AMIIBO HUNTING IS DANGEROUS

hey guys so today I want to try something different to show how much of a nerd I am for Nintendo and that is to go amiibo hunting as you see right now here's my curry collection of amiibos it's pretty weak and I know what you're thinking there's like 50 smash bros amigo how you gonna get them all without paying a fortune well I'm not going to collect those series on kneeble I'm gonna collect Animal Crossing amiibo this is what I have right now and that's a run card but why I collect for that series one thing there's not that many so I won't spend that much - nobody likes them so they're really cheap which means I also don't have to spend that much and what I say they're cheap I'm not kidding here just look at this so right now I'm on the Best Buy website and you can see how cheap they are that's one owner that's one 299 49 that's a bit defensive but I'll still try to get it 49 49 all on sale look at how much savings there are that was the best deal like a 24 dollars down to $5 Wow so yeah this is the series where I want to try to collect all of them so some rules are that I can't order them online because that ruins the spirit of amiibo hunting and I'm gonna try to get them all this sale is going on to get the best price possible so I'm gonna go to several stores around Flagstaff I'm gonna go to two Walmart's - game stops Best Buy and a target all of those stores have price matching except Game Stop so I'll probably try to go to a game stops class but the stores that do have price matching I'm going to match it with Best Buy prices because I think that the only retailer that has all the Animal Crossing amiibo on sale right now so yeah let's go [Music] all right so I researched what all of the Animal Crossing amiibo are and I wrote them down here just gonna cross off the ones I already have all right I crossed all the ones I already have right there so I have nine left to get and if I don't get them all I'm gonna see how much I still have to get and maybe I'll probably just order the rest online gonna go start my car okay now let's go to our first location all right so my first location will be Walmart number one the one closest to my house let's go [Music] they were here last time I know where they went they should be here I don't know where they went don't see any em evil in sight they just completely remove oh my gosh they put in the case so all I have is Daisy waluigi more Daisy no Animal Crossing amiibo at all which is weird cuz I went here on Mother's Day and they had a bunch of them to just dump them or something first Walmart failure leaving more disappointed alright it's charging for my next trip and I didn't get to cross off anything alright so location 2 will be the mall which is Game Stop and Best Buy I'll go to Best Buy first because they have the whole low pricing [Music] [Applause] [Music] ah now we're talking actually probably not that much talking as this is the only one I don't have 499 Hey yep that's the only one I could get from here now let's awkwardly check out all right we got our first victory of the day now see what the game's up in the mall holds all right here's where I rest to charge it so I can ride home in Pro Mode alright it's charging and we wait good thing about my switch absolutely nothing [Music] well that was a big failure best buy one of evil games top zero Animal Crossing amigo uh waste of my time maybe tomorrow will be better well that was worth it riding home in the cold and almost getting hit while I was crossing the sidewalk by a car all for this amiibo yeah alright welcome to day two of amiibo hunting today we're going to go to the rest of the stores to have a me ball I think it's the rest probably the three remaining stores first target then another Walmart and then another game stop let's go all right target aha yes this is good this is good so we have Digby Timmy and Tommy and lot he made this one and this one and then while they have a bunch of rotties yeah these two and of course I'll price match them to Best Buy cuz talk about that so far target best store for people all right so here's my prizes from Target I wasn't actually able to price match it with Best Buy cuz they can have these on the Best Buy website so one I hade 596 and I priced matched it with Walmart yep they had it on sale and then this one I couldn't price match at all because none of the other stores carry it so I pay full price which was $8.99 for this one and 596 for this point okay it's okay now since this trip was kind of long I have to recharge this by going to that books to learn cult with bands you guys might have equipments in your town I don't know across the street just right across from there to recharge sit there for about an hour and probably edit what's I have of this video so far out keep forgetting to turn on yeah I got a recharge one light left alright Bookmans [Music] you never know sometimes they have amiibo but yeah they don't know actually they do have one but it's not one I want to end it's $10 oh they also have these ones too but not the ones I want and still overpriced kinda and now I end it for an hour uh why alright - oh uh Walmart and the other game stuff [Music] [Music] what if I just write it man I haven't been to this mall on a long time since the one near my house opened you serious this is even worse then the first Walmart well actually it's about the same but this time it's just Mario Luigi old Walmart if you disappoint all right final destination right there GameStop last place hopefully doesn't disappoint it is the bigger game stop so let's see I can see well oh uh never mind uh well nope got my hopes up for a second these are all Dominic amiibo and there is one metal amiibo which I already have why I am disappointed sad depressed all right on my way back home [Music] back at Bookmans to recharge cuz i want to make sure i get home Wow right first right at night hopefully I don't die everything Wow hopefully I don't die some ivy balls it's not even rare yep this is what I deserve [Music] all right this path is for the safe fully make it home very dangerous I do not recommend this getting by by doing this hopefully cars see this it won't hit me well my phone died probably because it was too cold now only source of light is this camera actually has really good low-light Abbeville hunting is dangerous that's probably gonna be the title of this so when I go into the bike lane I'm going to use this camera as kind of like a little light to let people know I'm here so don't hit me I'm almost home almost no cars should be safe just gotta go fast several cars so I should be good Oh stark guns look through my camera screen to see anything very luckily there's no cars coming as far as I could tell very narrow bike lane this is the part I'm most afraid of despite how cold it is I think I'll check the mailboxes alright I'm already in my neighborhood I just have to make it home yes made it home safely uh I'm really cold right now uh uh my hands I like really hard all right well lessons have you learned don't Emil hunt unless you have a proper car and don't rock the boosted board at night unless you have like really powerful lights pieces of plastic are not worth risking your life for and one last thing don't tell my mom I did this yeah kill ya thank you guys for watching yeah forget what I said before I'm not spending any more money on animal crossing stuff except when the next game comes up for the switch / mobile
