AHAB PREDATOR FULL STORY EXPLAINED - ENGINEER HUNTER - YAUTJA LORE AND HISTORY EXPLORED

the predator named a hab was a veteran hunter surviving many missions and taking many trophies from different worlds at some point in time he achieved the status of an elder but decided to choose a different path he ventured off alone to search and hunt for stronger foes in the Year 2107 on the planet Yui 753 he had found a life form that had four arms they appear to be primitive but their armor and weaponry seemed like they were hardened in battle and so Ahab decided to engage into battle with them he confronts them and uses the shoulder cannon to blast the arm of one of them a hab then jumped in to attack the other creature slicing its throat with his wrist blades it was an instant death meanwhile the other creature takes advantage of this moment and grabs ahold of Ahab stabbing him in the right eye with a bladed weapon a hab roars in pain and his body is tossed away in a cave but he is not dead the veteran predator appears behind him stabbed him in the back with its wrist blades and rips out his spine as a trophy a worthy foe indeed but not strong enough to defeat a hab inside that cave he locates a painting of the engineers similar to what was found by Elizabeth Shaw and Charlie Holloway in prometheus a happen develops an interest in these engineers his mission is a now find in their feet an engineer his story then continues about 100 years later he rejoins his tribe to hunt some large beasts on another planet after a successful hunt they detect a human ship called the geureon they departed the current location in search of this new target it turns out the garyun was having a conflict with Eldon and some xenomorphs and so they docked with another ship called the Helios and Galgo was in possession of an engineer weapon and he acquired on LV 2 to 3 when Ahab ship arrives history's countless shows a hologram of Galgo using the engineers weapon a hab knows this human must know the location of an engineer and so he breaks away from his tribe in search of Galgo the conflict aboard gets worse between the Predators aliens humans and Elden Galgo uses this distraction to run away and board another ship and he escapes but little does he know a hab was able to follow him feeling he is now safe Galgo awakens to other mercenaries from hypersleep Piper and Higgins he tells them that a battle broke out when they docked with the Helios but he alone was able to escape and for some reason their ship keeps detecting under the life form aboard the signal is fuzzy but keeps fading away and so armed with stunning weapons they search the ship for it they split into teams of two with Piper going off alone to the main corridor where the signal is coming from it's not long before that he confront the invisible enemy and a short battle between them happens despite his bravery and determination to fight alone in the end he is blasted by a hab shoulder cannon which kills him instantly we then go back to Galgo who ends up using his comrade Higgins as bait for the predator he's locked up in the cargo bay but as the predator is nearby Galgo opens the doors and Higgins is sucked into space assuming the area is safe he enters the cargo bay but his scanners pick up a life-form nearby and it turns out a hap was never pulled into space Galgo tries to run to escape the hunter but is captured by a halfs net gun Galgo fears this is the end for him but he is surprised when he have releases him from the net a hap takes the engineers weapon and it seems a HAP is interested in his technology but he wants something else the hunter shows him a hologram of an engineer and only Galgo knows of its location because of the weapon he had with them a hab cannot pilot the geureon ship and so he tries to persuade Galgo to take him there or he will kill him on the spot and after some time Galgo is persuaded to take a hat back to LV two-to-three but he knows this is a bad idea when they land a hab demands to be taken to our Galgo found an engineer's weapon and so he activates an electronic which keeps Galgo connected to a hub after battling some creatures together in the area they come across human survivors that Galgo left behind they tell him that the engineer has been killing the Xenomorphs and all the other creatures mutated by the black goo pathogen Galgo na happened then settle down for the night this is when Galgo shares his stories of combat and bravery but he notices that a hab is more beaten up covered in scars as many injuries and has a missing eye and in return a hab shows him that battles he's been through showing he's a seasoned warrior and a skilled hunter on many planets in the morning they continue their mission they pick up the trail and had onwards just the two of them but first they need bait something to lure the engineer to them they come across two creatures and try to separate them up with the net gun as one runs off they move in on the trapped one but things don't go as planned it manages to escape and knocks a hop down Iago picks up the drop spear and stabs the creature saving a HAP's life in the process and in return he has given back the engineer weapon he found but as the Avenger on they finally come across an engineer the stage is now set for the final battle predator versus engineer as the battle starts out a hammer releases Galgo from the electrical chain that binds them but Galgo chooses to run off and leaves a hab to fight alone a decision he later regrets as the battle continues it seems the engineer has overpowered a hab despite being hit by a shoulder cannon and the wrist blades the engineer is just who strong he beats a