blacktop and exceed the limitations of mainstream Caravans secondly it's about embracing the nomadic lifestyle we all know and love the Aesthetics its tonal color palette the mountain range theme graphic and even the globe icons throughout and that world map on the roof really help the camper find a home whilst out exploring natural environments and finally it's about connecting like-minded enthusiasts embracing arb's Global footprint the trailer we see here today will ultimately be enjoyed by users all around the world connecting enthusiasts through the Earth camper Community let's go check out the camper and I'll walk you through the details the first thing that stands out is this one-piece welded exoskeleton chassis that extends right from the hitch to the tail and even up and around the roof steel tube fabrication is arb's Heartland compared to traditional rectangular chassis cylindrical tubing is much stronger as there are no weak points from corners and consistent strength across its interior and exterior surfaces it is also more resistant to flexing and torsional twist underweight and was therefore The Logical solution when designing the Earth camper chassis plus there's something pretty special about mandrel bent steel when it's done right integrating with this exoskeleton is an equally bespoke ARB suspension system that features one of the longest trailing arms on the market and a vertically orientated coilover strut shock absorber design by maximizing the length of the trailing arm to 900 millimeters ARB Engineers were able to reduce strain on suspension components and extract greater wheel travel ultimately providing a smoother ride and better traction the natural advantages of a vertically orientated shock absorber allow the shock to achieve 100 efficiency as any movement at the axle is reflected directly in the shock normally space constraints prohibit the shocks from being mounted vertically however in the earth camper the exoskeleton and the suspension system were designed first making it truly built the purpose the shocks themselves are an old man emu Nitro charger Sport with custom valving and spring rate to suit the trailer's unique ride handling and weight characteristics whilst we're in this space keeping the trailer on the road we've got a set of custom 16-inch ARB Alloys in a Landcruiser or Hilux stud pattern these are wrapped in a set of 32-inch Maxis razor all-terrain tires even the included spare is an alloy in terms of stopping power we've got a set of heavy duty 12-inch electric brakes regarding all the critical componentry it keeps the trailer on the road the decision was made to use commonly available Parts meaning in the unlikely event of emergency spare parts are never too hard to find meaning the holiday never stops now with the trailer's fundamentals covered let's start at the hitch and make our way around the camper before opening it up and exploring inside ing up the front we have a cruise Master do35 off-road coupling this is by far the safest and strongest off-road hitch on the market we've also chosen to use the cruise Master handbrake which flows through to a set of 12-inch electric brakes to stop the trailer all of the cabling is neatly protected for extreme off-road conditions in terms of jockey wheel after thousands of kilometers of off-road testing we've upgraded this many times and we now have an arc 500 series heavy duty jockey wheel welded on the front of the drawbar are a set of accessory rails to Future proof us for additional accessories we might want to put on the front drawbar currently it's attached with a front Stone protector with a heavy duty mesh designed to protect the most vulnerable areas of the camper from upthrown rocks and stones attached to the bottom of the stone protector are an additional set of mud flaps to protect the front of the camper underneath from extra Stone spray this is supported with a neat underslung mud flap designed to protect the rear half of the camper from the same thing also in this base we've leaned on our knowledge in ARB under vehicle protection and developed a camper-specific bash plate mounted underneath moving up the stone protection doesn't stop there we've included a set of quality paint protection film panels to protect all the vulnerable areas above these Rock guards moving up top we've got an ARB base rack that's compatible with all of the base rack accessories we all know and love we've got 120 watt roof mounted solar panel and an ARB dust suppression system all of which come completely standard off the production line at the advertised price the dust suppression system is a unique design by ARB featuring two roof vents which is imported internally by an engineered frame that houses two ARB air filter Elements which are serviceable and replaceable over time this pressurizes the front boot area and kitchen area to reduce the amount of dust Ingress on your remote area travels jumping inside now this is our front boot area this is a great General storage area for those items that don't usually have a home things like camp chairs tables general recovery equipment and it's also where we choose to house the Earth camper canvas storage bag this bag is great for all of those canvas additions you might use with the camper things like the ensuite room awning walls or wind brakes and even the extension piece that connects the awning with the rear canvas that comes included it even has an integrated vent if