god i pray now that the fire of heaven great god hallelujah will engulf this oh god your serpent wrap me up in your anointing god to present the gospel to your people right now and that hear us here great god and the satisfied great god that you have spoken father pray in the name of jesus that you cover this congregation right now i pray that you fire will hoover all for this congregation right now there will be life transforming experience with god hallelujah no one will live the way they came because you would have spoken oh god and you're fire and girls hallelujah so great god i pray for of scripture brothers and sisters speak about the man whose name was saul i believe that he was one of the vilest sinner and one of the most eloquent sinner in his time before his conversion we read about him taking several steps to dismantle the kingdom of god because he had no belief that the kingdom of god was a right way to live or the right thing to have done so paul was on a mission to destroy the church and so he intensely persecuted the church of the living god and consenting to the death of the saints when i read the bible and saw when stephen was stoned to death paul was there consenting to his death a man of god when i read about how steve was filled with the holy spirit and his function within the kingdom of god he didn't do anything outside of the will of god and to serve the cause of christ and he was stoned and paul stood there and gave a stamp of approval for him to be stoned hallelujah and so brothers and sisters this christian walk that we are we have embarked on let me tell you something today that whilst we are living in heaven spiritually we are going to face earthly challenges hallelujah we will face earthly challenges because the devil do not want to see us living with god because jesus went to hell and took the key from him and locked him out and he is roaming seeking who he may devour [Music] hallelujah hallelujah the devil is locked out of helena same has to roam you have no abiding city as it would as it were he's seeking and i can tell you today that he's extremely jealous of our relationship with god because he has lost it and so he is going to challenge us because he knew what he has lost and brothers and sisters we must protect what we have because what we have is greater than every earthly thing that you can experience hallelujah i want to pause here today to tell somebody that we cannot impress god with language because he's the creator of it we cannot impress him with wealth because he's the he created the world before all of us were born i want us to understand you know i was reading and studying bishop and the holy spirit said to me mr smith sometimes we try to impress god how can you impress god with the things that he has made how can we you know bishop the holy spirit went further and said to me that you know why god created man last and put the world in peace because men would have claimed fame to creation hallelujah and i said god you know last week the holy ghost and i we are reasoning and we are talking and the holy ghost was showing me creation and talking about how men would have claimed fame to creation and then most of the things now that are not being spoken by men it would be more believe than the bible hallelujah hallelujah because you realize that men are no intellectually strong so if you're not careful the things of the bible will not make sense so god designed the world in his own order and his own time excluding to men so that he can get the glory hallelujah you must understand brothers and sisters that paul was consenting because you know in his mind and the persons who were behind what he was doing they thought that they could have eradicated christianity not able to think about he can do exceedingly abundantly above those [Music] we came into the presence of god and we came with situations and issues dear god almighty we came in and we hooked them up so much we do not release them in the powerful hands of god and then when you leave to the door you start you're saying the same thing which where you went and worship who you worship why your situation remain the same i want to tell you about a man who sat at the pool for 38 years and the only reason why i think he had the mind to get healed but he didn't have the ability the physical ability he was waiting on someone to assist him each time the water became troubled but you see he stayed for 38 years because he knew that one day his situation is going to change [Applause] he could have gone home and i would say take me home because this doesn't work it means that when we are in the presence of god there is no limit to his timing [Music] to understand that and he stayed there and jesus showed up and jesus said oh you camping out here so that is he told jesus situation he said i'm here jesus for 38 years and each time the holy spirit came and troubled the water i didn't have the ability to get in and by the time i tried to get there somebody stepped in ahead of me and jesus said all right i see your faith i realize that you need america take up your bed take up your bed take up your bed take up your bed and walk who inside this tabernacle today you are struggling for many many years and jesus showed up and you are still struggling something is wrong [Music] once jesus showed up in any one of our lives things must change hallelujah but watch the other side of the coin the same man was now healed and his healing got him in trouble because they started said what happened are you carrying a bed on the sabbath why are you carrying a bed on the sabbath the the lame man said oh the healed man says the man who healed me told me to take up my bed so if you want to achieved that faith he