like no one's there I was like out for about nine hours looking at its boss there's somebody no he's crouched down and when it got light we're just a boss you know I'm a kid's toy in front of it though he's armed [ __ ] and it was a kid's toy you know the Mexicans ago we stayed we stay in hotels and I was going from light from dark to light it's like I'll be watching I wouldn't put me I needed people but I won't be looking just under the dog as you can see when the shadow changes those dark was Angela coming the coming the coming is like no one's coming and then it oh yeah yeah there's and then they used to do that and then I come round and then I got some hot dogs I get a double-double and Big Mac meal with somewhere obviously and then get back on it against that selling and then it's a cycle just repeat yourself you know and by this summer start to lose the plot a little bit and I was all a bit of money off this kid and then this is ended up getting 33 months for two police assault so I right right I mauled a few quid on gone or money I saw went to the kids those and the under brand-new zebra it's idly those at the side and he's missing now Sean I don't really bought it with what I know inside I will [ __ ] off my face you're not I mean and I watched someone in so I've gone that I was like listen she went no no he's not here but don't forget I look off my [ __ ] head on watch you're not made him words correct now you're better game on second Subaru said you better bring him know what she didn't ring Christian look ringing [ __ ] police yeah and I was in a stolen car and so she sold the place that listen Danny Dawson's it is in stolen car blah blah blah him told him everything yeah so what police have come up they know that ominous looking car and they know who I am and the July arm what you doing here and all this blah blah blah so I've got into the car buying her so I'm sat in the car I was trying to shut the car door I know my own strength and then they trying to pull it and I'm trying to show it but what I've done is just like pure madman strength I've ripped the handle off the door of his car the door handles come off so next thing looks like Emily sue coppers had dragged me out the car they managed to get me a tack on a mandolin and they're so wrestling the boat and I've got this cop has got a vest on there and I've got his got me hands on his vest and I've managed to get money and he's like against the wing I've got I've got my hands on his vest and I've got mini against his chest and I've pushed him and he's just gone somersault in order and as he's going over Shawn I'll remember he's he's fairs ball [ __ ] mad Dan and he's nice to get a cuff on man never ended up buying on ball ended up biting through coppers and then they've got on the depressor [ __ ] bail you know they got press special bond shit's going down they press that [ __ ] now the press that in the depositions they must suppress it about four or five times yeah and I've just come from every word and you know I mean and got much to get a coffin and then it got me back to the police station and he was after a countdown and all that and then a trifle Kim I tried to I've got a screw in the police station ever I said it's all that sort the bog roll thing off so obviously I'm off me I'd so I've got a screw and I've screwed the screw right into my [ __ ] wrist leave out the set this is your best place to do it anyway and he were waiting for me to try and do it won't lead you not I mean it obviously knew about my past and yeah and get free month for that bit so coppers like it just you know just absolutely madness you know anywhere police got it news got a grip of it was all over the radio and stuff like I know best thing about it I can't believe it I've got [ __ ] bail I can't understand got bail for it I could not understand it sooo Section eight scenes it works I sue section 18 gb etches are never bail in my life but my but must listen worked in them cause he was good as gold I don't know even [ __ ] money he got me bail so so I'm out on bail I'm on a curfew I'm on a residence thing saw that night I'm on on this on this on the curfew Chief Inspector turns up the chief the chief kwame's like you amber to my boys so then I was like you know I'm sorry about what happened bla bla bla bla you know I'll being you know what thinking about it and I was like listen I'm sorry about what happened you know and that was the same guy that was the same cop that killed himself in the open the late history I can't remember his name but it was in that come to my house so I was on a curfew and then ended up going to car and not being on the room for her not getting captured for that I ended up getting them charge for the robberies as well how did they capture you I got caught a firearms officers partner I was in a stolen car put all the windows through and RAM that Ram me Romney blocked me in blocked me in from the from pluck me from the back next thing every window just went through when you when people say this saying you [ __ ] yourself I'm telling ya so when I got arrested eventually I all the windows are gone through dragged me clean food clean free to window came here to write Messimer anybody's ever been dragged through a car window knob area and dragged all over floor yeah brought three me fingers and then you know was this routes to surrounds why I said because that's what this out to walk yourself in you know that you gotta go prison yeah if they fail you know straight away were you going definitely yeah you can't wake up so well Stan yeah yeah prison yeah yeah no no Rakesh yeah that's what I mean I worked on a work thing in and I am you know pretty well known in the area that was that was the thing you know I was just driving up driving around and then he's like see ya and she she installed in cars what and sometimes it come after you sometimes you just leave you you know it just the dangerous driver just it just it just depends if he was on the wrong are there was a few of them yeah he was on the wrong they just leave you you not i mean think what he's a bit it's a bit of a loose cannon him you not i mean there's like a worldwide fascination with strange ways for some reason yeah on the podcast and the prison guard he did some stories of yeah watch that small an ex-con called e you got any strange witch stories from your opening strange ways and I've been around the care unit and I was in stripes when he had scarce only look being on the unit they're strange with general strange ways he's like it's not like any of a jail up in Surrey is it after the riots its it changed a lot after the riots it was pretty much a screw jail they pretty much dominated it so any other I tell you what I've got a funny story actually what I was listening to your guy Lee it was it called some somewhat the prison officer yeah he would say his work used to work on K wing I've been on carrying image and that was like the first time I got lots of balls on K wing and I was a young lad and I was on the bottom London I was just like looking out for him a slit in my door as you do because you get a bit bored and you're thinking so I'm stood there looking for this slitting this door and I'm watching this [ __ ] screw go up and down in a pair of socks and thinking the Fox - so next thing next thing from Norway just comes right up to the door as he sees me I'm looking at him like a pair of eyes together because what the [ __ ] you doing of course I'm [ __ ] what you knew yeah it goes [ __ ] get on your bed lights I was like alright so next thing the next day miss miss L got spun yeah yeah and a cop and it's got washing up liquid in it and it comes in and the drags me off the yard and there goes what's it's far you gonna throw it in our face was like I said it's not even mine I said somebody's probably gonna watch the socks of it goes Nana you would've roll that in might you're gonna throw that in my face I will I walk throughs equal down London with the boot sausage yeah and he seen me the crack in the door you see me he mows it over though yeah that was Kay wing that's a massive wing care wings a massive wing in strange ways I'm not sure I was like 200 people on them but like for your first Simon so it's quite quite a massive jail and you get moved from care wing to the other wings my songs just gotta are though he's just come out of G Ewing my lads from five years he was on G Ewing on servery and that was his first time in so I would like please keep your head down because like in like I said the screws have got control in that jail you know it's not there's not much messing about obviously because of what happened with the they're not letting that happen again you know serve these billows to this service best place to be serve your cleaners yeah all the food you know what it is with screws you can get on with the screws like people's I get all money screws me a lot of people said I you're a grass whatever but you know what it's not you using your head because the whole point is that you want things done you know I mean if you want something done our pepper being a life we need you need to be out get them things done when you get these people saying Ivy Tarts of the screws your snitches are you you're not I mean boy ever done George L's full of people like that you know just because you want to talk to a prison officer and see it's arcing so you might be talking about an application next thing you grasp all the look all right the ones with blood they're the ones though ones like you know all the saying are such and such as a graph the only ones that are there flats in this year that's what I've learned in jail boots ones that call people the grasses are the king yeah I mean that's one of the things I've learned about being in prison you know the ones that I've got you know I've got a lot to say the ones that I've got a lots of hired exactly know you're on you said the lot people get attacked on stuff like that yeah throughout your entire experience did anyone that's fact I've got a falling scary miss Tamaki I got a stub of it's in each area you've got the story behind that the story behind that was so much to do with a guy to black last mom's car little G and all was called evil what years listen this is in nineteen this was in 2004 sort and sort of yeah somewhat fishy about that