exalt your holy name god we thank you for that old rugged cross we thank you for the finished work at calvary we thank you for the shedding of your blood father it is a new day and certainly we give thanks unto you we lift and exalt your holy name god you're worthy to be praised from the rising of the sun to the very going down you're worthy to be praised god we thank you for this opportunity god that you have afforded us to see another day in the middle of the crisis in the middle of what they call a pandemic god where so many is losing their life and so many is getting affected by this virus but god you are keeping us ashamed we thank you for the blood we thank you god because you are our defense you are a rock you know we relent god you are our protector hallelujah god we are depending on you our dependence is not a man or our dependence is not on any other source but you god and so we look to you this afternoon god oh we thank you when we praise you when we lift and adore your holy name god we thank you that you have speared us we thank you that you have covered us god as your word that said he that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty god we want to stay under your wings god until this virus passes by god we want you to keep us in the name of the lord jesus god keep us god till the storm passes by in the name of the lord jesus father we pray this afternoon as we come together god hallelujah on all source and various hallelujah on youtube and facebook hallelujah live stream god as we come together hallelujah to hear a word from you this afternoon god father we pray in the name of the lord jesus that you will open up the windows and the doors of heaven while some are perturbed about what is happening god we know god because your word have declared and told us already that when we see these things look up because of a redemption droid nine we are living in the last and closing days god and this is time that we need to draw closer today but god we need a word from heaven god to give us the assurance and to navigate us through this pandemic in the name of the lord jesus father we pray this afternoon god that you will remember remember remember our pastor and leader bishop dr colin carley as he will come with the word today we pray god that you will anoint him from the very ground of his head until the very soul of his feet god we pray god that when he opens his mouth and speak to us god it will not be coming from him but it will be coming from heaven because this is the time god we need a word from you god we need a word god to comfort us to take us through this uh god period and time that we are going through father we pray this afternoon god that you will send us a profound word send us a direct word send us an encouraging word send us a word to strengthen us as we ask of this in jesus holy name we pray amen hallelujah amen amen amen glory to god thank you mr brown for that prayer praise god holy ghost we're going to get in our scripture and our scripture today is taken from titus chapter 2 praise the lord jesus and paul speaking to young titus and telling him how to prepare the church the doctrine must be preached brethren and it's about doctrine each and every one of us have to live according to the doctrine all right if you turn with me to titus chapter two but speak of the things which become sound doctrine we all have that doctrine that the age of men be sober grave temperate sound in faith in charity in patience the age women likewise that they be in behavior as becometh holiness not false accusers not giving them much wine teachers of good things that they may teach the young women to be sober to love their husbands to love their children to be discreet chase keepers at home good obedient to their own husbands that the word of god be not blasphemed young men likewise exhort to be sober minded in all things showing thyself a pattern of good works in doctrine showing on corruptness gravity sincerity sound speech that cannot be condemned that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed having no evil thing to say of you exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters and to please them well in all things not answering again not prolonging but showing all good fidelity that they may adorn the doctrine of god our savior in all things for the grace of god that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we should live soberly righteously and godly in this present world praise the lord looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing hallelujah of the great garden our savior jesus christ who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a peculiar people zealous of good works these things speak and exhort and rebuke with all authority let no man despise thee come on somebody praise the lord he's coming back again brethren the church must be set in a raid we see young titus here and and paul speaking to the church praise god and giving us an example that all of the body of christ here has to be bring into order from the age men to the age women to the young men to servants praise the lord jesus all has to be brought in to that prayer and to get to the measure and stature and the fullness of christ and being sober in all that they do praise the lord so there's so much to take from that scripture today and i'm sure pastor has a word for each and every one of us praise the lord jesus but we just need a word today brethren above all else if we don't get a word what shall we do we need a word from heaven praise the lord ah glory to god thy word thy word have i hid in my heart that i might not sin against jesus it's a word that's going to ground us and hold us in that position praise the lord jesus we're getting