hockey rink two swimming pools in so much more this is like living on your own private island in privacy so without further ado follow me for a look inside good to see you Evan great to see you all right everybody this is Evan the lucky owner of this fantastic property and everybody knows Linda since owned the five star real estate agent here in Rancho Santa Fe now before we get into some of the activities and how you've enjoyed this property when to give us an overview of the home and what everybody can expect so we've got six bedrooms here with six baths full baths and two powder rooms it's about sixty two hundred square feet on just over three acres [Music] what has it been like living in Rancho Santa Fe and what has it been like living in this property yeah we've loved it you know I raised both my boys here we've been here eight years and it's you know you'll talk about it you talked about I think the sports Mecca it is we get to play golf we get to play hockey we get to play tennis you get to play basketball we get to swim it's just been a great place to live the schools here unbelievable if K through eight you know my boys were able to go through the school stuff in the hallway the privacy the golf club it's just it's a it's a place where you can be you can be in a three acre property not to see your neighbors if you don't want them to see it if you do it's a great community that's out for their D are you ready for a tour of the home very nice and we'll see you in a bit Evan sounds good and here we are in what you called the heart of the home this is almost like being at your own private resort so the floor plan which is really nice is you've got the master suite quiet and private on the right here and then we have four bedroom suites two on the first floor and two upstairs and they have their own private balconies baths and fireplaces what else is nice about this courtyard is it's great for relaxing take a couple lounge chairs back here read a book or if you're having a party it's a great place to entertain and as we walk back inside here Linda first off this is a statement it's actually two stories it was handmade for the owner and there Capisce shells from the Philippines and as we enter the living room here sighs I mean all of this furnitures of course custom but it feels cozy and I love that wood table it's great for entertaining we also have a screen 155 inch screen that drops down so this also is a meeting [Music] this is considered your formal dining or could be informal lots of room for all your friends for your family the indoor/outdoor living is what everybody is looking for today because you could go out there you can have dinner year round and then you do have the lap pool back there also and one thing that I've noticed throughout the tour is there's a fireplace almost in every room well we've got 11 fireplace Wow the kitchen was just recently redone with new Caesar stone countertops we do have a fireplace in here also of course great top-of-the-line appliances and a nice little breakfast nook what do you say we go take a look at the master retreat and we see how you're gonna look like a king in this property okay let's do it this would be considered the master suite you've just got a wonderful sized bedroom with a fireplace it's not too big it's not too small so it's cozy now I think Evan likes fire obviously the fireplace and then the fire bowl up here yeah you can't beat it well I'm looking ahead to the what it looks like a five-star spa that's that's a good way to look at it you've got a lot of space back you've got his or her vanities you do have a soaking tub here and then we do have his applauses what do you say we step out onto the balcony here it's good get some fresh air and there's something about who feel that the California Sun I mean we're only about seven minutes from the beach and what's really nice about Rancho Santa Fe and most people don't understand is we have this thing called marine layer and so a couple miles east west of us the clouds just come in and they kind of stay there uh-huh where we're nice and sunny and warm I think we can see Evan down below they're like he's waiting he's waiting I'm not going but I'll give you a hug then and I'll say things alrighty and I'll see you soon take care [Music] Evan how's it going good see it I good to see you as well how many people can you really have here at the property what could you really do here to throw an epic event we've had a few epic events I don't know if I was the homeowner had the most epic that's when we first moved into this house is dirty people came around oh you know we've done this house before and and they were a little this point when they found I had two kids there was Jerry Buss lived right across the street and we all know that he was always game for a good time now I know that you are a big fan of Technology talk a little bit about the stuff that you have inside of the home yeah and we moved into this house my wife actually she reads MRIs of our house we knew we need a high spec now that have high-speed Internet and luckily Jerry Buss your buddy and wired Internet all the way down to our roads are living so we had cat6 cabling and every corner of the house we have commercial grade y5 it makes it so I think it all the way down to the Tesla document and you can move into anything and everything screaming is everyone [Music] like we said in the intro you're not doing it right if you don't have at least two pools I've said that to every morning register and frankly two pools are the owner meaning there's so many different things that you can do in this house we've enjoyed it as as a family I don't think my boys will ever forgive me for selling that now I have to take a loss because we're gonna go play some sports are you ready you will take a look very nice let's go have some fun [Music] [Music] [Music] and here we are flying over Rancho Santa Fe and my goodness look at your property from the air Evans first off you're gonna miss this oh but now looking down at it what do you think you're gonna miss the most and talk about your community here dad I don't know why I'm selling now can we can we can we pull this leg back yeah having the three acres you know it's all usable land we've been able to to play baseball and almost every corner of my property it's it's I'm gonna miss having all this space but we've taken a lot of care when we first moved here there's a lot of there is around written around ranch set up a that ardor desert ev4 but my wife wanted green and we got green and we got flowers and there's there's always birds flying around there in our courtyard hummingbirds nature galore you know here just a few miles from from the city and the beach very nice and as you say the beach we can see it there in the distance but there's a lot of opportunity that comes with owning this home and one of those opportunities is becoming a member of the Golf Course here or of the baseball field here as we look down at the diamond and we see your son down there playing that's Richardson Field it's a beautiful baseball field the facilities everything really in Rancho Santa Bay is top top notch now as we head down this way we now see the golf course and if you own in the covenant you can become a part of this golf course it's such a great club it's very private one of the great things about our house is that we're not just in the company but we're on the west side of the covenant and the opportunity to drive to the beach and just spend an hour or two there because you're so close is great very nice well I got a thank you for an amazing day thank you to Linda as well your home is to die for so I'm gonna roll out of the