one two guys from Birmingham it was in force on at the time and you know what this was sitting with Peter sauce it's as of its or its what this bar dancing was over a [ __ ] Peter tossed what's to use at a stir and I was like next in line to use disaster that's fitting this kid this guy called little Gia whatever he was called that's what the car they have these gun names and allies you know so on that's fingers just you just jumped in straight in front and mailed said my bucket I'd say around isn't a thing you know gone are bye-bye you know our necks and Allah know you can't show any kind of weakness in prison Shawn's you know I mean because you will be exploited and especially in a category a pros you know you'll get exploited so next thing I'm like having a bit of a you know I'll say no you know I was next to Nora I just thought that without you're not I mean left it at that obviously he didn't leave it at that so what he did is he got us in a tune it's a little Fortuna folding it over sharpened it outside on yard or wherever he could sharpen it and I got somewhere else and as I'm coming out of my um lack of for five dollars down for minutes I'm so if I've come out each come down he's coming past and I just fight it once seen his man it's finger just fight punch me in the stomach just what was a punch big thing out of it you're not I mean and then got a few other blossom affairs and after that anyway a fight got split up and then it was only one I left him at a pub and a lot that I realized that I've got like a two inch two inch by two inch and 2 inch deep piece missing a hammer he's actually gouged it actually gouged the error me he wasn't lying well well it didn't stab me ghost a piece of flash hair and I saw somewhere on that land he was that sewins piece of flesh you know so I the room was that big they constantly couldn't stitch it that's what the answer dude you have to pack it yeah pack it with his stuff a lot of [ __ ] that's one of the reasons it's not giving coffee out in coffee jars people just getting stabbed to give bits in their cut to ribbons you know it's just the other zone or they give you that giving off for instance now you get to nobody gonna impact right well they're feeling got wise after a few people that got snubbed and figured out you know just you know this making ships and knives out of everything you know so it's just a bit sauce you know but this this people be murdered you know I was in when I was in Grandin was in HMP gremlin guy got murdered in like the eyestrain with a guy called leaf leaf a and he ended up murdering a guy called Robert koala when stamps all over his dad so he stops all of his had done what she took his head completely off his body the guy I don't know if you've ever ever read a big random way it's a champ it's a therapeutic jail so you go there to address your issues and stuff laughs or on my many missions and not doing fair pay and also get an understanding why I was offending and what I was doing him while taking drugs and while we're doing all this [ __ ] if I ended up there and he it was in he was a it's like he got sex offenders in there as well but they were integrated on the wings do you not I mean so but what should such all of them you know straight away you can't read where's no point yeah no point I mean I'm just doing my job you know I'm just getting on with Genoa they don't really bother me to be fair but each sucker dislikes him because he challenged him on the wing they got that it's like a community kind of thing where you sit down in a room and you got like a lot of chairs and you can like vice your issues and say well you know he called me this the other day know everything that it goes against like normal prison behavior challenging people and family teach people to be normal in society and stuff like it's Robert koalas challenged him or said something about him so he's fart right but whatever so he's gone upstairs lot of [ __ ] sawed-off and murdered him stomped all over him made a right mess of him detached his head from me that's not easy things and then tries to get aware of it but obviously is [ __ ] know yeah this is a booking ball everywhere you know I wash these clothes he was already doing a life sentence for murder anyway I bought it was I mean it's much to say but it was one of the nicest ones I've ever met in jail was a proper [ __ ] lawn people massive yeah yeah big guy you know so this guy this this Robert work where we were called it was only a little fella I'm also just snaps his net you know harshest it's the other literally just put him over here buck and just snapped his butt don't wig didn't clean out you know so after you got a start then yeah did you get put in like a medical facility yeah I was in a sport for about a month and then they were moved I got a I got the category put down so a BRC I think it was but he's the hospital is that like part of a prison house yeah it was on the prison hospital yeah yeah changed the bed or anything on no noise a prison hospital it's called the health care unit and it's in the prison see when you can't hear I was still care that Sam was in for sorting and they don't want to [ __ ] let you out you know I mean because you not because I'm I any kind of dangerous finger because I've got a lot of escapes on my record and being violent so if your thing if if you can be treated for anything you aren't getting treated in this in the prison's you're not on me you will do the dog want to let you out at all and if you do let you out then you need to contact the police and the police needs to be there and it's art it's quite a finger sheriff's were yellow straight yeah I was in stripes and I was thinking when I was a cat a in strange where Susan come off every night put Millett box outside that's one of us get when the one word I and when I slip the coughs yeah yeah Billy strap in strike three times now Freitag once in Preston once he pressed a Lancaster castle and in surround where mom's funeral that's us at Fat Boy I went to my mom's funeral was in stripes the walk coughed yeah double coughed and with a closet chain as well [ __ ] I'm strip search no marjorine this time well at least to let you go though nod you know what they let me go they did that make off but you know they could have said no can't be a so they could have been [ __ ] about it yeah you know I was in a mini-boss and they were like about eight of them hostage isn't he - you think when you're in prison you know when you first get taken hostages in car and I'll get out and slam upon his interviewee set the guard he went prisons do some funerals and then the people started kicking up and then the prisoner said look she allowed because these guys have gone out the way like to get get me here to being blah blah blah they're not because they got a bit worried you know that it's not like they can just press about would press a button and they're gonna the boys gonna be there they'll probably probably like to up i even free up a funeral to only by people that I grieve and I probably had a dream what sin the mayor and his coughs and farts you know what I'm up his cough get him off his cough let him off his courses for the funeral yeah he said you know what I couldn't if I was an officer I'd be thinking evil you know it was a bit of a Larry do a bit Larry or not you know y'all had a drink and a lot of them if you're watching this and you want to watch the guard podcast or ex-con Cody podcast Manchester strangers prison there will be a description box below this video and the link will be in there you can click over and watch those podcasts so you get back from your mom more medical now yeah you put back to the same max security wing with those dudes no I got pots on I got put on another wing we moving to another wing so but obviously we've even know you're in a jail news travels done that you know doesn't matter you know what doesn't might be in a different jail news travels with ons so I got put on another wing all this a pretty dat pretty much died down is there a gang after you know there's no gang after me because because I'm not I wasn't part of a gang and everybody and the gang the boys that was in there that's I there's a couple of lads from my side and that was in four shootings and a couple of other lads from Salford so there was a few a few was that knew that it was just an isolated incident it wasn't now like can a gang fing or some gang poor squad thing or something brought from outside inside it was just one of them mud incidences where somebody ended up getting stabbed in the end up being me with it in a tune you know so I ended up doing a few moments and ended up getting the I ended up getting recategorize all because of that I'm because I got injured I got put down to a category B and then from there ended up and look whether they go unsealer if we remember where we went from was it Parkhurst and ended up getting moved anywhere from there and get a messy cat and going to Rizla and Lancaster Castle and end up getting released yeah yeah so what one custard Castle ate this is like cuckoo Lancaster castles probably one of the best present have ever been shot down no but it's a it's a museum but at the time and it's one of the strangest places I've ever been because literally the wings are inside its turret while so if you look thinking about it sir it's like this is it circular yeah you got like a circular rampart and because it's built on old Nam and ramparts and then saw them one of the wings is totally inside this circular rampart so it's got like a circular set of stairs going up so it's crazy and it's got like it's like a semicircle of wings I got like the doors across there that semicircle is a small jail only it was 120 prisoners in so everybody knows everybody this stuff or the stuff was sown in there probably one of the best jails that are being so you know I know of I didn't see any violence and I'll say I didn't see any violence with a lot of life is in and I was in the 20s then and the sense of my areas life is in there was one in and he and you used to get in the shower and every Thomas to get in the shower used to get in the show and now it was a pretty big kid down but I won't really asked about anybody sure I weren't really afraid and I bought this guy scared me yeah there's a life had been in 15 years