ready for some consecration coming up in the near future here but i have some announcement ecclesiastical bench amen saints friends loved one we salute you in the wonderful exalted name of jesus praise god the name that is lovely the name that is up is precious and mortal tongue there is no other name as precious and mortal tongue as the name of jesus amen coming to you today from can you navigate your way to the book of acts chapter 2 verse 39 amen praise god the book of acts chapter 2 verse 39 praise god and just say an amen and i know you're there praise god let's read it together for the promise is unto you and to your children and to all that are afar off even as many as the lord our god shall call for the promise is unto you praise god i want to speak to you from the subject today the promise is still alive praise god hallelujah come on tell yourself the promise is still alive come on touch yourself and tell yourself the promise on me is still alive oh hallelujah and there's somebody sitting beside you somebody nearby where you're sitting in your family room in your living room and then we appointed them and tell them the promise is still alive hallelujah shout to glory if you believe that in the name of the lord shout the glory hallelujah you may be seated in the presence amen of an awesome powerful god praise god praise god hallelujah amen praise god amen praise god the book of acts comes to us from the writings of dr luke the physician who wrote his narrative after his name saint luke now he continues his his narration amen entitled the acts of the apostles which speaks to amen the workings of the holy ghost through the lives of the apostles for the expansion of the church um the episode this narration this narrative is is is addressed amen as the prologue says to uh to someone a man who has a special name but but luke is careful amen to say that the former treatise uh have i made o theophilus of all that jesus began both to do and teach two things to do and teach amen until the day amen which he was taken up after that through the holy ghost uh the holy ghost the word is dominant through the book of acts amen and is given commandments unto the apostles not every apostles but the apostles whom he has chosen amen praise god there's nothing more powerful amen to rest your confidence in as to know that you are chosen amen uh it means that there is a divine sovereign intention of god to choose youth oh hallelujah and when there is that act amen i've been chosen upon your life you can rest assure that it doesn't matter how the storm clouds will roll and the billows and the sun will refuse to shine sometimes amen the power of his sovereign call will hold you through any situations oh hallelujah amen whom he has chosen and to whom also he has shown himself alive after his passion amen so luke is saying that after his resurrection he showed himself alive amen by many infallible proofs that means the proofs cannot be debated it means the proof cannot be questioned by mortal tongue they are infallible proofs oh hallelujah amen amen the testimonies amen are certainly are not circumstantial evidence they are eyewitness evidences there's something about eyewitness news it means it's not secondhand or third-hand news but you were right there and behold it with your eyes and what your eyes have behold nobody can try to convince you that you never saw it oh hallelujah i heard the apostle peter said you can say what you want to say but he says i was on the holy mountain and i saw the transfiguration i saw moses and elias appear i was right there oh hallelujah raise your hand and shout her glory in the presence of almighty god amen that you are you were chosen by god and so luke says in his prologue amen that jesus showed himself alive come on now that means he is alive and he showed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs being seen of them for 40 days the days of probation and for 40 days he went around and expressed infallible proof that i am alive oh hallelujah come on now he showed himself even unto thomas who declare i will not believe it until i see him jesus then appeared unto thomas and said thomas here is my side thomas here is my hand you can push your finger if you want proof but when thomas behold him and saw the nail printer and the prince of the spear in his side thomas said that is enough my lord and my god shout hallelujah in your house in your kitchen in your living room in your car in your vehicle open up your mouth and say glory hallelujah and so amen luke says he did that for 40 ye days michael he even appeared unto the disciples mighty god and had a fish dinner with them oh hallelujah come on see [Music] it was a fish dinner and not a port in a shout glory it was a fish dinner and not a steak dinner shout out hallelujah he broiled the fish he did not friday the glory my god and he had a dinner with them infallible proof shower glory they were in the room locked away from the governmental authority and jesus just passed through the door came in and said peace be until oh hallelujah infallible proof shout the glory my god jesus then the bible said he began now to give them post resurrection amen instruction hallelujah he went back to the pre and bring the pre into the post and open up their understanding that they might understand the scriptures for the bible the said that back in the pre he spoke in parables amen and he gave them language that was hard to be understood now in the post lectures he's open up their understanding to the parabolical saying that he gave them amen before his resurrection and now luke says he's speaking of those things pertaining the kingdom of god oh hallelujah and he sent them now to terror in jerusalem amen for the power