you're packing away these things wet until you get home to air them out whilst we're in this space it's also worth noting that the camper includes a heavy duty scissor jack to allow you to change a tire whilst on the open road if necessary [Music] up top we have our Earth camper Essentials kit look at this like the glove box in your car in the fact that it houses all of the essential items for the camper each camper comes with its own personalized document wallet which is intended to house things like a user manual tax invoice and all the documentation that comes with your new camper other items in the essentials kit include a spare hubcap awning guy ropes and pegs and even a stove wind deflector for the kitchen we'll talk about in just a moment [Music] now let's jump around the side of the camper and check out the fridge and Pantry area included on the inside of these going doors is an LED touch button light it's dual temperature and dimmable starting at the top and working our way down this is our pantry top shelf and it's also where we've chosen to house the Earth camper pole storage bag on the right hand side of our top shell we've got our pantry 12 volt system featuring a voltmeter for quick reference on battery levels a traditional USB and USBC socket and a 12 volt cigarette board next up is our pantry storage drawer this has been cleverly filled with a range of dedicated ARB gear bags the first of which is our camp kitchen organizer this is designed to house our Cutlery cooking utensils and plates and sits neatly on the halfite pantry storage bag which is perfect for tins and other low height food items at the rear we've got our full height bag which is great for everything else fridge that comes included with every Earth camper off the production line is the largest in the ARB range a 96 liter dual zone fridge freezer as the name suggests this is a true dual zone many can run one compartment as a fridge and the other is a freezer or both if you choose really speaking to that point that this camper is designed to go off-grid for long periods at a time this is mounted on a full extension ARB fridge slide which includes a lockout to stop the fridge from rolling back in if you're parked on an angle up front it also has another USB socket great for charging your phone but also a 240 Volt Plug-In so you can cool the fridge down before heading off on the trails and you don't drain your batteries noting the incredibly compact footprint of the camper having a fridge this size included as standard is a big win for the Earth camper finally in this space we have a fire extinguisher which is great access for the kitchen we'll show you now [Music] thank you the slide kitchen on the earth camper is one of my personal favorite design features as it is fully self-supportive and offers a huge practical workspace that doesn't get lost while you're cooking because the kitchen actually swings out from underneath the bench space now fully set up we can see that there's a premium three burner fed for gas stove with an integrated kitchen sink and mixer tap bringing you some of those Creature Comforts from home and making cooking and washing up on the road a breeze up front we've also included a slide out Cutlery drawer this guy is great for storing chopping boards plates tea towels you name it fueling the kitchen is provisioned for two four kilogram gas bottles become included with the camper and even wrapped in a neat little neoprene jacket cover whilst also in this space we can see we've got an external mounted water tap for easy access to your water this is connected to two 70 liter water tanks mounted centrally underneath the vehicle and accessed via the water pump switch in the main control panel this particular camper is also fitted with the optional air compressor upgrade kit switched here with the remote air outlet here this is great for inflating tires or other accessories or even using the blow gun to clean up campsite having the compressor fitted to the camper means it's always with you regardless of what tow vehicle you're using before we walk around to the back of the camper let's also note that included are two rear stabilizer legs perfect for helping you level out when you get to Camp at the base of this mountain range theme graphic is a rear door wet storage compartment which is perfect for Recovery gear spare parts wetsuits or any items that don't need total protection from the elements thank you as we make our way around to the other side of the camper we're going to really appreciate the Symmetry from left to right this bottom compartment houses two 20 liter Jerry cans this particular camper has a 20 liter diesel Jerry which forms the fuel cell for the diesel heater we'll talk about in a moment plus an extra 20 liters of water the water fill point is behind this lockable door and up top got a 240 volt 15 amp Mains power Inlet to power up the GPO Outlets inside the camper and also charges batteries now whilst we're in this space one particular favorite from our design team is the intersection of these two bends and the welds on these radiuses really showcasing the collaboration between our design and Fabrication teams now up top this is our pole storage compartment or on this particular camper if you choose to fit the ensuite room accessory that's where this gets housed down an opening window is standard off the production line and it's actuated from a Winder inside the cabin now to access the