All You Can Eat Lobster Bally's Las Vegas Buffet FULL TOUR

it's all you can vegas hey everybody it's derek and i'm at the sterling brunch at bally's las vegas now the sterling brunch is famous in las vegas for being the most expensive buffet in vegas it's 99 per person it only happens once a week it's on sunday mornings from 9 30 till about 2 and you definitely need to make reservations besides the price this buffet is famous for the food it's all you can eat lobster tails caviar king crab legs and all the champagne you can drink it's perrier jouer there's an omelette station and a signature omelet made with lobster cognac and boursin cheese there's filet mignon and rack of lamb and some pretty fancy desserts now the sterling brunch goes back decades it's been going on here at valleys since the 90s at least but as the prices have changed so have the offerings and there used to be a whole room of desserts so is the sterling brunch worth the price now let's find out see what there is to eat grab yourself a plate and get ready to load it up with poached jumbo shrimp jonah crab claws and blue point oysters there's an omelette station with made to order omelets all the typical fixins plus crab meat and borsan cheese for their signature omelette just request it bacon sausage and bread pudding french toast with caramelized bananas roasted fingerling potatoes and chorizo hash and grilled asparagus individual servings of filet mignon lobster ravioli lobster bisque and the carved meats there is mint jelly for your chimichurri crusted rack of lamb horseradish for your prime rib of beef and mustards for your nusuki slab bacon and the centerpiece of this whole affair split lobster tails oh yeah and king crab legs you often find crab legs on a las vegas buffet but they're usually snow crab this is real king crab the king of crabs there's still a few more things to see on this buffet including this jamaican jerk mahi mahi with mango pineapple and coconut airline chicken i guess it's supposed to be like chicken you'd eat on a fancy airline sriracha and sour cream yukon mashed potatoes and biscuits and gravy frittata belgian waffles yogurt and granola parfait very calm pot whipped cream toy box tomatoes with cheese and balsamic and fresh berries and seasonal fruits here your little blinis for your caviar with the couture months like capers and sour cream and here's the sushi and you may miss it if you're not reading the labels but these little cups are sake and there is a bloody mary bar where you can get your custom designed just for you bloody mary cocktail whatever way you like it that's a beautiful thing right there thank you very much there is a whole dessert bar as well i'm gonna load up a big plate of these later on but first we gotta get to the meat and seafood i mean there's lobster tails over there and here they are these have got to be the biggest lobster tails i've ever seen and i've got two of them and there's more where these came from all right let's go in look at this wow this is a huge piece all right here we go that's so meaty and it's not meat it's lobster meat there's so much lobs for me to eat this lobster tail just comes off this is one giant lobster tail i'm holding in my hand like like a sandwich like a burrito flavor on that too my mom [Music] so there's melted butter for the lobster you know mean it's good but it tastes kind of like booby popcorn i think the trick is to put this fancy bread butter let's try that [Music] creamy buttery [Music] yes lobster hi can i get into omelettes okay awesome looks great thank you so much it's a crab meat cognac and bursts on cheese omelettes let's try it delicious creamy cheese but a real hint of that cognac as well and there's crab meat in here there's the prime rib rack of lamb bacon [Music] all right let's try this meat this is the prime rib really good flavor obviously very high quality meat let's try the lamb i will tell you i'm not a fan of lamb that's too much lamb let's try this piece of land i just don't like the flavor of lamb i also got a giant bone in my mouth all right let's try the bacon i am a fan of bacon yeah i think it was pleasant [Music] fatty but soft and tender okay and last but not least filet mignon [Music] that's [Music] my favorite is the bacon [Music] it definitely tastes like lobster mixed with cheese like ricotta cheese or something but i'm trying to name i don't know if i would combine those things on purpose all right now it's going on the airline chicken it's like it's like for that person who happens to be eating with you who doesn't like seafood they can get the chicken it's airline chicken it kind of tastes like airline chicken i'd stick to the seafood here of course there's crab got the crab crackers let's practice crap [Music] this is that spiny crab so it's kind of painful to touch oh but the pain i hope the pain is worth it my fingers there's the meat i don't think it's worth the pain though [Music] [Music] no more crap [Music] one thing that is not great about this buffet no wet taps no wet naps i'm eating this stuff with my hands you can take it thank you very much and my fingers are gross okay so don't forget the caviar this is caviar and if my understanding of caviar is correct these are fish eggs now i believe you're supposed to put them on these little pancakes all right let's have ourselves fish egg [Music] pancakes is this what rich people like to eat because that's just crazy it's not bad by itself [Music] type plate it's got meats cheeses olives and vegetables always good this looks like some kind of green cheese or i think it's green [Music] you might miss this on the buffet but it's really tasty don't miss it don't miss dessert either thank you [Music] peanut butter cup made into a mousse this one i'm guessing is raspberry that's very good it's actually very good right after the reese's peanut butter cup dessert and this one has a blueberry on top but i'm guessing it's something more like mango and whipped cream a lot of whipped cream oh yeah that's mango and whipped cream and a blueberry so that's the sterling brunch at valleys it's not cheap to say the least in fact it's the most expensive buffet in
