hey youtube what's going on i'm so excited for this video because i am going to be sharing some tips that will help you achieve longer hair now i know you have seen so many videos on youtube because trust me there's like hundreds and thousands of them on youtube but in this video we are talking about what really matters okay so stay tuned number one you've heard it before no heat no heat no heat but did you know that he actually weakens the hair like he has the ability to chip away at the hair cuticle this can affect the integrity of the hair leading to hydro fatigue high porosity hair breakage damage all of that okay so i challenge you if you are an avid user to not use heat for three whole months and i guarantee you you are going to see a difference in the texture the growth the thickness of your hair now if you're like walking around you use heat in my regimen well you know what you are ahead of the game okay number two is the game changer which happens to be deep conditioning whether you do this on a weekly basis on a bi-weekly basis you do not want to skip out on this step because when you think about it when we are handling our hair on a daily basis whether that's combing brushing braiding putting our hair up in a bun daily practices all of this can actually compromise the integrity of the hair so the beauty of deep conditioning apart from the feel of the hair the softening the detangling there's actually something taking place on a microscopic level so remember when i was seeing how heat weakens the hair and it leaves like these little gaps on the cuticle and chips away at the cuticle conditioners with cationic conditioner ingredients to restore the cuticle of the hair so when you are styling and you are taking care of your hair on a daily basis you're not seeing as much breakage when you are consistently deep conditioning your hair when i first started my hair care regimen guys i had to do it on a weekly basis to get my hair up to the place where i needed to be now i can go by weekly without any issues so deep conditioning is a game changer okay number three is going to be focusing on your scalp okay your scalp is so important i'm actually going to do a dedicated video on the scalp within a few weeks but if you are trying to obtain longer hair you need to be doing some type of scout stimulation some type of fertilization taking place um i made a video a few weeks ago on god and hair growth and i shared in that video how god gave me this revelation and how her hair is like plants and flowers and anytime you try to grow your flowers or plants in the backyard or in your home you have some type of fertilizer or really get to the roots to really get the most amount of growth so this should be something that's already incorporated in your regimen this can be having a good hair vitamin biotech msn this can be creating your own diy hair growth oil or purchasing a hair growth oil drinking a lot of water all of this creates this amazing system of nutrients and stimulation that's going to give you the maximum amount of growth that your body can give you okay and neck is going to be your ends oh my goodness your ends are the oldest part of your hair so they experience the most amount of trauma in a sense so what i do to make sure that my ends stay moisturized and healthy is when i'm moisturizing my hair i don't just put moisturizer on my hair and begin to do my twist outs or my braid out or a bun i put an extra dime size amount of a cream-based moisturizer on my ends and then i finish my braid out or my twist out whatever style i'm doing and the really cool thing about this you are also enhancing the style of your hair when you put that extra amount of cream based moisturizer on your ends when you're doing your braid out you're going to have some really nice curly definitions for your ends as well because the ingredients within the moisturizer helps your hair to mold really nicely within that braid which is what i did for this style here and last but not least it's going to be protective styling which is also another game changer because your hair needs to rest whether that's getting a wig doing some braids putting your hair in a bun whatever i will say this if you do wigs or if you do braids keep them in no longer than four to six weeks anything after four to six weeks can get kind of tricky because now you're going into excessive shedding excessive product buildup which is not a good deal hope you guys enjoyed this video i have a question for you what is the one advice that you got that maybe someone gave you or you got a youtube that has helped your hair grow the most was it moisturizing every day was it a hair growth oil was it deep conditioning what is that one thing share below in the comment section and i can't wait to join the conversation with you make sure you guys subscribe your notifications are on to see more curly chemistry content like this because