this guy called skin from Leeds a big skin at him [ __ ] mean-looking kornek Wales and every time I get any sherry coming to show and he frightened made you know I'm a nice thing but the were rumors going around night it was lights a bit of oft you know I made you know I'm not gonna be me major not me but it does happen or shown you know that kind of thing happens that was all I've seen in jail you know I've seen I've seen it you know I've seen guys with guys in sales with King candles and [ __ ] all oiled up and you know you see these things when you need long-term jails called booty bandits and ours are baby bandits yeah I all of indirect candles on an hour I mean massaging each other the sports massage I charge you not I mean so it's right in it swastikas on a my massaging shoulders my alright you guys doing that's one of the things when I was my sentence was quite shot you got like you got me tag on you outside your door as guys are doing like natural life 35 years years 25 years you know what man was like seven years at a time so I felt a bit buzzed so what I did to the pot so in front of it just to keep up with the boys what that sent me down to put your tackle pony out my room FD 3450 its street lovely personality month is that all very realized that was over it must be mug getting jailed over there I mean I watched um it's just it's a different kind of settle pulse together in it you know it's all gang-related everything's whites blacks you got the you know the Mexicans are stuff like everything soon as your so did you come into the system York at a garage straightaway obviously you know you know be we would the Wyatts want would you not I mean well the thirty wants a bit over there yeah you actually did fifteen right but over there that's was done like well I got eight years about that did seven is that for the pills outselling the pills was that would be the leading for so that yeah watch anything about mu KS and stuff like yours is quite moody because you never actually got caught with any drugs did you was a statute of limitations in Amazonas if you've done a drug offense and people tell the police that they've done a deal with you within the last seven years the car that gets you so the ad ten witness statements came forward one of those was one of my main guys actually what my main sales guys Skinner and him mmm wild man and fall now and he turned the thing yeah he did like a fire suck on a woman's apartment my car I never got caught with jokes that I was just and I was used to even give them some like prostitute yeah did you know the food got there do you know what the food you know what's to be fed I think the food was a lot better in cut here like in longer and then full sort them because they don't want you kicking off or you can buy your own food I'll buy chickens you can get a Kannada from the freezer players so I was are doing like steak and chicken and stuff like and you can cook it on the wings that you get your old store you can get your own stuff if you've got the money you can buy a half a chicken or a chicken I'll stay and cook it on the wing so guys that I've these little pods so you get like y'all put two and you'll have like you'll all cook each other food oh yeah do not I mean strong like you can you can still get food off the server yeah what you do this is like a little thing to keep the guys up pick some of these guys have got nothing to lose Sean's you're not I mean no when you doing that keen on that kind of thing do you not with we stance love it you know we ask diets love it where no need for radical radicalism going on yeah like in fall sort on where people are trying to get people radicalize with the Koran and stuff like yeah because that's one of the biggest gangs we've got over here is the Muslim gangs in jail and that is it there's just one gang over and that is the gang is well I've seen the videos from down London going round parks yeah and they're going through white people change your religion yeah you know you know when I was in for sort and a witness seeing it my own eyes you know a guy did sought the Quran in and he started reading verses from the Quran and you know giving him food and basically grooming hims you're not actually grooming him you know you're gonna compress with us on Friday you're gonna you know on Friday all come impressive walls and stuff like and you know you have to have something you have a bit of something about you you not i mean because some of these guys don't people say that to the old pal light no you know what nobody got wants to get involved in these kind of thing because some of these guys are gonna blow you know these guys are service you know exactly a book could solder and all that not personally and what he's he's kind of following another dangerous people do not I mean they're not [ __ ] idiot so you don't stick your nose in and then yeah yeah you're like from your family in danger you don't want to do that nothing can happen with these people right these are serious [ __ ] people you know that's why they're kept in these conditions you know I think we should have him in a different pressure myself yeah something like was it lightly at offering this that's when it was it was not Cuba would they keep him all a lot so lonesome from did you come across any famous famous gangster you know I've sinned Bieber and all Bieber Bieber yeah you can explain being he's the guy that shot the coppers in Leeds hitsue guys yeah we just call him not an F and when Coleman a thing he's called he ended up he was on the run from some shooting that happened in in LA or some Malalai yeah it was a shooting and he was he killed a body but a bodybuilder over there in America in America over drugs deal and he was on the run for that or very early evening and he changed his ID it changed his identification identification and he was adding that as in leads being a bouncer and and you look going through a betting shop and they were just doing his papers of some Allah and the these two coppers in the car they just fart noise something not right about this car so they pulled him at them in the back of the car and you just knew it was something not right about him anyway ended up [ __ ] at the gone indoor shooting one of them but the I was he from a radula is from can it was from Canada it was a Canadian a lot of noise was Canadian boy he had a Canadian accent but it was definitely from America and his name's Nathan wearing Calma nothing and Robin Davey Bieber he is he's black knee I'm over it was Davey Bieber he was in false autumn and he he tried to escape in fall so and what he was doing he was ringing he was he was planning an escape and they were using the chapel for so they were ringing for the chapel phone and the prison thinking alone every phone call in every line prisons around the chapel for motivation because of people saying yeah but he wasn't needing anything and that's what your but and that's what he banked on yeah that work the cares we're [ __ ] listening to where and the idea and they moved in CSU cause C position unit and then gone Franklin is in Franklin now so if you've killed please yeah does that get you a degree of respect from the prisoners yeah definitely gonna be people but you know people like that not because people are gonna get lots of piling you know in in in all cases in prison it's it's also in them in it there is a hit for them because they're the ones that getting us lots up so he's getting the ultimate respect well I think it's sad really do not I mean what he's done it's terrible thing you know I don't agree with it at all and I just not agree with it so I would that respect be shown whether you get like an extra milk on X or whatever well they get a bit of extra scanner are people talking to him and asking him you know I reminisce a story and stuff like that and a bit of extra food maybe you know what a lot of it in in jail Charles you know it's all fake and it's not friendships just doing his job you know what it was wrong you know there's not see where's about it I've been a criminal army [ __ ] life and that was wrong you know no one doesn't no need for it in order to do that he could have [ __ ] dealt with out a million where's bath about any of these legendary gangland figures from Salford a Manchester MJ was sent from the noonan's Massey no I said you know what I have seen him and I said Dominic Noonan when I got recall last time I was in Hamlet and he was in Hamley we down the segregation unit and he was on his trail time so he's going to car every day so we used to pass through my wing and then I don't know him I thought I've never made I just know what what's online about him personally I wants heart swims you're not I mean he's not a kind of guy that I will go over äj-- all right blah blah blah not a kind of guy that I would seek out personally but that's just me and I used to see him come back from car and he was in he was in harmless tour and they heard a story about him that the screw spawn spawn II cell they said we've heard you've got a phone stuck up your ass so apparently pulls his pants down what box of shots and does a [ __ ] on the floor and says right [ __ ] you're not I mean figure that out search for that big log on the floor yeah yeah earlier you said you were skinny yeah that's something that changed when did it change I think it changed when I forgot bullied and got me tree and it's took off me yeah my trainers go again you know I mean a phone I sitting you're the big guys on the farm these big guys I ain't getting bothered look they're not you're not finger cuz it's all that front in prisons about you look you're not I mean it's not like you got money what you know you know I needs to get to the gym so I'll start doing press ups in my cell and he'd be surprised at how quickly you can develop your chest and your triceps and your shoulders from doing press ops you Rick self gold thinking to get bigger yeah just wait to get big because a father get big you got a better size we got left a launch John you know people will leave me alone so that's what it's not it's a dude starts to be a lot a lot more food little care can cost it and all that and stuff like I could used to get laws of food buck in the old days those like the wrong stuff in there yeah submit their owned off the car in strange ways and