Modern Ranch Style Luxury Home in Southern California

and here we are today we're in beautiful southern california and take a look at a lennar new build in a community called sterling heights apologize if you hear some wind and take a look at the side of the house first this is the driveway that leads to the garage and the side entrance there's a gate there there's a gate here that leads you to the backyard oh this is going to be glorious this is going to be an amazing tour look at how beautiful the outside of this house is absolutely wonderful okay so five bedroom five bath we have six thousand five hundred and forty square feet of space look at this beauty from the front you have stairs that go up to the second floor gorgeous real quick let's just do the side amazing the neighborhood the neighborhood is really quiet it is beautiful over here and what i really like about lennar is they do a lot of inclusive things so a lot of the upgrades are included and what you see um so this is a next-gen home what that means is it has a separate casita which is amazing uh here let's okay our code is and we go all right guys and we are inside of this beautiful lennar property so just to show you real quick very open floor plan i really like the way this is set up living dining outdoor indoor outdoor combination kitchen area oh this is going to be a magnificent tour i could feel it i could feel it let's go let's start from the beginning guys right you have your beautiful heavy duty door it's fantastic on your right i'm guessing this is where the casita's gonna be let's check it out start from the beginning and beautiful bedroom oh yeah fantastic look at this your closet space here look how much space this is a big bedroom excellent excellent now down the hallway oh sorry oh over here to the left is your bathroom tile work gorgeous rain shower head wonderful even a seat and everything you need gorgeous washer dryer very convenient i like it guys i like it now here the continuation living area and your own little kitchenette on your left is obviously your private entrance and that's what makes this like a cedar right so you have the kitchenette no oven but you do have a microwave so you can get a little bit of cooking done that's the good news plenty of light in here which is very nice oh man this is a great casita i really like this so onwards we started here and as you walk down your beautiful hallway let's see on our left is the first half bath so you have your throne space look how nice cabinet space on the left is the garage door and that's open sorry it doesn't look very attractive that's just usually what happens with model homes that's where the storage is all the backups and all that stuff so don't judge that's why usually you don't see garages here beautiful dining area oh my god just look at that wine rack on the right and open space mirrors here again big window so you get plenty of that sunlight for your dining area you can see it overlooking the living space gorgeous can't wait to play that piano a little bit i wonder if it's in tune here cabinetry and i'm guessing yes this is the walk-in pantry this is nice oversized pantry plenty of space all right you can save some trips to the grocery store you can go to costco and just buy two months worth of supplies and you're good you don't even have to leave the house on to the kitchen area oh my god guys look at this and more dining space obviously that's your backyard over there we're gonna tackle that in a bit for now let's just enjoy this let's take it in let's soak it in let's take a moment and appreciate this beautiful kitchen double island breakfast bar stainless steel appliances it's so nice it's so clean so elegant so i really like the glass in some of these cabinets this is very well done here you have the monogram six burner [Music] gorgeous under-mounted sink of course your dish dishwasher that plays awesome music fridge oven microwave this is very nice and this leads you to your living area living space is fantastic you can see the accent wall works very very well i love the beams on the ceiling you have speakers installed fantastic and this is so open it just feels like you have so much room because everything is so together there's not too many walls in between obviously a great place to put a piano [Music] so now hidden from view is what's going on behind this accent wall by the way you do have a beautiful linear fireplace here and what i also like is you see that they blend all the outlets to match the wall incredible game room baby oh yes entertainment at its best four screens of course that's how you gotta do it in your sports room built-in shelving what a gorgeous entertainment room and obviously this leads to your backyard as well where you have endless views of hilltops palm trees and lush greenery you know what let's take a closer look so you have your indoor outdoor complimentary all right how it goes together so well you have your dining area fireplace tv speakers in the ceiling big champagne on ice and she said look at this oh wow what a gorgeous morning to have an afternoon nice backyard space jacuzzi area lounge chairs and that is your side entrance right there that we saw in the beginning that's where your garage spaces are beautiful corner lot oh my god i can't wait for this model to go on sale it's gonna happen pretty soon this is incredible now no pool in the backyard i respect it you can put one here if you want one but there's also if you look straight ahead and concentrate there's a lake right in the community this is a guard gated community very safe i absolutely love the area very quiet barbecue area and more dining area oh you could have a feast out here you can even sit your whole family just on one side of the table and have somebody paint it would be a classic this is what you want partially covered you could really do a lot of cooking here and it's so nice this is august and it's what 78 81 degrees outside something like that the air is sweet almost no humidity it's amazing and again guys location so the price has a lot to do with where you are you have more yard here this would make a perfect garden tomatoes grapes lemon trees that's up to you my oh my fantastic i can't wait to see the second floor i want to see some amazing bedrooms here gorgeous i want to know what you guys think do we like lennar i mean last time i did a lennar video in irvine i think it went over pretty well that's why we're back and doing some more lennar homes let me know if you guys like this one for now we're gonna head upstairs and see what that's about upgraded staircase very nice railing okay so as we get up here [Music] you can see bedrooms we can see loft balconies okay all right well let's start somewhere and let's start here bedroom oh they love it too just like i do that's a very big closet for a secondary bedroom i like that and of course a lot of windows bringing in a lot of light this is nice okay so oh there it is i was going to say there's no shower but here it is it's the bathroom for the bedroom here fantastic nothing super fancy but just enough to make it elegant and clean here is your second floor laundry room perfect so you have one in the casita and you have one up here very roomy plenty of cabinets right you have your upper cabinets all of them have crown molding this is nice little backsplash going on very well done next bedroom hello my fan is going nice very cute very cozy smaller walk-in closet that's okay and a gorgeous shower got like a new york subway tile thing going on here it's pretty cool i like it i like it on we go here we have a loft what's in here so i'm guessing this is the masters right okay we'll see that in a minute loft space is incredible very large that's a very big sectional and there's still plenty of space to walk around and then you have a balcony so let's see what that's all about can we no we can't oh lennar you're keeping me out of my favorite spot the balcony actually we're gonna we'll get there by taking the staircase when we exit the house yes all right there's always a way if there's a will gorgeous second floor absolutely fantastic okay let's check out what we have here oh this is another bedroom oh how cool is this very nicely done another large closet and i'm guessing here we have a bathroom that would only make sense yes there you go tile that matches all the bathrooms match each other fantastic beautiful okay all right master bedroom we've waited for you and now we're ready cabinet space that's nice and then here is nice this is large i really like the wall treatment right behind the headboard obviously the large sliding doors very well done two big mirrors they give you even more light oh nice oh man i would not mind waking up over here this is very nice okay so we go into the master bath and boom it blows you away again guys with the lennar good surprises today i am all for it glass enclosed shower rain head a seat a freestanding tub and the tile on the floor is awesome very well designed fantastic okay so thrown space self-explanatory there's going to be a door here don't worry and also a glass door that leads you to your huge closet closet is kind of divided into two very nice now obviously you can upgrade these you can put cabinets here you could put more lights i would definitely add some lighting in here overall this is a fantastic space oh that's a mirror and from the bathroom you have access to your balcony we don't have access but you you have access the quartz countertops in the shower or master bathroom sorry are really beautiful here we go we open this door and we're on the balcony and that fresh air just comes at you just i'm telling you guys if i can bottle southern california air and sell it i'd still probably doing i'd still probably be doing uh like luxury home tour videos but i'd have a much fatter bank account because this is some of the best air in the world yes okay maybe you know not environmentally but tastes delicious and i wish that the the video can give you the full effect fantastic balcony i like the view here and you can see how quiet
