Amazing 150 Year Old Personal Find At The Bottle Dump!

[Music] wow [Music] dab a young fella a button and a good piece of glass on my candlestick i'm going to make which i may have already made [Music] there's a chain [Music] i can already see it's broken but on this side it's not and it's beautiful so i know it's broken but i'm gonna take it anyway [Music] oh yeah the little girl doe head [Music] oh she's cute though she's tiny what's the bottle over here [Music] left on it the label would have been beautiful [Music] it's all flourishes [Music] well that's just from a few moments collecting all these bottles i think i've just hit the button jackpot button button [Music] button oh my goodness button i saw another one too over here button oh my goodness okay [Music] button button oh my goodness two buttons [Music] button okay a button horde how strange i don't know if there's any more oh it's a stinginess so now they're like bunch of buttons all melted together oh yeah that one's a very delicate mother-of-pearl one my foot and there's another one under it can you see any more buttons turned round and i can see some more ouch button is that a button nope i saw another one here button oh my goodness this is insane half a button or a counter there's one down there oh again it's like a big melted selection of buttons maybe someone burnt their button collection uh oh i dropped one okay so counting all the ones that fused together that i think i can separate i just found 18 buttons in maybe one meter by one meters patch of dump that's incredible i just found a buttonhold and look there's some this is some school slate i think so i think it's still got letters scratched into it but i'm in a really dark spot can you see i think someone scratched at it and did letters oh that would be amazing okay scratch that i've just that 18 just stood up to find somewhere else and i've just spotted one more possibly two more three more four more so that's 22. i'm gonna have one more last little look just in case so i haven't moved a half of one a beautiful like black faceted button which is beautiful and i saw another one too another burnt one oh sorry i'm in the light it's a difficult spot and another one and another one i see another one just here oh that one's beautiful that one's got come on son that one's like a beautiful decorative one and it's got like maybe maybe a lotus leaf or some sort of flower oh that's beautiful is getting better i've lost count of how many i found now do you remember it's a lot the more buttons than i've ever found ever ever i haven't found much today but i've definitely found some buttons it's pretty ones too i keep on getting ready to say okay that's it for the button horde and then i turn around and then i see this one and then i see this one this must be it now that must be all the buttons found well all the buttons on the surface this one [Music] start this person must have had a big button collection or it was like a button shop oh i don't know it wasn't a bad shot but this this is unreal you know you know why you get a coin horde or even like a bead horde because they've all come off but all these buttons have not come off the same thing they're all so very different okay genuinely think that's it for the button horde for real now awesome i can't wait to go and count how many i found [Music] it's a tiny handle that's quite nice look at that like a flower and a vowels it's unusual this is quite a nice piece of properly [Music] oh that's cute does that say jay lyons and co-limited it's tiny it's still got the cork in it that's nice it's not broken in anything oh that's a nice bottle stop look at that it's broken at the bottom but that's pretty always like a good decanter stopper oh my goodness it's absolutely tiny and it's in the shape of a heart maybe what is that wow that is so cute that'll go well in the doll's house i better go and put these things away that one you can very nearly see what it says external something external use only i imagine another pile just in a few moments i figured if i pile them up because i can't take them more than someone walking through could take them what they wanted seems such a waste otherwise this jar is quite nice though [Music] maybe i'll take this jar moist it's such a pretty shape it's got bubbles in it the seam does go all the way up what does it maybe it doesn't i don't know but i like that this one's quite pretty too remnants of the lid on but [Music] little sheer tops lying around [Music] that is such a shame that is the most beautiful bottle i think i could cut it down jj and lyle and sons limited trademark registered oh but look it's got like a little hand it's got like a crest with swords and then it's got a little hand holding a sword oh i haven't taken any bottles today because i've been good and like this one's broken but it's the most beautiful bottle so i'm going to take it and cut it down so this was lying face down like this and i've turned it over and i think i can make out a c and something else but i don't want to rub it because it's sort of like terracotta i'm not sure sort of clay substance so if i rub it i might so hopefully if i clean it gently i can make out what's on it i wonder what it was like a cap of some sort look a big blue bead oh it's a good day when you find a bead it's a good day it's a nice blacking bottle with the uh out but i've got so many but i'll take it to a bit a bit more accessible so someone else walks past i don't usually pick up paste pots but this one says david creed cred i've never seen that one and it says something on the no it's very highly decorated i might take that i don't know we'll see oh what's that say sanitary [Music] bottles [Music] a little shirt of ink [Music] it's quite funny because this is clearly a hole somewhat filled in by a digger and this animal has decided to use the hole they made to help take itself a borrow [Music] you've got stick in your hair