hab to a bloody mess and even breaks his left arm after luring the engineer into a trap inside the ship the spear is launched into the engineers chest but he is still alive this is when Ahab activates his self-destruct device Galgo then returns just in time he blasts the engineer with the rifle saving he HAP's life in the process this is when Ahab drops his self-destruct device and made his way outside the explosion goes off and the engineer is finally killed and amongst the rubble a hab has claimed the ultimate trophy this call of an engineer with knowing after planet a ham separates from the humans but keeps himself busy by hunting the local wildlife but the story of Ahab does not end there a few months later a hab returns to save the survivors as they hunt for meat but then it disappears again but not before leaving them one of the animals for food and some weapons he made out of bones later on we see the Helio ship coming back to LV two to three and it's going to crash but who is piloting the ship as it crashes they look on hoping for human survivors but what emerges is a surprise it is Eldon weakened and injured he collapses but angela remains to comfort him if he dies their plan now is to take Theon auger to drill into a mountain there's a beacon deep within and it must be the craft prometheus ship but the Onaga is crawling with creatures and so they use Galgo as bait and Eldon is brought in to defend him but soon he starts to get overwhelmed if they lose Eldon they might not survive but Justin a hat jumps in and his main focus is killing the Queen alien who is immobilized as she dies the rest of the creature scatter and everyone is saved this is when Ahab sees Eldon and grabs him only to notice he bears the mark of his clan on his forehead and so Ahab now sees him as an equal maybe even his brother in combat it turns out that Eldon received this mark from one of HAP's tribe members when he defeated a predator he was given the mark and seen as a skilled warrior as they make their way through the mountain then come across some type of burning liquid it seemed like acid or maybe similar to the Xenomorphs blood when they find a way to escape this giant vein they land and trying to track the signal coming from the beacon but Eldon then realizes the mountain is alive it seems that whatever was on Whelan's ship it came into contact with a black goo pathogen and kept on mutating just like the Queen that grew too large to where it could not move any more the mountain then starts to react to the intruders inside with no way out Eldon sacrifices himself he merges with the mountain and takes temporary control of its actions he opens an escape hole and they get out at this point Angela Galgo and he had managed to survive but they are still stranded on lv two two three the story of Ahab was then continued in the life and death comic books the group had established a base on the moon they salvaged anything that could find this base had its own fluid filtration system and a stalk of food a hab was in charge of fortifications to keep the aliens out the group had stumbled upon a few Marines that came to lv2 to three aboard a juggernaut ship but they were not the only passengers an engineer was seen exiting it entered the temple and awoke another engineer their problems and just got worse a hab did battle a second engineer in the story but their battle was very short as the engineer would throw a hab away it would then confront the Marines but this engineer would later challenge a queen alien the attempt was brave yet foolish because she stabbed the engineer with its tail a hab would later be seen near the end of the story when other predators arrived to reclaim the engineer technology but the humans seem to have possession of it for now a hab tries to negotiate with them but as part of the ritual they must first do battle a have fights against their champion the horn-head predator it was a tough battle but Ahab wins and is allowed to rejoin their tribe moments later a swarm of xenomorph emerges the predator tribe defends them of the battle turns into bloodshed as both parties suffer losses the Marines also try to help the Predators just as things are getting worse one of the impregnated survivors makes the ultimate sacrifice Chris walks forward holding a bomb the aliens have mutated by the black goo pathogen they were slowly dying off and their new queen is their only chance of producing viable eggs the Xenomorphs surround Chris and wait in anticipation the queen alien burst from her chest and drops to the floor but just then the explosion kills off all the Xenomorphs in the area and just like that the battle is over the Predators regroup and decide to leave this also marks the end mayhap story but before he leaves Galco gives him the engineer's weapon as a parting gift now even though this is not connected to a hub story the second engineer that fought the queen alien was not dead it reappears in one last comic book story after they had left LV 2 to 3 the surviving humans pour the black goo pathogen on the floor and as the engineer steps on it his bio suit reacts to it and the shield is weakened this then when they finally shoot it down and kill it the character a hab was inspired by the novel of Moby Dick where Captain Ahab became obsessed with hunting a specific whale this connection is seen in the comic book where a hab is persistent on hunting an engineer and when he gets his skull as a trophy Galgo says a hab finally got his whale so that's the full story of Ahab one of the few predators to have a long story and still survive there was actually two action figures released by NECA one in 2014 at a San