brains of the earth camper and all the electronics just pop open this access panel these are all your fuse block circuit breakers and battery isolators have housed this particular model is fitted with the redarc red Vision upgrade and the diesel heater upgrade which changes the look of this compartment a little bit the wilbasto diesel heater is going to be a big hit in cooler climates and for those cold Desert Nights and it's packaged neatly behind the back of the slide kitchen moving down we've got an external Anderson plug fitted great for additional solar input this works well with the existing reduct range sold through the ARB Network and particularly handy if you camped in a shady spot you can move the portable panel to capture the most amount of sunlight also in this base is a welded on ARB or high lift jacking Point there's four of these on the exoskeleton chassis and it's perfect for getting you out of a sticky situation and back on the trails moving back to the front of the camper this is the final compartment we have to talk about this is another great General storage area or like in the case of this camper is also the position we've chosen to house a number of other accessories front and center we've got our Joker hot tap this is a hot water and shower upgrade kit we've got a separate video on this which goes into all of the details speaking with the owner of the company but it's a really cool product with a bunch of awesome features it's also mounted to the camper on a bespoke ARB mounting bracket which swivels out on a three-step motion [Music] now that it's in its usable position it also gives us great access to the other accessories and the spare tire if we ever need to change it up top this camper is also fitted with a redarc 2000 watt inverter ARB Engineers have developed a universal mounting bracket to package the red eye converter range from 350 watt all the way through to 2000 Watt meaning charging or powering up all of your favorite 240 volt accessories like camera laptop or drone batteries or even running your favorite coffee machine at bush is all possible through this popular Tech upgrade making our way down we also see our front storage locker bags these are tailor-made to suit the front of the camper one of them comes included with the hot water kit and an additional one can be purchased separately if you'd like to double stack them clever storage is crucial in campers with such a small footprint and these bags utilize every inch of spare room available this one which comes with your hot water kit is great for housing all of your hoses and accessories for use with the shower room [Music] included in the hot water kit is Joker's magnetic shower head which attaches neatly along any part of the campus chassis also comes with that off-grid plumbing kit which includes a remote 12 volt water pump and an inline water filter which even allows you to draw water from a nearby lake or river many you've got essentially endless hours whilst off grid and just finally before we move on also included a 2 240 volt GPR Outlets this one ought to stay permanently plugged in as it's charging the redarc manager 30 BMS unit so that wraps up the exterior walk around of the camper while it's packed up let's jump back around the other side drop the rear door and explore inside the camper can take on two different personas depending on the camping style you're after whether it be a quick roadside overnighter or an Extended Stay holiday the Earth camper can truly do both alright so just before we drop the rear door this accredited badge applied by the Caravan industry of Australia recognizes that ARB is a licensed RV map business and that we are committed to consistently supplying campers that meet the relevant adrs and compliance regulations and are regularly checked for doing so okay so back to the camper itself the real beauty of the ARB Earth camper is you can get into bed in less than a minute via the simple push of a button [Music] the push button automatic rear door is one of the main features the Earth camper can hang its hat on it truly makes camping really convenient and in this mode which we like to call the overnighter it's great for those overnight stops or if it's pouring down rain because you can seat shelter fast and of course there is also a manual override built in by pulling on the manual release catches on either side we see here power to the rear door can be isolated through this switch here and locked manually through the access panel make sure the canvas covers the arm mechanism when staying overnight and use the adjustable feet to suit the ground you're camping on [Music] with the arms now covered we're ready to jump into bed this access door can also be locked for overnight security another thing I love about the ARB camper is that all the storage areas are accessible without having to set up the rear canvas internally the main storage is underneath the bed and this is broken into two parts the first of which is this neat little clear top storage bag this is great for those smaller clothing items such as shoes thongs jackets and hats and fits really neatly underneath the drawer secondly we have our main underbed storage drawer which slides out Simply like this and even as an added bonus we've added this neat flip out dining table in the drawer itself we've got a couple of top shelf organizers before making way for our main clothing storage area with access to the bed