American Idol but it's a horrible PS2 game

Simon was in a bad mood I'm only gonna say a few go what am I supposed to say it was one of the strangest auditions I've ever heard in my life yes yes yes leave in the middle of the audition I all just leave it at that all right here we are American Idol I passed my audition and now it's on to the ps/2 stage of the contest I can't wait the hosts don't seem that excited to see me though they look like they would rather be elsewhere but let's ignore that for now and start gaem competition i guess i mean can i play with a microphone i don't know and rehearsal I don't need no rehearsal just go straight into the competition the difficulties go easy normal hard and dance I don't even understand what that means but I'm gonna go normal no God is off-putting seen it like something out of a horror movie we don't seem to have an application form from you Noah that's me alright my name is player 1 why do we all have to be trendy boys from the 90s why can't I be like an older gentleman can you stop spinning so fast I'm trying to make effect in character here you know what stop turning around right that'll do size is 1 2 or 3 how does that make any sense why don't you just have like skinny medium and large or something oh my god he practises singing so much he has never seen daylight know what your game is literally about singing and that's their voice I gotta make you understand ok I'll just go with that fine that's fine oh wait I kind of like that yeah that's good that's like I came along with my kids my kids failed in the audition and then Simon went you you you sing and I'm like me he's like yes you're perfect wait why can I not be great I can have literal yellow mustard hair not even blond just yellow but I can't have gray all right mustard man it is I can pretend it's gray and I dyed it oh my god stop with that it's really annoying ok my audition I feel like I already pass this but although I'm so excited to see me oh my god he just blew out that woman's ear all right I get your celebrity and everything but still us regular people have to deal with these problems you're inflicting on us oh my god I got tinnitus from Ryan Seacrest you need to choose the song you're going to perform Oh what would I go with if I Will Survive that's a good one but the doctor debate that's one of my favorite songs of course I came about singing where I can't sing him they looking a lifeless they don't look that impressed waste and tire I feel like I'm putting in more of my soul than he is I'm sorry I'm enormous sympathy for whoever it is voicing this but I feel like a game about singing they could have got a little bit better I think you were very very bad nothing else to say that was horrible yeah he's surprised sorry dude I really thought I saw you sitting in the audience with your kids that you'd be the man reputation no-hoper let's wait can we get a replay why would I want to replay no we don't wanna listen to that all right I'm gonna do it perfect here and not get 161 angry faces why the hell did they not make this a karaoke game I'm sorry I don't know why play this so funny I can't tell if he's good or bad honestly I can't I'd rather listen to dogs hound he was not bad was he but I think we'll see you again well John yes they got through Simon would rather listen to the dogs howling but I still got through I can win him over I know I can you haven't heard the last of me Simon this is the biggest mistake of your life oh look at my other hopefuls that got through I'm gonna destroy all of you bonus costume is it another one that a middle-aged man would wear because that's the only fashion I'm into you I think there's a real gap in the market for a middle-aged out of key singer who I could swap into a red little sweater that'd be no you decided what to wear you don't rush me this fashion takes time as if Ryan Seacrest would know the state of um headgear can I wear a helmet I would love to show off from my audition and I he'll miss it maybe some arm bands so that I don't sink I think this is the most 90s video game I've ever played I guess early 2000s yeah maybe might be the most early two-thousands game I've ever played which song are you going to perform all right why don't I go at this time like a virgin this is something he can get soul into Oh No he was doing good until he did that note like you're doing great buddy keep going his mom's in the audience like that's my son up there how were they not laughing over there she looks dead inside like how could this not bring out some laughs turn you okay next contestant please wait do I have to listen to their performances okay I actually feel like I am better than her honestly I think my fashion sense is better too I mean look at me Simon stop her come on she's ridiculous back in audience my mom has no chill like what is that is that some weird auto-tune or something imagine I failed and I listened to their entire performances and then I have to just do the whole thing again come on concentrate really feel like a virgin I know she's going with a different song okay no I think I'm good yeah like how did they manage this how could you not find singers when you're literally a singing competition anyone you passed the auditions just go up to them be like hey you wanna be in a game we'll pay you a small amount I'm sure they would be delighted [Music] okay can you can you leave you're just staring there congratulations you're going through wait who what who okay we disappear in anyway we got snapped so I suggest you get some additional practice in no I'm good I'm doing great but this is my competition I'll be fine plus my guys song actually came true he did get touched for the very first time there he got a hug he's like wow should I get an STD check now or wives what are you going to wear for your next performance will you stop pressuring me I was trying to come up with a new look this is it it's not a hundred percent goth I feel about 70 percent goth today goth isn't binary there's a scale there oh I don't even get to pick my song this time it's alright like a smash mode sing this song and I'm gonna pretend I'm covering their version did you do doo doo doo doo doo doo doo probably cheating giving him some backup vocals there you know and may I say I did just as good as any of them