5 ADVANCED TIPS for Helldivers 2 - PARRY & Movement Jump Pack Tips Guide

oh there you are I've been waiting for you we got some advanced level tips that I'm going to need to go over with you now these tips are for the bugs the termined scum I have about five for you now these tips are mostly focused around movement I'd say and some way shape of porn so stick around I hope you enjoy the video go check out some of my shorts if you're new as well I have lots of tips and tricks for you all we wanton a nice mellow game right here because uh level 9 is just to be too crazy for me to show you these kind of things and actually explain while fighting hordes of enemies so guys don't forget to tune in to my streams I stream APM EST practically every day it's a little too foggy for me right now so we're going to fix that right here all right that's much better I've actually never done this Mission raise the flag mission all right so tip number one is you can Parry bugs when they get too close to you and cancel out their attacks oh I'm drowning all right let's try it again we just need one of you guys if you time your melee right you can at the ladder end cancel out a hunter jumping on you which is pretty cool now you can also Parry some other bugs which I will try to show you this bug can be parried too see right before he starts his animation you can just give him a Little Love tab now keep in mind that this takes some practice cuz the different bugs have different animations and also attack speeds some attack you when you're too close and some might delay Hunters may or may not jump on you but that's okay we like it when they don't jump on us all right let's experiment on these guys yeah no it doesn't cancel it out yeah so don't melee the B spearers but these guys I think can be canceled out as well the armored Warriors but it's kind of hard they kind of have some [Music] reach but there you go so you can use it within a fight a hunter is jumping on you just give him a little love tap all right now we have a brood Commander see how we can Parry this guy I'm prettyy sure you can Parry stalkers too but I don't know if I'll have them in this game these guys hurt so ow in this instance with this bug I kind of like to Parry after I shoot the head off because they kind of just run at you and try to get a like nice sneaky hit so besides parrying you can also Dodge if you're wearing a fast enough armor you can just outright do a sharp turn and you will Dodge the melee majority of the time depending on which arm they use as well actually it doesn't really matter I think we try the right side yeah but I'm pretty sure you already knew that as long as you're moving fast enough and I'm a movement player so that's what I do tip number three for movement would be diving so if you are slowed which I'm trying to be you are going to be moving way faster just by spamming dive so anytime you are slowed just Spam dive and shoot but not your grenade pistol and blow yourself up so when you're dodging you should still be popping off shots the bugs have a couple of slows um one being from the B Titan spitting on you and you have the hunters who lick you with their tongue and maybe you slow yourself with a plant on a cold planet or a stun grenade way faster doing that now you combine the Parry with the dodging and your use of movement with diving and then the jump pack like that which I will teach you you're just going to be insane at movement so number four is jump pack if you even run the jump pack a lot of people don't I think it's a great tool one of my favorite support strategems that you can put on your backpack allows you to get height you can get Vantage points on rocks mountains and even Titans and then being that I love the AMR which certain bugs can't get to me and I can support my team from afar getting nice and high up and then providing OverWatch hello also there might be Maps where you need a jetpack that water's too deep for me to swim in now besides that remember I was talking about the slow yeah I remember well there may be slight pinches you would have if you are diving and you're slowed and there's a charger right about to hit you and it'll take you way too long to get back up and dive again or a botle Titan right about a stomp on you the jump pack can be used right immediately after for like an extra Dodge you can use the jump pack to dodge over bugs or round bug get distance a charger's charging at you or this guy for example are you going to charge at me no back up so you can jump over Chargers or you can jump on top and go for a little ride thank you you need distance from the bugs you can jump away so yeah jump pack is very versatile especially if you want to be a movement player like myself now for some extra Tech with the jump pack you can aim for about the first second while jumping so if I want to do like a little jump shot I can but only in the very beginning you'll see in the beginning I'm aiming but after the first second your character just aims the weapon in the air like that and now it's inaccurate so now you combine the Parry the Dodge the dive the jump pack and with a little practice the bugs will have a hard time trying to catch up with
