A WORLD OF ENDLESS POTENTIAL | The Breathtaking World of One Piece [REACTION + DISCUSSION]

okay i did not think i was gonna be making  a one-piece video this soon but you guys   have been asking for this one ever since i  uploaded the openings reaction for one piece   so i don't want to make you guys wait too long  but um before we get into the video i do want   to address something that bothered me a little  bit about the opens reactions comment section   um it wasn't honestly it was just one coming  in particular that got heated originally it   was just it was a small comment i think i think  the guy was just saying people still watch one   piece huh you know that kind of thing so i left  it alone but it suddenly became more personal   to the point where he began belittling people that  actually watched one piece and stuff like that and   personally no i don't know the lore behind  it i don't know how much fear there is   but from a writer's perspective if you're going  to be combative to a entire fan base just because   you think a show is too long and nothing should  be that long i think the best way to think about   something is asking yourself why is that long you  know i like to consider any show over 100 plus   episodes as what i like to call content rich that  means that there is more story to be told than   the more orthodox um story length in an anime  or a novel or a movie whatever the format is   there is a reason why something is so long  and as a writer i can personally tell you that   when something stops becoming fun or when  you lose inspiration to write something   then you do you would not spend decades  on a single world at this point and   literally the the video is actually called the  breathtaking world of one piece but uh yeah you   wouldn't spend all these years of your own life  on a world that you're not in love with anymore so   whether it's one piece naruto or whatever other  show out there i don't care at this point i think   it's best to just be respectful if anything of  the author's time that he's that he or she spent   with the story that they are giving you you  know you don't have to watch it if you don't   want to watch it that's your choice but for the  people that do watch it do not attack them do not   belittle them for liking something that you don't  like the comments gone now just because if you're   if you're looking for the comment it's gone  now just because um they did begin bringing up   out of context scenes that began getting explained  by one piece fans and my comment monitors decided   it was worth removing so then i didn't have  to uh get spoiled so thank you by the way to   the moderator who did that but um yeah just try  to be respectful again if you want to watch my   videos because you like watching my content then  that's perfectly fine thank you for your support   but don't watch my video and then bash the people  that actually likes the content that's in my video   that i'm looking at um i think it's just overall  it's not it's it's not a good look for anyone this   is not gonna look for me but of course it's  not a good look for you so just be respectful   and i'll just leave it there because i  don't want to dampen the move too much   this would be a happy video so that's all i  wanted to say about the subject enjoy the content   that you enjoy if you don't enjoy something  then leave it alone but aside from that let's   get into the breathtaking world of one piece  and see why you guys wanted me to watch it so bad ocean saw the world begin oh i like that line the ocean knows how the world will end look at all the different settings oh my god a little history lesson oh my god i don't know what i was expecting  from a show like this but like the fireworks the reindeer and slay grimline just look how different every setting  is that is absolutely insane we have   the olympic setting we have what is  that a desert yeah we have a desert oh my god like i'm getting chills right now   no one has ever fully explored the new world  except gold roger the king of the pirates   i love this concept of just pirates just  going wherever to just discover new things   look at this like every single thing  we see is completed from the other oh my god oh this gets dark you can i can feel it and honestly with a show that's been around for  what over 20 years this looks you know not dated whoa i don't know how they do this but  like it feels like every place is   ridiculously important you know the world is huge no one can  count how many islands there are the music in the background that's a crazy way to think about it's like  the ocean can just be seen as a bridge to so   many different worlds and lands and homes  to people that you don't even know exist oh my god look at this   like this is what i mean when i say that you  know like why do you think show i guess is this   long and you can see why just by these shots it's  this world is massive it's not just a tiny speck like you seen so many different oh my god whoa i thought i thought we were underwater  for a second i was like oh my god   it's just that stormy out holy [ __ ] oh that's cool sorry i'm gonna pause he was writing he's literally  writing on the ocean but like   the ice like forms under him oh that's awesome look at this like the world just feels so full you know  what i mean just like it's not two-dimensional   everything feels like it needs to be there  like there's an actual people on these islands underwater temples oh i saw luffy oh wait we do go underwater so maybe the  scene that saw earlier we were underwater this song makes you feel like i'm a  monster hunter i'm playing a must-writer and i love how we don't focus on our cast  even though they are them probably the   more centric to the show we're just  focusing on the worlds themselves   like some of these shots we  don't even see our main people wow like this shows how big like this  world is bigger than just luffy   you know and the other characters i  don't remember their names i'm sorry a dragon oh my god they can literally fly that's crazy i know her name uh robin no not me not me  i'm sorry you're not me i get too excited we have angels we are gonna i'm so excited for this just because  you can just tell we are going to see some insane   environments oh my god sunken ships was that an elephant   i'm pretty sure there was a an  island on an elephant's back people's dreams never end and it ends right here huh damn it wow that was gorgeous everything about this  it doesn't feel fan-made either i'm honestly   curious if this was made i'll verify before i um  because i plan on you know fully acknowledging the   person who did it i'll do it now just in case um  straw hat v i'm going to write a community post   about you on the side as well like i have never  wanted to watch something so immediately before especially something that's a thousand edit  like i know that it's over a thousand episodes   and i don't care at this point because i know  obviously i'm going to see everything no matter   it doesn't matter how long it takes me to watch it  but god i'm excited i've like this was good man i   hope they paid you for this like this was this is  like the perfect way to advertise something this   a story this huge you know what i mean but again  like honestly i can go back to what i was saying   earlier um you know before i even started you know  before i even start the reaction it's just this is   what i mean by content rich you know we saw all  these different types of life all these different   people it shows that this world is massive i would  i completely i could completely understand if you   know we were stuck on a boat on the ocean for  thousands of episodes with repetitive storylines   or anything like that but just by this video  right like just by this video just look at this   everything looks like something even more diaries  at stake everything like everything looks like it   has its own story if that makes sense and that's  why i'm excited to watch this personally um   and my roommates again both of my housemates  are on board with me we talked about this   um and we are going to watch every single episode  i don't care if it's considered filler i don't   care you know if it's not relevant to the  overlying story that might need to be told   we're watching it we're going to go straight  through episode 1 through 1000 whatever but   but seriously it's just stuff like this that  makes me as a writer want to go crazy you know   like this is the stuff that inspires me and  especially think about how the author of this   feels right how i wonder how you know they  feel about something that's been going on   for over two decades now i'm pretty sure you  guys told me that this started in the early 1990s   so um mid 1990s i don't know i don't remember  but either way it has to be a crazy feeling   system to know that people after all these years  have stuck by you and are still watching yours   most people i bet you if people are like die  hard fans that started when it started they   literally they were they were literally in either  middle school or grade school all the way up to   college they graduated they probably have kids  now and to think about that right to think about   the lives you've impacted and they've been able  to grow up with these careers i know that they   grow up because in the openings you know their  character models change they get bigger they get   stronger their abilities change all this  other stuff so it's just like man like   it's the evolution of this show must be insane  but um i don't keep you guys too long i know the   ranting segment at the beginning made this  video a little bit longer than i wanted it to be   but i'm excited oh [ __ ] okay i already know  i'm in for a really big bench session with this   show this weekend so i'm not going to waste  your guys time any longer of course if you   guys are looking for
