the t-38 talon a supersonic flying classroom the t-38 talon is the world's first super sonic trainer and the most produced of all the other trainer aircraft and they're still using them to this very day there's been well over a thousand of these things built since 1961. you can buy this for the low price of eight hundred thousand dollars and then they'll build it custom for you from there they also have three f5 a and b series just in case you want to buy one get one offer this has got a 12 700 pound gross takeoff weight powered by two ge j8513 turbo jet engines with everybody's favorite the afterburner you get 3 000 btus each out of those bad boys pushing you over to my favorite mach 1.3 858 miles an hour or a few canadians that's 1 381 kilometers per hour 700 nautical miles and go all the way up to 50 000 feet i love america we get all the cool stuff here in february 1962 the t-38 established four new international time to crime records for the three thousand six thousand nine thousand and twelve thousand meter altitudes the national aeronautics association officially recorded t-38 climb rates of 44 000 feet per minute or 500 miles per hour straight up i love the fuel economy on this like that's even a real word when you're talking about these things it's 1.69 miles a gallon why didn't even put stuff like that in here that's just ridiculous we know that there are at least seven of these t-38s privately owned here in good old usa fun fact for you nasa operates 32 of these t-38s and they figure it costs somewhere between 25 and 30 million bucks a year to fly and maintain their fleet of airplanes tax dollars well spent i mean i i pay taxes therefore i should be able to get a ride in one of these things right and then how this works the t-38 has also been selected by the german air force for their pilot training program speaking of the germans it's the measure schmidt me 262 and german is charlie which means swallow it for the fighter versions or skoom giveaway and in german that's translated storm bird for the fighter bomber versions although i bet you if you took this sucker over to any of these uh antifa outfits boy they would have a field day with this going all the way back to 1936 before world war ii the germans were already working on a jet fighter the hinkle he one seven eight and within a week of the invasion of poland because you know that wasn't a setup or anything the me 262 was already under development not gonna lie this stuff is is pretty cool the development of all these things and test flights and everything else i love history this is fantastic stuff not only that in january of 2002 up in everett washington they are making 100 to scale brand new flyable me 262s that you can buy they're upgrading a few things like the brakes and landing gear and the power plant the measure schmidt foundation in germany's approval they are continuous airframe serial numbers from germany 60 years ago you're looking at a single pilot max takeoff weight of thousand seven hundred and nineteen pounds powered by two junkers jumo zero zero four b one turbo jet engines pushing out a little less than two thousand pounds each got a max speed of 560 miles an hour you can go about 650 miles on this all the way up to 37 570 feet getting there at 3 900 feet a minute we're going to strap four 30 millimeter mk 108 cannons on it a few rockets and a handful of bombs yes you could own the world's first operational jet-powered fighter aircraft just a couple years ago and south of the border down on prison island down there you guys were selling off a few f-111s and it says and i quote the f-111 aircraft are subject to international traffic and arms regulations let me translate for you i'm from the cia and i'm going to send them to columbia the general dynamics f-111 aardvark supersonic tactical attack aircraft it's got a long nose on it which is kind of why they called it the aardvark came out in the late 60s and was retired in 2010 there were a bunch of different variants of this the abcdefk i don't know why they skipped a couple letters there ef 111a raven and then the fb strategic bomber version took two people to fly this bad boy she was a hefty girl at an even 100 000 pounds boy that is like a dozen e9's right there holy cow powered by two pratt and whitney tf 30p 100 after burning turbofan engines pushing out 25 000 btus each that's 50 000 pounds of get you moving going a a brisk 1 650 miles an hour that's mach 2.5 if you're doing some maths service ceiling is 66 000 feet so it can get up there and take a peek around it's got foldy wings on it how cool is that ready to climb 25 000 feet per minute that's a lot but for a fighter jet not so much and it's because she's he needs to go on a diet but man oh man you can put just about anything you want on that thing and oh yes it's also nuclear ready she can do the 61 and 43 nuclear bombs or a gbu-15 electro optical bomb i don't even know what that is but i want one bonus you can get a c130 for 1.3 million and there's not just this one for sale there is several of these for sale there's even some that you can buy the whole fleet of these right here they're selling three of them it's a buy one get two free sale the lockheed c-130 hercules is your diesel dually of airplanes it takes five people you got two pilots a navigator a flight engineer and a load master and it can fit forty five thousand pounds of stuff that's three humvees or two m wraps or 74 patients with two medical personnel 64 airborne troops 92 passengers or anything you could fit in a 40 by 10 spot max takeoff weight is 155 000 pounds it's got four allison t56 turbo props which has got about 4 500 shaft horsepower a pops we'll give it a cruise speed of a modest 336 miles an hour you know it's a prop so we're not going to expect too much out of it it can go a long ways 2 000 nautical miles ready to climb i mean hey this is a big bertha if there ever was one 1830 feet a minute pretty much the same thing as my cherokee six it's just a bigger version it's like a grown up version of the cherokee six take off and land well if you throw some rockets on this bad boy it can do it in a football field some of these even had a gigantic gun on the side of it these airplanes are used for everything from regular cargo haulers to fire fighting to oil spill cleanup and anything else you can imagine the cia has been known to use these to how shall i say run drugs and guns to fund the guns and drug war here in america used by pretty much every single country on the face of the planet there are so many different variations and combinations of this plane throw down in the comments all the different variations that you've seen of the c130 i would love to hear your stories i know that you've got a bunch of them share them with