in less than one minute the overnight mode is going to be a big hit for quick stops on the road now let's continue to the full setup and show the ARB camper in all its Glory in just a few moments what was a really compact camper has now been transformed into this Ripper campsite we see here the rear canvas has been extended to feature really comfortable and versatile internal living and dining area and the side awning has also been erected to provide great shelter to the kitchen and exterior living another unique feature of the ARB Earth camper is the fact the side awning is housed internally when in transit meaning it can't get hung up on low hanging obstacles or tree branches on those tougher Trails it also complements the overall Aesthetics of the camper body the awning can either be freestanding in calm conditions or extend even further with the included poles we'll show you in a moment the there's even some handy little numbers on each arm to help you when you're packing it away and the included LED light reflects nicely against the awning to provide warm ambient lighting for your campsite set up to this point is a straightforward process and requires only one person and it provides a really comfortable camping experience for the whole family whilst the ARB Earth camper set up in this position is suitable for most of your campsites for those extended stays over Christmas and Easter and a truly Grand setup there's still more to see let's go check it out now [Music] so how good is that with the two awning wind breaks added the awning extension piece added that connects the rear canvas with the outdoor living and kitchen area and also the rear awning out the ARB camper now in its final form expands three-fold providing a premium home base for all of your off-grid experiences clearly it's pretty well equipped from Factory but for even more convenience we're also offering an ensuite room upgrade this Camp has got it fitted so let's go show you now any great off-road camper would not be complete without provision for a shower and toilet we've already touched on the hot water and shower kit from Joker and our ensuite room accessory Works excellent with that we've intentionally made this oversized so there's more than enough room for your amenities but due to its size it's also a great additional room sheltered from the elements and even acts as a secondary Standalone awning we've integrated a clever little cutout window which allows you to control the temperature and water flow of your shower in real time there's also some thoughtfully placed hooks around to carry your toilet roll towels shower head and even plenty of space for other ARB accessories like the ARB toiletries bag as we make our way inside the camper it's clear there is an abundance of space both in the internal living and dining area but also the head height in the bedding area ensuring you never feel claustrophobic despite the compact size two steps covered in yacht grade EVA foam flooring provide easy access up into the bed these make way to a full-size queen bed featuring 150 millimeter thick high density foam mattress to ensure you always have a great sleep wherever the Earth camper takes you whoever storage has been a consistent theme throughout the design of the camper and the inside is no different up top we've got four overhead storage lockers coupled by two side by side adjacent to the bed the walls have two cargo organizer pockets and the Bed Head features the main cargo organizer which is great for books sunglasses and Maps perfect for planning out that next adventure and of course we saw the main internal storage underneath the bed earlier in this video in terms of ventilation up top we've got two multi-directional Scirocco fans coming as standard every camper is also fitted with a wind-out open window and the rear canvas has plenty of fly screen Windows and Doors don't forget for those cool requirements we've also got the wabasto diesel heater accessory available as an upgrade for privacy or if you're just after a sleep-in the campus got you covered with these blackout blinds [Music] whilst we're in this space there's also plenty of tech inside we've got six traditional USB sockets and two usbcs perfect for the modern day smartphone or charging your iPad when you're watching movies for your 240 volt accessories we've got two GPI Outlets mounted above the main control panel and fused out of the way coming in standard fitment with every ARB camper is the premium redarc manager 30 battery management system this controls all of your isolating charging and accessory switching needs centralized in one location this particular camper has the red Vision upgrade from redarc which provides the ultimate control at the touch of your fingers and even on your smartphone we've got a separate video on this linked below which goes into all the details with the red eye professionals this is the campus Central Hub and is also where we switch most of our accessories like our internal lighting we've got an internal reading light on each side of the bed our main tent light for the rear canvas and some ambient Lighting on the roof to set the mood as part of the RV map program we've also fitted an internal smoke detector and finally underneath the mattress mounted low on Central is where you'll find the campus batteries included as standard is a 100 amp hour lithium battery with the option there to add a second to power up bigger inverters or
