all right this is where're starting our video here at Arby's as you can see we're going to know how they do the beef and Cheddars and steps this is where of course they keep the Buns is at the freezer area where they kept keep it at a -10° we have uh beef patties in these boxes and stuff like that um yeah we can see the up sign and we see the barely the roast beef sign but yeah this is this is their freezer area and there's some frozen roast beef doesn't look so great right now but you know what it does get better uh over here is the cooler area where they have to wait for it to get to even 38° before they can start their cooking process and yeah we're going to start going from here cuz it's great stuff right right here we have the ovens right here in the ovens they ke keep them at um 200° and they are cooked for 48 hours before serving once they get them out out they pull up the big slabs right there hold in our sham so ready to be used all right this is Yep this is what they call the Sham where they just hold it in there and stays in there at a nice temperature keep it all nice and moist and good to go so it doesn't spoil or anything so we know this ain't McDonald's now so going good here um I need to beef change all right so we have the slicer right here actually watch us do a beef change in reality okay we get to see the beef change that's going to be awesome reality here we go so he's right now grabbing that out gra on the floor R there be doing any fan we [Music] so all right here we have the roast beef fresh out you can see that steam coming right off and everything yeah I remember they're hot raise that up and once you set it in that thing locks back down in place to make sure there's pressure on top of the roast beef to push down as it goes through the slicer and we want to make sure I guess we don't miss any don't no waste and now now when we he goes it'll go through the slicer and everything if I remember right the proper weight size for a beef and cheddar is 3 oz the 3 oz okay and we're going to do that so it's not so thick you'll see it slowly start to come out here and over here we've got the Buns preparing the onion buns just slip them down in the toaster they all toast out and then they drop out like magical out there like a chicken lay in the golden eggs here we [Music] go course right here one side we've got the Arby sauce special we still never know what the Special Sauce is and then the cheddar thing all right so now we have Arby sauce on one side and cheddar on the other over here now we have a perfect weight supposed to go to 3 oz or almost almost there we go they try to make sure their customers get everything they can there we go 3 oz and then goes right on top of there cheddar flips over on top and we have different go and flip it side to side and it's ready for delivery for the next General Public to be eating and that's how they make the AR sandwiches over here of the beef and cheddar
