you get ten dollars troy did a test yesterday he packed a full bag with mixed orders singles doubles triples how how long take you to one 30 minutes to do one back y'all know math that's 20 an hour roughly if you're working at tory pace if you're working slower than tory pace it's gonna be a little less you working faster than tory pace it's gonna be a lot more if you waste your your time in our time bringing it back that's halfway forward trying to call it a full back we're just gonna send you back on you wasting time so you might as well before you even bring them back make sure it's full makes you i like you get paid more man hey we can't complain too much maybe with the system you could tell what others could do that they weren't trying to do so now you make your own money depending on how you work i think the new system designed for us to get money around her for real for real put a little stress on you but you know it's a bag at the end of this it's like the yellow brick road rather use you to your advantages than put you somewhere where you may not perform the best like right now man it's all on you and your performance yeah i can already look at it yeah it's that yeah pace i mean you do five boxes in an hour yeah so that's 15 an hour so everything is no more hourly except for um picking orders which well i'll talk to you about that i may have you on that then down there they packing orders they did um ten dollars a bag past the black line you feel like yeah so if i get 30 man come on man come on fold it when you load the box up let marquis know and he got a kind of it nigga's working so i heard all right with some stuff going on yeah all your little teenagers smoking weed in the breezeway right here in the in like right next to my office and then all in the courtyard okay so y'all got footage right yeah i'm gonna pull it today i was i was out of the office yesterday but it's been happening for the last couple days but what people do on their own time is one thing but when they're doing it right there in front of our because we're getting complaints from the tenants that are on that hallway right um but i'm gonna pull footage i'll let you know yeah you know i get it they working they work for that money now so they got a purpose and work harder hey they they hungry as you see they get stuff out faster than ever so i mean it's crazy how you how to see them change over in and just just one quick change of processing and you don't got to do you ain't got to ask them to work they want to work with you you know i really wanna like what place do you go in how many boxes can you fold in an hour so if you could do three boxes in an hour that's nine dollars an hour so you started off at what eight so you'll be making an extra dollar if you can keep that try to try to find a pace where you can keep three boxes an hour like let that be your goal but the good thing about this is if you got if we got more boxes for you to fold if you need to make an extra whatever a day you can stay over if you say you can do three boxes an hour that's nine dollars an hour you see what i'm saying so you get an extra dollar hour every day so if you work 40 40 hours in that week you made the extra 40 that week you see what i'm saying that's 160 a month that you just made doing it this way as opposed to the other one so try it for a couple days if it i have no idea it's only you can watch the camera camera in there so you can see what happened i guess once we move to a new factory ain't no just walking in here like there has to be some kind of order because once she came in with a gun or she came in swinging and now we got to meet everybody hey i just got my nails done like what y'all take y'all take off yeah yeah yeah if it needs to be an extended break we'll let y'all know oh man what a day nobody's job in here is less important than the others you see what i'm saying and i want people to understand that whether you're folding shirts whether you're picking orders whether you're separating orders every single person in the factory matters troy was in here doing the same thing that these people was doing last year around this time literally like literally came here doing the same thing and he saved a hundred thousand dollars last year working at goddess though not made he saved it you see what i'm saying so like if and i don't know i don't know if people know his story but it's like if that alone don't inspire you like i mean that that should be in in the goddess dope handbook you know what i'm saying like that you can literally go from packaging orders or folding shirts or string printing or making hats tagging shirts to saving like within a year not like my first year i did this my second year like within that year he went from ten dollars to a hundred thousand dollars in this account and it's mind-blowing you know you know the way he did it um but yeah i reward people that work hard i'm not trying to keep everything to myself
