$900 dirt bike KTM 250SX complete rebuild - time lapse

hey what's up guys radda here we did an iron I wanted to do two stroke built for a very long time finally I found this KTM 250 SX 2004 on ik Craigslist for a good price and in decent shape so I went to check her out by club okay I ended up buying it for $900 so let's take it back to my garage get our hands dirty you guys just sit back relax and enjoy the build [Music] I'm walking alone streets girl and yes that's [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] so this is it first dirt and I are on off-road built this is 2004 KTM 250 SX that I went completely through San Diego powder coating to the orange frame I replace all the bearings and seals and regressed everything all balls get all the bearings then erigor did the engine with the hot rod Battlement vertex top and big board 300 Kip and we got V force read cage we got lectrons on this thing so put these things together engine lecture on V force and you got a really really sweet engine so I could not be more happy with the way this bike is running and for the look and feel and everything you guys tell me below in the comments how you liked it thank you I want to say is to all of you guys who are listed on this side of a bag I'm gonna show you the picture there is 19 guys who helped me to build this bike who stand donation through PayPal and I proudly list your hair on the bike you will be on this bike forever until somebody else buys it and do something with it but till I have this bike you are listed here and I really appreciate every single one of you so thank you also I wanna say thank you to Jay Clark from dirt bike TV he has been a great help he helped me a big time to build this bike so now proudly I display his dirt bike TV logo right next to the dirt and iron on my front number plate I'm gonna put the complete list of all the mods and every single thing I used from different companies different from om I'm gonna list it below in the video you can go through everything you can see the links and websites of all these companies so you can see what I use for this bike but yeah it wasn't it wasn't a small project I replace almost everything this bike is now better than new I have about five hours on this bike first hour I did the owner just kind of break in and then second hour on this bike was actually pretty excited and I'm gonna share it with you guys you're gonna see it on a different Channel I think you know the channel is Racer X they did a video about this bike we met we did a little chat with David Pingree and then he took this bike for a ride let me tell you that guy knows how to ride so me you know as a builder of this bike standing and from a distance watching him riding this bike and he knows how to ride I couldn't be more happy you know listening to the sound how this bike was singing and the sounds so happy and crisp and David was just riding it you know like wheeling over these obstacles and Hills really smooth on the trails and just you know hitting hitting that pipe at doing Willian third forgive as he was switching the gears elbow just something watching that guy ride I'm gonna put a picture somewhere here and then also share a little short video from the ride david icke gave me the GoPro footage that he had from the ride and the range the whole video on their channel Racer X once it's out I'm gonna put a pillow description so you guys can click on the link and go check it out in their Channel other than that what do you guys think let me know I want to hear your opinion tell me tell me about the bike let's talk a little bit about other companies that kind of helped me to build this bike and all the products are used so the protection I use petrie carbon fiber for the skid plate and for the pipe I use the bulletproof radiator guards TM design works change sliders Showtek kickstand and this computer now flex the Flex company handlebars they're dead flex and also also the foot pegs it's kind of reducing the vibration so I don't really feel a lot of vibration especially on my hands I would say it's zero vibration I don't feel anything a little bit on my feet but hands it's really good the worst connection is all these little bits and pieces all the anodized stuff plus are nice-looking stained vapor honing restoration clean all the aluminum parts for this build so they look brand new we got complete wheel set from task task impact and we pair it with brand new rotors from task and for the front brake we went with oversized 270 millimeter rudder that really gives a little more braking power we are running super sprowtz bracket front and rear and also the chain I decided to go with a stack gearing which is 1450 for this bike race tech suspension complete revolve set to my riding style my weight my skills all the kind of stuff I'm still going to play with it a little bit I'd like to have a little bit softer but for now what I was testing for 5 hours that I did on the bike it's really amazing I love it so much better than it was before what else do we have here we got a hints on clutch cover I am as big tank I love how it looks and it carries a lot of fuel or like three gallons and we'd electron carburetor I can go for a really long trail ride you know before it was very small thing this was an MX bike before so big thing was a mass for this build and I think I am as they have the best looking design for the tank full FMF system on this bike a gnarly 5 that is really good for the off-road riding it pulls better from the bottom and it's a little bit more tough so you you don't get you know little dings and dents on the pipe easily and also we got a FMF turbine court to silencer with a spark arrestor which is a must here in California we got a service full plastic it with a hand guards but I only use the shield's of the hand guards this the frame is from Fast Company because it was just fitting better with the handlebars but I really liked how this handguard shield are looking at I think they are fitting the overall theme of the bike the Moto C did the see I think they did a great job it looks amazing it's a great Percy that really doesn't doesn't slide when I sit on it I don't slide at all and I think they did a nice color combination when I had it without the seat and without the sticker it looked a little bit different right but once everything comes together I sit down I was looking on this bike for like hour or maybe even two hours I was just cleaning little things I'm getting it ready for the shoot and I could not be more happy I'm really stuck really happy how everything turned out the decal MX did a really beautiful because this is a made finish and I just like how they did everything it looks up-to-date it doesn't really look like it's 2004 to me right now I'm telling you when I ride it it feels it feels brand new that bag is super tired it's super smooth that power is there Briggs are amazing we put I got the new brake line that is a it's a task what they call it the braided line it's really strong so the bread and then I have oversized the brake rod or so brakes are amazing it's just like brand new bike and the rear brake also works great dunlop tires they are pretty good good grip on the racks for this tire also david pingree when he was riding the bike he told me he loved it he said the bike feels amazing and also he said that it just feels like a brand new bike with everything we did to the bike he had the feeling that he's riding a brand new bike he just said like hey man he did a good job I would love the bike so definitely I'm happy I'm stoked with everything we did to this bike and how this bike turned out now I'm super excited I would like to do more build yes it's just it is so much fun you know once I took it apart and they start putting it back together little by little you know seeing all these things coming together it gave me a lot of joy I have to be honest with you I didn't expect that we'll enjoy it this much and also you guys enjoying it so much because I can see all the comments all the likes and all the views on this video so definitely this one is not the last build I have on the channel I'm gonna keep building the