the rest of us [Music] hailing from that great land up north of russia our one of two on this list migs this one is a mig 25 and in what my opinion is the ugliest airplane ever made but dang is it fast it was clocked in march of 1971 doing mach 3.2 over the sinai desert that is over 2 000 miles an hour they call it russia's rat rod for a reason because it kind of looks beat up and you know it's had a hard life strangely enough when this first came out in the early 60s mig design bureau actually proposed turning this 25 into the world's first supersonic business jet i mean you could have this or one of those leer jets personally i think i'd still take the learjet but man you could cruise at mach 3. maintenance might get you a little bit because uh they they discovered that after they would hit mach 3 every single flight the engines would have to be replaced powered by two ginormous tomanski r15 turbo jets they're pushing almost 50 000 btus going all the way up to the edge of space at 90 000 feet i mean the air coming through the engines is more than a herd of elephants could breathe in their lifetime every minute and leave it to those crazy russian because you can go to flymig.com and set up your very own ride in one of these things how awesome of a birthday gift would that be holy moly it might be ugly but mother of pearl it is wicked fast very similar to the t-38 is the single-seat fighter version it's the f5 it's super sonic of course they just kick the juice up a little bit you're now looking at 938 knots for your max speed 5 000 btus each on one of those service ceiling of 51 800 rate of climb thirty four thousand five hundred it's the fighter version of the trainer they do come up for sale every once in a while you can buy a build-it-yourself kit for just three hundred thousand dollars or ready to run for a few million [Applause] in 2009 if you had just five dollars that's right a fiver you could buy a mig-31 fighter actually not just one four of them were sold for as little as five dollars we're not saying that any sort of funny business was going on or that you know hunter biden was over there working some of his magic selling some paintings but i'm just saying seems a little suspicious to me this mig-31 was designed to be a cruise missile interceptor how amazing is that it's a less ugly version of that mig-25 it began production in 1979 they are still using them to today and they've announced that they will be using them all the way for the next 10 years or so and it had some fancy wizardry called phased array radar which i have no idea what that does but it sounds really cool the main hello sticks were some r33 air-to-air missiles it had a 23-millimeter cannon with 260 rounds that's not that much i mean that's a couple pulls of the trigger and that's all you're getting out of that thing you could pack a couple of long range missiles on there some short range infrared missiles it was even used for anti-ship operations even putting a high precision hypersonic aeroballistic missile with a range of 1200 miles at mach 10. that was definitely powered by some mountain dew right there popping some nuclear warheads on this bad boy breaking all kinds of records this reached 123 520 feet in 1977. it did that in just four minutes 11 seconds that's a hundred and fifteen thousand feet a minute it's a heavyweight fighter 101 000 pounds for a max takeoff weight it's gonna hold 35 000 pounds of just fuel it's got two d30 f6 after burning turbo fan engines putting out 68 000 btus this one will do about 2 000 miles an hour right at mach 3 pulling 5g so it's not your agile fighter it is definitely a long range high altitude interceptor if you want to fly in one of these right now today go over to flyfighterjet.com and pick a ride in one if you've got an extra 10 or 15 000 bucks laying around yeah they'll give you a ride in one all the way up to the very edge of space and going over mach 2. oh man do all that in one a hour bonus you could buy the infamous and amazing uh 60a blackhawk directly from uncle sam 250 grand we'll get you in the door 500 will go up or you could buy one i already went through all the civilian stuff for uh this one right here that's loaded out is 6.2 million and just like the c130 blackhawks are utilitarian have served every conceivable mission type there is they came around about 1979 and they've been everywhere done everything a max take off weight of 22 000 pounds you got two get 700 turboshaft engines pushing out almost 2 000 horsepower each it's got a 175 mile an hour crew speed 19 000 foot ceiling and a rate of climb of 1 646 feet a minute it can put guns and bombs and anything you can imagine strapped onto this thing they were made infamous in their use in the raid on hussein obama bin laden here's a jeopardy answer for you there's a version called the vh60n used to transport important government officials aka with a call sign marine one whenever it's got the president of the united states on it that's pretty cool there was a secret version of the uh-60 modified with low observable technology to invade radar well it's not it's not so secret guys it's right here on wikipedia [Applause] [Music] florida man buys an f-16 fighter last year right during this whole corona deal going on you could have bought yourself a 1980 f-16a fighter jet what this is one of my all-time favorite jets it is a smaller one it's fast it's nimble it's wicked loud can carry a bunch of stuff on it and you could have bought one for eight and a half million bucks a service ceiling of 55 000 feet 2400 miles you know you can choose between a cessna 172 or an f-16 i don't know and it's called the fighting falcon now that is a name for a jet way way way this just in you could buy an entire air force 40 israeli f-16 fighter jets the f-16 fighting falcon also known as the viper because it on battle star galactico when that movie came out there was the colonial viper star fighter there's a bunch of these out there over 4 600 of these were made it's got an internal m61 vulcan cannon hello blowing some stuff up baby that's what i'm talking about and we get to the good stuff we're talking 42 000 pound max takeoff weight that's 7 000 pounds of fuel and 39 000 pounds go get you some we're gonna hit off they had two different engines a ge and a pratt and whitney both after burning and will get you darn near 30 000 btus when you light up the torch mach 2.5 that's 1 318 miles an hour good doggie that's good 60 000 feet up you can go down and see some things you can pull nine g's in this bad boy a 72 000 foot per minute climb that's 4.2 g sustained ascending turn that's crazy we got 11 spots to put some bombs and some gopros and yes this one is nuclear ready just in case you never know when you're gonna need that foreign you