of the kingdom oh hallelujah he said wait here amen if i go not the comforter will not come and so jesus amen while he was talking to his disciples something mysteriously happened amen why he was talking in the midst of his talking and elevation took place he began to elevate himself above the disciples and they are looking while he's going up oh hallelujah and he kept going up and they are looking and then came an angel's voice and said amen of galilee [Music] why stand he gazing up to heaven this same jesus oh lord who's coming back this same jesus that you see go up shall return in like man oh glory be to god they journeyed unto jerusalem they went into an upper room oh hallelujah and after 10 days my god remember 40 days he spent with him and then 10 days after he left 40 plus 10 is 50 50 is a day of jubilee of liberation come on off release shout release shout out liberty come on i'm not that 50th day something happened oh hallelujah heaven invaded earth hallelujah the will of god came to earth the good pleasures of the lord touched down and planet earth hallelujah the glory of the lord that ezekiel saw that lift the threshold of the temple walked through the doorway of the temple that left and went and stood over the mountain and there was no intercessor to cry for the glory to remain on the land and the glory was carried by a chariot from heaven from planet earth but now dr luke is saying and 10 days something happened to earth earth receive the favor of the lord earth thy earth earth with the curse spiritually is almost dead hallelujah for now there luxury a sound from heaven hallelujah with a mighty russian wind why is it russian because somebody life is threatened by death that's what revival is revival is the inflow of the holy ghost to resurrect a life that is threatened by death shall glory open up your mouth and say yes lord [Music] thank you lord wave your hand and tell the lord thank you almighty god and sooner earth that was almost a life support system amen income a flow a life flow amen that touch down on earth hallelujah amen there were some dead folks trying to do some rituals and some ceremonial acts which was not helping amen man's sickness oh hallelujah thousands of them was there with diverse washington and all rituals and customs dress a certain way for the performance of the ritualistic amen demonstration to the people trying to bring life out of that which is cursed because how can you bring life out of that which is cursed they were gathered at jerusalem oh hallelujah with the dead rituals come on say yeah amen and every year they came and nothing happened come on shout the glory for in the old testament it was the sheep of the animal dying for the shepherd shout the glory but in the new testament now it is the shepherd dying for the sheep shout hallelujah my god and so luke says amen it was a day called pentecost amen that all jews came from everywhere amen to perform and to do their duty but in the midst of it oh hallelujah amen the holy ghost amen the second invaded earth oh hallelujah down in the upper room to 120 people who were seated up there and they received the gift of the holy ghost and they began to magnify god and to praise god oh hallelujah my god and those that were of amen the circumcision and those that came to pentecost amen could not function because 120 people had just been endowed with kingdom power with kingdom anointed with kingdom shekinah oh hallelujah and they were shouting and glorifying god oh hallelujah and peter stood up to preach the first apostolic message oh hallelujah and i heard peter said for the promise this holy ghost amen is unto you amen what we are operating under we are operating under the promise that your prophet prophesy [Applause] would come to pass we are operating under that promise that your prophet your will said in the last days said the law i will pull round off my spirit up and awfully this is what your prophet did prophesy [Music] so luke says that peter said for the promise is unto you it's not for me alone it's unto you and to your children and to those that are for all even as many as the lord our god shall call and so now those hundred and twenty the bible said they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine fellowship breaking bread and prayer oh hallelujah and again continue in one accord in the temple breaking bread from house to hell that's what we are doing now from house to house everybody house is breaking bread right now come on shout the glory i can see in your home your breaking break which is the word of the lord they did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart praising god come on praise the lord in your home praise the lord in your kitchen praise the lord in your bedroom praise the lord in your basement praise the lord in your suv praise the lord in your automobile shouty having favor with the people come on oh hallelujah the emperor was hostile against these oneness people my god great persecution him all for the bible herod the king stretched out his hands to fix the church and he killed james the brother of john with the sword and it pleased the people come on stephen was just murdered and saul was breathing out threatening and slaughtered against the disciples of the law but the more he threatened the more he slaughtered the more the power of the lord was manifested so [Music] near to damascus amen suddenly there shine a light around him amen from heaven and he fell to the ground god didn't have to touch him just light him up show the glory come on just shut the light and he was off his horse he was on the ground shout glory my god don't even have to touch your heart just shine the light and the light is as powerful as a punch or a knuckle shoulder