all you might used to get a full breakfast in strange ways on the first time our one you said got sue sausages bacon okay I'm porridge on sup you know and then it ended up going down through a tea pack at night Sam so no you get it night sound for your breakfast you'll get for the following day you'll get one milk which is about 250 ml you'll get a packet of cereal three tea bags three whiners and three sugars that's for your breakfast did you have a workout routine yeah did you do well you know I used to trade him in when you when I didn't used to get gym I used to have a pole add an extended brought a brush handle like for scrubbing floors that extended it and what I used to do is because they were cleaner used to get all these five liter drums he's five oh gosh not a quick ball but a stencil and a put water enol so I could get three on each end so I'll get three on that and tie it with a sock and a socket stop on some slip in another sock and it's a curl with that yeah and I curl and a curl and I love them out of the biggest arms in the world you know I mean because I never trained and if you haven't have Trevor what the Red Sox them my arms arms arms arms and then it's just I trade in my chest people like when you know when you're gonna start training you like stuns you're not been in a wheelchair for God's age the water bottles do the press and then you have single balls for doing sides and stuff like and then when he got to the gym you could get to the get to the gym just depends what gel you was in you know all depends on what kind of gel you was in gym signs and stuff like gym equipment well did you equipped with anything those gels I feel like they'll be free weights or doduo machine you know what a lot you get a lot it's a mixture of off you get machine I'm free where you get all dumbbells and stuff and I said look at that sky out there I mean I got a 5 kilo dumbbell smart right because America today on the freeway I got five situations whether yeah and to me it was on the bench you got a fire key lost Matt rhymer [ __ ] what was that just of him just over fighting on the wing just getting involved in people's business you know yeah an ex failed I even remember what happened others remember old bench presser the next thing I just walk up in alka I've got a massive scar down from the Maynard you know there's that scene while I was in younger fenders that was in Illinois you got a load one point note well young offenders do not know whose gladiators it is absolutely glad Belson talks about it after your marriage with nothing else but we saw you grow up were you just like unless the person's actually trying to hit you physically yeah the biggest weapon you've got in jail is this yeah is your meth and that's what I've learned you know I you know I've probably had a handful of fights but this is your biggest weapon like last time I was when I end up getting recalled and what about safaris bunk and he'll set a guy in their Scouts kid and he was looking at 25 years of kids from Crocker and he was off for some serious [ __ ] charges you know if he firebombed doses and all sorts of [ __ ] but I didn't know who he was I just knew I just knew was just a kid on he was on this wing you know and I said some are y'all going fall sort on you or you're going Franklin bah bah bah he didn't like that I didn't like that it's real offense a lot and they didn't speak to me for a couple of days so I knew there was a bit of problem with sweetles so that just for saying that he gave his paranoid thoughts you're not I mean a young kid as well I was only 22 so he's young I said it in front of his pulse when he's got a [ __ ] he's got to do something about it in his eyes it was just a common you know no mere and then I've gone up him this is like two days later so I'm having a piss in me finger in my cell and the door comes up and he comes in and I looked to him like and he were [ __ ] drip white and I fire you you not come here for a visit you've come here to do somewhere you know you just know so I've got my keen tackle and I'm pissing off our if he does something l42 and you're not I mean so I might have slapped myself out he's come in and I could see mr. what you'd come get is a cat stop and then you come get his words out and he will drip why and I was like what I didn't get in and what him to sit down you're not I mean so he was less of a threat because I knew they come to do Samba and there anyway I got in slacking I flip my blah blah next thing he pulls his blared oh he's got a toothbrush it's got a razor blade in it and he starts talking like he's gonna slash this kid up three doors down and I fart you ain't gonna slash him you come to [ __ ] slash me yeah what your ass [ __ ] mind do not I mean you know that July that was like a candidate so anyway I thought what the [ __ ] am i doing you know when I got because he could have got me and got me all the way down inside of my neck you know cuz I was probably done you in the [ __ ] yeah yeah Sean's got what it like when you thinking you're thinking what could he had done you know what am i sad sack him down and then he got the blade out of his ways but I knew it I just knew what I come for and then he try to say ah this was for some other kid and I thought nah I if there's a house for made up because of what I said the other day you know when you see he was a turning point what you mean I just kind of said to myself you know what am i doing you know I'm putting myself in these situations with these young guys I was like far out of time then and this kid was like SWANA it's one eat so the far why I don't want to be rolling around with a 20 year old lads coming back to jail and rolling around you know things times have changed in prison you know it's a lot more violence there's a lot more forms about a lot more spare a lot more spice a lot more stabbings going on and when you get a bit older like me or whatever else yeah straight away you're a sex offender you know yeah a bit older look at you nothing hyzer wrong in him what's the info so straight away without even anybody not and they've got you've got you label straight away you know and you're not a bad thing so the doc god of karate Frisch Tiffany I know I'll never get weapons yeah I mean they're gonna get some food I don't not getting wigged and that's what that was well you know I was thinking I thought because the whites to get a prison like at some of these farts like I mean ever gonna get out you know I'm not ever gonna get a prison you know it's just that's the way I think if you like the gym the best thing to do is go cool gym buddies and just yeah stick with that yeah yes they stick with a couple of people just to watch your back exactly yeah yeah a couple of people that you trust you know which is hard to find in prison you know it's you know very hard to find you know somebody that you trust that you know I've had some good friends along the way but no one that I'd never ever stayed in such when I got out you know we don't say you do so she'll go down then we'll do this and we'll get off our ads ringing them open-ended sat there with the family of the large people who say like yeah I'm getting released gonna get a job yeah send you some monies yeah yeah yeah the old money you don't hear from them again still six months later when they really come back when I got something up and you know I have laws that I'm you know I could imagine that after doing like 13 years in prison no matter people you meet yeah it's like upon thousands upon thousands you know you meet um and you know they get in the like promise you know I get here I'm gonna send you send you some money and I'm gonna do this and do that it's just a lot of [ __ ] the whole thing is prison is just so all the crap you know I was just if you can do anything about prison is just stay out of there you know I mean what's a Troggs also school and stay out of jail you know get yourself a do get yourself a decent woman that's what I did yeah she's kept me at a jail because it had not been for my missus I'd have been [ __ ] a lot so definitely so throughout your entire incarceration imagine you didn't have a single cell the whole time yes yeah I think I have a single cells the Jeff soulmates on over to Ed you know I have had cellmates as well and I've had so much that I really really wanted to choke you know what what gives of stories off your soul I'll say I can say your funny story about its Gaia and was lots up in Stafford but someone I misses your day this guy was about it's about twenty stalling with massive he was like that yeah and he was just it was his first time in prison he never been in prison before so he's like green in his grasp and really I should have given the bottom bunk but I was like I was [ __ ] you know I mean I bit of an ear you want a flat foot that he can get on the top bunk so we used to get on the top bunk with his wooden chair not his wooden school chairs like a wooden flat finger so what I did is I got a lot of [ __ ] core core core core BOTS and I put it all over the [ __ ] thing yeah all over the you know all over the wooden seat yeah I mean to get all put like 6:00 in the morning for the server any langage feet over the bed he's only feet over the bed and I'd be sat down this is what did me I didn't have the [ __ ] moldy feet yeah yeah I mean he put them in my feet he put him a face and a fart you're not [ __ ] doing that tomorrow so when he's gone support his two feet on the chair he is just gone [ __ ] off slips nearly broken bow yeah and he's like a beached whale on the floor and why he's a pair of boxer shorts on harder to kill him nearly killed the poor guy you know I've never seen anything like it just went from underneath him like a bug ish it were just like whale on floor and I realize the fart could have killed that poor [ __ ] what was he in for it was only infrasonic stupid like fighting with your neighbors on that you know never been in jail before first Simon quiet as a mouse drop a big guy you know but quiet really nice guy and I know that's why I kill him you're not me I add you know I'll just like doing anything any can anything stupid or another one I used to there is a TV I used to be the winged barber and what I do with people that you stuff longer clip on top of the head here so I'll give my ballpark here