abbreviated for short to L the long edge is the shepherd's crook which L is the all s the crown and the LA med the the shepherd's crook which the king holds the scepter is he is it to kind of tie together we're getting off topic but I wanted to point out that it was by his horns he was caught in that thorn bush pointing to the authority that this he's a substitute with authority okay and Yeshua is that parallel in the and then in the New Testament Brit hadashah Yeshua is our substitute sacrifice and he has the authority he's got the horns he's the king of kings okay so we're in Genesis 22 and Abraham called this place in the mouth of the Lord it will be vided y'all a year oh okay that's good next verse 15 then the angel of the Lord remembers his angel the mark Yahweh or messenger of the Lord called to Abraham a second time from heaven and said by myself I have sworn declares the Lord because you have done this thing and you have not repelled your son your only Son indeed I will greatly bless you and I will greatly multiply your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the seashore and your seed shall possess the gate of their enemies in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed because you have obeyed my voice I like your in verse 17 it says and your seed shall possess the gate of their enemies if anyone recognize this is the Damascus Gate in the old city in Jerusalem the Damascus Gate when you come out the Damascus Gate the city of Damascus Syria is about 140 miles out that gate but this is in Jerusalem and this is on the Muslim side of Jerusalem okay well I know if you can see here but the three guys standing is this picture here is a little bit more-- but there's three guys standing there these are Israeli the Jews who don't have Yeshua's blood covering their sins how do they return and how do they repent you know in the Old Testament God makes it very clear whenever you sin you had to go to your flock you had to pick up a lamb it had to be a perfect lamb without spot or blemish you couldn't give him the one with the bad leg and the bad all right he wanted the best one and you had to take it and sacrifice it and burn it up and you didn't get to eat any of it it was all gone that was something innocent had to die that's sad and that sheep it was worth money to you so it does not behoove you it did not be those you to go and sin again because you have to give up another sheep and another innocent thing has to die well and Yeshua comes he provides he is that innocent lamb that his sacrifice his pure innocent blood covers our sin okay now the Jews don't have that they don't have that blood in it the perfect blood sacrifice poor balm sacrifice so how do the Jews kasuba how do they return how do they what is their methods it turns they have a bunch of them I will read a few up here to you they think you to get this to Shula repentance you must regret and acknowledge your sin and you the rest of your life and guilt it doesn't work you know there are some Jews there's some sects who they get the idea of the animal sacrifice and you'll see them dill they'll take a chicken for example and they'll cut its neck and they'll swing it around like this from the blood fly okay and sometimes with or without the net cut okay but they're going to sacrifice this chicken okay and there are some sects of Jews who will do this with a bag of money okay there and then use the money to help the poor like this okay but they're all trying to get this this repentance to shoot over it but they're they're falling short of God's requirement okay and when I'm just talking about Jews here if you don't have the blood of Yeshua covering you you're falling short all right okay at any point in is someone Genesis 22 on 19 here so Abraham returned to his young men and they arose and went together to bear sheera and Abraham lived at better Shera the word Beersheva by the way there is well you Isaac's name mentioned for this bit okay that seems odd then this is if you get to Genesis 24 let's go there verse 1 it says now Abraham was old and advanced in age and yahweh blessed Abraham in every way and Abraham said to his servant the oldest of his household who had charge of already owned please place your hand under my thigh and I will make you swear by the Lord the God of heaven in the god of Earth that you will not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites among whom I live but you will go to my country and to my relatives and take a wife for my son Isaac it's a hawk here's the first time Isaac's name is mentioned again and what in what relation use it for is that mentioned Abraham the father is sending the servant to find a bride for the son Wow that that's pretty big picture there okay we got a whole bunch of things to close up here notice we have this oh my goodness I don't know how to bring all these together Abraham comes down off the mountain returns to his and Isaac is not mentioned keep that in mind remember in a key bow part one we were showing you this example of God the Father and the first three letters the alphabet all us was the father and head of the ox bait was the son the house that God came to live in and then the third one was the gimel and it's picture was a camel or something and we were showing how the ones that let out to find the bride notice it does not mention his name Eliezer I'm sure that - they're talking about it says it is most trusted the oldest of his household is okay this is this is who we're talking about but they don't list