glory and paul who we saw and heard the voice and he said unto saul saul saul why are you persecuting me and saul said who are you lord amen and the lord said i am jesus hold up persecuted it's hard to kick against the bridge and he was trembling and astonished amen and the lord said unto him arise get up off here get up off the ground go to a city and it shall be told thee what the ought to do and the lord tap into ananias and said ananias go down to a car straight you will find one saw behold he prayed and i said lord i can't do this one amen we are scared down here on planet earth we know what he's doing unto us down here but the lord said unto ananias go thy way for he's a chosen vessel unto me to bear my name before the gentiles and kings and the children of israel for i will show him great things he must suffer for my name sake and ananias got up through his garment about him amen walked down to the street called straight was led into the house how did ananias know the house the spirit of the lord led him to the house and he walked through the earth and as he walked through the door he put his hand on sword and he said brother saul the lord even jesus that appeared unto me by the way has sent me that thou mightest receive thy sight and be filled with the holy ghost the promise that you might receive the promise glory shall the glory the promise is still a lie then came in chapter 10 the bible said a certain man in caesarea philippi a centurion by the name of cornelius a devote me and one that feared god with all his house and gave much arms to the people and pray always in a vision an angel of the lord appeared unto him and said cornelius thy priors and thy arms send men down to chapel to one simon and he will tell you what you ought to do when peter came and when cornelius saw him he knelt down to worship but peter raised him up and said i am a man like yourself and the bible said while peter opened up his mouth the holy ghost the promise fell on all of them that heard the word and they heard them speak with tongues and magnify god [Applause] hallelujah the promise is not there it is still alive chapter 19 and paul having passed through the upper course of ephesus and finding certain disciples he said unto them have you received the holy ghost have you received the promise they said we have not heard of that promise but i heard paul unto what then were he baptized and they said unto john baptist and paul said john verily baptize you with the baptism of repentance that you should believe on him that should come and he that should come has come and is ready and he laid his hands upon them and the holy ghost and the promise came upon them and they magnify the law i'm speaking to somebody to tell you that the promise is still alive shout yeah it's not dead it is a lie and so now the promise has reached rome and the bible says and the apostle paul wrote to rome where the promised world and said therefore be justified by faith we have peace with the law in whom we have access by faith and his grace we're in your standing and rejoice in hope of the glory of god the promise is in rome right now and paul writes to console them with the promise and not only so but we glory in tribulation in that tribulation work at patience and patience experience and experience hope and hope make it not a shame because the love of god is shed abroad in our hearts by the holy ghost by the promise which is given unto us therefore there is no no condemnation to them that are in christ jesus who are not after the flesh but after the spirit the promise kept moving it reached corinth and i heard the apostle said for by one spirit are we baptized into one body whether we be jews or gentile born or free we are made to drink into one spirit into that promise for we have this treasure in earth and vessel that the excellency of the power baby of god and not of us we are troubled on every side yet not distressed we are perplexed but not in despair persecuted but not forsaken cast down but cannot be destroyed always bearing about in our body amen the marks come on say yeah and the promise keep moving it reached into galatia and paul writes to those that receive the promise in galatia he said stand fast in the liberty where with christ has made you free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage if you got the promise keep the promise if you have the promise walk in the promise if you've got the promise sing the promise if you've got the promise shout in the promise if you've got the promise run with the promise hallelujah shouted loud and long then the promise kept on moving it reached ephesus and i heard paul as he writes to those that have the promise blessed be the god and father of our lord jesus christ who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in christ jesus when you get the promise you're blessed when you have the promise it's spiritual blessing in heavenly places according as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and with the blame before him in law having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by jesus christ himself according to the good pleasure of his way to the praise of the glory of his grace we're in he has made us accepted in the below when you have the promise you're accepted in the below when paul said and you he quickened who was dead in trespasses and in sin according to the prince of the world come on but now god who is rich in mercy for his great lord wherein he loved us even when we were dead has quickened us together has released the promise and hallelujah has sent the promise of the father and has quickened us out of dead works [Applause] hallelujah that the gentiles should be fellow years and of the same body and partakers