and they look like a fried taco summits the Clippers in the other half and Eric do you not i mean or a porsche right right you know just things to keep you up here you know i'm leaving from jobs that you have over the year you know i'll probably all about probably about 15 or 20 jobs from cleaning to cleaning was like one of my favorite you know you get out cleaning because you're out all there you can get onto the screws to get things done get you prefer cash checks see when your visits are paid in I've been a painter been a barber I've been a gardener of what's on a car wash outside of prison I've worked in a worked in a restaurant what's in the kitchen I've pretty much done everything that there is you know I mean and what gardening the job to do I was at when I was at kill everything there was a gardener that me when I first got my decal keke close to the prism what they do is to put you on gardening gba so delaying you out a little bit they're giving you a bit of trust but they're not letting you too far so the wet year on the grounds around the prism well you know about looking picture evenly because that already absconded i died yeah absconded previous layer and done an abscond and gone and look getting pissed and then ended up running off with its nurse from from the place that I'll work it up and so that that was on that was on the IPP center so the Hudson recapped me again so when I got got the gardening job working at Kerr lever and sort of that give you a bit of leeway to get out picking their up and then you're walking about outside and then they give you a bit more trust and it just works like well you get fresher personally I like be food I like meeting the kitchen yeah yeah got all the food diet and yeah just finding places I did the 188 well the found that down east like looking like Kirk could not Kirk and [ __ ] no Kirk was not about jail actually it's a big old it's an awful um blend yeah yeah yeah yeah and another thing that call stassi's big pound cake and you have a traditional is to put pain I'm on it right well you know yeah but we bought big ham sells sandwiches and that was your thing worrying you know you little thing you get from the kitchen and I was up in the kitchen at strange ways as well you have to get second over there you have to get sucked through the tunnel took off the wing asked art it over there you get over and that was back in the day when you stuff like get like full breakfast and all that yeah I've seen guys laugh near big [ __ ] things ah yeah well the thing is you can be a lifer and you could be in for murder and you and they'll be like lighting knives there and all sorts of [ __ ] like something I was a lighting out Frank 12-inch carving knives ring given he has a bug there Sally's out there little chase of the thing but what's the guy's got it he's got it yeah even my absolute like category a prisons are still letting them knives out you know they're not of the cardboard knives like carbon knives oh yeah because it can make him a thing you know currently khmer commit a carbon and cat cow board you know the worst prison job I personally others were the first cut in Walton and they put me in a solid making the sheer nail bags yeah I was in Lancaster Castile put me on the saw weed and it was like obviously well it's not like a proper made jail so they put these rooms wherever they can join and I mean so you got above the old cells that sitting to keep and you've got this little room is like five sewing machines in do not I mean and that was a I'll just sat there think you know I'll just think you know doing anything to get five apps a day engine on the server to get more to get to the gym and all that you know cuz I'll just like I couldn't get a gym and have the bottles in miss Allen you know John McCain's cellmate mad with all the bottles and all you know you know just anything to get a decent job but the get to the point we got to meet your own shanks really had to do anything la I've never really figured out of our batteries in a sock and stuff like not to pit pool balls up and then put on back down bought the thing the thing with me is like obviously because I'm a big guy and all that and there's always that thing that I might go over the top you're not I mean and actually really really do some damage I'm not killing somebody never do a fish with it yeah I'd rather do it in the fist you know I mean our yeah we level it out that way a bit yeah a lot of people don't want to do that no no you know me you want to use weapons you know especially inside and you know this this Psalm that so many things you can make weapons there it's unbelievable I've seen boiling what I've seen I've seen boiling geek I'll symboi lean fat poured over somebody just strip the skin straight off him you know I've seen oh it was sugar water sugar and by without water sugar must be paid for like imagine what I'll I'll boil in aisle over somebody and I'll just sort the skin for out off him you know do you know what that was for just felt that was just for a drug debt you know I'll just for money you know I don't you get into debt in some of these prisons and you don't pay up you know it's like all that face and it's Charlie and Isis yeah you know you if someone owes you hundred quid and I'm not going to pay ya all right so unrequited blah all the people is other people going to start sucking liberties with you then art it so you got to do something about it you leave it to us as some other words things I've seen in jail I've seen a guy get slashed their on his fares opened his cheek or our fence the backe started off as a 1/8 which was like I get like a notes pocket and then they caught them up into these deals so are they up yeah at choir quite a buck he was boss PR phones back yeah so he didn't give it in back and then it turned into an ounce so it was all over batter notes a bucket slashed him all the way down the side leave a fair swap and his cheat right up you know that was in Stafford and just and I was like what was all that about it's like of a free like that's a free pound of a bucket it's really hard to work out like say you got a little gold for juniors like that yeah yeah you buy them half at the San yeah well you bet you go the [ __ ] can't seen you baby like fall for when you've gone out through the week it's normally the pauses or whoever's doing the clean area put it through your door for you yeah it's Afton yeah yeah which you normally you should be able to think you should be able to say that down stock any prisoners they weren't they apparently nonsmoker yeah imagine not getting lots of pink off your smock and then go it's a go and I know it's just a recent thing bought a stress relief latest release marking and then all you math you know people would be just plugging it the same as that's not like can you imagine the probably saying that I'm gonna go back here we go through the roof on it to my flight with a flat sheet well the thing is you need to I don't think you need to what you need to smoke spicy probably smoking a little bit of a key I could imagine like the ambulances we like going through the roof I am laying I'll just try a couple of drugs event on just fire this is not for me you're not I mean it's like literally smoking acid I don't know if it's Hawk acid what it was like smoking acid no I'll just like the foot news more this lethal yes yeah horrible it were no yeah just instantly paranoia aware but it's absolutely flooded in like when I was in open conditions it was that least call at me I'm you know what they call it MCAT but there was no test for that and that's that is a lot why ecstasy it's like ecstasy cocaine amphetamines together so when I've got swapping conditions as [ __ ] laws of that about and you can test you for it so there's no drug test for everything's getting over so I'm like right give me a bit a lot you're not very I always saw people's while we died I did always think I should be doing and owners in that lence and was doing these things called semi G's it's a me GAA and they have quite popular will be make good sleeve the fingers with the tablets like they're all they're all screen for on fingers on drug test so I we get caught you're knackered so I like these legalized they were not there was not as fun that's why I'm so fond I absolutely off my box [ __ ] what watching par one can all Nigel of life though when your life is you know me running around trying to get upon the worst of the worst Paul knows you know a valency a recent YouTube video yeah what an you can't monkey prison but you've got assignment just right last count I always remember getting caught when a young guy I'm caught bangs her eyes it was a dinner time over dinner and I got some magazines but then here magazines yeah [ __ ] pear juice tops together all DNA our readers wiser a razzle Aslam get the pages obviously got a decent walk and I'm like light them all on bed looking for all decent decent shots you know I mean whether all can just lie we can still get a clear view so I've got them all laid out me better not button bomb so anyway we've got my pants down and all out started getting going and all that's clear did you do that smokey pictures and I'm just getting going an extra [ __ ] flap just open oh it's only a [ __ ] female stuff dude Oh damar yeah no been so embarrassed pull my pants up come outside then it's because I want to serve a serving food not even watch me on so get to the point like well man said in the video where you switch not just right then you switch facing me in Grendon and a lifer called Jimmy and he made this thing yeah kid you not and it was a bog roll tube in it was a you should get with the globe it was a blue rubber cloth over food food I don't know what it was and he went you wanna and he put [ __ ] cream all over it they like a bog roll tube and a whole new dirty bastard you know I mean he's like you wanted to on a boreal I was thinking very that's on another level in it you know I mean it's like it's like a fake vagina supports in it you know it's like it's like a fake vagina without the dog who was holding the mattress and the power you being a do you know I mean I had never done it myself but I think I got to the [ __ ] got to the part of light where you just like exhausted yourself a [ __ ] memories after ten years I'm running around