his name you know why because the Holy Spirit never draws attention to himself the Holy Spirit always points to the son got it so in this portion here where he's sending out the his servant to find a bride the servant never calls attention to himself not even giving his name his own name okay but you're going to see this theme okay and now here's another cool thing remember we said that that it's an Abraham returning to his young man and they all went back to verse Eva and they lived in verse Eva and I six name was not mentioned well this has a big parallel as well you with Yeshua when you shoe it Jesus Yeshua finishes the sacrifice where the forty days later he goes back to heaven and we don't see Jesus issue again until he comes back to get his bride at what we call the rapture okay or the hot pot so in Greek the snatching away this is the same picture here we have Isaac is bound and the sacrifice has stopped and the RAM is given instead and the replacement is sacrificed and then Abraham comes down off the mountain returns to his young men and they return to bear Shiva and Isaac's name is not mentioned in 22 the rest of 22 it's not mentioned in 23 it's not mentioned until the servant goes out to find the bride for the son paralleling exactly what happens with God the father-son spirit Abraham Isaac Eliezer it's a it's a picture of the complex unity the three and one okay so twenty four - five and the servant the servant said to him the father Abraham suppose the woman is not willing to follow me to this land should I take your son camels associated with this holy this holy spirit character this servant is the holy spirit character not drawing attention to herself going out to get a bride for the son just remember camel ears I Petula and an Alma Alma is a young maid batula is a virgin Rebecca is both okay and if you are a young maiden and you were a follower of the Torah of the Tanakh if you are a Jew and you are a young is the servant speaking I will not eat until I have told my business and Laban said speak on ok so now the servants going to retell the whole story I have a mastery of the son he wants me to go and find a bride for him but not from these people he wants you to go to you people and I came here and I asked God whoever offers me water and to feed the Campbell waters my camels and she came along go then they sent their sister Rebecca and her nurse with Abraham with Abraham's servant and his men and now we're going to get the blessing in verse 60 and they blessed Rebecca and said to her may you our sister become thousands of ten thousands and may your descendants possess the gate of those who hate them well we saw that we saw that there in the Damascus Gate okay that's the gauge of the those who hate the Jews and the Jews possessed that gate 61 then Rebecca arose with her my eggs and they mounted the camels and followed the man so the servant took Rebecca and departed there's a by the way when it says Rebekah arose with her maid the word for maids is not aa remember earlier whenever Abraham took his took the servants in the donkeys and went to sacrifice Isaac he took nor the now he sees Isaac and the servant says oh that's my master who's the master here verse 56 the servant told Isaac all the things that he had done then I had brought her into his mother Sarah's tent remember Pharaoh died jaakor go and they bury her in those caves at not pilla the Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent and he took Rebekah and she became his wife and he loved her thus it's a hawk was comforted after his mother's death so you see we have this picture now of a father we have a son each hawk and we have a servant Holy Spirit character who doesn't draw attention to himself he remains unnamed and he's pointing and finding a bride for the son you have this picture of a complex unity and the discouraged person the Holy Spirit character is associated with camels you know there was a Holy Spirit character in the New Testament also if you go to a Luke Luke 141 this is about John the Baptist he's his mother Elizabeth is pregnant and Luke 141 says when Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting the baby left in her womb and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit so John the Baptist he gets filled with the Holy Spirit right from the get-go right whenever he's killing his okay so here's a tunnel then the whole Trinity is in this verse when the helper comes whom I will send from the father the Spirit who comes from the father will testify about me yeah there's the Trinity there's the complex unity okay enjoin the Baptist do you did this he was not pointing to himself he was always pointing at the Sun John 1:20 and John he confessed and did not deny but confessed I am NOT the Messiah I am NOT the Christ John 1:27 John says it is he who comes after me the thong of whose sandal I am not worthy to untie John 1:30 this is he on behalf of whom I said after me comes a man who has a higher rank than I for he existed before me John the Baptist is always pointing toward issuer and John the Baptist was actually present at one of the big family reunions down like a dove dove is the picture of only spirit if you haven't seen that rinoa video where it talks about the three doves that no it sends out and how they relate to the Holy Spirit go back and watch the mill 'video it's great that concept is okay and you have the father saying this is my beloved son there's all three of them are showing up in this verse and John the Baptist is present at