says to his boss do you have another mission you have another mission and about of course you're my number one warrior why not i've never run out of option you are not going to damascus yes and this one seems to be now not a final but a very important mission and so he took his journey and he was very excited and enthusiastic he took his journey and he was on his way and we come to acts chapter 8 verse 3. so he was on his butt one day while he was on his way to damascus carry out one of his famous mission the master visited with him and had a conversation with him the master said paul paul let us talk about the things that you're doing and i want you at this time to do a self examination i want you to do a self examination to see whether it is moral or immoral whether it's good or it's bad but we must have a conversation at this time because something is missing from your life that you're not seeing and i want to open your eyes to the reality of what you existed for and what you were existing for i want to show you something totally different [Music] so paul responded god had a conversation with him and the conversation that he had with him change his life forever raise your hands with me and say god the conversation that you and i had when i got saved i pray that it will change my life forever amen when we are changed it means that total turnaround we go the opposite way from the ways that we were going it makes no sense we indulge in the things that we did before our passion and our love must be for the change [Music] hallelujah look deep into what god has called us for hallelujah is our life reflecting his glory is our life reflecting the things that we are called for are we just sitting down and we are enjoying [Music] yes lord thank you thank you hallelujah hallelujah just write down acts chapter 9 1-6 for your reading when you go home so when we are transformed like paul there's a word in the bible bishop that i love when jesus does there's some things you hear and he said and immediately that those two words resonate with me and immediately once it is immediate it means now it has to be done right now and it was done just now and immediately paul took up the cross and started following christ with his whole heart with a zeal that led him to his death hallelujah hallelujah he was committed and dedicated for the cause of christ do i have anyone in this tabernacle who has been sold and dedicated bishop and minister davis would have lived their lives as an example of our dedicated soul to the kingdom and the cause of christ do i have anybody to stand with them and stand with us to say i am persuaded i am persuaded i am dedicated i am committed no death no height no principalities no power no spiritual wickedness [Music] can shake me can move me because i am grounded hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah [Music] hallelujah paul didn't remain the same brothers and sisters he preached the undiluted word of god and he because of his dedication he was an older special gift you know bishop there's not a time that i go on my knees and when i'm praying to god i said god let when demons made them tremble all the time and they must run it's my prayer in my prayer room in the mornings i mean any human demon any unseen demons when they see me they must recognize that i am in the kingdom [Applause] [Music] there's not two way about it i'm not wandering hallelujah so paul went on to do marvelous miraculous things in the kingdom of god because he committed himself to the cause of christ and he was fully persuaded that what was given to him now was better than what he had before and that's why paul could say i count all these things but done for the cause are you willing to pay the price for the cause are we willing [Music] to pay the price for the cause hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah paul reached a point where when they brought his handkerchiefs to people who were sick and his apron disease and devil departed evil spirit move out of them acts chapter 19 11 12 read the scriptures hallelujah the healing hands of god was heavy upon paul when i read you know i when i really want to get deep in worship you know other than psalms and to be connected to the work of god and to look at the different levels of persecution look at the levels of deep consecrated power and connection i just read paul's mind when i read paul's story i feel his heart it it has nothing to do with lip service i felt his heart for the gospel of jesus christ and when i felt his heart and i looked at how god poured out in him because of his connection i said god i'm not there yet but that's why i'm heading that's where i'm heading hallelujah hallelujah so [Music] the healing hands of god which was up and paul created enemies for him created enemies for him brothers and sisters hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah giving praise and it got him into serious troubles until he was arrested he was beaten he was stoned he had shipwrecked you talk about you you came to church and somebody is saying that your shoes he lean are you upset and you're christian are you coming to church and somebody said that your clothes didn't press properly you're upset but listen to paul's accolades call him accolades listen to them he was beaten he was shipwrecked he was stoned at one state they stoned him and leave in the market thought he was dead and the bible says that as they went and paul got up he went and preached again the bible didn't say went to the hospital or you talk about somebody say you don't look so good and you it offends you and you're not coming back to church let me tell you something i i said this to every christian today around the world and in power faith