Sean again what about was there any sex going on with prisoners and female staff ginawa well that was at Camp L there was a couple of incidents went on in my pal was knocking one of the screws off a and you know what the funny thing is I got on it because I said to him she came over one day she what's in a block fare said and he's finished work he's come on this guy and she's coming after him and I'm just just the interaction was a finger you know when you're in prison you [ __ ] observation you run every day I think that's changes are different you think so I'm watching her I mean interact with him and I'm thinking he's [ __ ] banging her you know I mean because you could do in this jail you know I mean he could get away with it when it was a category C prison it was pretty awkward I know he came what C sounds like you're [ __ ] shagging hey what no I'm not no I'm not I won't [ __ ] right you were and he never said no friend you not me and then two days later give me a smile I love what you said like on that I say people get [ __ ] cards you know I'm Italian people what are you what the other one this black kid or people get jealous yeah you got jealous and he saw the black this black kid was there from London and he was banging this other bird this massive fat bird who was on education she worked really screwed but he were bangin her she we're coming on the wing they were going upstairs doing the education sock and he shut the door and he was getting also his all tricks and now over you know just rife in there you know yeah another one of our most watched videos is what happens the big guys in prison how would you answer that what other big guys in there just depends what I means as in what we're not sure all the like if you're a big guy going in yeah are you tired people trying to make the reputation of you or being big does that put people off having a go as far as off as far as really thats all about reputation i mean if you go in and you've got a bit of a reputation and somebody wants to get a reputation for themselves then you might be in a bit of trouble do you not I mean they might want to do something to get a name from the South you know they might do you some harm did you experience that do you know what I did I have experienced that I have experienced that with with people wants to get a name for themselves by attacking you and stuff like when you get a name you in the prison system and people know you are and you just you know it's all about thing you know and it's all about getting a badge and you know I move not ranks and people getting an earful itself and it's all about fear and it's all about intimidation and I've had a couple of experiences where you know I've had incidents with people in prison where it's just been over nothing been fights over nothing ah there's been some sort of interacting interaction you know whether just been trying to get a name for herself you know Isis and did that end up with a fight now those situations yeah one end up in the fire why I knew when a dumbbell end up with a dumbbell inside let me add another kid ended up with a dumbbell and inside of his head that way for me that my pal did it I that was over clean in the [ __ ] floor in the gym cleaning the floor little argument got out of hand and that's why I say never judge a book by its cover this guy was only about that big what [ __ ] me what's that you wanna clean oh yeah yeah you want it nice and clean so ya never judge a book by its cover so I end up in a fire and going through my legs my man ended up picking a dorm balance sticking it clean already I didn't kill him do you not I mean I was like oh but you nearly did not I mean Oh like live that was a bit soon what should not mean and what wigging import forty stitches and he's out of summer and then doodle going you know Isis you if you're a big guy you can get you can get troubled you know I mean you get but more times you just get left alone challenge you know I mean that's why ya know yourself you know why cause prison is full of prisons full of predators you're always waiting to prey on somebody if pretty cuz people see somebody their prisoners see some that are vulnerable and weak they will [ __ ] exploit and they'll be all of you if you see someone that's big who looks the part you can look after yourself leave your lawns you know I mean it's all you know cuz we're all in there for committing crimes you know we're all in doing things to people so what I was looking for I always think in jail it's either be believe you're either a bullet are you being bullied you not I mean it's it's it's just like that you know so young people watching this then what prison survival advice would you give them if any of them were heading em I think you know one of the biggest things you could do is keep yourself to yourself Sean you know it's going keep yourself to yourself don't sorts of people don't be loud in front of people don't tell people what you've got you don't you know I mean what we want to leave seven millionaires I've got a millionaire I'm a millionaire outside and all that old chestnut yeah just keep your mouth shut key itself to yourself and you'll always be all right thought get drugs off anybody don't borrow anything off anybody um you know and yeah you'll be fine you know have you worked like long when people started getting into drugs in jail Sean that said that's when that's a full court as well yeah door gamble because that can thing you can see people with cars people with cars or gambling on the wing and you can just easy get in and before you know what you're in debt you know at least a soft sense will appear games one of the worst addictions listen drugs gambling because it's no limit you know gambling there's no limit drug so you can only set so many drugs in a day and you probably be out of it gambling it's not limited you know what I mean once you down so watch each other Cheers yeah yeah your first Simon gel keep yourself to yourself if anybody says anything see you then front of motor out where because nine times are attorney I'll just be it'll just be bravado by somebody you know cuz the gels follow polish on you know like so you know if they call you out you see in front amount going out selling just of a fistfight definitely I don't even think nine sounds that son it even get there you won't even get to a fistfight because I thing actually 90% 90% of guys in jail probably never had a [ __ ] fight in a life anywhere but you'll get the 1% and it's you get like slim between the 1 and 10% not I've actually been brought up can actually fire and look after the salves and they're the kind of guys that quiet they're the guys that will you won't even know you be suck next time you're thinking it to be quiet and the next week and just when they want to turn it on others turn it on what you say the empty empty vessels are the loudest you know I mean that's a true saying so the big guys you could we've small listen could we [ __ ] on yeah yeah just you never judge a book by its cover you know it doesn't matter just because a big guy's a big guy get you gets up in the ball at you going down your knowledge isn't you know little guys have got a lot to prove and you little guys a public little guys are the ones that I've been bullied all the life by bigger guys I do not mean this is why they get you know just imagine I could just like think of the comments no you know Charles got another X Baldy on I've got another ball so so young person going in and advice dealing with guards and staff are dealing with stuff it might take on that is just to be friendly me and that's what I was I was just friendly to stuff I got on with stuff and it made my time a lot easier I never ever got into any difficulties with them because I just office think that's just a one-way ticket just to do a hard time Sean do you not I mean there's two ways you can do each time you can do it easier you can do it art and you can have your time made hard by prison stuff you know they don't have to assault your finger but they can make it time difficult you know if that Ghost I've got the power to do that loss that sauce to you so it's not spinning you you can make you late for your visit you can do we've got you know they're all connected or they could have friends in reception and you could have some property under there and it can delay that they can these tricks that can do to play on the mind or not of course you know if you want to think about my attack is just it's just get on with them you know it'll do be respectful yeah I've met a lot of people a lot of prison officers that I that I would I will go for a pilot with definitely age you're not I mean I will rather talk to them than some of the crackers that i've met in jail you know 100% you know jail millionaires aren't got a pot to piss in that a gangster's outside that you know in for beating the missus or but you know what I mean like gels full of them and so I'd rather talk to a prison officer rather say even you get called a snitch you know which they have been called a few sighs warped in or you can say it's eight some affairs which they don't you know I was going to say when he said friendly did you have somewhere you gotta draw the line yeah because my attitude was if the more you suppose yourself to anything the Mort can harm you right so i minimized expulsion right but if I was dealing with the guards I just like answer them politely respectfully but not really engage during the brownie I've got friends we want guy was a it was a member of stuff and he was into bodybuilding and training and stuff Lara and I when I was working in a sec in a sec he was working there so we got chatting about stuff on our lot and he's telling me been on steroids and all this kind of thought just so anyway one day I'm on the wing and the next thing he comes down to the wing with a [ __ ] bodybuilding magazine right in front of everybody but what now is secure aids removed off on this egg is unsecured he's many in black and I mean it's come damage in front of everybody's like yeah done I've got this bodybuilding maggin why oh my god [ __ ] you know Doctor Who arts image you know I mean every video well I'm just used to chatting with him down the segregation unit just you know just talking about life and stuff in our Bo family and I need