the next one now check out these curved hallways ty where do you ever see this I've never seen this this one's a little bit larger again closet Romeo Juliet balcony as well as a little arts and crafts room for the kids if you want to keep that contained in one area take a look at this pool that's right I mean talk about paradise you've got a floating spa and a floating fire bowl I have found the entertainers paradise let me show you the guest house here this is a one-bedroom one-bath guest house okay we have a full kitchen on this side large area for living room game room and then we have an incredibly huge bedroom area in the back that could also be a game room not to mention you're looking back out onto the party yeah you're you're right here in the middle of all the action this home is on 1.63 acres ok a good part of land this does also have a jogging trail this does wrap around basically the entire part of the property we've done a lot of homes and never have we seen your own private walking or jogging trail and the nice thing about this is you still feel like you're in paradise that's right so coming out here and doing a run it's not going to be difficult and when you get bored we can play tennis I'll tie welcome to the tennis court to Wimbledon that's right in Dover yeah it was recently resurfaced so it's nearly a brand new tennis court and it's fully lit now that bit more than a read but it really shows you how private the area is well that's right we're kind of a split between Del Mar and Solana Beach both of those areas have really cool downtown areas they're right on the water great restaurant but not a whole lot of commercialization you mention the lifestyle this home really does offer you that luxury lifestyle and looking out to the racetrack which is right there to the beat put this right there spread on the Golf Course which is also right here you have it all if you ever choose to leave because who would want to leave there and what if you do you still have all these things with its fitness of your house