did whoo I'm gonna stop now because he's getting way too big of an advantage wait that guys wearing the same outfit as me [Music] Oh get up this bad the one thing you've an access to I don't understand if they were like bad voice-acting or something fair enough but they have an access to an unlimited amount of singers and he picked these people I'm like i joining in a background he doesn't sing at all he knows singing isn't his strong suit they all know it these people have never heard this song before that's my only explanation they've never heard it they're just looking at the sheets and just reading it and then they auto-tune it afterwards we legit look like his backup dancers cuz we're wearing pretty much matching clothes what huh we just swap bodies there at the end you all through to the next stage okay we're all through hey what about some love for me going back into the classic look I feel like it'll bring out the magic of that first audition you know the one where Simon said he'd rather listen to dogs howling oh no I don't know this song just guess the words [Music] he's doing way better now I think this is his song you can't escape his love folks to be fair like they probably got some unsuspecting people were like sing all of these songs some of them are totally outside your vocal range but just do it still don't know why it's not a karaoke game though like why would you not make this a karaoke game you've done the haired parrot you've got the rights for the music the judges must be [ __ ] amazed they're just like wait the human voice can sound like that why does it sound so in one key why is it not all wibbly-wobbly oh my god where is back room with Simon and unfortunately there are gonna be disappointments or no disappointments I'm a disappointment but I am through right yes I think I'm through yes just me and her no one else this is us this is our group where's my guy where is he I might change into a new sweater for this yes that one's perfect it's like similar so people will know it's me but it's still a bit different so I don't seem repetitive look how nervous he looks if they liked you they will phone in and vote for you I'll get their votes on looks alone everyone loves an underdog what's your next choice of song angels is that boy Robbie Williams I want to sing that one plus I think my guy will struggle with it oh he just spawned into the studio there just appeared out of thin air I think my guy's an angel himself wait what was that they like combined [Music] oh no this is going to [ __ ] they just introduced that feature of hitting them ball at the same time without telling me anything they're just like oh by the way here's a new thing wait Bob is that last final line dude we did so well oh no you got more okay he's like I can't quote on that note what I love about you is you look full of confidence do I hear looks super nervous look like I'm meeting the in-laws for the first time this means so much to me what oh my god that's my guys voice Jesus Christ it's the first time he's talked through the entire competition he's got over stage fright he could only talk through singing which is really unfortunate to anyone he was talking to look at that player 1 getting 22% of the vote he deserves it do you think his name is first name player second name one or is it all just one thing like share new sweater for the new stage of the competition they're gonna love player 1 today and then vote out one each week until two finalists have been chosen weights all you got to do like seven more performances I don't think I have that in me maybe I'll let stage fright get to my guy geez you gotta give it to them they have an amazing song list will go save tonight player one is the only one who can save the night these singers are [ __ ] useless oh my god what's going on with the fecund cross there I think there's an assassin trying to shoot me right now shoot take a knee cap oh god they aimed away what's this what's this what's this I don't understand you like explain it to me at least all of a sudden player one realized that he left the oven on he could no longer concentrate on the song this is what's going on inside his head if he's like oh my house could be burning down all that little finger wag might save the performance thank to you everyone what does Simon think it's still even standing up there awkwardly no one approaches Oh Simon looks pissed Simon was in a bad mood he's like I thought you were gonna make me some money but your best is only three out of ten on that performance oh my god instantly went into a frowny face you don't have a chance of going through not now Jesus I thought you were supposed to be the nice one Simon will like me well we all hated you let's get the public of any choice Jesus Christ really did you have to put it like that I'm gonna take some singing lessons and I'll be bad why that's so easy to take that you sound like you're talking to them in the audition or something you're alive on television I got 2% of the vote oh wait there I am again number 7 I'll pretend that was me yeah exit out of this that's my career in American Idol over I want to take a quick look at the other modes and see what they are I want to see what dance difficulty is first of all like I'm wondering will this make me use like a dance mat or something but why in god's name would a singing game not let you sing and let you dance instead yeah I think it is for a dance man I'm using the d-pad but why the hell would they do that it's a singing game I'm angry I'm leaving can you sing in the karaoke mode at least have you finalized your choice of Sonia can you stop pressuring me like I'm just looking through the menu trying to pick out what song I want to sing okay they just give you the instrumental and your character awkwardly mouths along to the song but doesn't sing I mean it's better than nothing I just don't understand why they couldn't implement this into the actual game all right we're done my American Idol trip is cut short if I have to hear one more screams I'm gonna snap goddammit all right you know what I'm done I wish I never passed that audition but I hope you guys enjoyed this video and we're getting the credits I just want to know who's saying affecting songs but yeah we're gonna end it there thanks for watching folks really