to come down to give me this mug being nice they should have no you should have done what he didn't believe me I said listen Chris you can't do that you know you can't come to the wing and do stuff like that you know I mean people are gonna start talking yeah it would be nice that night was saying it was he was sound you know he was alright you know jury might say I'm I'd rather get on with them than some of the like I said some of the correct and you know well yeah that's the thing real things I'm not talking about people Burghley people's oh I never talks about my crimes was in prison you get people talking about the crimes and what they're doing are I was never did I never talks about my crimes ever with anybody in any real depth you know I mean people knew what I you know I work one for talking about burgle I know is in you know I'm stealing cars and you know and glorifying it an ally you know just you don't know if you're gonna get something just then just yeah I put on your infant so they can get the sentences would you yeah definitely yeah feeling crabs of it kram did they get these showers back on it what's up stealing cars stealing cars it's like a victimless crime coming in them does this peer pressure for taking the draw how easy for a young person to resist that to stay off the prison you know what it's not it's not it's it's not easy at all because if you have you've been say you've had a drug problem or you've been smoking or whatever and you go into prison you know it's just rife in you know people are willing to give it its yeah to get you to to get you in debt because they want you in your pocket you know I mean they want you you want to get control of you not I mean they want your [ __ ] seen they want your money so they'll pretty much give you what you want and then get you in debt cause I'm a big boy in the big boy - go ahead claps all the debts and stuff like you know I'm going to collect them come in on a Friday or whatever it is but it's not available in prison you know I mean apart from locking yourself in your cell and keeping her where he's pretty much in your face all the time you have to have some strong serious strong willpower you know serious non willpower and I mean I didn't you know for quite a long time I was using drugs in jail and you know and until I got to the stage was like getting positive drug tests I got positive ended up getting about 50 knees off this guy one day coming from chrome car obviously when you come in from car you know you're getting sentenced got a pass on plug debt saw your [ __ ] brought about hundred pills in with him I know it's a weed and loads of other [ __ ] so I'm on reception me so I got talking to him so soon as he tells me he's come from car and he's been selling us and always got something yeah so I'm like you blah blah blah is like yeah I've got a lot of [ __ ] pills and all that was that start with something I give some Bucky ba Baba so I ended up getting that twenty years and I absolutely a my fair share talk about five slide I'm a bad [ __ ] space cadet and then and then next morning the the skew if come through now I've got a to burp achieved as a toothpaste on the side that I've got with piss in it so when I get a piss test second thing get but I didn't like it on me it was on the windowsill yeah so they've come in they [ __ ] found achieve a pest hunt then obviously far right he's up to something cause if I already have this I'm still absolutely off me off my fair share for me was a big Meryl I swear to god it was like a literally will I have you add something a well an outside to selling because it's gonna come back anywhere when you know when it went what the [ __ ] if you Arden was a lot a lot of that Trisha oh well I said listen I said I'm struggling to piss who's Laura or I'll give you a bit of privacy what [ __ ] you no no testing Tessa ended up coming back positive MDMA MDA and unfair I mean so I ended up getting [ __ ] done for all that God yeah butch on that pest when he was off five my pocket and I knew was gonna get strip-searched and the way down oh [ __ ] me they're gonna catch me with he 514 off okay so on the way down to the table that's about the 5 on earth so I've got in there I've already been up all night and we sell another 5 I think that I will try to piss in the [ __ ] bar horrible pictures you've got that [ __ ] way what a little bit of Pixar could get you have to piss in a cup when you have to get like 50 mil and you've got a big mirror above you you got like a massive mirror above you I was like a somebody get in a supermarket and you've got a guard here and you've got another guard doing the paperwork and there's no music there's nothing and you just gotta stand there and he's watching you in your [ __ ] out and you've got a piss I know I can't do it maybe give you five I was to give you like now where you got the water yeah but you might have just been the side of some savage cat piss I used to get shy and sets up on put some music and I'll just saw some will you please talk yeah you know there's a silence like even so thought of I'm watching you when your [ __ ] out in it making you laugh your bollocks up and [ __ ] bend over and you know I just so if you can't piss in the UK is that an automatic fail you getting done and you're getting a Nikki straight away because then they're saying we don't know what you've got a new system and you're trying to hide it you get five hours and you get an extra hour of the nurse says your finger so I had difficulties all the time me every time I went for a piss to ask me I couldn't I couldn't piss though well therefore it was just trying to piss us off in front of somebody I don't even been to the toilet cubicle or whatever the songs next year you know when a prison officer after a full strip searches that's yourself you bollocks slot and open your ass cheeks there's a shopping [ __ ] mirror in front here watching your [ __ ] try and pass or not I mean and you don't want to I don't know buy this you can got no water you don't know Lonnie cuz I'll surprise you just jump on you it's knock it knock in the morning you know so I used to start filling myself full of are you know I mean after that sock and walking the walk because you could get away with it by drinking water so if you'd have failed it in the UK what privileges do you lose if you fail at you go straight on basic basic basic kids you get no visits your laptop got yeah you get no [ __ ] seen you get what you do you get that 250 come on and get super 50 can't aid it's just to give you access to the phone and stuff and you get restricted exercise restricted Association and everything's restricted you know it is literally get no TV so you just in your cell you can have a really are think of a like a cheap radio and you just lots off fault I'm really with it's just like going back to the night is really that's all it is basically going back going back to the night with an already on same in America but there are worst of the American warriors did that you take your fan from you Oh while watching you guys absolutely red are absolutely burning I've seen documentaries about it absolutely our song is like saying one at artsplace isn't it you know 50 degrees or something this summer yeah we're so cheese starts to melt that solves you somewhat on it you know you know that is like you know our graphed in it she's was like it's a different ballgame over there in it you know I said total different ball game altogether so what gave you the strength to get off the drugs and I think I think the far I was never gonna get out and I was never gonna see my kids again and I'm just gonna get old in jail and I was just gonna die one of my biggest fears it was I gonna die I was gonna die in jail that was gonna get cancer and I was gonna die and I was never gonna have a life for myself and because you got this in the air and in sentence then it wasn't heed you would ever get out not even realize what when I got sentenced nobody even knew what had gone on with a sentence said I thought I just got eight years but I didn't I ended up getting four years IPP which was the eight years cut in half and another day added a life sorry file so nobody really knew what the [ __ ] was going on you know and so I've got a sentence and it basically it's like 99 years on the computer someone I found out when I found out that I've got night 99 years in the computer and I've got a live sorry for me I just went I didn't ever released there you know I ain't murdered anybody out reacts anybody yeah I don't sue robberies but you know I never physically hurt anybody do not I made and have ended up getting a life sentence harsh like it was a bit harsh and but and the change the sentence enough to that and I got it I got just like I fell on lock hair that's why I got I peepee my violence in my robberies and most mostly instrumentals you're not I mean so so getting back to what you saying I was like on the wing and I was thinking I'm gonna get old I may be dying in prison you know what are you gonna do you know I genuinely gonna cite yourself at a DS gonna talk [ __ ] all your life and I met a guy called Ian mcLaughlin and that's a funny that's another funny story easy and you look killing somebody on a [ __ ] arm leave and it was him he said to me he'd been at Grenda I was he was at Grandin CC and he said why don't you do something won't you saw yourself get some ferret pair see what's going on up not yours and try and work it all out and he was one that put me onto the CC therapeutic community so I went to the CC at Grandin therapeutic community Grendon so we do groups in it's like a group therapy y'all sit in a group when you talk about your issues and stuff like I talked about your past and you basically what you do is you go back to the beginning and you start to unpick everything at pivotal points and you're in your password things up and char market but traumatic incidents and and stuff like that so you talk about your childhood all the way through to your offended to try and get some real deep understanding of where it all went wrong Sean you know and also know you could figure out roughly cooking if you were back yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah a lot of a lot of it for me was triggered to remember of his death and when my family split