ministries that trials and tribulation make you stronger [Applause] [Music] if i didn't go through them i could not be here today if i didn't go through them and i'm still going through them and believe you me i embrace them you don't know the things that i face on a regular basis but you see i keep you up now the difference maybe between you and i is that i gave them to jesus even this morning once i was praying i said god if you don't work it out i know it's for a reason and if you're working out is the same thing because you control hallelujah hallelujah and so they became envious of paul and they hated him they stoned him and and listen it seems to me brothers and sisters that each time when he met upon an obstacle and they did him wrong he became stronger for the gospel of jesus christ what are you doing today with your christianity hallelujah hallelujah in the interest of time i'm going to jump to apartheid script my ceremony that talks about when paul paul to show you the seriousness of this child of god paul was about to go to jerusalem and in secular world we talk about indicators bishop every indication even prophecies even the holy spirit paul don't go to jerusalem because this is going to be it when i listen to this heart of the servant of god to say those things don't move him i wonder if paul operated in the flesh i wondered brothers and sisters paul says to them don't try to dissuade me don't cry because guess what that has no impact on my relationship with god anything that is going to happen will have to happen but i am going to jerusalem [Music] but in a free democratic country where we have the freedom to worship and because god blessed us with a car and something earthly tangible we think it's very difficult to come into the house of god to worship paul was about to be killed for the gospel he was warned by prophets he was told by the holy ghost and paul decided that guess what happened the gospel must be preached in season and out of season in good times in bad times in not so good times [Music] hallelujah hallelujah so we are so we have sufficient examples brothers and sisters to follow we are not short on the teachings of jesus christ we looked at how jesus was the model of christianity and yet still [Music] when we are faced with a few testing and trials because of material things because of earthly things we want to give up because it's just to lose our status you know you don't want people to say that you're not operating at certain levels you must be above the edges look here watch this this morning in my reading did they wanted to capture jesus you know when he came from the other side of the sea in the boat to disciples for him to be king because of his prophetic word and what he was doing alone and what came to me brothers and sisters the holy spirit said to me this morning when jesus was on earth he was brighter more powerful than every human being that was walking planet earth with him that's what the holy spirit was saying to me and the holy spirit said to me where did jesus live what car he drives who were his friends what were his testimonies and the things that he was doing he testified about his father he must be about his father's business and the thing that came home to me [Music] is the holy spirit showed me that even though he had none of the material worldly things he's his name is more powerful than every other name right now and the things he did to know today than all the other persons who were of those age hallelujah so you just imagine [Music] us who are wrapped up in the same mission you know you know i'm here talking but you want to see what is happening in my head and what the world spirit is saying to me no i'm saying to you we who are wrapped up in the mission just like for the father inspired and empowered jesus that is the same thing he has for us [Music] hallelujah so brothers and sisters as i close this [Music] my presentation to you i want you to understand that once you are in the hands of god you are you must face obstacles and i want to assure you that the obstacle that you face will never overcome you unless you kick against the prick i also want to say to all of us that the word of god is sufficient to sustain all of us let me say it again the word of god is sufficient to sustain all of us in every areas of life the word of god what it takes a heart to believe and for us to respond the more we serve him is the more he expand our borders for people to see that he is working in us with us and through us hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah so brothers and sisters i wanted to understand that we are going to face challenges we will face challenges we will face difficulties but remember that god is bigger than all our challenges our problems and finally whilst we are on earth worshiping god we are making as i've said before it's our dress rehearsal for heaven and if you live up here bishop said sometimes that you know he wants to say something he doesn't communicate everything he sees in the heavenly realm to us because we still some of us we are still at the milk stage [Music] we are doing our dress rehearsal for eternal life the only thing that guarantees eternal life is our relationship with christ only things that guarantee eternal life is a relationship with christ everything is temporal everything else hallelujah and so today i want us to look in ourselves and look at our relationship with the one who has created us hallelujah we want to look in ourselves just close your eyes a little bit and talk to your father he's seen our hearts right now he knows the pain that we are feeling he knows that some of us are the point where we do not think we are able to manage and we just need to reach out