that's what happened to you good it's quite a big stick quite a lot of crumbs as well [Music] uh well this was just a little trick that we took to the dump a few months ago [Music] um yeah we hadn't put it on because i've covered really because we wanted i mean we didn't find that much but we did find something amazing and we wanted to go into the history of it but we haven't been able to because of covert and now we're just going to put it out there and we will it will be a project for the new year yeah we will do it but we just couldn't but our style find is this small child's slate and it's in the shape of a house and we think it's probably victorian and we think it was then probably practicing writing or it would have been on their desk or and it's got a girl's name i think it could be a boy's name um what does it say b dot s and then i think it's macy i think it might be macy or maxie macie or maxie and then it has an address it says bell and then we can't we i think we're going to be rubbing a rubbing of it some ink but it says possibly bellevue or belle hill old toval road maidstone our idea was to find this place so yeah we were going to go and try and find the house and find the person and yes we have a friend in um is a history teacher and he knows the people at um kent county center office so we were going to go and try and find out who this was but with kovid we just can't we can't go so it would definitely be a project for the new year but we'd love to try and find out i don't we both just assumed it's a girl yeah maybe it's because quite nice handwriting i don't know but it just feel i don't know but yeah we would love to find out who this child was find out where this was the house it's kind of the way that it's shaped as a house it's so cute and it's like you know that's their handwriting it's just amazing we find lots of personal things i think that might be the most personal thing we've found we just need to do a bit of work on it so yeah that would be a new year's project whenever you put it in the light it doesn't say house there's a certain bell house i don't know oh does it say belle house i could do if anybody's got ideas how we could make it show up more i'm not sure if rubbing would work because it's quite faint i tried to put the reason it looks like this because i put my ink on it to try and get it into the cracks but all it did was rub the other and leave the dirt in the cracks but so it still sort of worked but the second word this line is very very faint yeah but yeah oh gosh it's just absolutely amazing and when i pick it up you see in the film i pick it up and notice that it's got writing on but i assumed it would be practice or something not an address and a name well an initials and a name so yeah we will definitely try and work out that mystery in the new year i didn't really find well kate found a button horde yes i did quite a lot of them have deteriorated i'm afraid but there's still a few lots of bone ones pretty one as well the black one there's one last one yeah oh yeah it's got little flowers it a blue bead one blue bead um found this tiny tiny bottle it's like in the shape of a heart it's so incredibly thin dude it's very scary it's scary washing it it's not overly clean but i'm a bit scared of cleaning it but again it's the perfect kind of thing that you put a little top on and put it on a chain fill with tiny beads there's a really nice bolt stopper it's a shame the end is broken but i think again that is possibly hand blown very odd inside it's a nipple it does have a nipple two tiny little figurines it's like he's got like he's carrying some vegetables it doesn't look like a leak i don't know or grass i don't know it's very odd it's got quite a fat belly little belly so cute and and then the lady that almost looks like she goes with him she does the market that's bizarre [Music] oh my gosh well she wants to be with him yeah so we'll have to make them a pair yeah they look like husband and wife off to the market with their their goods j lines and co-limited as good as cork still in it very cute uh there's a chain i don't know what that's good for costing this is some sort of part of an animal isn't it i think so dog's back legs or something or cat possibly yeah it's a cat that's got a very long tail jog for crafting this is for crafting this is very pretty it is isn't it actually it's got a dink out the back but we can rebuild it but that would be quite nice of a head-on or something mm-hmm elegant busty woman maybe very pretty colors it's a bit like a christmas tree too oh no no too late how do you say that now um another figure back of a figure trolls face small dolls faces the obligatory glass box this terracotta top which gate assures me there is something on it it says cd but i don't or cb but i can't figure out what it what it's from unfortunately and just a end of a pipe so we just thought we'd put this film on today christmas eve eve christmas eve a little dump searching um tomorrow is just christmas christmas christmas yes tomorrow we are from the same dump earlier in the year i found the bottom of a victorian jelly mold where did you find it mum found the bottom of a victorian jelly mold and the film going up tomorrow will be us making some traditional victorian gingerbread in the uh victorian mold is it here cool so yeah here it is i will be using um cling film so the gingerbread doesn't actually touch it because you don't know what could have been in the dump so yeah i'll be making some victorian i'm also considering i have some other ideas for some other mud larking finds that might make good gingerbread so we'll see how that goes so yeah to tune in tomorrow to see how if it works going to be beautiful and then me and oscar are going to decorate them they're going to eat them well yes we're all going to need them so yeah um i hope you enjoyed and we'll see you tomorrow for the last day of madness [Music] bye [Music]