up you know obviously my mother brother died my mother break down and she had a mental breakdown and she blamed me for my brother's death and she wanted someone to blame and she'd blame me she used to say oh no she didn't mean that sign but I didn't know he said you know being 10 year old and being sold that you're responsible for your brother's death you know you do this like I didn't know she used to get drunk and stunned all of me and accused me and I didn't realize what were going really what was going on but all that had a massive effect on me you know even in relationships as an adult man I always thought that you know I was gonna be a left I was gonna be left and abandoned and you know I always had this feeling that I was always going to be abandoned and now that was all linked to my drug use and my offending you know it was what was a turning point for me when I got to that prison it was it was a turning point I would say it it changed my life in some ways you know I got a deep understanding of what of where I've been going wrong and you know our pots or pots arrest some you know some serious demons assessee on you know some serious demons it's good to hear you had a positive experience with some of the staff yeah a very positive experience I mean not just in not just at Grandin but the prisons I've been quite looking like that I I've only ever bumped into to prison offices that I will set out that I've said to myself I [ __ ] love to see you outside just to where of all the time in jail you know what dude on well what one was when I was scared from the hospital and I went to see my mom we then look bucking straps and I was impressed done and I was in the allowed oh I wasn't allowed out at all last I got doubled up with somewhere there so what I did is I started scratching my wrist because I knew that if I was class itself arm that would Dumbledore and the cell door get left open yes so that give me access to get out to bring my mom do not I mean so that's what I did a manipulate the system what I did it's all sorts my mom she was dying so I got punted off this guy and I did all that and anywhere getting out and I was in the form box and I was in my stripes I was in its like stripes he's like it's like once you were scared they put you in this suits like Cutlass like blue and yellow stripe John Pro whatever stand out from everybody else so I'm in the form box and I'm talking to my mom and they screw from pressed and he come in and he just ripped the door off and he just rip the phone right at me and and [ __ ] slamming it down and said you shouldn't be out you know I'm a cheeky bastard obviously than what I was a lot of emotions going on Jeff to choke you Jimmy and then I don't know it just kept me out about it but you know and look one back in the cell that could've easily be more time oh yeah definitely I couldn't the things that were bothering me and I've gone for the yeah definitely just in that moment you know cuz my mom he could hear a voice and she were Paulie and it was very more if you not I mean and you just come in like not just like nothing just called his I've ripped the phone at my and no no I asking anything just like BAM formed out cell you know so you're right the nd stretch now your reflect then you countering your demons and what you're thinking about what's gonna happen when you get relief and how are you gonna stay away from crime that was the the thing about state I wanted to move away you know when I got out what it said move away from where I was yeah because I thought if I move away from may all friends and you know old associates and stuff like people are not gonna asked me to do something I might not fall that far back in with it summer plan was to move away to move my area but I was fast to come back to my air you know I were when I got parole they were fast to come back there because my children are there they said that I needed to bond with my children that was an issue that I needed to bond with them because a company that's [ __ ] about not San Juans you know I mean I didn't know I've been in jail get 12 years yeah and I would you can you bond with a kid on a visit you know you can't so they said that was an issue and they need to address that so that's what brought me back to the area you know so that brings a lot of feelings back up of all the past you know all your friends you know people still being about I can't get a job nobody it's up to me with a job and nobody's willing to give you the chance you know Isis you've got all the qualifications you've kept your head down you've worked I worked hard you know I worked really hard in prison I worked so hard I just really really want to change my life really wanted to turn it around not just talking it Sarkar giving lip service I was serious about it so I did all the qualifications and I did stuff to get a job so I'm thinking when I get out I'm gonna get employment well instead of being a ghetto and it's just like you have to disclose your past canyons I'm like yeah being in prison like yeah okay and I read in prison for armed robbery well we'll have to get back to you on that one do you know I mean I think you know that happened and it gets up then it gets up and then I'll end up getting depressed you know I've got depressed and you look upon medication and I just thought there's nothing out here for me I'm not going to get a job I'm never going to be anything I'm just gonna go back to a friend and I thought you know what before I go back to a friend and a warm back to jail and that's what I did I went back and I leave my cell phone sorry Messala I got back Aaron it was about that that when I got a job yeah that's what I mean you look you got someone's taught you one I need so you need yeah exactly exactly yeah a nice way that knows you that's gonna stand on for you because most people I just you just say these convictions or you know in front of on me see in black and white did not know you as a person they don't know what you've been through what you know you're probably not not willing to give you a chance and that's what happened you know about your family them yeah yeah so that's why I started going to college I know going to college and doing plastering because it because I couldn't get any job so far best thing to do for me is to go to college is to learn plastering to get self-employed to you Castro so I swapped it tell you what we did kitchens and right like we have the same group of people because one's done kitchens you know was all my plastic Corning and doing we have blood the electrician so we used to say ones all the time all right and this plasticity just like its add together in reasons I perfectly just booked within two weeks there's a good plasters out to find yeah very ossifying as a skillet is this guy is this skillets art you know have you know I've done a bit of work and it's it's it's very hard and sit you know it's rewarding though you know I was I was lucky that I went to a college and the chewy knew about me and he was absolutely good as gold you know he was absolutely and he retires this year and it's sad really what you know I really enjoyed the fish yes in you know I doing that it's just because that was the only way that I'm ever gonna get anything I'm not going to get anywhere part from that so what no one's gonna you don't have to disclose anything do scores anything that's the best thing about it you know I can work for myself can hear me or money no one can tell me what to do yeah and yeah so how many years of reading off the drugs now probably about for about two and a half years now so in half years fuller by Christmas this Christmas sound all that was a bit of a bit ever mud ones you know army you know when I apart in at Christmastime and they looked getting a positive drug test okay and so yeah put your back to high-risk right away you know was lower medium risk and then the drug test put me back to high risk so yeah but like for full on using drugs now no not so on so if they've got you for the crime now they could potentially put you back and you'd have to do 99 know if it was lots of that it's 99 years it's 99 years or parole so they can keep me in of any years on that in amber on release the differences with his sentence is ten years so I've got a 10-year license I've got seven years left of that license know what shouldn't trying to get I'm gonna get appealed soon because I've been a B no my last review there's no information or intelligence about offending event college you've kept me at doubt I've had a couple of blips in Sabine out what I think that is kind of expected you're not going to get a jail after doing 13 years and another couple of little blips you know I mean it's not it's just unrealistic yeah and what you fitness program these days yeah Jim oh I'm kneeling in there every day you know training I do like split circuits do training like normal bench shoulder sir and then I'll do a circuit on top where I'll do like I got two steps together get these two Reebok steps and I all Reebok steps I'll get like a big Sun bag on me thing it's like a rugby training bag it's like 25 kilo I'll get that on me back and do some step ups and then it I'll do like 20 step what's put it down and then I'll get on your bar do a set on the bar I'll just rotate it like that we in that I think that's thing that's kept me add together shots are the endorphins but seems to replace yeah definitely I did a lot of running when I was in prison that's one of the reasons you know I I just I was a started getting into running and I doubt if anyone has ever been into running proper but you know I call running and put music on an ally really is something else you know it's it's very addictive well not man I just want to congratulate you finally on turning your life around it's all these people watching this up you know put your comments below the video let us know what you think of Danny's story you've got questions for him put them below the video is there any way people that look can help you in your life with what you're doing now em I mean leaking gained so I've got me email address if they want to get email me right what kind of help would suit you why are you of the country then Rochdale Manchester okay yeah oops tell - if anyone's in the Rochdale area me + + royal kitchen destroy one as well
